My order arrived 40 minutes later, not the 18-28 minutes as stated in my order. I called the store 3 times and the person would IMMEDIATELY put me on hold without even listening to the first word I had to say. This is HORRIBLE customer service!!!! They should at the very least listen to what the customer has to say before putting them on hold.

This pizza spot is directly across the street from Little Caesar's Pizza. That's tough, if your customer base simply wants bread with tomato and cheese. If you want a little more flavor and a lot less bread, you'll venture on over to Domino's. Lately Domino's has had $7.99 pizzas and this week all pizzas were 50% off. I'm willing to pay the extra 2 bucks for more flavor......but that's all I want to pay. After all, this isn't gourmet pizza! At any rate, it's flavorful. The regular crust is mildly seasoned, topped with my favorite meats, sauce and cheese, it's real easy to eat more than one or two slices at a time. They do have delivery, but I usually pick mine up on the way home from work. I especially like being able to order online. My pizza is ready when I get there. No miscommunication with the teenager taking my order over the phone. No line. No waiting. Good deal!!

Horrible experience ! I call to place a order, was on hold for over 10 mins, I don't mind being on hold but let me know first, once I called this dominoes location they answered the phone, who ever picked up said something so fast and mumbling, I couldn't understand wth that person said and automatic put me on hold. I Hanged up, called back and the same shit happened. Like wth theses places are suppose to have some type of customer service. Once the young lady got back to me after holding for about another 10 mins, she had the worst attitude, charged my card and hanged up. The only reason why I order here is because it's near by but for sure it's my last time !. People like them should not being picking up phone calls! They sure do need new employees !

Pizza was good like always. Just make sure to add 20 minutes to the time the website ordering says it will take to get ready. I finally got my order about an hour after placing it.

Ordered the Stuffed Cheesy Bread with Spinach & Feta for the first time with an 8-Piece Boneless Chicken and it was awesome! Loved both items, and they got here very quick, and still warm. Great location, and try the "Stuffed Cheesy Bread with Spinach & Feta" it's amazing!

I love Domino's but this location is ghetto and rude. The first time I went in to pick up an order the cashier was on his cell phone and told me to wait as he finished his personal conversation (that was clearly not an emergency by the stupid smile on his face). You'd think that kind of behavior would be due to the manager in charge being away but he was right next to him not caring that customers were waiting to be attended. By far the absolute worst customer service ever. I wish I had another Domino's close to my house. I have had several incidents with this location, there is not enough time in my day to type them all out. Don't go here if you have another option. The whole staff should be replaced.

***This review is for a phoned-in delivery order!*** I was recently in the Miami area for a pit stop during a recent trip. I had been traveling all day with a big group of people and we were all tired. It was almost midnight by the time we had gotten to the hotel and we were all starving. Since it was so late, our options were very limited in the area. We were all super tired from the extra long day, so we really didn't want to explore an unknown area in the middle of the night, so we asked about quick pizza places nearby that would deliver. The front desk staff recommended Domino's as the best in the area. My hubby is a big fan of Domino's, so we went with it. I am so glad we did too! So we ordered our pizza over the phone at midnight without any problems. Then 20 minutes later we had piping hot pizza at our hotel room door. The pizza was so hot it even burned my hand a bit through the box's bottom. We opened the boxes and the pizza looked amazing. Sorry I don't have any pictures of the wonderful pizza. My hubby attacked it before I could get my camera out! If you now my hubby, you do not get in-between him and pizza! The pizza was perfectly cooked, the cheese was delightfully gooey, and the pizza makers were very generous with the toppings. What more can you ask in a pizza? The moral of the story is if you are in the Miami airport area and are hungry for pizza, call this Domino's. They are fast and efficient and will bring you some tasty pizza to make your mouth happy. Yummmmmm.

Horrible, the pizza tracker had shown the pizza delivered, yet it didn't come for another hour. When I called I was told it would be here in 5 mins. When I called 10 min later I was put on hold for 5 min. Finally the pizza arrived before they ever picked the phone back up. For the Pizza --- came cold and NO tomato sauce.
