It is so sad giving bad comments! But after going twice in 1 month and getting horrible guest service .... the first time I went there with my friends, They took forever with the waters (seriously?), they brought the food cold and the medium stake was well done, the only good thing is that the manager came, obviously because we asked for him, the server was nice but the service was pathetic. The last time was yesterday night (12/20/2013) the server was mean, we order our drinks and appetizers and it took (10 min, we track the time), I asked her for the app and she said , YOU HAVE TO WAIT... first, that is no the right answer... we order water when She brought the apps and it took her 7 min to bring us the water, (she passed by our table more than 5 times and didn't look at us) She brought our food, and it was cold. her attitude the hole time was mean.

This is a typical Chilis. The. Waitress was friendly and took average time (for Chilis) to take order. Food was good. Loved the Kiosks because it kept my kids entertained. Main gripe? When I asked waitress about bill she told me I had to pay through Kiosk. However, she fidgeted with it and said it wasn't working. I gave her a gift card to expedite the process. When she came back with bill, the gift card had been charged. I told her that I wanted to add tip at which point she told me that it had already been charged. She gave herself a 20 % tip...I thought that was a pretty ballsy move and should of asked for the manager but decided against it. This waitress is untrustworthy and I would bet she does this consistently to customers. Check your bill. I am sure she also charges customers for her friend's drinks. I am upset that I did not get her name. If this ever happens again I will be contacting corporate.

I love Chillis. My girl and I go almost once a week. I love the two for one drink special and they serve Sam Adams Boston Lager which I enjoy. Wish they had more of a craft beer selection and maybe some local Funky Buddha's but maybe one day. The food is good, I've had almost everything on the menu, my favorite is the turkey burger with guacamole. For appetizer we get chips with salsa and guac. Sometimes we get the appetizer that combines three different items. The service is sometimes great, but when they're busy, some of the kids that work there get really sloppy. This past Thursday we went in at 9pm and it took for ever to get our drinks and appetizer. Our second round never came. We just paid the check and asked for a box to take left overs. If there's something this particular restaurant needs to work on is service. I understand things can get hectic, but no one should be slamming drinks at your table and walking off without saying a word. We sat in the little booths by the door, and it wasn't our waitress that night, it was the one from the adjacent larger table by the window that leads to the parking lot. Overall a great place to wind down and have a few with some good food.

We have a Chili's in Hialeah. For that, I am happy. It being located inside Westland Mall makes the whole ordeal even better. The food here is consistent with other Chili's Restaurants. The restaurant is a tad smaller than others but, no big deal. I have no complaints about the restaurant itself, however, I do with Chili's the company. See, by placing those kiosks at the tables, the ones you pay from and do some limited ordering from, you have 86ed one important part of a dining experience, e.g., customer service. Sure, she took our order and explained the kiosk but, that is it. No "how is your meal" nor "do you need anything else." Nothing but how to pay at the end or flagging our waitress down for a refill. Sorry, I like it the old way with Human interaction. Other than that, though, it's your expected Chili's. Just smaller in size and this location can get PACKED so plan ahead.

I mean it's Chili's... You know what you're going to eat because you've inevitably eaten here a few times already. The service is meh... at best. I think that is what would need to stand out the most so that the dinner could be remarkable in a chain restaurant, this is definitely not the case here. We were a rather large party, 7 peeps. Two entree's were brought out. One of which was being shared by two people. The rest of us were left to watch them eating because it took another 50 minutes to bring out Fajitas for two and a half-rack of ribs and fries. I mention the food because these are not anything special. Did I forget to mention that at 9pm when the mall closes, if you are lucky enough to be seated in the bar area, you will be locked in Alcatraz style. All in all, if you're in the mood for Chili's don't come hungry and if you are hungry try some place else in the mall.

Then, the waitress put in the wrong order, and we had to wait another 20 minutes for one person to get their correct meal. The manager didn't even come to the table to check in or apologize. Yes, Jessica C., there is a 5-star worthy Chili's out there. You just have to drive to Hialeah to find it! After helping "dental yelper" Luis today, and taking the long way back from Broward today, I realized I was actually hungry. Seeing as how I was near the City of Progress, and near a stomping ground of my youth, I decided to have lunch at the Chili's in Westfield (it will always be WESTLAND) mall to me. There was no wait, and the hostess promptly seated me at a table with a view of the mall parking lot. My waitress Sonia informed me of the 2-4-1 drink specials, which I used to enjoy 2 of the strongest strawberry mojitos Ive had anywhere chain restaurant or otherwise. The endless chips and salsa consisted of a filled-to-the-rim basket of perfectly crunchy chips and a nicely spicy salsa. I also had a nicely marinated Margarita Chicken, which was well cooked and not tough. The rice was nonclumpy and not greasy. The only complaint was that the cheesecake was a little filling, but I won't hold it against them because Im not naturally a fan of cheesecake. The bathrooms were also clean and the restaurant was well put together in general. Viva Hialeah!

THIS particular Chili's, however, needs to be put out of its misery once and for all (Along with the Miami Lakes location). Each time we come here, there's a different issue. Just last Sunday actually, I met a friend here for lunch. Our waitress brought us our food and literally vanished for like 20 minutes. We wanted more drinks and some doggy-bags, but didn't know who the heck to ask. Finally, we asked a bus-boy where our server was and he told us, "Oh, they tend to disappear". Well, that's comforting. Finally, we closed our tab on the little "Ziosk" tablets they have now and asked another waitress to please give us refills before we left. As we walked out, we saw our waitress walking back into the restaurant with a bag from "Champs" shoe store and she didn't even acknowledge us, when I said, "Oh, hello". This woman literally left her tables & went shopping and didn't tell us anything. We were dumb-founded. This isn't the first time I have a bad experience at this restaurant. I've come here a lot, just because it's close to home and I can shop and grab a bite right after. While I have had some okay experiences, the bad really do outweigh the good here. Opt out of this Chili's. Drive a little further to the one in Miramar and your experience will be 10 x's better.

Like someone said, it is located in Hialeah. Food is great but aren't very prompt with it. I went for lunch quite a couple of times and always forget to bring the soup. The MAJOR reason why it gets 3 stars is because I swear it's my luck, when I order water everyone you can taste the detergent used to clean it which renders the water undeniably bad to drink. Undrinkable. Other than that Bar service is great and when the waiters aren't having bad days it's a good place to eat. UPDATE: 10/12 Bar patrons are some of the most socially awkward people ever. This place is a dwelling for the weak, and a cesspool of hate and disgust to fellow patrons. Really weird. This place doesn't get my business anymore.

This place was OK. Nothing too fancy.... stopped in for lunch since we were in the area. We walked in and the restaurant was pretty empty... the server, however, told us there was a 5-10 minute wait for us, because there were only two servers. Kind of weird for lunch hour. In any case, we were hungry and stayed. The food was good, typical Chili's so I can't say anything negative about it. The server seemed a little impatient, probably because she was so busy with so many tables. Nothing really overly amazing about this restaurant... their scheduling just really sucks.

I definitely love Chili's. The service here is great, everybody is very friendly. They also have 2 for $20 deals, and buy one get one free on most drinks. Its in Westfield Mall, so while you wait you can walk around and go into stores. Sometimes the wait is ridiculously long, but that's just because this place is so awesome. By the way, if you didn't already know they have the chocolate molten cake, aka the best dessert ever, yum!

This is the place to eat in Hialeah. My girls and me are fans, especially their two for one drink specials. My favorite Long Island Ice tea, is the one they serve here, I am originally from NY so I know a good LIIT. The pasta and chicken is soooo yummy, I am starting to crave it now. The lines on Saturday are not too long and well worth the wait. The staff is quick to your needs and their prices are very reasonable. I do so enjoy a brunch on Sunday after walking the mall.

This place has been packed since it first opened, what a great addition to Westland (I know... it's not 'Westland' anymore) Malll! All the servers here are nice and can answer any questions you may have, though the Menu is pretty straight forward. The dinner rush is usually pretty nuts but there is usually a spot at the bar or in the lounge area... I usually just go straight there if there is too long of a wait for the regular tables. And who doesnt love 2-4-1 specials all day!? I actually tried this new 'Fresh Margarita' a couple of days ago... really yummy, and surprisingly strong. I think my favorite thing here is the Boneless Buffalo Wings.. I seriously can't get enough of those things whenever I'm there. Most of the times I've gone to any Chili's I've just ordered appetizers and cocktails not that the entre's aren't delicious as well. I havent really had anything that I didnt like from here. 5 Stars!

We walked in and the restaurant was pretty empty... the server, however, told us there was a 5-10 minute wait for us, because there were only two servers. Kind of weird for lunch hour. In any case, we were hungry and stayed. The food was good, typical Chili's so I can't say anything negative about it. The server seemed a little impatient, probably because she was so busy with so many tables. Nothing really overly amazing about this restaurant... their scheduling just really sucks.

The server by the name Malbeli has to be the nicest server that has ever served me. She was able to answer questions we had about the menu and was right on top of our refills. The food was great and delicious! I will definately be returning in the future and asking for her again!

I definitely love Chili's. The service here is great, everybody is very friendly. They also have 2 for $20 deals, and buy one get one free on most drinks. Its in Westfield Mall, so while you wait you can walk around and go into stores. Sometimes the wait is ridiculously long, but that's just because this place is so awesome. By the way, if you didn't already know they have the chocolate molten cake, aka the best dessert ever, yum!

This is the place to eat in Hialeah. My girls and me are fans, especially their two for one drink specials. My favorite Long Island Ice tea, is the one they serve here, I am originally from NY so I know a good LIIT. The pasta and chicken is soooo yummy, I am starting to crave it now. The lines on Saturday are not too long and well worth the wait. The staff is quick to your needs and their prices are very reasonable. I do so enjoy a brunch on Sunday after walking the mall.

Hands down the worst chili's in Miami. The place always smells like wet, dirty towels. The bathrooms are always disgusting. The service is awful. The waitress once told my sister she shouldn't order so much food. The drinks are watered down. And its always a half hour wait.

Chili's is the best place to hang out with your co-workers after a long day at the office. The vibe is always great during happy hour. Chili's chicken is delicious ! I love it! Yum Yum...Also there staff is always friendly and nice. Everytime my bestfriend and I visit our Chili's we our welcomed and recognized by the staff and are always given the best service. A great place to celebrate your birthday. A few of our birthdays have been enjoyed at Chilis!

This place has been packed since it first opened, what a great addition to Westland (I know... it's not 'Westland' anymore) Malll! All the servers here are nice and can answer any questions you may have, though the Menu is pretty straight forward. The dinner rush is usually pretty nuts but there is usually a spot at the bar or in the lounge area... I usually just go straight there if there is too long of a wait for the regular tables. And who doesnt love 2-4-1 specials all day!? I actually tried this new 'Fresh Margarita' a couple of days ago... really yummy, and surprisingly strong. I think my favorite thing here is the Boneless Buffalo Wings.. I seriously can't get enough of those things whenever I'm there. Most of the times I've gone to any Chili's I've just ordered appetizers and cocktails not that the entre's aren't delicious as well. I havent really had anything that I didnt like from here. 5 Stars!

This Chili's location is smaller than all the other ones that I've been too but the place was popping yesterday and waited almost 2 hours and our waiter was rude and didn't greet us our food was raw and the chips and salsa were full of grease yuck I suggest that u should go to a different location
