Clean restaurant, fast service, decent and traditional american fast food. feels and tastes healthier than standard chains but you know take it for what it is. Boston Market is usually a 'safe' meal.

This is my shortest 4 star review ever: It's a Boston Market, nothing to get excited about - except for the Sweet Chili Sauce! Wowow, a delish sweet, spicy and hot sauce in a Chain restaurant! Who'da thunk it?? Chicken, turkey or roast beef..whatever meat you get, get that sauce!

I can go here and just eat cornbread for dinner. Their cornbread alone gets 5 stars. The sweet potato casserole & creamed spinach are my favorite sides, always good as well. Meat loaf isn't what it used to be, but the chicken is still pretty good. All in all, good, quick meal.

Food was good as usual but the manager was so intense in getting the orders out that he made the servers so nervous that the one serving me forgot the corn muffins that came with the meal for 5 people. He kept yellig at The poor person packaging my meal, "are you finished yet? Are you done yet?" So I yelled out "No she's not" after everytime he yelled out. Kind of obnoxious with the servers while they're helping the cutomers. Family disappointed when the dinner I brought home was minus those incredible corn breads.

So here is a Boston Market that is well run ( see my review for the Hollywood Boston Market). Sides counter are all full of fresh side dishes that people go to Boston Market for, & this was after 10pm mind you. Chicken was fresh, flavorful & most importantly juicy. Even got a smile out of the staff here & one joked with me. Consistent & well managed. The lesson learned here is no matter how convenient a fast food restaurant location may be, trust your instincts, if you see red flags, turn around but don't walk out.........RUN out.

This is definitely a great spot to go to when you're in the mood for some rotisserie chicken, macaroni & cheese, sweet potato casserole and cornbread. I can't think of another nearby restaurant that serves this type of food. Perhaps it's because I was raised on Cuban food as opposed to this style of cooking, but I'd say Boston Market is really good at what they do. It's a great spot to grab a quick dinner.

Boston Market of Palm Plaza: Glorious Meals, But Staff Not Glorious Enough Interior: The atmosphere is well-refined, and the floor surface is modestly clean. Not much detail to go through [4.5/5.0] Exterior: Apparently quite aged, but feasibly presentable. The funny thing is that the moment you open the door, you could hear the metallic sound equivalent of a samurai sword unsheathing. Even though it might seem grating to one's ears, I just might refer to it as the "katana door." [3.8/5.0] Staff: I am at a loss for words in regards to staffing capability. All I can say is that the moment I placed my order, they seemed confused, prompting me to repeat my order. I usually expect them to be familiar with at least the majority of the food items listed on the main menu. However, I'm starting to have the impression that they are recently-hired trainees with minimal experience in the food service industry. Which is quite a shame, though, because they are quite friendly and helpful at best. [2.6/5.0] D.A.N. Dining: Highly passable, but the "Affordability" category barely missed its mark (provided that the demand for chicken is higher than the supply), as it trails behind "Novelty." Fortunately, "Delectability" has taken the lead in the criteria, thus resulting in the restaurant chain portraying itself as a rare gem in comparison. [4.1/5.0] Amenities: The Wi-Fi has some stability issues that need to be addressed. However, as for the restrooms, a little more facilitation in hygienic maintenance would help optimize sanitation standards. [3.6/5.0] Final Judgement: An above-average establishment that intends to continuously democratize its clientele, as do all (if not most) general restaurants and fast-food establishments since their inception. As a particular American statesman once quoted: "The price of liberty is eternal vigilance." Much to my disappointment, there appears to be a lack of sufficient standards that are meant to make any restaurant a cut above all the rest. Perhaps if they remedy the listed shortcomings by means of on-the-job staff training and periodic restroom inspections, then they just might gain more merit than their competitive neighbors. Final Score: [3.72/5.00]

Boston Market has one of the best tasting mac and cheeses! All of their sides are pretty good to be honest. Their loaded mashed potatoes, garlic or creamed spinach, sweet corn, steamed veggies, sweet potato casserole, green beans and their cornbread are all delicious! The chicken at Boston Market is cooked to perfection. Its tender, juicy and not dry like at Pollo Tropical. Even the brownies are scrumptious! Totally worth eating here once a month or when you're craving great rotisserie chicken, turkey breast or meatloaf. Have never tried their chicken or turkey pot pies but that's always a popular item at every Boston Market I've been to. Remember, if you make a purchase between Sunday and Friday of any week you'll receive a special Saturday receipt coupon for a buy one meal and get one meal FREE!

Made a horrible mistake that violates my rule regarding any drive-thru eatery. While on my mobile I failed to check the bag to see if Boston Market had forgotten to place anything I had ordered. Not only did they forget those incredible corn breads, but also one side. Sweet potato casserole, cream spinach, squash casserole and dill-garlic potatoes were delish as always. As per the rotisserie chicken, take off the salty skin if you suffer from hypertension or eat it and take a diuretic later to prevent water retention.
