Biggest excitement is the movie rental Red Box, in the front. (see picture) Decent Macs, nice big booths available to sit on the side. Typical expectations of staff, food. Always busy. I come for the ice cream for my grandson. Nice location next to mall, on a main street. Parking lot is full of holes, so, come from the main street entrance.

I got through drive thru in 3 minutes and I had a special order. I figured it would be wrong when I checked it, but it was perfect. The fries hot and my grill order were right on time. People were friendly, I will definitely come to this location again!

The parking lot and drive through is terribly built and thus always cramped and always full of cars, as well as the majority of those who park getting stuck in their spots while they wait for more room so they can get out. With that being said, I still wait in the line for twenty minutes in the morning to get breakfast. The line goes slower than any other Mcdonalds I have ever known, so after about twenty minutes I get to the window. It is literally 10:32. They won't serve me breakfast. Seriously? And worse they give attitude about it. They're terrible. I wouldn't recommend. And I don't care what has to happen for them to switch from breakfast to lunch. I'm sure it's complicated and not easy. But as soon as it's 10:31, I kid you not three cars left the line after waiting twenty minutes. Who the hell waits in that terrible line at 10 in the morning if they don't want breakfast?? The fact that several cars left should be a sign that maybe they should extend it to 11 am. Or have a worker stand outside and tell people entering the line that they're not serving breakfast, because they always have workers hanging out doing nothing outside anyway. Or even a sign would suffice, if you're really going to not let your customers who have been waiting that long get a McGriddle at 10:31. DO NOT COME HERE.

McDonalds is McDonalds... you expect a specific type of food, so this review isn't about the food. As a child, I'd only ever eat McDonalds, day/night... so I've probably eaten here easily over 1500 times. This review is about the location, the people that work there and the service. This AM, I got up and asked my wife if she wanted a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit from McDonalds (the only real thing she likes there). I left my house at 10:12, Hellboy was on and it was to the part where the tenticle was about to grab him in the hallway (this helps establish my timeline). So I get in my car, drive to McD's and get to the drive thru. I am behind three cars that are waiting to order and an unknown number of cars already waiting for their food. I sat through TWO songs on Sirius... one of which I know is over 7 minutes long... so I'll be conservative and say 12 minutes... BEFORE the line even started moving. Another five minutes goes by, it's about 10:27 and I think to myself, "hope they still have breakfast". At 10:30 exactly on my phone (phones are set to the standardized clocks) when I hear the girl in front of me order a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I hear, "we aren't serving breakfast anymore". She yells at the speaker and drives off. I obviously heard this, but decided to try anyways. I order my biscuit then are told they stopped serving breakfast. I said, "at 10:30", to which she replied, "yes". I ask her that since it's 10:31 and we've been waiting for almost 20 minutes, that you'd think they still had some breakfast available. She mumbled something, I called McD's names and we parted ways. This was just today. A few weeks ago, I ordered a McDouble - hold thepickles. I even asked the girl if the McDouble was the hamburger version of the double cheeseburger, since they are both on the menu. She confirmed it comes without cheese. I get the burger. Cheese. No big deal, she just didn't know. I gave the burger to my dog - he thoroughly enjoyed it since I don't eat cheese on my burgers. I went BACK two days later and ordered a McDouble with NO CHEESE, no pickles and xtra onions. My burger came with no onions, cheese and pickles. The receipt for my burger even read accurately, however, whoever made my burger didn't take 2 seconds to read the part where I wanted it my way. I didn't find this out til' I got home. Again - my dog really enjoyed it. Fast forward a week... my wife and I were driving out of town and we stopped there to order drinks and another McDouble without cheese and extra onions, hold the pickle. And wouldn't you know. The hamburger came exactly the same way. This time, I checked. I turned around, parked and went inside. A very nice manager, probably in her mid 30's, she was black, a little on the heavy side (not that this is pertinent to the story - just helping identify her for being nice). She looks at me and says, "whats up baby". I actually like when women call me that... so it didn't bother me one bit. I put my arm around her, asked if she could read jokingly, she got what I was implying as I held the burger up and saw the cheese on it. I hear her yell back at a cook... asking for a new burger to be made. She had to ask him three times. Finaly she went back there and I can only assume beat him with a ketchup bottle, which thankfully, ended up with me getting a hot, juicy, no cheese covered McDouble with extra onions - and it was DELICIOUS! I give the cooks, 1 star. I give the manager, 5. I give the food -10 stars since it's McDonalds and you get what you get at McD's. Will I return? Absolutely. Since it's the closest one and I'm forced to when I want something greasy!
