This is our closest Domino's for delivery, so this review is a mix of Gator Domino's in general and to this specific store. The drivers are always on time and 9 out of 10 times they make my order to perfection. The drivers have always been polite and appear happy to be a Delivery Expert. Now, for the good part of this review. I used to work at another Domino's within Gainesville so I know a thing or two about the way the establishment is ran. I have also worked at other pizza restaurants and my favorite food is pizza, lol. The Domino's within Gainesville are all ran by one man and the chain is called Gator Domino's. My experience as an employee was great. Freddie (the owner) interviewed me personally at a Starbucks and bought me a drink. It was a relaxed interview and he was very easy to talk to. He is passionate about his business and is very serious about the customers satisfaction when it comes to the products his stores put out. His stores are very clean and the rules that are set were strictly followed. Cleanliness was taken very serious while prepping the food to be cooked and after. Even times when I have received a pizza that wasn't perfect, it still hit the spot. You can never go wrong with Domino's. Their prices are beyond affordable and you are getting good quality pizza. Their dough truly is fresh and each pie is hand stretched. I'll say it again, you can NEVER go wrong with Domino's! Tip: Be sure to give the drivers a decent tip if they were on time and polite, especially if you intend on being a repeat customer. Delivery Experts really are hard workers.

I've given Dominos way too many chances on this. First off, they get 1 star for delivery. It got to my place at the time they promised. Its even pretty fun when you order online. But that's the most impressive thing about their pizza. The damn pizza-tracker interface online. I swore a long time ago that I wouldn't do Dominos again. Their dough was like cardboard. Everything was just bland. Too many free Dominos pizzas on campus. That's about how much they're worth. But then everyone online says "Dominos has the best delivered wings!" so I get their wings. The habenero mango sauce is awesome. But the bones are all broken in the wings! Next, they say "Our pizza now uses a new formula!" So I get their pizza and its like they took the old pizza and put a shiny coat of garlic sauce on the crust. You really can't polish a turd. Finally, they said "our cheese bread sucked before, but now its way better!" So I got their cheese bread and it was cheesy, but it was burnt up and lacking in flavor. Save some time and go to Cici's if you want bad pizza. At least you can choose to get the salad. I'm swearing off Dominos once again!

Ok folks pizza is not created equally. Dominos pizza here in Gainesville is so bad that I would rather have a frozen pizza. That way I know what I am getting, it will be and the customer service will be outstanding. My last and final order from Gator Dominos was this past weekend. Remember 3 strikes and you are out. Strike 1 - very very poor customer service. Now I did order online which is so much easier. But I did have to call 3 times. The first two times was find out where my delivery was. Because it been over an hour since it left the store according to their animated order system. Both times I was told they did not know and would call me back. Guess what? You got no call back either time. The driver called me from the other side of town. Well the diver finally arrives and he did apologize and was sincere. The driver said the next order was on them because of the problem. He wrote out a free order slip. Strike 2 - over an hour for delivery and cold food. Strike 3 - called the store yesterday to give them another chance with free order slip. Well guess what? Yep you got it. I was told no way. Was told regardless what the driver does only the GM can authorize this and that had to be done the same night. I asked if the General Manager worked every night and they said yes. Which I have been in management and the GM is not putting in those kind of hours. I explained the whole thing to the hourly clerk that answered the phone and the customer service provided was horrible. All she kept saying was no and not going to happen. I asked for the manager. I was told the manager would say the same thing. Shocker! But the manager on duty did take the call and yes heard the same quality customer service as from the order taker. Frustrated I asked for the GM to call me. She said ok. But was not going to ask my info. So I gave her my name, number and asked that he call me. The manager said that the GM would be in shortly. Well he must still be dealing with all of the other problems that he has not had time to call. Sorry no call no love. Lol If you want good, hot and fast pizza call 5 Star Pizza.

For all the pizza in town, I have to say Domino is the safest choice, if not the best. Their premium hand-tossed pizza is my favorite!

Giving them 5 stars for doing as my instructions said perfectly (almost). I sent a pizza to a friend here while I was in cali and asked for them to write "good luck with exams" and they did inside the box! Perfect! Great job :)

Idiot driver called the wrong number for 35 minutes, never got my order, called them, and the manager bitched me out for his driver's incompetence. Will never order from this Domino's again, it's literally like children are running this store.

Gator Domino's on the whole does a pretty good job with the service and speed. The only time I recall them taking any real amount of time to deliver was during their 50% off periods, but even then they generally kept it well under an hour. Friendly drivers and pizza is consistent. The quality is the same as any other domino's, mostly. I've never had it be straight up bad or worth complaining about. If you like Domino's, you'll like this Domino's.
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
