Fun place for happy hour and it can get pretty loud the more people enjoy the drink specials. Their food is not bad, but there are so many better places to eat that I can not see going there just to eat.

Pretty good for a fast food place. I will say the entrees always come out consistenly (my favorite is the steak fajita quesadillas with corn (sooo sweet) and fries, yuuum). The only thing is that their fries get old quick, so a lot of the time I request that they make sure I get fresh fries. They do have drink specials and it can get pretty rowdy there during dinner and weekends. But it is a fun place to go with your friends.

This place is hit or miss, but we have surely had more hits than misses!!!! Hit on dining in, Miss on take out. Favorite and must have meal: Honey-Chipotle Crispy Chicken Crispers. Service: 4 out of 5 The servers are very attentive and nice. Only once in probably 50 times going have we had bad service, granted it was incredibly busy that evening. They are very good about making sure you are happy with you meal and your drinks are filled, at the same time not over crowding you with "how is everything?" Environment: 3 1/2 out of 5 Very clean dining area, plenty of TV's to look at with multiple programs on, the bar has a separate dining area than casual dining. Interesting decor and warm colors throughout. Also clean restrooms. Like any other average sit down restaurant, sometimes you go and will be surrounded by other guest who want to sit down and have a nice chill meal, which in turn makes your meal with your family/friends more enjoyable. Other times, you are surrounded by guest who decided to bring their entire flock of small children in that have obviously never been disciplined in their life, which makes your meal hard to enjoy because you can't hear yourself think. I have children so I know how it is to have a toddler who decides to throw a tantrum at the worst possible time. I assure you, I handle the situation because it is disrespectful to be the reason another guest may not enjoy their experience. Dining in food: 4 1/2 out of 5 Not once have I dined in and had a bad meal here. They always make the food how I have asked it to be prepared. It's always warm and taste very good. The portions are perfect for any appetite. Only once I have gotten a cold corn on the cob, but they had no issue bringing me a fresh, perfect temperature awesome tasting corn on the cob. Take out food: 2 out of 5 Every time we get take out, it is like we are ordering from a completely different restaurant. It's almost like they give you the rejected food and throw it all together. I would not recommend ever getting their take out as it has never hit the mark for me or my family. We thought maybe we waited to long to pick it up, so I went there immediately after ordering once and still had to wait 5 minutes. I took this as being good considering our food would be fresh. This was not the case. It looked old, the fries were soggy and the chicken just looked and tasted bad. Reason for the 4 star review is due to the awesome food while dining in and awesome service. One of our favorite places to eat. We always go back. :)

I put Chili's, Friday's and Applebee's all in the same category. If I have to pick 1st 2nd and 3rd It used to be Friday's 1st, but I've changed my order. I think Chili's has really improved their game. Just did lunch there and got the soup and salad special. What I really liked was their selection of soups. I don't remember them having so many selections. More like 3.5 stars for us. Service was excellent. Wish I had gotten the waiters name to post. Even for lunch he really did an excellent, very friendly, attentive table service.

To start, when we walked in yesterday for the first time in a while, the place had obviously changed. There were more booths packed into the seating area than before, making for a very loud, crowded, and uncomfortable experience. The booths are small and entirely too close to the table, my friend and I kept kicking each other under the table when we would cross our legs. Secondly, I hate the concept of the little table computer things. You can use them to order, pay, request drinks, and pacify your children by shoving technology in their faces instead of teaching them to behave. It's a highlight of the typical American paradox- we complain that there are no jobs, but we want computers on the table to entertain us and do the waiter's jobs. As if people didn't spend enough time at the table with their phones in their faces. They're bulky and take up what little table space is left after packing in all those new booths. My steamed broccoli was pretty much raw. The only food that was actually fresh and impressive was the table side guacamole, which they make by hand at the table. After receiving our food, which in itself was a disappointment... (If anyone remembers when Applebee's started going downhill with their prepackaged microwaved food a few years ago, yeah, it's going that way...) We opened our silverware and had to have it switched out twice. Eventually our waiter ended up hand cleaning it before giving it to us because it was so dirty and greasy. I'm pretty sure there was an actual booger stuck to one of my knives... I ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer- when they arrived I discovered tons of whole peppercorns in the batter. Luckily I found them with my eyes and not my mouth. I had them sent back and remade. They were made well the second time, although we ended up just packing up all of our food and taking it home in a box. When we got our check, we were charged for the second order of fried pickles, which our waiter ended up removing. Actually, the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of our waiter, Scott. He was very apologetic and visibly embarrassed by everything, although none of it was his fault. He deserves a raise because his personality and kindness were the only factors that kept us from complaining to management and getting free meals. I will not be returning to Chili's anytime soon.

Went for lunch on a weekday at Noon. The place wasn't at full capacity but the service was terrible. The waitress kept bringing the wrong food, I never did get my 2nd item off the "choose 2" menu, and we had to beg another waitress for our checks. From start to finish was around an hour 15 minutes for a "quick" business lunch. I'd rate the food, but I only got half of mine and I had to get it "to go" so it was cold and stale by the time I opened the box at my desk to cram it down. To be fair, I have been to this location many times, mostly at lunchtime, and only received great service once. Definitely not worth it, especially if you are in a hurry.

I ate at the bar... Maybe a bad choice. The food was terrible not up to Chili's standards and the bartender was a idiot. He was more interested in over pouring for his friends, two college kids, than providing prompt customer service to the rest of the bar. The food again was just nasty. The Monday night cook was working.

I went to Chilis tonight with high expectations...I had recently gone there and had a not-so-great experience and so they offered me another dining experience on the house and I agreed to come back in Lou of this expecting to be treated much better. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the bartender on duty about 6 minutes after actually sitting at a bar seat. Once I explained my situation and told her that my meal would be on the house she immediately protested!!! I obviously ask for a manager which she did not agree with but with attitude finally snubbed her nose and proceeded to get for me. The manager was immediately on board with what was going on and very respectful as to my demands...this bartender was not!!!! She after the manager left she literally ignored me for 16 minutes! She proceeded to clean the bar, fill the ice and even make a private phone call before attending to me! I literally have have never been treated so badly in my life!!! The entire time I was there she ignored me and went out of her way to everything aside from helping me! I really don't even know why! My boyfriend was actually scared to bother her for a lime even though he Had ask for one with his first 3 drinks and she still refused to give him one!!!! I actually felt bad for him and he is the nicest guy on the planet!!!!! I still don't understand why she could possibly be so outlandishly rude to us but she was HORRIBLE!!!! And I swear I have never in my life said this about anyone in the service industry because they are all usually amazing! But I really don't know how the hell she still has a job!!!! Any who, the manager Matt was awesome and she was a total CUNT!!!! Have a great day everyone, as long as you go somewhere else!!!! Or atleast don't sit at the bar! :)

I have only had one server that has provided a good experience for me. His name is Walt. The other servers I've had don't seem to care that my drink was empty or that I needed a box or a check. Spoke with a manager and all I got was an I'm sorry. Are you? Then do something about it. Only reason you got 2 stars was for Walt.

Great service terrible food. I ordered a ribeye medium well- came out overly seasoned and well well done. Very tough. The asparagus was cooked perfectly, but way over seasoned. Broccoli was good. My daughter ordered pizza off the kids menu- overcooked and didn't look that great either. If I were you, I'd skip this Chili's and head to a different Resturant. Only gave two stars because our waitress was great. Friendly and very attentive.

My wife and I were able to take a quick break from the busy day. We went in at about 10:00pm. Ordered a triple play of appetizers and some burgers. Onion rings were extremely greasy and salty. Southwestern eggrolls were soggy and gross. Salty... Way too salty. The "crispy" cheddar bites looked like the size of fried peas. They were itty bitty and tasted like deep fried salt. Everything tasted like it was fried in old oil and then coated with salt. Very disappointed. Our burgers were way under cooked, asked for medium well....came out medium rare. Couldn't take more than a bite. Seems like because it was late the kitchen staff couldn't care less about what went out. Very disappointed. The waitress was nice. Overall....will I ever eat there again? Nope

Against my better judgement, I went here with my two daughters for lunch. I've never been a fan of Chili's but my daughter told me they had updated their menu and it was better. That atmosphere was comfortable and casual but the food (I had a steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli) was so salty it was almost inedible and the service was nearly non-existent. We sat for a good 15 minutes before our waitress even came over to take our drink orders. She told us she had just started at that restaurant but was a transfer from another, much slower, Chili's and that she wasn't used to being busy. It showed. I ordered my steak medium and it came out rare. My daughter tried to order the pizza but was told they don't serve it anymore despite it still being on the menu. She settled for the pizza from the kids' menu instead. The only saving grace was dessert. I don't remember the name but it was a chocolate chip cookie in a tiny skillet with ice cream on top. That was delicious. If I ever return to Chili's it will be only for dessert. Although, considering how bad the service was, I don't think I'd even bother there. Sorry Chili's.

I love this chiles location. But I am a regular patron at the bar or the bar area. The bartenders always provide great service and recommendations, hence that's why they are bartenders! Their margs are always fabulous. And the servers that work in the bar lobby are always excellent. I think the blonde girl's name is Kristen... she is FAB! Excellent service. I always get pumped when I see she is working because she does a damn good job. These servers work in the bar area because they are the best servers they have and can handle having multiple tables at once. I never receive quite the same service when I sit at a regular table. Sit at the at the bar or the bar area, get free chips and salsa, and receive GREAT service! it's that easy :)

They are open late, they change up the menu every once and awhile and the tables are pretty. They now have the 2 for 20 dinners, where you get appetizer plus two entrees for 20 bucks. Drinks are extra. And unlike most combo affordable meals, they have great items to choose from. Fried Shrimp (which is what i got) Bacon cheeseburger( which is what boyfriend got) Chicken crispers, ribs, fajitas, salad, quesadillas, etc. Its a greatest hits list. My shrimp were huge, and fried perfectly, comes with cole slaw and fries. The Bacon cheeseburger was gigantic, juicy, and even though it came out a bit on the bloody side of medium, they took it back with no issues and quickly remedied the problem. I had a bite, it was burgerlicious. The place was busy as always and our server was attentive and accomidating. Its not fine dining, but it is good food, and consistently so.

Chili's is a regular spot for me, as it's right across the street from my house, has week-day lunch specials, and it's always happy hour. Just a few cautions- the lunch special portions are obviously smaller, so expect that. And not all drinks are half price- they really try to push the premium margaritas, which I don't believe are included in the 2-4-1 deal. So be sure to ask. Also, it's ALWAYS freezing, so definitely bring a sweater! Last time I went, they gave us free chips and salsa. We also ordered margaritas, and the waiter had the bartender put an extra shot in our second shaker. The thought was nice, but as my friend was driving home, she wishes he had asked first. Never really had any complaints about the service or the food. You know what you're getting at Chili's, don't expect anything more, and you'll be fine! I also suggest you maybe check out the nutritional info available online, if you're health-conscious... you can find some better choices on the menu, but there are definitely a few calorie bombs on there!
