    This is a good location to grab a quick bite or just a cup of coffee and hang out. I had some work to do and was looking for a quiet spot to get away from the office and relax. I was hoping to take advantage of the free wifi they offer but the program I was using needed more bandwidth so I had to use my own connection. I sat for a couple hours banging away on the IPad but had to leave when I tried talking to a coworker and the background music was too loud to the point of being obnoxious. I'd still recommend Panera to others, especially this location which is usually clean and the people watching is a added bonus.

    I've been to many different Panera Breads over the years and they've always had great food and service. What I don't like is their prices!! You easily spend more than $10 for a half salad and a drink!!! I wish I could've given them a 5 star, but I can't.

    This is the second of three Panera locations that I've visited in South Florida recently that seems below par. The one in Palm Beach Gardens was great. Maybe the other two have the same ownership (also tried Pompano Beach). Just a little tired on the interior. Service is slow and hap-hazard, preparation wasn't the quickest and so forth. Certainly disappointing compared to other locations which I've tried. Manager seems to run around frazzled and angry. Needs to be sharpened up all the way around.

    The food at all panera's is very good for a fast food place. The problem with this panera is that the staff. They are horrible at customer service. I am never coming back.

    Food's good like any other Panera. BUT I've put an online order twice to just come and pick it up and go - have they been on time? No. There is a reason why I order online! I haven't had this problem with other Panera locations. I don't order online to come stand around and wait for it to be done. They say the order should be done in about 10 minutes after placing it. First time, I didn't come get it until 15-20 minutes after I had placed the order. When I came, was my stuff ready? No. Second time, I place an order at 7:45 AM and put it to be picked up at 8:20. I don't come in until 8:30 so I pretty much just gave them an extra ten minutes. Is my food ready? Nope. And they're not done until around 8:42. My order should've been done and ready to picked up 20 minutes ago!! I don't like having to speed to work just because of someone else being late.

    Great place for a quick & healthy breakfast or lunch. My favorite is the avocado, egg white & spinach sandwich. I add bacon to it which makes it even better! I also LOVE their iced coffee. This places is always clean & the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is the parking lot. It's very congested & narrow making it a pain to park especially during lunch hours.

    Well below what we expect from Panera. We have spent breakfast and lunch here a few times after cruising while waiting for a flight. Consistently slow and frequent errors. Today the wait for coffee and breakfast was ridiculous. One woman was waiting for her coffee & the employee told her hers was after mine and then proceeded to make hers before mine. For lunch we ordered the You PickTwo with soup in a bread bowl and salad. The soups didn't initially come in a bread bowl and I had to ask. My Fuji apple salad had no apples and a LOT of bad lettuce. My husband was given a dirty spoon. Just really poor service and product. Its a shame because the Paneras we are used to are typically so good. Next time we will have to try one of the other restaurants in this shopping center. You may want to do the same.

    I have never been to a worse Panera and we have been to many. Service was so bad that we walked out in the morning. When we returned in the afternoon, it took 5 minutes to be waited on and the only customer in front was one of the employees.

    Very disappointed in my favorite restaurant, I just moved to the area and it's the 3rd time I try to order oatmeal, but they tell me that they ran out!!! When I expressed my concern, the only thing that the girl behind the counter was able to tell me was: sorry, we had it yesterday.... I guess I'll be looking for a new breakfast place for me.

    Consistent food and slow service. I love being able to order online but they mess up the soups a lot. It's fair. Good soups and Mac and cheese.

    Wow is this really a Panera ? This is THE slowest Panera ever! If you want to wait half hour for your salad and sandwich then go ahead and wait on line for the slowest prep in any Panera. Also they really should put a gluten free menu on display where customers can actually read it and not have to request it from cashiers that don't even know what it is, it's a menu and should be displayed for customers at all times.

    Terrible in comparison to any other Panera I've been in the past. Their lack of pride and enthusiasm for their job is evident. When you just go through the paces and don't care, it truly shows in the result (food). Worthless...

    I had the pleasure of interacting with Jessica when I placed my phone order this evening. I deal with a lot of people in my line of work and when I'm fortunate to speak with someone who is so genuine, I notice. Jessica was kind, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I insisted on complimenting her to the manager, but seeing as she is the manager, here's to hoping someone who needs to see this does. You've got a good person helping to run this establishment.

    This location was pretty nice and busy, it was easy for me to find a table and enjoy a nice brunch while on the go. I was happy that I did not have to wait to place an order or even get my food, so I can expect good quality service. Fast Wi-Fi is also a plus at this location. I ordered a Grilled Cheese sandwich with Broccoli and Cheddar Soup, and it was filling to the point where I didn't need a big meal for the rest of the day.

    I've never had an issue with this location. It has always been consistent compared to all the other Panera's I have been too. Broccoli and cheddar soup and the tomato mozzarella panini is my go to choice and I never am disappointed.

    Way overpriced! I don't understand how these guys are successful. The food is ok served by kids getting minimum wage. How can they think that is a combination for success? All they have is marketing. They make you think they're something special... Well they're not.

    This place has the worse service. We ordered a sandwich for my daughter to go. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing many other orders completed we asked the sandwich maker about ours. He said he had nothing. We went back to the cashier who then asked for the receipt which we produced. She then went to the sandwich maker and received same info that he didn't have it. She said she took care of it. 5 minutes later I asked her again and she said that are making it. I waited 5 minutes more and asked the sandwich guy who said again he didn't have it. The cashier heard me and spoke to him. Sandwich arrive 2 min later. This is the worst service I have ever had and would have asked for money back and left but daughter was expecting to eat. I will never go there again. The cashier outright lied. Should be fired

    A great place to grab a cup of soup and sandwich for a lunch, snack or lite dinner. They have a great bakery and the three cheese bread is to die for. They have a great outside patio to eat and people watch.

    Whenever we are in Ft Lauderdale, this is a great, convenient Harbor Beach location to visit. It is located on SE 17th St just minutes from the port. Pretty standard Panera. I have always received great service and the staff has been super friendly. Food has been good and fresh - I prefer the Cuban. As always, great bakery options. Can get crowded fairly quickly so seating can be tight. It does have some outdoor tables as well. Overall a great quick dining option if you're in the area.

    Food is good if you have the time to wait in line and want to eat with homeless people. After waiting to place order and then waiting for my food I couldn't find a place to sit. The worst is that tables inside were taken by people just sitting around without food. On laptops or reading. I went outside and 3 tables were taken by homeless people. Not eating Panera food. Pretty surprising management doesn't appear to do anything to secure seating for paying customers.

    I was 16th in line. One person working counter. Waited in line 14 minutes before my order was taken. This is my second time at this Panera Bread and both times have been super slow service. We were very disappointed.

    I had a really strange experience at Panera Bread today. When it was my turn to order I asked the cashier if they happened to have gluten free bread. She looked at me dumbfounded and told me she didn't even know what that meant and asked the cashier next to her if they had gluten free bread. The other cashier didn't know what gluten was either and so my cashier asked me what exactly gluten is. I explained to her and found it commendable that she was willing to learn. She ended up calling the manager over and the manager handed over a gluten free menu. I thought it was strange that the cashiers were unaware of the gluten free menu but at least we were making some progress. However, when I asked her to hold the bacon on my salad she looked at me and said, "Oh, you're one of those......". Awkward! Yes, I am "one of those" people who is a vegetarian. My friend beside me was ready to jump over the counter but let me handle the situation with a smile and nod. I have been to other Panera Bread restaurants that were great but this location was definitely lacking in more than one department.

    The staff is super friendly but they need to speed it up a bit. I am always ordering online for rapid pick up now and that is the way to go. When you order online, you can also customize your order. I LOVE the Egg White, Avocado & Spinach Breakfast Power Sandwich! Love eating a big and healthy breakfast. Their smoothies are really good too.

    This was my breakfast order: -Green Passion Power Smoothie (larger size) -Avocado, Egg White & Spinach Breakfast Power Sandwich My group of 7 looked at the online menu, ordered ahead, & had someone pick up our order. We ate in the hotel lobby. It was fabulous, & I'm very glad we ordered ahead, since many of the other reviews & tips seemed to complain they were slow. Thank you!

    I've gone to a few Panera before and have always loved their food. This is the first time that I've purchased kids meal at the store and what a disappointment. I ordered a peanut butter sandwich with apple and milk for one of the kids. I ordered a cheese sandwich with apples and milk for the other kid. The peanut butter sandwich looked like my daughter had made it. The plate had jelly stains and the peanut butter was coming out of the sandwich into the plate. The cheese sandwich was burnt and it didn't even had any butter on bread itself. (Not complaining since I like to eat on the healthy side) but it didn't look like a $4.19 meal at all. I asked for the apples to be cut and they hacked the apples and didn't even take the seeds out making it hard for them to eat. My sandwich took a while to be done although there was no wait, bacon turkey bravo and my iced green tea was blah at best. Very surprised no one asked to help even though I was alone with two young ones. Overall very disappointed at service and food quality. I also kept having to shoo a bug from our table. Not pleasant as I killed it on my food plate. Urgh! Don't think I'll be coming to this Panera anytime soon.
