I decided I wanted somewhat of a dinner meal and not fast food. So I picked Friday's and ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp. I get that the menu is an exaggerated view of the food, but the picture and actual entree were not even close. The chicken was small and overcooked. The cheese was melted on this highly used skillet and you can forget about scraping it off. The shrimp was okay and not ruined. The mash potatoes were good but no gravy or any sauce. This was a $7.00 plate at most, not $14.00. Today was not a good day at Friday's and the meal was subpar.

Came here tonight with my SO, after debating whether or not we should go to Moe's Southwest Grill instead. Final conclusion, we should have picked Moe's. Last time I dined at a TGI Friday's was years ago, and I remember having a delicious grilled chicken salad so I thought we'd try this one. We were seated at a booth in the bar area, and our waiter (I think his name was Chris) did not know the drink specials of the day. SO got a Long Island Iced Tea ($4), and he also ordered the Reuben sandwich (around $10). I got the California Club (around $10). The food was decent but it was a bit overpriced for what it was. The freshness was average and the fries were a little soggy. The waiter disappeared for ages without checking back to see how the food was but I took a sip of my SO's Long Island Tea and the waiter suddenly appeared out of nowhere demanding to see my ID. (We're quite young, but both over 21) Definitely wasn't impressed with the food or the service. We won't be returning.

Over the last three years we've watched as this location quickly went down the drain. First they started getting rid of their meal deals then the changed the food for the worse and now you barely get any food. They used to have amazing mozzarella sticks and fries and now the mozzarella sticks are the worst I've ever had and fries taste like dish water. It used to be out favorite place to go but now it's just a disappointment.

Ok so I should have read the reviews before eating here. My friend and I were visiting on vacation. We stopped here for dinner. The waiter seemed nervous and distracted. He did even know the prices of drinks from the bar. Now, we bother ordered burgers and fries. We both had to send the fries back because they were cold, stale, and rubbery. My bun was soggy and the burgers were bland and greasy. When the fresh fries came back to the table they were much fresher, although they tasted like fish. I would not recommend eating here.

It dawned on me that it has probably been TEN years, maybe longer, since the last time I went to TGI Friday's. I remember going there in high school, excited to be at a real restaurant with my teeny friends. Well recently I went to Friday's again, on a Monday, the opposite of Friday, and it was still good. They had outdoor seating but it's in a parking lot on Mary Esther and I got bitten by numerous mosquitos. So you should consider sitting inside though it's more depressing without the natural light and cool breeze. I got the $20 meal with appetizer. The pot stickers would've been okay if you are not Asian. But since I am I was not impressed. The cajun shrimp and chicken pasta was good and a big portion size. Friendly service and really, I think what's great about Friday's is you know what to expect for the most part in terms of food.

Four stars for having the unlimited appetizers for only $10. Minus one star because the letter "F" they have as their door handles were on backwards and it really bothered me. Now that I think about it, I don't remember how the service was or how well the food was cooked because it distracted me the whole time I was there

I think this place is pretty good for drinks and bar food! Would I order a steak here? Hell no! Service is consistently good and the bar staff gets it handled. This isn't a place to come for a "dining experience" but for what it is? I like it!

Went there recently and had great service from waitress, and bartender. Food is ok nothing spectacular but fine for what it is. I very much enjoy the atmosphere. Very laid back and customer oriented.

Gave this chain another try, but it was our last. Food was average. That's the high point. Asked about the draught selection and heard an incomplete list. I only know this because the seasonal I got was terrible, like the kegs lines were dirty-bad. I asked what else they had, and heard the ones that had been left out. Didn't get charged for the first one, but the second confirmed my belief that the lines are dirty. Bathroom was horrible. Dimly lit, sink dirty and wet countertops, one toilet out of order but not marked and an aging stew of, well...enough about that. Oh and overspray for about a 2 foot radius around both urinals. Truly foul. If I could give this review zero stars, I would do it. If you eat here under other than accidental or emergency circumstances, it's more of a reflection of your self-respect.

Steak over cooked rest of the food was bland best part of the meal was the drinks. Decent service though.

This was an easy one...I don't give a crap what the food tasted like. When your server walks by asking in a loud voice "What do the chubby ladies want?" this place automatically gets one star- no excuse.

The 1st time they didn't have ANY soft drinks available. So it was water or tea. Very odd for weekend. Meal was ok, nothing special. The 2nd time was a disaster. aps came out burnt & when we asked for not burnt ones, our "waitress" Raquel, rolled her eyes at us & sighed. Apparently she went back & told all of her co-workers that we were bad or something because ntyk we see other employees (several)peek around the corner to look at us. The mgr comes over & ask us what's wrong & we tell him. We ask him why his staff keeps giving us dirty looks. He apologizes & says he'll look into it. We should have left immediately! Paid with $ and it took her over 20 min to bring me change! We will NEVER go back again!!!

Not impressed with this place. The food seemed to be bland. I had a burger, and it was no better than a pre-made patty found in the freezer section of the local supermarket for about $0.30 cents a piece. So disappointing!

I would give it five stars, except i've never been served by any of their wait staff. my girlfriend and i love their bar though! all the bartenders are incredibly friendly and funny. bar stays open until 2am, and they have a night late night menu. the TVs are all in odd places, but o well, they have NTN network, and you can play trivia and poker, if you'd like. and i understand that this is a medium class chain, but their steaks are really good, considering...

I have to apologize to Friday's for not Yelping this sooner, I have only been about 20 times the past 6 months. This is my one stop shop for meeting my husband for a quick and yummy lunch. Always a staple is spinach artichoke dip, it always comes out fresh and delicious. The chips are always fried fresh and are freaking good! I opt normally for the petite sirloin, it comes out quick and is always cooked to the right temperature, I never once had to send it back, I ordered this staple many times. Also I ask for extra cheese mash potatoes as my side, always no problem, potatoes always freshly made. I've never had anything here taste bad. The quality that comes out of this Friday's is always consistent. That goes for their service too. Always a friendly waitress or waiter who is very attentive and has one goal in mind, to get you fed and happy asap. I like that goal. Some of the tables have their own TV. This is a cool idea, but I think it tastes personalization away when you are with your company. The Friday's has a diner theme to it, very cute! Drinks are tasty but can run you about $8.00 each steep if you order one of their preferred drinks. The mud slide served is my favorite mud slight of all time. The Cobb salad is wonderful! There is so many fresh ingredients that it is almost overwhelming, the serving portion is large, I always bring it home. They sometimes have salad and sandwich specials for $5. 00. They have a pretty good happy hour on Saturday, $2.00 margaritas. I especially love their coupons, if you become a Friday's member (it's free), you get coupons emailed to you, i.e. buy one entree get one free, one free appetizer, two drinks, two dinners, appetizer for 2 only $20, Fridays is deal central! I suggest signing up for their membership, get a Stripes card. Present your Stripes card when you pay and they swipe it, it adds points and you get more coupons. I think when you spend $100, they give you $25 off.

Wow, we must have hit this place on a bad management day. Sat for 10 minutes without anyone speaking to us while sitting next to two dirty tables that never got cleaned. Numerous servers walked passed us without a word and the place wasnt even packed. We ended up leaving and heading to Olive Garden.

Typical American food. They are not the fastest place in town, but not the slowest. The food always comes out tasting great! The spinach artichoke dip is great. All of their salads are awesome. I have tried several desserts as well, and I like the chocolate chip cookies with ice cream and also the brownie obsession.
