Ate there last night with my roommate and friends. For a Friday night, around 630-ish PM it seemed extremely busy. We sat in the bar area and it was jam packed. Kind of felt like a sardine. Service wasn't bad for us, waitress was prompt and polite. If you do the 2 for 1 'ritas, they'll only let you get one flavor if they are busy, tho they have 2 bartenders My Bacon Ranch Quesadilla was great, the dipping sauce was spicy enough.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. As soon as I walked through door, I noticed the floor was dirty. When the hostess was walking us to our booth there wasn't anything on the table, like it had just been cleared off to be cleaned--but it wasn't clean. It was disgustingly sticky & when my boyfriend asked our waitress for a tag to clean it off, she handed him the rag and I held up our chips and queso dip (was actually really good) as he cleaned our table. When salads came out, my boyfriend grabbed his knife to cut it up, and his knife was disgusting---clearly visibly dirty. The tomatoes in my salad tasted sour. After the first bite with a tomato I was done with my salad. I got the "Big Mouth Bites" & my burger was not cooked all the way, but since I was starving at this point, I decided it was cooked enough to eat. The only thing I probably had the most comfort in forgetting was the PBR I got that because it came in a can but I did end up pouring it in a glass so there's no telling how counter productive that was. Point blank this place is gross and dirty and it's too bad because our waitress was really cool and good at her job, I wish I could remember her name because I'd probably look her up on Facebook and advise her to look into working at a different restaurant.

Typical chain place. I came here with my bf relatively late probably around 8pm on a weekday. Not too many people. Waiters were great, friendly and welcoming. Ambiance is decent, I can't see the table next to me and vice versa. We started off with the hot spinach and artichoke dip, comes with chips. It was good and filling, so I'd recommend it. However, probably better for a large party because you'll struggle to eat your whole meal with this creamy appetizer. Once again my bf got the better dish. He ordered chili's signature ribs. He enjoyed the ribs, the meat was nice and tender. Myself, I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad w/o the chicken. It was delicious~ We also got a triple margarita. It was three tiny shots with a different type of margarita. We're not big drinkers, so it tasted good but can't say whether it was bad or good. It tasted refreshing. Each table had some computer thing where you could read the menu and pay for your meal. It was pretty neat. Service was good, of you're looking for a filling meal, I'd recommend this place.

We come here often, great staff and food, but waiting Sunday 1p.m. for a table. Nine empty tables in one section alone. Just not enough staff. That's a management issue. Pay them and they will work.

My other half can't stay away from the molten chocolate cake. We love the flatbreads and the margaritas. I personally love the mango chile tilapia. I ate it so much that it stopped being spicy. It's still a great healthy meal.

I have only visited this restaurant one other time and it was years ago. I looked forward to this visit because I wanted a change from all of the other places I frequent. Our party dined on an early Saturday afternoon and the place was pretty packed. Having said that, it took quite a while for us to receive our food. This wouldn't have been so bad but all of the tables around us received their food before us, even the ones with the same amount of folks in their party as we had, and we'd even arrived and ordered before they did. I really think that our waitress, who was pretty nice, kind of forgot to put our order in initially. Anyway, our nice waitress' demeanor went downhill a bit after our orders arrived and here's why. One of the people in our party ordered (bone-in) wings and was brought boneless tenders. When the disappointed diner pointed this out to her, she seemed to become a bit miffed about it. Although she offered to send the order back for the correct food, we didn't have any more time to spare so the offer was refused. But the waitress' attitude stayed sour for the rest of the visit, which I found to be quite odd. But outside of that and the slow service this day I thoroughly enjoyed my food and would entertain returning.

Well... I really like Chili's. For whatever reason I seem to visit one in every town. This one has disappointed me twice. Perhaps if I was a party girl drinking my way through dinner I wouldn't care, but fortunately I am not that girl. Twice now I have been here and ordered the fajita explosion salad (which should be renamed the quesadilla explosion), my go-to each time. The first time the fajitas tasted nasty. Like the grease from the grill was old- I can't pin point it, but I didnt eat more than 1 bite. In fact I spit it out. Salad was o.k. Second visit- we waited, and waited, and waited for our food. Then we see the manager (Paul?) essentially running through the restaurant with our food... to another table. The woman was on her phone and the guy was facebooking, neither was paying attention. They started eating OUR FOOD. The manager came back over and said 'oh im sorry I forgot your extra pico de gallo' to which the gentleman scoffed and said 'NO PICO. NOOOO PICO." It was me who always orders the extra pico, extra extra pico de gallo every time. Another blatant sign that he had delivered them my order. Then the waitress walked into our section and walked out to bitch out manager Paul. Funtimes. 5 minutes later our food showed up, and we watched the manager watch us from afar as I was also delivered my extra pico de gallo. The fajitas again were nasty old greasy tasting, and i spit it out once again. The salad was o.k. So I doubt we will be back. There's a chilis in every town, and after one bit of nastiness, another mishap plus nastiness there's no reason to come here again.

Chili's in Fort Walton Beach, FL has great fun food at budget friendly prices. You can't go wrong with 2 for 1 drink specials all day everyday. The staff is always friendly and fabulous, the service is always fast, and the food is excellent. We especially love the chicken tortilla soup. Go here for a fun night out with friends.

It's a chili's, nothing more nothing less. Food, staff, cleanliness, and service were all ok. I give it one star because half of the staff were running around with armbands, long sleeve shirts, or under armor covering up what I can only imagine were at least a few excellent tattoos. I have never seen this at a chili's, so I asked one of the staff and found out it was the local management's policy against tattoos and they all had to cover them in order to work. It's a bar/grill... You get one star for poor decision making...

So, let's just start by saying chilies is not a bad place. But our waiter had an open cut on his hand. Then found blood on a napkin that wrapped my silverware. I did not get a name, but he was bald with a good beard going on. Then every table but us got their chips. Chips don't take 30 minutes. Entrees were good. THE BLOODY NAPKIN WAS A HUGE APATITE TURN OFF!

Oh! It gets better! An employee of Chili's sent me a personal message on Yelp calling me ignorant because of my review. I called to inform management, who was very nice and respectful. Chili's is just a no go now, for sure. I have a good mind to call corporate on the idiot employee who commented with her real name. Ugh. I will be telling everyone I know about this!!

If I'm going to go to one of these Fern Bar type places(Chili's..Friday's..Ruby's..Bennigan's etc) where all the food was prepared a 1000 miles away and it is just reheated on site,I have always preferred Chili's..What makes them better than the rest of the lot?..I think it's because they realize what they do well and don't try and get too fancy by serving 20 dollar plus steaks..seafood dishes..rib and chicken combos..etc. like others of this ilk try and do..Chili's just sticks to basics like all the normal appetizers..soups...salads..hamburgers...sandwiches...quesidillas..fajitas..and their famous baby back ribs....none of it raises the bar in food cuisine but it is always consistently pretty tasty which is all I expect here...Chili's Soups have always been a standout and some of the best are their Chicken Tortilla...Chicken Enchilada..and their Chili...but all the soups are pretty tasty....Chili's Lunch Menu flexibility these days is a real value as well as they will pretty much let you make a combination of any of their soups..salads..sandwiches and appetizers for under 8 bucks and give you a good portion of both...this particular store always seems to be crowded but the service is always pretty quick and friendly and another good option is just to sit in the bar where it's always 2 for 1 drinks and eat in there...I don't come here often but when I do I am usually happy with the meal as it's tasty and it's fairly inexpensive..definitely worth a stop if you are in the area

I guess I was the one who made a mistake by going when they were not busy. When I walked in I had to stand at the hostess area for literally 5 minutes looking for someone, finally someone came out and seated me. After I had ordered and waited for my food I watched this happened to the next 2 parties that come in. One gentleman got seated at the bar and nobody came to help him AT ALL. He ended up getting up and leaving. How mad would corporate be if they knew this terrible service was going on at this store. Someone would be losing this job for sure. I along with other customers were very disappointed with the service here.

I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants. However, last week I decided to give it a try and was impressed by both the service and the food quality. Although I had to wait to be seated, the food came out less than 15mins after ordering and didn't taste thrown together. I ordered chicken fingers that were so tender they had to be eaten with a fork, however the french fries had a very distinctive freezer taste, but the cole slaw made up for it. The dessert was good but not something I would pay for again. Like I said, this isn't comparable to a privately owned hole in the wall, but I would definitely eat here again, which is something I can't say for any of it's competitors.

We recently Moved back to this area a few months ago and have visited this location a few times. Lastnight, my father in law was in town and we decided to go to Chilis to eat. We ordered our appetizer and it was brought at a fast pace which was nice. We waited what it seemed like foreve for my husband and father in laws beers and my long island. We were aware it was happy hour 2/1 but I honestly not sure why they bring both drinks at once. The beer got warm and the ice in my second drink was melting. The servers were nice enough but once again my 3 yr olds meal came when we were finished with our food. The past 3 times we have been there it has come when everyone else is done. Of course by that time he was full on chips and dip and our food so he wanted nothing to do with his meal. Its hard to explain to a 3 yr old why everyone else has their food and he does not. Also, i saw someone walking around sweeping but when i looked around to my left there were pieces of trash and food particles all under the booths in plain sight. It did not look the cleanest to me. Not sure if well visit this location again.
