Good cupcakes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We bought 2 cupcakes from here today and they were delicious! I had their signature brown sugar caramel and my father had the German chocolate. I loved mine and my dad loved his. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because they were a little pricey, almost $7 for two cupcakes which really weren't over the top big. I have had Georgetown Cupcakes and Cake Love cupcakes before which may be better and are definitely bigger but these were very good too. I would get them again.

I love all the different flavor cupcakes! My office has ordered them for parties as well. i wish I could eat a cupcake a day! hahaha I think my favorite is the raspberry cheesecake one. They have ice cream too so that is always niiiice.

Saw the sign while driving home and decided to check it out since my husband loves cupcakes. It was good... The red velvet was perfect.

Omg. On a rainy day i needed a cupcake to sweeten up the day so i found this lovely bakery. I tried the brown sugar, cherry chip but Peach cobbler cupcake was my fav.

I love cupcakes and if they're good don't mind paying for them. I really wanted to like this place...cute shop, promising sounding flavors, and they looked delicious...but I was totally disappointed. They texture on the four we got was just plain weird. When I ate the first I thought maybe it was just that flavor, but the others were the same as well..they seem kinda grainy and heavy and almost cornbread like..totally weird! I also found the frosting to be too oily and taste like straight butter. I understand that it's buttercream, but it's not supposed to taste like the honey butter I get at restaurants. The red velvet cupcake was the best of the four I got, but only because it had cream cheese frosting instead.

My favorite cupcakes by far! They are moist and not dried out at all. My favorite is their butterfinger...amazing with the buttercream frosting and the peanut butter filling. The red velvet is to die for as well! I've tried some of the other flavors and they never disappoint. I absolutely love cake/cupcakes and am picky about what I like...not going to waste the calories on something mediocre. ;) Gracie and Shelly's is definitely the place to go...I would HIGHLY recommend!

Still wonderful! The range of flavors is amazing! The cashier was so patient when my fiancé and I were asking so many questions about the different cupcakes. They all sounded so delicious that I was difficult to make a decision. Their buttercream frosting is perfect! It isn't sickeningly sweet like some commercial frosting can be. Some of their cupcakes have fillings in the middle; I've had a few and they're all delicious!!

You seriously cannot go wrong with any selection in this place. Bring your appetite!band if you're a peanut butter fan, you are going to flip your pan when you get your hands on their peanut butter cupcake.

Love these cupcakes. I bought a dozen for someone and they described them as "little tasty works of art"!!! Perfect description. Service is always exceptional. Perfect to bring home and perfect "thank you" treats for others.

Yum!!! I only got to try one cupcake on my most recent visit to Fort Myers but I will definitely be back for more. I thought they had a great selection of cupcakes they had at least 12 different flavors to choose from. I ended up going with chocolate cream pie. It had a moist chocolate cake, whith like a vanilla cream cheese frosting, and chocolate mouse topping. The cake was awesome and the frosting was not overly sweet and had a lot of flavor. It was a cupcake win for sure! The man behind the counter was very friendly and patient waiting for me to make my cupcake choice. They are in the Belle Tower Shops, a bit hidden if you aren't looking for them. They are towards the Saks Fifth Avenue side of things.

Oh oh very small selection.I do not like to Give 2 Star Reviews. But, in few words. This place is Really Hurting. The gentleman that took care of us. Was very nice. Their selection is very small( Yes I took Pics). On display 2 small glass cases. One with Cupcakes the Other w/Ice cream. Which did not look very appetizing. After, getting use to Going to The Cupcake store in Tampa,Fl. The "g""g". OMG. I could not believe. That this Store was opened. He did have 1 Gluten Free Cup Cake. He was so eager to provide good service.I felt really bad for him. Needless to say. Bought the Cupcake. And a cup of Coffee. And graciously left. The location of the place did not help. It's in a Shopping Ctr. That many of the Stores Face an Inside Courtyard? Not visible from THE PARKING LOT?? NOT A GOOD START:-( Location,Location,Locaaation:-(

I got the triple chocolate and salted caramel. Price was what I'd expect to pay for a gourmet cupcakes. The cake it's self was good. I've had better icing. They aren't bad but not what I expected. To be honest u can get a cupcake 3 times as big from Publix for .30 cents less and taste a little bit better.

The cupcakes are alright but not great. If I'm going to spend some money on cupcakes I really want a super moist dense cake with luxurious creamy frosting and I don't believe these met those criteria. I was a regular at Crave cupcakes when I lived in Houston and have been to a couple of the Sprinkles stores in different cities and I feel those are vastly superior.

Nice little store for satisfying a sweet tooth. They carry a nice variety of ice cream as well as multiple sizes of cupcakes. I had a pretty tasty red velvet cupcake the other night that was about $3.50, which I find pretty standard and reasonable for "gourmet" cupcakes. I also tried some chocolate and peanut butter ice cream which was good, but not up to par with Love Boat. I don't mean that as an insult, they're called Grace and Shelly's Cupcakes, not Grace and Shelly's Ice Cream. ;) I would be inclined to visit again and try some other cupcake flavors. The Butterfinger and strawberry lemonade flavors looked very interesting and enticing.

I had one bad experience here about a year ago and vowed to never go back. However, now I am literally eating my words. I adore their mini cupcakes and love to see Grace and Shelly taking over the state of FL with their delicious creations.

I am developing a serious Grace and Shelly's addiction. I have tried the Black and White, Raspberry Cheesecake, Triple Chocolate, Brown Sugar Caramel, and Peppermint. The raspberry filling is to die for. Also, they are always so helpful (and patient!) at the counter. Just writing this review makes me want another cupcake.
