100x better than Olive Garden down the block. Great service and flavorful food for the win. Came here for lunch around 2pm and there was no wait. There was only one waitress taking care of all the tables and she did a wonderful job. Her name was Sandra and she checked in not only once but a few times to see how out meals were and to refill our drinks. I ordered the lobster taco lunch special. It came with three tacos filled with chunks of lobster, cilantro slaw, pico de gallo, and jalapeño ranch. It was quite filling and had a side of wild rice pilaf. My family ordered dinner entrees even though it was lunch. We had plenty of leftovers to take home. Overall a great meal.

No veggie options all all besides pasta and the ONE salad they offer. The salad has no veggies except lettuce and cheese. It is a caseasr, but luckily the thick gross dressing doesn't have anchovies in it. Also, don't even bother ordering a mixed drink here. Zero alcohol and for the price, I found that a bit ridiculous.

Started off slow as I entered there was nobody at the hostess stand. Nobody at the bar. No wait staff around. After about 5 minutes someone emerged from the kitchen and sat me. Then I had 2 waitresses working on my drink order and food order. Food was good. Restaurant could use some updating. The seating was worn and tables were worn. I had walts shrimp and a lobster tail. Lobster bisque had hardly any lobster in it. A few things they need to work on and then will earn a better review.

This was probably one of the worst reasturant experiences I think I've ever had. The night started with a 15 minute wait to be seated. Then as we sat and gave our order we waited another 20 minutes to get out food which I was fine with. Then another server spilled and consequently breaking a full wine glass on my mothers foot, meanwhile our table is full of dirty plates. Then as were leaving an inconsiderate server cuts me off as I'm trying to go pay the bill. I work for a reputable resturant where this would never be okay. Terrible night (food wasn't bad though)

My girlfriend loves their bread and believe or not that is the reason we come here. Mostly the food is good and I recommend to try the king crab. It is fair priced and the quality is very good. I didn't give them 5stars cause I didn't like the attire of the employees. We sat at the bar and we saw a male employee sat on a bench with ear phone and relaxed very comfortably., talking with other employees. It is ok to have break but he was way too relaxed as if he was in his living room. The service from our bartender was great. She was out standing bartender.

Nice place to have dinner with family or friends. Bit greasy all over the place, specially floor. About the food, sadly there was no salmon (left). Don't know if it was due to holiday, though. But in general it was a good experience.

Today I ordered the 12 oz New York cut steak and Rock Lobster tail. Although this was quite a bit of food, I enjoyed it immensely. My steak, which was cooked medium rare, was so tasty I wanted to marry it and have children with it. I wanted to raise my steak-person baby, watch it grow and learn, start a career and become a functioning member of society. And then eat it. My steak was very good. In conclusion: the end.

Slow service!!! I don't know if it's me or what, but do you really need to add salt to cook salt water fish?!?!? I think I drank 3-4 glasses of water just to make it through dinner!

I recently had my first Red Lobster experience and was not let down The service was impeccable and the food was great. Also I ordered a rasperry lobsterita and was not let down by the advertised "extra-large" cocktail. Yum!

Wow...Monday night, not spring break, snow birds are leaving or gone and we waited 30 minutes for a table in a half full restaurant. Waited while our server cleaned off another table before taking our order which lo and behold, they were out of. Ordered something else and I should have known just to leave at that point but didn't. Manager offered to get me something else but by this time it was freaking 10:30 and we'd been there 2 hours, just wanted to get out. Asked for some rolls to go...they were out of those too. I know this isn't fine dining but is it too much to expect a decent meal and decent service?

Their prices don't seem bad for a seafood restaurant until you discover that the food is mostly flavorless! The shrimp on a skewer is a joke. Where do they find such tiny shrimp?

The disorganization of this location is staggering! There were several tables and booths available, yet we had to wait to be seated... on a Monday! Every time we have come here this has happened. Not one time have we been seated immediately. The only reason we come is we love the food and there is not another Red Lobster in the area. They should start taking reservations because I know for a fact they lose countless customers due to the wait time. The servers are good. The management stinks. The food, however, is exactly what you expect from Red Lobster... yum!

Me and my friends decided to go to Red Lobster. I hadn't been to one in years as I don't really go to franchises anymore. But I have to say I Got the Endless shrimp. It was awesome..The best part is the customer service was surprisingly amazing. Eddy, our server, was so delightful. I definetely recommend it. Great experience

Gosh all Red Lobsters are going downhills. Once you've been to one, you've been to them all. My family loves this place so we go here whenever I come into town. The cheese biscuits are the only reason I can see for coming here. The seafood bisque could be good if they cut back on the salt a little bit. I've tried some of the combos and they were lackluster at best. The prices aren't bad if you're really craving some seafood on a budget but I would rather buy some at Winn Dixie and prepare my own. The staff here is pretty friendly and included some fresh biscuits when we ordered takeout.

I was thoroughly pleased with my dining experience here. Our waiter, Dwane, was absolutely fantastic. He was sweet and kept my 9 month old entertained with a stack of coasters which he instructed her to throw on the floor before he got back. Service was great, food was delicious. My husband and mom-in-law had the endless shrimp and I had the clam chowder. Yum! Our waiter brought us a special order of biscuits without cheese because my husband hates cheese and those were delicious too. Very, very pleased.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst restaurant experience of my life! I've never felt so mistreated and judged by my appearance! When we got there on a Wednesday afternoon the place was empty but the server looked at us ( we have tattoos) and said she was busy and couldn't take us...Ok ...but as soon as another couple came in the restaurant she went happily to serve them! So another server came and put us on the booth. our food took forever to come and when it came it was cold!!! like it was sitting on the counter for a while... we didn't eat the food and asked for the check...it also took forever to come! I will never go back to Red Lobster!

Meh meh meh. If you're looking for an unimpressive middle of the road place at best, THIS IS YOUR RESTAURANT! The lunch deal are a pretty good deal, but the 3 dollar drinks kind of cancel any savings out. I got the shrimp nachos, which would best be described as bland(and they use this really soupy cheese sauce, it's even runnier than ranch in consistency, so it turns the chips into a soggy uneatable mass). The shrimp tacos were decent. The peach tea was, again, meh. Bathrooms are disgusting; they need a wastecan by the door, because as it is now, people just throw the towel they use to open the door on the way out in the sink, on the floor, anywhere. One of the soap dispensers was empty when I got there, and was still empty upon leaving. For what they charge for the upper end food, you would be much better off getting fresh stuff from a local place.

Go before 3pm if interested in lunch prices. My server told me that lunch pricing ends at 3pm. I'm a fan of the cheese biscuits (like so many others). Choose this establishment after reading an article online (NY Times). Due to a recent shrimp shortage prices were soon likely to increase. Had a good experience here and will likely return when I get that shrimp craving again.

I remember when I used to get excited about eating at a Red Lobster, but those days must be over. I even jokingly prepared myself to have a horrible time, but because of the good start we had I got my hopes up and of course they were dashed. We had no wait time to get seated and I will write that aesthetically this is the nicest looking/smelling Red Lobster I've been to. Hubster ordered the 4-course selection as that is always something up his alley. I ordered the crab linguine, but was not asked whether I wanted the half or full portion. When I first received the dish I could tell that it was swimming in something. As I overturned the pasta I saw that the whole meal was floating on oil and grease. I tried a few bites and found that it was way too garlicky in flavor, so I had to stop eating it, because I knew I'd just make myself sick. Even the hubster thought it was nasty. The waiter asked if there was something wrong with my food and I told him that it's too oily and garlicky and no I did not want it boxed up to take home. I wish I could have made him try it to believe me. But of course he did not seem overly concerned. My only consolation was that I had a coupon. Now I recall why I do not enjoy eating at chain restaurants as these. Red Lobster has gone way down hill and it's sad. No wonder Darden is selling this chain. Too bad I won't be ever back unless they can turn things majorly around. Until then (if that ever happens) there are much better seafood restaurants out there to be explored.

I dined here last night with two of my friends. I arrived around 9:15pm and the place had only a few tables. It was LOBSTERFEST so we all ordered an item from the specialty menu plus the calamari appetizer. The service wasn't bad. Our waiter Robert was nice which was a surprise considering it was so close to closing. The cheddar garlic biscuits are delicious and I don't think anyone can deny that. The calamari took a little longer than expected and wasn't crispy but wasn't soggy. The sauces that came with the calamari were fairly bland which was disappointing. I like my calamari with some spice. Shortly after our appetizer arrived Robert brought out the first part of our dinners. My friends ordered the salad and said the dressing was a little too light. I ordered the coleslaw. The coleslaw was decent and I have no complaints. Then our entrees came out and all I can say is my food was delicious. It was exactly what I wanted and expected. I ordered the Bar Harbor bake and it was linguine pasta with lobster, scallops, shrimp, and clams. Everyone said their food was good. This is Red Lobster not a 5 star seafood restaurant so if you go in expecting chain restaurant food then you won't be disappointed.

The food is typical Red Lobster. The waitress was pleasant but I got better service from the hostess. This is the SLOWEST Red Lobster I have EVER eaten at, and that is saying something because I have been eating at Red Lobsters for over 30 years. The manager did stop by the table and asked how the food was but he left before I could tell him how slow his restaurant is. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST AN HOUR TO SPEND.
