Over the weekend, my boyfriend and I stayed at B Ocean hotel. We decided to venture for breakfast near the hotel. On my Yelp app, I saw this restaurant was a few minutes walking distance and they had a vegan menu. Therefore, we decided to check it out. When we arrived to the restaurant, we walked inside. It was labeled to order at the counter, but the staff told us they would take our orders at the table. The weather was amazing, so we had a seat outside. Inside felt a little cramped. In addition, outside was all ocean view (hence the name). I ended up ordering egg whites with feta and potatoes. Our food came out quickly and it was good. I did not end up ordering off the vegan menu, but they do have a French toast option on there. If in the area, I would come back and try more of the vegan options. Overall, the food was good, and the view was priceless. The weather being so gorgeous that day just topped it off. For the food, I would I would give it four stars, but the quick service and view brings it up to five.

Simple, homemade food and a fair price. Don't expect gotmet or superior service and you'll enjoy yourself! It's salads, sandwiches, hotdogs, grilled cheese and they have a Mediterranean selection.... Hummus. The food was good and cheap. Simple.

Great food but the energy didn't feel very friendly. Waitress almost seemed like she got aggravated with my inquiring about a certain item on the menu. The guy in there seemed very friendly though

Place is on ocean front but food was kind of pricing for what you are getting. Don't worth the price on the menu. I asked for an omelet which cost $8.99 and they gave me three eggs plain fold. I asked, where is the meet or veggies and I was told it was an add on at .79 cent each item. I was like , how can you call an omelet three plain eggs and omelet suppose to have something in it and that why it's call an omelet. When I also asked for decaf coffee, I was given instant coffee. I would not spend my money at the location . I don't mind paying high price for food (location) but a least I expect quality.

I was very happy with the Gyro Salad I ordered. Their menu is HUGE and it took me some time to decide. What I landed up doing was making my own salad. I asked for a cup of water which the carryout girl, who didn't speak great English, told me she had to charge me for. They charged me $.50 for water and $.10 for a cup, meh not great, but do-able. They do have outside seating right across from the ocean so keep that in mind if that interests you. My carryout lunch salad and drink; however, were just under $16 which I thought was very pricey. The week before I carryout from Primanti brothers (a chef salad) and it was under $10 and it was jut as good. They are also less than 20 feet from each other. I would go back here, but IF I'm trying to save a few bucks I'm going to Primanti bros.

Smoothie had no taste, wraps were soggy, even one of the workers shook his head because I was in his way for a second, even though I said "sorry". Not sure where these 4 stars are coming from.

Very good food at reasonable prices. Made from scratch so takes a little while to get the order but worth the wait.

Great spot for Mediterranean Food right off the beach. Best thing is you can buy beer or wine at the liquor store and drink them at restaurant. Spent the day on Ft Lauderdale beach. After a bottle of wine and a few beers we walked across the street and had a great lunch. Very cool trendy area of Ft Lauderdale beach to explore as well on the area.

Food Poisoning. This place makes their money off of people who eat here once, realize what it is, and never eats here again because they are on vacation or desperate (like I was). I could see not refunding the money if I ate almost everything and complained, but when someone takes 3 bites and has an immediate stomach issue, that is hard to argue. My wonderful Mediterranean experience came complete with a side bag choice of Fritos, Doritos or Lays chips. Black olives in the hummus - YUCK! Way too expensive for the experience, atmosphere and quality. I've had better experiences at fast food restaurants in the ghetto. I informed them of the food poisoning issue quietly out of respect for their current customers in this tiny place that could've easily overheard me. A smart owner would've apologized and made things right. Instead the entire staff got involved, which let the cat out of the bag and thus everyone in the restaurant overheard. They sabotaged their own business as everyone quickly started to second guess what they ate/were eating and were about to pay for. No responsibility or apology taken by the owners. They suggested I had heat stroke, despite living in South Florida for 9 years, and/or that I must have drank too much the night before and that is why I was sick. They argued that their food is fresh, yet a classic restaurant trick was used in that they heated up stale pity so as to hopefully rehydrate and curb some of the stale feel and taste. The olives were classic canned black olives. Their hoagies are not hoagies. They are odd flat bread buns that are pushed into a panini press. Not only does this not work by definition, but other breads in a panini press burn, which is why you use panini bread and not cheap bread. I asked the server, "tell me about the veggie burger". A look of panic came over her, her eyes searched for something and the only thing that came out of her mouth was: "what do you want to know". Let me think: how it is made, what it is made from, it is homemade or off of a sysco truck, how is it served, what does it come with, etc...She was clearly too worried about her dread locks and hippy pants to truly provide customer service.

Pretty sad and under cooked pancakes for 8 bucks. Decent coffee, would have been better if they let me add cream/milk instead of adding it themselves. Pretty good fruit, yogurt and granola.

Our waitress seemed annoyed by our presence, the food was not worth the price, there was a fat shirtless guy by the door picking his nose while we ate and they charge you for a glass of tap water. On the plus side, the manager is very friendly and accommodating, the location is cute and the view is lovely. That being said, I still wouldn't come back.

I was interested in trying this place, as they had a separate Vegan menu. The restaurant is a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. There is limited seating inside, so we chose to sit outdoors. After going through the menu, I decided to have the Mediterranean Wrap from the Vegan menu. The wrap was decent, nothing great. There was some oil dripping out. I was hoping for some more flavor in the wrap. I would definitely give this place a try if you want a quick bite to eat. There are tons of options to choose from. Perhaps, I didnt choose the right one.

My husband and I were looking for something yummy, but not too filling and we came across this hidden gem. Service was fast, food cooked to order. Well worth every penny! Not too pricy either! I would have posted a photo but we ate as soon ad it hit the table!

I am surprised at the reviews for this place. My partner and I had breakfast here on Saturday. Coffee, a plain cheese omelette, a bagel with cream cheese, two eggs and a slice of deli ham ended up costing as much as our generous lunch at PF Changs. If you care about value, dint do it. The food was cooked poorly too. The location is great though!

Don't be fooled by this hole in the wall breakfast place. They ripped you off with their omelette ingredients. Two omelette breakfasts cost over $30. Even though it showed a single $ symbol for this joint but but really it is $$$. The breakfast comes with only a spoonful of fruit. A regular piece of cantaloupe that usually fits in your mouth is like cut in four pieces. All in all do not let this place fool you. Make sure you know what you are charged for before you order. Lia.

Delicious unpretentious spot on the corner of A1A and McSorleys. Vegan and vegetarian menu, all day breakfast fare and Mediterranean cuisine - hummus, eggplant (my vegan friend delighted in both) and the stuffed wine leaves, which I shall try on my next visit. My Greek wrap was classic and fresh and tasty and served with a bag-o-chips. The beach view and people watching cannot be beat. The owner greeted us and offered us samples of his smoothies. Milkshakes are on this menu too. It has been here for two years and now that I'm in the know, I'll be sure to go back for a bite.

I've been here a few times now, and it's been hit or miss...up until my last visit where it was just plain miss. Last time I was here I ordered the Anna's Special Platter (as seen in Mariam D's photo), I remember it being amazing so I ordered it again. I think maybe last time my outlook may have been skewed as by the time we sat for dinner I was starving and I did not notice, but the avocado just did not look right. So after waiting for several minutes without anyone coming out to check on us while eating the rest of my food - which was so so at best, I went inside an asked for a RIPE avocado. She informed me they all look the same, while the cook held up a vacuum sealed packed avocado that looked bright green. Unhealthy! I went back and tried just the avocado and it was naaasty mush. Tasted like brown avocado. The service was slow, the food was far from quality. I don't think I'm going back there - they claim to have a healthy menu, but there is nothing healthy about a preservative packed avocado! Also, they charge I think $.25 for the tap water, and it's not even filtered, it has a strong metallic taste to it.

I went to this restaurant on the beach thinking it would be cheaper and probably just as good as the expensive breakfast buffet at my hotel. I was sorely mistaken. My husband and I both got omelets which start at 7.99. Every single thing you put on it costs extra, which I don't have a problem with if it is a good omelet. Egg whites are an extra dollar (definitely skip this so you don't make the cook mad - she very loudly stated that she hates making egg white omelets when I was walking by to go the restroom). I figured with such a huge vegan menu the veggies in the omelet would be good. When the food arrived, it was the saddest excuse for an omelet I have ever seen. Not only was there hardly any veggies in it (and they completely left out the spinach I requested), but the mushrooms and red peppers were straight out of the can. I expected a little more at 80 cents per topping. The side of fruit was about 8 tiny (diced) pieces of melon and pineapple. To be fair, I think my husband had a little bit more in his omelet, probably because the cook wasn't ticked off when she was making his. Coffee was decent, wheat toast was good, staff was pretty nice and accommodating, and the view is nice. Some of their other food may be better than what I had, but I won't be back because I'm still trying to get over the fact that I paid $14 for a small omelet that had canned vegetables in it.

So we read the reviews and went for a walk to get our lunch here. I had the Totti's favorite spinach wrap with vegan house dressing. Too good. Loved the fries too. I know the basket wasn't overflowing with fries but there was enough for 2 to share with the sandwiches. My boyfriend had the chicken burger and he said it was good. He also got a smoothie and said it was good. The view is great. The live entertainment is the people show that does not fear asking you for money. This is the beach, the homeless are here too. The staff asked the gentleman to leave since he decided to join us at our table. Staff was helpful and friendly. Honestly one of the best wraps I have ever eaten. Would recommend and would return.

I was looking for a good veggie burger and was excited to see they had a vegan menu. Well, it turned out to be just ok. Tasted like any regular frozen veggie burger you'd buy at a grocery store. Since their menu made it sound like things were fresh and homemade with unique sauces, I was a little disappointed.

My wife and I ordered off the Vegan menu, which being mindful enough to have a Vegan menu says a lot about the place. My wife had the Veggie burger and I had the Mediterranean wrap and we shared a side order of fries. Both dishes hit the spot....tasted great and was enough food to satisfy. The only minor knock we had on the dishes was that they was a little to much OVD sauce, which made it a bit oily for us. Don't get us wrong....it tasted great, but if you are looking to be a bit more conscious of oil then you may want to order it on the side so you can regulate it. The owners are super nice and epitomize friendliness! The ambiance is more sandwich shop like (as expected) on the inside and sidewalk cafe like on the outside....so don't take your first date or big date here. But if you want great food at a good price with an unbelievable view of the ocean, this is the place.

I was quite surprised to find a place on Ft Lauderdale beach with a vegan menu. While they also have a much larger menu of non-vegan items (which suites me as an omnivore), the selection of breakfast and lunch/dinner items was nice. Most of the afternoon/evening fare was sandwich, salad or wrap and they bring it with a smile. Definitely try.

I went to Ocean View today for lunch. I work around the beach most days, and was happy to hear that there was a new place in the area that had Vegan options. I tried to eat here a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon with a friend, but the place was packed and it was impossible to get to the counter. Note that the place is TINY... so more than a few people in the place will make it seem packed. Also, there is VERY limited seating. The first time I went, we were looking for a place to sit down and have a comfortable lunch... this time I went just expecting to do take out. I agree with other reviewers... this is more of a sandwich shop. Don't go there expecting to be able to sit anywhere, unless its a dead time... and even then, you never know if it will be full from tourists in the area. I came in and ordered a Mediterranean wrap to go and grabbed an honest tea from the cooler. The woman at the counter was friendly... but when I asked for the wrap, she asked me if I meant the middle eastern wrap and not the mediterranean wrap... I had to grab the menu to show her what I meant. She remarked "oh... you want it off the vegan menu, I didn't realize". Not a big deal... and i'm glad she at least asked, before giving me a wrap that had chicken in it. She rung me up and the total came to just under $14. Not the cheapest lunch i've ever had, especially for a wrap with a few vegetables and some hummus. I see another reviewer commenting on the prices... Yes... this place is priced high for a little sandwich shop. I considered getting a side of hummus... but didn't want to add another $7.50 + tax to the total. That reviewer said they have "local pricing" if you ask for it... but I didn't and wouldn't. I'm not interested in having to prove I live in the area to save a few bucks... and I think its lousy to have a higher priced menu to gouge tourists. Yes, the place is on the beach... which I assume is why they're prices are 20% or more above what you'd find a similar places not on the beach... but I have no interest in paying their "beach tax" again. While I was waiting (about 15-20 minutes for the one wrap) I was listening to my headphones, so I couldn't catch all of her conversation with another guest, but I did catch how she was praising how healthy their food was and how it was better than eating somewhere else (that I assume is the Subway next door). That's all great... but when I finally got the wrap, she offered me fritos with it as the side item. I didn't realize that fritos were healthy.... When i said "no thanks", she tried to push them on me as they were included. I kept saying no, I won't eat them. She offered other items from the same rack, which looked like a mix of cheetos, doritos, etc... I was annoyed and just left. Seriously... I'm ordering a vegetable/hummus wrap off a vegan menu... when I say no to the fritos... please don't try and force me to eat that crap. If you wanted to offer a "healthy" alternative, that would be another story... but cheetos and doritos are of no interest to me... and don't brag about how healthy your food is when you try to shove that garbage down people's throats. I left with my wrap and tea... The wrap was very tasty. It was however way too oily. If I was to ever go back... which is HIGHLY UNLIKELY, I would have to tell them to dial it back on the oil. The other problem was that tt was also not very big.... so i finished it very quickly. It wouldn't be a big deal... but for $10, I would expect something a little bit more filling. All in all... I don't plan on coming back. I was hopeful for another alternative in the area... but it's way too pricey for way too little food for a take out sandwich shop. Treated like a sit down restaurant, I wouldn't cringe at the prices too much... but it's so freaking cramped... and I would never bet on being able to grab a seat.... so I have to treat it like a place to grab and go. And as a grab and go place, it's a little slow and too expensive for what I was served. And one quick tip to the owners... come up with a better "side item" to offer with your vegan choices other than a big of frito lay chips while you're bragging about how healthy your menu is.

We randomly stopped by here on a trip from Las Vegas, and were very surprised by the quality of the food and service. They have burgers and wraps as well as smoothies and coffee. We had the hummus and tahini salad and a tuna salad wrap. We devoured both. For healthy food across from the beach, this place is highly recommend ed.

the food was amazing, but we realized after we paid we were overcharged by almost $10. my meal was 9.99, his 6.99, and we ordered a $4 appetizer. Somehow we got a $30 bill, before tip. I didn't think about it til after we left, and they had already closed. We could have ordered a whole other entree for that! yes, as others said the wait time is very long. we were the only two people there and i think it took close to 30 min for our food. i took this as a good sign that things were being made from scratch. you can see the guy cooking as the kitchen is right behind the counter. be sure to order an appetizer if you're really hungry. it came out fairly quickly. i had the vegetarian "burger" which was soooo yummy! i ordered off the vegan menu, which was the entire reason we came to the restaurant. i had looked up the menu online and wanted to try it out. the hummus appetizer was really delicious, but we needed more pita. i think there were only 6 triangles for two of us and we had mounds of hummus left over. and yes, there are really only 3 TINY tiny tables (only big enough for one person) to sit at inside, so seating is very limited. we went at night and they had already put the outside chairs in for the night so during the day you could also sit outside. Other than the mysterious overcharge (which really bugs me), the food was excellent! we will return just for the awesome vegan menu and oceanfront atmosphere, but you can be sure i will pay very close attention to the bill and look for errors before paying!! if it weren't for the overcharge, i would give it 4 stars (not 5 only due to lack of seating.)

I have only been here for breakfast. I lived around the corner from this place, so I wanted to like it but that was not the case. Very over-priced, for less than mediocre breakfast. Oh and check your drink bottle caps. Had a to-go order and when I got home, both bottles of water had been opened and refilled with tap water.

Really huge variety in menu! Great for vegetarians! Very friendly staff full of suggestions! We sat by the ocean and enjoyed an amazing meal! Coffee was deliciously strong ... They have a huge variety of roasts and options of almond and soy milk too! It's a great place for breakfast or lunch!

The waitress who served us was awesome. Not fake just nice and happy. However it was strange that we ordered a cappuccino and when the check came it was $6. It looked like a small size that we got. We questioned this because the menu showed small and large. Assuming it was a mistake as we have cappuccinos every day in cafes all over the USA. We were informed that that menu is for takeaway. Which didn't make sense as it was the menu they have on every table. So you get charged a large even when you get a small. Food was good. It was just bizzare with the pricing of things. We were staying at hotel next door. Would have eaten at this cafe every morning but the coffees were too expensive.

I have been on the hunt for a good gyro place...lamb gyro...and this place has made it. Fresh ingredients and made to order. My husband ordered a cheese quesadilla. Of course i tried some! It was very tasty but it wasn't served with any kind of sauce. Boo hoo! I am a dippin kinda lady. I gave it 3 stars because of the prices. The gyro was $9.00 and served with a big fat nothing. No fries?!! A can of soda...a CAN was $2.00! I can understand $1.50 but talk about steep...anyway....good food tasty but too pricey for limited quantity. Came back today APRIL 30, had the gyro again because I am on a gyro craze....last time i was here the owner cooked our food. This time i guess he is training someone new...well they burnt the grilled cheese and my gyro was dry. It needed a bit more sauce. Anyway the owner walked in and i voiced opinion and he made another grilled cheese personally and gave my son free soda and ice cream. He also sauced up my gyro. Very good hats off to the owner for satisfying the customer. I will come back if i have a few extra dollars and want to have fresh food. Second thought maybe we will come here only if the owner cooks xoxo!!!

I've been here twice already both times during lunch and haven't been disappointed either time. If your a fitness junkie you can customize plates to match your dietary needs. This place is regular cooking with great fresh ingredients. They have a variety food both breakfast and lunch. I don't believe you can go wrong with any of their wraps. Definitely going to try out their salads next time I eat here. I was more satisfied with their food than other places with four to five stars around the area. Whether you want something light or hearty a smoothie or coffee Oceanview Delight has it.

The Oceanview Delight is not so delightful. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because their hummus was excellent. Everything else we ate was terrible. I ordered what was called a vegetable sub- what I got was a few vegetables on what looked and tasted like a hot dog bun. My husband ordered the steak sub, which he described as undersized and gross. The little meat that appeared on the sub (this too came on a hotdog bun) was very tough. If you only want to eat hummus, I recommend going here. If you want anything else, I would consider dining elsewhere.

There were only two breakfast places close to our hotel in Fort Lauderdale, one of which was Ocean View Delight. We dined here for breakfast twice since the other place, Primanti Brothers, didn't have the pancakes that my four-year old son requested for breakfast both mornings. The inside of OVD is very small with just a few small tables in the room which is mostly occupied by the open air kitchen. Fortunately seating is available outside for larger parties like ours. Service was a bit slow to acknowledge us and a little rough around the edges, but our food arrived fairly quickly. Both mornings I had the French toast, made with a Croissant, topped with cinnamon sugar with banana slices on the side ($7.99). The price is a little high for what it is, but it is of good quality and tasted fine. Others in our group appeared to enjoy the omelette and my kids devoured their pancakes. Beware that a glass of water will set you back $.40 so only request one if you plan on drinking it. We did have breakfast at Ocean View Delight two mornings in a row, but I would have preferred to eat elsewhere the second time if there more options around. The food was fine but it seems a little more expensive than I typically like to spend on breakfast.

Popped in straight from the beach thanks to their perfect location and healthy menu. Had the tango smoothie it was nice and refreshing. Ordered a blt and fries. They forgot my order of fries at first and I wish I didn't remind them...they left much to be desired. Aside from that it was a tasty afternoon bite. They have tons of vegan options which I thought was cool. I didn't indulge in any that day though.

I ordered the spicy hummus with jalapeños and the appetizer size Mediterranean sampler. Both were excellent! The hummus was excellent on its own, but the added jalapeños gave it the kick I love. The pita was cut into easy to manage pieces and lightly toasted-perfect. The Mediterranean sampler came with a sample of plain hummus, pita, roasted eggplant and a small salad with olives. The appetizer size made the perfect light meal! The service was also quick, polite and welcoming. Overall exactly what I was looking for!

Skip breakfast here. The pancakes, scrambled eggs, and coffee were all just passable. My chocolate chip pancakes were OK, but my wife opted for the (expensive) strawberry pancakes. MISTAKE! Instead of fresh strawberries on top, the cook attempted to cook the strawberries into the pancakes... resulting in burned, soggy, vaguely strawberry-ish pancakes. Check out the photo. Appetizing? NOPE. Oh, and the pancakes say they come with pineapple. They actually came with four tiny pieces of diced pineapple. It was more like a garnish and not something I'd expect when it says that it comes with fresh pineapple. Scrambled eggs were far from fluffy, more like a collection of small, dry egg pieces. The service was decent, and they did make space in the small indoor space for our baby in her stroller... but we were the first customers of the day, so that was easy for them. We wanted something walking distance from our hotel because of our baby, but ultimately we wished we'd driven somewhere better.

3.5 As a place at which to get a quick bite before indulging in some Fort Lauderdale fun, Ocean View Delight is quite capable of delight. It's an unassuming beach spot that offers Mediterranean fare and smoothies. It's not the first combo that comes to mind, but it works well enough. Easy ordering inside leads to sitting on the sidewalk waiting for your food. I know. Sitting on the sidewalk sounds a bit... meh. But, when that sidewalk comes with a view of the ocean, sidewalk seating's not so bad. After a reasonable wait, I was presented with my bounty: chicken kebab skewears and a tropical tango smoothie. The kebab was simple. The slightly-marinated chicken came with lettuce, tomato, onion, and not nearly enough pita. Much like Charlie Brown attempting to kick the football, I order kebabs and continue to be disappointed. For me, there's just always something missing. Perhaps I need to return to London and snack on its kebab fare. I liked what I got over there. For me, the bigger winner in this lunch experience was the smoothie. Fresh and packed with real fruit, this frothy combo of strawberry, mango, coconut, and orange juice put a pep in my step and created a party in my mouth. It was only after sipping this that I realized my error. With OVD's proximity to the ocean, drink your calories in a delicious and nutritious way and walk the beach. That's the way to be a winner. Not to say that the food isn't good. It's a-ok. But the beach and the smoothies are where it's at. Stay focused.

As far as "healthy" goes it doesn't meet my standards, you'll find some fried items that are to be broiled or baked, not so fresh ingredients for the so called smoothies, The place doesn't give you a clean feel

Overpriced. Egg white omelette was 8.99 plain. Each item added is .80 to $1. So I had a $11 omelette that was just average. The toast was stale before toasted and the fruit was only a tablespoon and tasteless. I wish I could have posted a picture. Coffee was ok. Service is below average. Waitress put the cream in my coffee. Need I say more?

We got tired of being ripped off at the Hilton so we headed up here for lunch and we were so glad we did. Price aside, the food was good. We had a couple of gyros that came with salads and we had the hummus platter. A couple of bottled waters and a couple of coconut waters and we were out the door for about $30. Sitting outside with a view of the ocean was just bonus. Now, don't get me wrong, the food at the Hilton was pretty damn good but not worth $75 for two apps and two cocktails. I will definitely come back to OVD.
This is a pretty terrible place, the 4 star reviews are not genuine. Our gyros were tasteless and incredibly overpriced, making the gyros at Miami Subs amazing in comparison. The chicken and cheese quesadillas were the worse I've ever had. The only thing worth buying was the hummus. And they charge for water! A big miss at over $40, NOT RECOMMENDED at all!

Recently ate at this restaurant due to the vegan options offered. Service was very slow, took a very long time to get our food. The food was decent, but not great. Be warned, the bill will have the gratuity automatically added to the total. BUT, the credit card slip will misleadingly say "tip not included". The waitress brought me the credit card receipt without the bill to sign, which has the total (with gratuity included), but the bill has a statement falsly saying the gratuity is NOT included. So, I added a 20% tip (as I usually do), not realizing I actually paid 38% tip!!! BE WARNED, this practice is very shady, and intended to get double tips to unsuspecting tourists!! My experience with Ocean View Delight is completely ruined because of this practice, which I realized on my second visit there during my vacation. Do not be fooled by the receipt you sign which says "tip not included", an 18% tip WAS automatically included in the itemized bill which they don't bring to you with the credit card slip to sign. I'm sure the wait staff earns a lot of money due to this fraudulent practice.

Absolutely horrible....20 min to get a coffee, than after requesting the two orange juices we ordered, one only came. 50 min after the order, our eggs was not here and the neighbors table was served, which came 30 min after us. We left and paid $9 for two coffee and one orange juice. Seriously?

We loved this place. It was hard to find, as the sign is small, especially compared to the Subway next door. It is not fast. The food was very fresh, and we really enjoyed it. My wife had a salad, I had the Mediterranean wrap. They have an enormous menu. It doesn't seem possible they can offer so much out of such a little kitchen. If you want fast, go next door, and get the same ol' same ol'. It's probably a better experience for a tourist, than a local trying to get lunch. P.S. do t forget to feed the parking meter! $32.

I would not recommend this place to anyone staying in this area. Especially the b ocean next door! The tables were dirty and sticky. The price was way iover the top for the portions. 2 bucks for a small water?!! The grilled chicken Caesar wrap had barely any chicken in and and basically no dressing, and when I asked for more they literally gave me less then a tea spoon in a small cup. It was a joke. The breakfast borrito had maybe 2 pieces of small bacon if that. It was not a good place to eat and really a waste of money. The counter person could see that we were extremely unhappy and tried to justify her "ceaser lettuce" wrap. Lol . The location looks good but you can get that anywhere on the strip. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The lady who worked there was as nice as she could be, however, this place does not deserve four stars at all. At best, it is a cheap place to get a quick bite for breakfast. The food was low quality, I could see instant grits from my seat. I ordered the "French toast" and was disappointed - it barely had any flavor. They also don't serve alcohol, so you can't have a mimosa with breakfast. We went here on recommendation and were extremely disappointed.

Ocean View has a great view of the beach. We had the omelets with side salads for breakfast with coffee and smoothie. The food and coffee was okay. The smoothie had no taste like Sonia M. said. The service was excellent.

Really good little restaurant. We went for breakfast. Had breakfast sandwiches and the French toast. Very tasty. Sunrise smoothie was good as well. Would have been 5 stars, but they burned the bread on my sandwiches.

My boyfriend and I went here twice while on vacation in Ft. Lauderdale and both times the food was delicious! The people here are really nice too, and the location is great. The best part is that the prices are completely reasonable and much lower than you would pay at your hotel.

The food is delicious and the service is great. A small little corner cafe with fresh food and a vegan menu. I had a Greek salad and a wrap and both were delicious and full of flavor yet healthy. I highly recommend. They also deliver. The owners were very friendly and offered me samples of food I was unsure of as well as customizing other dishes for me.

Not bad for a tiny place along the main beach road. We have been here several times and found the breakfast filling and the smoothies very good. The staff is also very friendly.

Nice location across the street from the beach. Place is small, table service is spotty. Breakfast food is pretty good overall.. But they charge $0.25 for tap water which I've never seen before.

Just awful! Awful service, awful food, awful prices. You would be better off to go somewhere else. I will never go back.

(2)Sam S.

(3)A. N.
(3)Ani J.
(3)Caitlin K.
My husband and I were looking for something yummy, but not too filling and we came across this hidden gem. Service was fast, food cooked to order. Well worth every penny! Not too pricy either! I would have posted a photo but we ate as soon ad it hit the table!
(5)Ed A.
(2)Lia L.

(3)Ty R.
(4)Joe L.

Best view. Best healthy comfort food. Plus, it's bike friendly!

Cute little sandwich shop on the beach. The owners are super friendly and the food is fresh. Lot of options as well. I thought the prices were very reasonable considering the location.

My husband and I happened upon this little gem this morning. We had a wonderful breakfast. The food was excellent and the staff was so nice. I love supporting mom and pop places, and this one is surely a winner!
(5)Raquel S.
I ordered the Mediterranean Salad, the roasted eggplant was delicious! The gentleman at the counter was super helpful and flexible. I paid $10 for the salad at it was huge. I will definitely be back!
(5)Tony M.

My friend and I found Ocean View Delight while in search of good iced coffee and breakfast. It hit the spot. Coffee and food were good. The staff was nice and friendly.

I live right around the corner, Im Vegan ,and I found this little gem of a restaurant . They have a vegan menu which is fantastic! . Its about time theres vegan food right on the beach. Prices are low and the food is the freshest on the beach. sit out front and enjoy the beach .

Good coffee, good omelet, friendly staff. I will be back tomorrow morning.

the food was amazing, but we realized after we paid we were overcharged by almost $10. my meal was 9.99, his 6.99, and we ordered a $4 appetizer.
(3)Mark M.
(1)Bika S.
(5)Dave J.

(5)Christina Z.
Ordered two beef shish kebab. The food is average and the service too. I waited about 10 minutes prior the server came and brought us their menu. I would not recommend it
(2)Lesley M.

(4)Julie F.

Tried here for the vegan options...one of us got food poisoning. the hummus was ok but they use black olives not kalamata. The service was slow and not friendly. My fiancé got ill after eating a few bites of his sandwich and they workers inside asked him how much he drank last night (which was nothing!) then they asked him if he had heatstroke...we've lived in S FL for almost 9 years...we know how to handle the heat. They were all completely unprofessional and would not take responsibility for their actions. Fort Lauderdale needs more vegan spots but how they handled this situation will prevent us from ever returning. Stay away and get a veggie sandwich from Primamtis next door!

Stopped here for a snack and we were pleasantly surprised. Great location, outdoor seating, and great hummus. The owners are Turkish and take pride in their food. The chicken kabobs were tasty as well. Fantastic espresso as well. Would visit again for sure.

Reasonable price. Good food and service. Nice location. I have omelettes, and double capucchino

Fresh orange juice and Turkey breakfast croissant was on point! Love the quaintness of the place.
