I wanted pollo con tajadas, but the waitress advice me that it was a 30 minute wait. So I went with a carne asada. Carne asada came with black Cuban beans instead of the typical refried beans, no repollo, no lemon. Never coming back.

5 star pupusa but 3 star entree, Carne Asada as my entree with maduros, salad and fries on the side. I heard great things about this place but when I get there..parking is frustrating, service and attention was average or a bit below and the inside environment is a bit like a sports bar, the attention and smiles went all to the regulars but it would take a while for me to get a cup of water and refills. I would maybe go back for a pupusa if I was in the area but aside from that, wouldn't really recommend it to others..

Small shopping plaza with a gem. I've had a few of their dishes. I recommend the big breakfast that comes with avocado slices, eggs, white delicious Latin cheese, and amazing steak. Their lunches offer a great value. But there might be better items on the menu. But if you're on a budget head there on the ropa vieja day. Get it with white rice, and sweet plantains. Yellow rice is available if you are looking for additional flavor. All Delicious. I recall The Baleada was $4.99 and it come with everything's eggs, carne, deliciousness! Check that out if you're there on a lunch break. The service has always been very friendly and professional. Plus I've always left this place feeling like a big fatty. Grab some beers, some delicious pupusas (meat, cheese, beans) and relax south Florida style. That Riverland neighborhood is lucky to have this little spot. They accept delivery orders or u can place an order ahead of time and carry out For Dinner I recommend steak steak steak. I'll put up pics of this masterpiece. So why 5 stars? Parking's a bitch and sometimes u get blocked by delivery trucks. But it's worth it. The tomato sauce for the pupusa's is not my favorite but you don't lose a whole star for that in my book. There's been some turnover on the wait staff so that might have to do with some of the lesser than great reviews but the chef is still there! ;) Additionally the owner is very kind, last time I was there an error occurred on the bill and he was very gracious and corrected it and provided coupons for our next visit. What else can you ask from a hard working guy? 5 star Service!!!

Exceptional slow service for half decent food. Went on a Tuesday got 3 tacos with barley any food inside of them. Also had a burrito with eggs and sausage, beans which was decent, but not great waited over 25 minutes for the food and that was to go. I seen som patrons that had some big plates of food so that might be the way to go instead of the tacos and burritos. I don't think I will be going back regardless since everything was under par food wise, but to there credit they did have some nice women working there.

Love it here came with my homegirl to watch the world cup game honduras vs. ecuador (I think) LOL not a soccer fan. There was a dj & it was alot of energy. Took a minute to get my food but when I finally got it I wasnt trippin & the beef baleadas was delishhhhh oh laaaaawd lol

Order here at least once every two weeks. Great authentic "Central American" Cuisine. Steak, chicken and pork dishes are great and Have to try the Papusas.

Yum! I am in love with this place, okay no it is with the soups. I am in love with Honduran Seafood Soup. Have had the sampler platter and it was just okay in comparison. The soups are amazing. If you go on the weekend and like subtle coconut flavors then try the SEAFOOD soup. Gosh, I am getting hungry just thinking about it now. Otherwise during the week they have a few different kinds that are all good. Also do not miss out on the free chips that they bring to your table. Enchilada sauce and fresh queso. So simple, yet soooooooo good. Service is always good.

The chips are delicious..plus they are free!! Tortilla chips with tomato sauce and cheese sprinkled on top.. all female servers..good service..good prices on buckets during happy hour.. between 3 to 7pm buckets of five are only ten bucks.. And as far as the main courses go, theres something for everyone.. typical Honduran restaurant. And its too darn bad they got rid of the pool table..and its on the small side but gets good on weekend nights. Also id recommend this place if u like to eat while spanish music is playing as i do.. or for pregaming.. this is not where u want to spend the whole night if u want to party :) it might be where u want to spend ur whole night if ur heartbroken Nd just wana relax while listening to bachata! and u can request music here as long as the bartenders have it on CD

Awesome and cheap. The Plato Centro Americano is great and feeds way more than the 3 people it suggests. It has happily fed 4-5 at my table and it is only $20. Owner/operator is great he always is nice and takes care of you.
