Greek Cuisine
Greek food is a fine melody of the finest pressed olive oil, fresh fermented bread, colorful vegetables, juicy meat, sea food all cooked in spices and fresh rosemary. The people from Greek were great scholars who aimed to excel in everything they do. The results are quite visible in their food as they are the inventors of olive oil which is beneficial to health. Greeks also made different type of wines from the best quality of grapes fermented in controlled environment.
Today, you can find hundreds of restaurants offering authentic Greek food or popularly termed as Mediterranean cuisine in New York city alone. People wait in line to taste the exotic Greek dishes like saganaki, taramasalata, souvlaki, loukoumades, spanakopita, moussaka, and many more. One thing which most people like about these authentic Greek dishes is abundant use of lemon juice, olive oil, fresh rosemary and sea salt. A smart mix of few ingredients can virtually take you on the pebble streets of beautiful city of Greece.
For those who don't have time to enjoy fine dining should try tasting the famous souvlaki with pita which is type of meat dish, also a trademark Greek fast food. For those who are vegetarian, or vegan can try different versions of Greek Salad. So, if you wish to enjoy a hearty yet healthy meal that tastes divine then try dining at the best Greek restaurant in your city. Greek cuisine not only tastes good but also help maintain your body in a natural way through healthy diet.

Walked over for a quick lunch. We ordered the Poseidon (Cajun mahi) and the Apollo (primarily beef meatballs). Both were delicious. The wait for our food was longer than average but in their defense, we were the only customers in the place so it took a few minutes to fire up the grills. Pretty cool that they offer catering too. Can't beat the price for such fresh food.

I love this place. I come I one per month or so. Every time I come in the place is clean, has friendly staff and the food is made fresh in front of you. I love the gyro pita with the fries or with falafel. They have lots of sauce and ingredient choices to put on your gyro. I could not love this place any more. I just can come here everyday like I would but once a month is more than enough!!
(5)Layne O.
Mediocre Greek fast food. Just like Chipotle, you walk along the service counter and tell them what you want on your sandwich. I selected the pita bread with gyro meat. Unfortunately, the gyro meat was dry, as if it had been sliced yesterday and reheated. The tzatziki was ordinary but helped the sandwich. I'd recommend going to a nice Greek restaurant and order a decent meal. No way I'm going back.
(2)Sierra K.
The falafel pita is really good. Instead of the round balls they use smaller patty shaped falafel which makes it easier to eat. It wasn't as messy as a lot of falafel pitas can be. The hummus was pretty good. French fries are very authentic and everything is friend in olive oil. I'm pretty sure this is my new go to falafel spot in Fort Lauderdale besides Keeses.

Fantastic food! Awesome customer service! Lots of options! This place is great! We had been wanting to try this place out for awhile and since they have a Groupon out we decided to try it! We walked in and were immediately greeted. The staff was very helpful with decisions and explaining anything we had questions about! All of their options are displayed on a tv screen with everything you can pick from! Rice bowls, Gyros, Platters, Sandwiches, Soups and more! They have lots of ingredients that you can add to whatever you decide on! Along with great flavorful sauces that will enhance your meal. Both of our meals were overly delicious and we can not wait to go back to try more of their menu! Very clean Outdoor patio seating Located in the plaza near BurgerFi

Love love love it! What I love the most is the portions! You get a lot for your money! Lots of times you go and gets gyro and there is nothing in it. I won't mention any names. Well that is not the case at Gyroville!! Here you get lots of food!! You will end up taking home leftovers! If you like Mediterranean cuisine, this is the place for you!! Falafel, shawarma, tzarziki, kababs!! Yum!!
(4)Matt C.
I've been to this place twice and each time the food was awesome and extremely fresh. Tons of flavor for a very reasonable price. I'm not as familiar with Greek type food as some but the guys behind the counter were more than helpful describing the different options, types of hummus, and the sauces available. I plan on returning regularly since it's one of the more healthy options in this area.
(5)Melissa A.
Oh boy yummm! So glad I decided to try Gyroville instead of hitting up Panera! Great delicious fast eat! I'll be back for more of this fresh tasting gyro again.
(5)Jay K.
Consistently fresh, good food. Too bad they got rid of pork from their menu. It is a bit hard to find parking at this location.
(4)David M.
We recently discovered Gyroville and we're so happy we did. They never disappoint. Food is always hot and fresh. Sauces are delicious. Wish there were more of them around.
(5)Sheena E.
Huge portions! They don't skimp that is for sure. I got the gyro on pita and it was delish! LOTS of gyro meat to start with, lots of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and the tatziki was so good and garlicy! Too bad we don't have one of these in my area. It was really good. Make sure to check in and get the free hummus and pita, the hummus had a ton of flavor!!
(4)Charisma H.
I don't have much to say about this place. The service was terrible. The girls behind the counter didn't smile or ask us if we were ready to be helped. Nor did they seem happy to explain anything. They were just utterly dour. I decided not to eat there because they were giving off such negative vibes. But the food was delicious. Huge portions and really yummy. Hence the 3-star rating. If you end up going here, be sure to get take-out.

Yelped "greek food ft lauderdale" and Gyroville got 1st listing in the starch engine, and I've never been. It's right off of 17th street causeway in the 'Ross' plaza beside 'Tijuana Flats' and a Pizza place. Came for dinner on a Friday night and it was empty. There are a few TV's with he menus on them, making it easy to read. I ordered a chicken platter and asked for a little gyro meat and Jorge said okay..score! The platter also comes with a side salad (that they hand toss and prepare to your preferences), and rice or fries, a pita cut into triangles, and most importantly 2 tzatziki sauces. My man ordred the gyro platter with rice. It was prepared perfectly and so many marinated kalamata olives in the salad. The salad dressing was very yummy and topped with a grape-leaf. The chicken was moist and marinated. The tzatziki sauce was really good I loved the chunks of cucumber in it, really made it great. The Gyro is shaved off the souvlaki and I thought it was good, my man has had better. The rice was tasty but no added veggies or peas in it just a couple different rices I believe cooked in a chicken stock. The fries were crispy and good there was perfect amount of seasoning on it. The portions were good sized and the place was clean, my man and I left happy thanks Jorge for the great meal, I'll be back, love me some Greek!
(5)Leah G.
Delicious!!! Had the Mahi pita and it was spectacular! Love all the options of sauces. The place is clear and the service was great! Returning next time we are in the area!
(5)Douglas C.
Never again. I have eaten here three times. The first two times I ate here the food did not really agree with me and I thought I would never return. However with Greek Express (a little further west on 17th St.) currently closed (due to a driver crashing through the adjacent drycleaner) I had little choice but to give this place another try to get my Greek fix. Once again disappointment. We went at about 8 p.m. on a Sunday night. This was an hour before closing time, and the place was pretty empty, dark and a bit humid. I saw the gyro meat on the spit and thought I would be getting some meat sliced off it. Instead what I got was gyro meat that must have been being kept warm in a metal dish with some hot water underneath it. Not good. My girlfriend got a chicken pita. Like the gyro meat, the chicken was precooked and being warmed by water which made it extremely rubbery. It was so bad in fact we had to return it for another wrap. On take 2, the chicken was cut so small you could not tell if it was as rubbery but I am guessing it was. The fries were inconsistent too. No seasoning on the top and extremely salty on the bottom. The most redeeming qualities were add ons you can make to your pita, and the staff did not argue with me about the rubbery chicken and made a new pita, but on the whole they were indifferent. Third times a charm...I have learned my lesson and will not return.

Food is good. If your looking for a healthy fast alternative to fast food.. I love Greek food. All the fresh flavors and sides. Could use a facelift to make it more appealing for customer's. Some organic ingredients and better design would be the key for me to be a repeat customer.
(4)Ashley R.
Food was delicious, super fresh. Service was quick and staff was very friendly...I'll definitely be back!!
(5)Meghan S.
Today I was craving falafel so I searched for local places and saw that Gyroville got really good ratings so I gave it a try. First off when I got there tijuana flats next door was crazy packed so I figured so would Gyroville but nope barely anyone. So that was the first bad sign. Secondly, the service was a bit frazzled and awkward. I ordered the falafel and told it would be a couple minutes to make which I didn't mine. The next group started to order but in the midst of them ordering he called me back up to take my order again which was uncomfortable and felt rude to the other patrons. Finally, I was terribly disappointed by the quality of the falafel. I will say there veggies were fresh and the tzaiki(sp?) was very delicious, but the falafel just fell way too short of my standards. It was salty and not crispy. They almost tasted as if dry herbs had been used rather than fresh which gave it a dry/bitter taste. To sum it up, it may be better for a carnivore but I will not be returning.
(2)Pinarat S.
Good price with fresh foods! I like it! You can choose vegetable, dressing what ever you like! But the rice was a bit salty.
(4)George B.
I was hankering for a gyro. Haven't had one in over a year. I grew-up in Queens, NY, travelled to Greece and have eaten many a gyro in my time. The one I'm eating right now ranks with the best I've had. The meat is tender and flavorful, the pita, lettuce and tomato fresh, and the tzaziki and feta very tasty. The two guys running it were very attentive. I plan to return to try the Zeus
(5)Atom U.
Very decent. A falafel pita cost about 7 bucks, which is a lot, but this is south Florida, so ya gotta just deal with that. I consider this place to be "fast food" but it is tasty and healthier than many other "fast"options. The girls making your food are usually chilled out and nice. Someone else already said this but it makes perfect sense....this place is like pita Chipotle. Quality of the falafel itself (yes, I am particular) is average....I've had far better and I've had far worse....all in all, I will definitely eat here again.
(3)Brandon J.
I love his place, always Great customer service and always great atmosphere with prefect food. I think this is one of the best gyrovilles I go to but today there was a huge water spill that shouldn't have been there, it was so bad I thought the place was under construction. I hated to give this review but it was bad and was also a hazardous. Other then that it was a great place
(3)Ian M.
We had the gyro wrap and the pita was soft with a bit of seasoning. We loved the meat as it was juicy but not greasy. The tzatziki sauce tasted very fresh. Our family would definitely go back again!
(4)BK J.
Fresh and tasty. The Poseidon was loaded with lots of romaine, tomatoes, cuke, onion, spicy feta sauce and the fish was tasty. There was almost too much sauce on the sandwich as the pita was soggy by the time I got to eat it. The salad was similar, loaded but overdressed. Service was prompt and friendly. Would be willing to try again.
(3)Michael R.
Very fresh and tasty food. Didn't leave there like a full gut of fast food crap. This place had great ingredients in their food. The service was excellent & was obvious by seeing return customers that greeted the guy preparing this great food. Wish I tried more things but Falafel sandwich was awesome. Very affordable too. Going back soon. Thanks
(5)Marie K.
Wonderful lunch spot and the people working there could not have been nicer! I ordered a falafel wrap with hummus and tzatziki sauce. Falafel was tasty and little crispy. The gyro and pita that other customers were ordering also looked delicious. The portion sizes were generous. I will be coming back!
(5)Tristan s.
Yummiest ever!!! Definitely must try- in the Panera Bread plaza on 17th!! Zeus and a side of Tzatziki!!
(5)Stacy D.
Best gyro in town! If you like spice u have to try it with the jalapeño sauce instead of the traditional tzatziki sauce.
(4)Sarah H.
Fast service, great gyro meat and best tzatziki sauce. Also, if you check in with a purchase you get free hummus and pita, which was very yummy. I will be back!
(5)N K.
Decent food. Extremely rude staff. I wanted to eat there again but did not because of the staff.
(1)Meagan M.
Yummy gyros and quick service! The people who work here are really nice and it is very easy to "build something" you will like. I had the lamb gyro and it was delicious! Will definitely be back soon.
(4)Megan K.
The Zeus bowl is amazing!! So tasty with a ton of different flavors in each bite. I don't eat here often but every time I do, it's great. I also love the hummus and pita bread!
(5)Brian P.
Great meal. Great staff. Had a regular gyro, which was stuffed to the gills with fillings. Will definitely go back next time I'm in town.
(5)Jamie R.
I waited a whole year to eat lunch at Gyroville(came from Minnesota to attend conference again)and was pleased to find it was still as tasty, fresh, and high quality as I remember. This is "fast food" at its finest. I have a new favorite with a rice bowl, veggies, and chickpeas(with tzatziki and Medichurri sauces)-I may just have to have it again one more time before heading home:)
(5)Sahid H.
Had the Zeus...AMAZING! Its a combination of juicy chicken AND gyro what more can you ask for?! Very friendly and helpful service, they walked me through the menu and all of the sauces. I can't believe I didn't know this place was here! Def will make this my new lunch spot!
(5)Roy M.
Food is very good and best of all they are consistent.
(4)Laura Cristina M.
OMG. My fingers are still covered in Tzatziki sauce and here I am writing this review. DELICIOUS! I had de Zeus Sandwich and Loved it to death. The place is clean, the vegetables are fresh, the employees were very friendly and everything was perfect. There are 5 days left in my stay here in South FL and I'm definitely coming back!
(5)Eric T.
I can't get away from the wonderful flavors and service at this place. I'm here every three days. Lou is the best employee, always smiling and courteous.
(5)Todd P.
Favorite place to get a gyro. Can't believe it was across the street all these years.
(4)Martin G.
It was bound to happen--a Greek fast food restaurant along the lines of the Mexican, Italian, Burger, Subs, etc. places invading most cities where you put your order in, watch it made, pay, take your food to a table and eat. The food at Gyroville looks and tastes fresh. We had a groupon that we paid $12 for and the actual price came to $21+ We had the 3 step deal where in the first step you choose between a rice bowl or a wheat wrap or pita bread or a salad. Then in step 2 you add chicken or pork or gyro and the last step you add your choice of dressing. I had the gyro salad ($8.99) consisting of Romaine lettuce, olives, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, red onions, feta, dolmades and gyro meat topped with a stuffed with rice grape leaf and I chose the cucumber/yogurt dressing. Allen had the same with chicken and, of course, our diet sodas ($1.75). Without the groupon the check would have been $22.55 including tax, plus one of those tip jars, which is a bit much, $12 each for a self serve lunch salad but you couldn't beat it at $7 each. It was a good size portion but the dressing was very blah. What made the meal and the restaurant was Leo who was the only one we saw the whole time we were in the place. He had a hearty greeting for us, smiled the whole time, answered whatever questions we had, made the food, took the cash and made sure to say goodbye to us even though he was now waiting on two other parties. He really made Gyroville a good place to eat. The menu offers many side dishes and a few platters aside from the signature "Build Your Own" which is what we had. The main negative is finding the place as it is on the side of a big shopping center that has 7-8 restaurants facing the street and this one facing away from the street and fading into the same store front colors as 3-4 other restaurants.
(3)Robert N.
Simple clean restaurant in an easily accessible strip plaza in south Ft Lauderdale. Staff are extremely friendly and very child accommodating, especially to my little picky eater. I had the Zeus, which is basically 3 meats in a pita with some onions, tomatoes and a sprig of lettuce with a great tzatziki sauce on top. Loved it, it vanished in mere minutes. There's not much more to say, if you're in the mood for a decent quality meal and don't want to do the usual garbage fast food, it's an excellent choice.
(4)B. B.
The best gyro in the area.
(5)John W.
Excellent. Food was fresh and quick. Great flavor on the gyro - not dry, not over sauced. Basics : hummus, falafel, baklava. All good. This is quick food, a good place to add to my FLL stops.
(4)Chad S.
The Zeus Gyro is incredible. The fries are delicious as well. I travel to Fort Lauderdale often and will definitely be eating here again.
(5)Sara G.
It ain't Theo's, (best gyro I've had thus far and on the off chance you're from Quakertown, PA you know what I'm talking about) but these are damn good gyros!! I'm a little surprised at how good being that it's a chain, it sure beats Pita Pit with no comparison. Gahhhh my tastebuds are still lingering with juicy gyro heaven deliciousness.
(4)Chris P.
Fantastic!! I stopped by last friday during the lunch rush and it was awesome!! Loubert and Chris were extremely friendly and for only them 2 working the lunch rush they communicated well with eachother and pushed out order after order suprisingly fast. I ordered a traditional gyro pita slathered in tza sauce, the fries were also excellent!! Will def be coming back
(5)Mike R.
This place has really gone downhill since I last came here a year ago. The veggies for the salad were relatively fresh but the extremely small overcooked portion of chicken that went on top of it took everything away. The last time I was here they served several nice chicken kabobs that were an ample portion. This seems to be another way places are cutting costs while they raise prices. The service was slow. I could have walked behind the counter, cooked my own chicken and made my own salad in the time the two kids working the front took to finish my salad The soda machine was also out of order for three drinks and the iced tea that I chose instead tasted like water Have I ranted enough yet? Go to the Greek place one block down and across the street next to Publix
(1)Freddie F.
been there 3 times since last update......my usual gyro to go !!!!!!!!!! good food , good serice and a clean place will keep me coming back !!!!!!!!!1
(5)Elizabeth R.
Gyroville. My new favorite destination for Greek fast food. This place is just plain YUM. After sitting at work at my desk all morning drowning in paperwork and BS, my stomach started growling uncontrollably and a sudden hankering for hummus and tzatziki sauce was all I could think about. Immediately, I start scouring the area on my Yelp app for Mediterranean food. I discover that Gyroville isn't actually a real town, but a place I can feed the need. I hightail it over to the strip mall with the Office Depot on 17th street and check in. SCORE! A FREE ORDER OF HUMMUS AND PITA BREAD upon checking in. I opted for the chicken souvlaki platter ($10) which comes with rice or fries, a Greek salad (lettuce, feta, red onion, olives, Greek vinaigrette, topped with a stuffed grape leaf), grilled pita bread (still warm) and a choice of 4 different tzatziki sauces (jalapeno spinach, red pepper, original, mustard). My belly said - get the fries, but my brain was like "Dude, you just worked out like a beast this morning - get the rice." And so I did. The portion was very generous and more than I expected. I ended up taking 1/2 of my meal home for dinner. I'm telling you, this stuff was seriously delicious. I forgot that I was eating at a fast food joint. The manager was super nice and went out of his way to make sure the cashier knew I checked in on Yelp and that my hummus and pita bread were on the house. I am adding Gyroville to my weekly lunch spot rotation right away. I may not be able to spell or pronounce most of the items on their menu, but who cares! It's exceptionally fresh food and the price is right.
(4)Ron K.
Excellent, from the service to the food. I wish we had one of these near me in Philadelphia! The Gyro Salad is huge, the jalapeño spinach tzaziki is amazing. I can't wait to come back!
(5)Jason B.
This place is great! Super excited that I discovered it. The only reason that I even knew it existed was because they offered a lunch special to my office, and boy am I glad that they did! As a Public Defender, I'm always looking for lunch specials so I know where to go when I need to pinch a penny at the end of the month! I had the Zeus which was LOADED with gyro, chicken, and pork with a generous helping of their delicious and garlicy tzatziki sauce. I also decided to try their stuffed grape leaves and falafel. The grape leaves were quite tasty, but the falafel was a little undercooked for my liking. Nonetheless, tasted delicious. I got the spicy feta sauce for the falafel...I could eat that stuff with a spoon. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to let me try all the different sauces and guide me through their menu. I can't wait to go back.
(4)Travis M.
This place is top notch. I had the Zeus and I was not disappointed. Excellent sandwich with the spicy tzatziki. The place was clean and the employees very friendly. I visit from out of town but this is on my short list when I want a Gyro.
(4)Tara J.
I love the fact that I can have my food made MY WAY. This is like a Chipotle, only Greek food. If you check in on Yelp, you'll receive a free app -- warm pita bread and hummus. Their hummus was REALLY good, albeit a tad bit on the runny side, but oooooh so tasty. Glad we found this place. It'll be a new quick stop spot for me when I see one. YUM!
(4)Chris G.
Phenomenal!! Zeus plus Mediterranean Relish, Cucumbers, Banana Peppers with Side of Fresh Fries. All of meats were fresh, tender, and well seasoned. No soggy pita, at all. Delicious!!!
(5)Eduardo M.
I went the other day to see what the craze is about and I wasn't disappointed. One of their workers, Jorge, helped me pick something from the menu. He didn't let me down - the Zeus was delicious! I appreciate his patience with me as I was undecided for a while, but he was very informative and he definitely had a passion for helping people find their next obsession. Amazing place, great food, excellent customer service. Definitely going back!
(5)Danielle D.
Salad is HUGE and delicious, but the chicken was over seasoned and dried out. They were quick and friendly.
(3)Geoffrey M.
Like a Subway of gyros. Not the most flavorful meat. It was nice to have a selection of fillings and sauces. The food on my gyro platter was filling, but my friend hated hers and threw most of it out. She called and said she was sick to her stomach later in the evening. It's not cheap. I wouldn't hurry back.
(2)Alissa W.
This place is the best fast food place in south Florida! I have eaten at 3 of the 4 locations. Please open in midtown I am obsessed with your food! Good quality food made fast and very fresh. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I hope this place takes off I know one in plantation is coming soon to the fountains plaza. If you haven't eaten here you must!
(5)Ryan O.
Lou made a Zues wrap for me and it was huge! All the meat was tender and had great flavor. They let you put whatever toppings you want on it. Excellent!
(4)Evelyn T.
ON POINT. Healthy, flavorful, and super filling. I love that they have different flavored Tzaatziki sauce..my favorite being the orangey one. I dipped my fries in them =X And don't forget to check in for free hummus!!!
(5)Flaka B.
This is my favorite place, and working up stairs frim them couldn't ask for more. Love the salad and the gyros pitas...! :)
(5)Cookie C.
Loving it. I get the chicken pita with spicy hummus. It's awesome here. Great service and excellent food.
(5)Elizabeth R.
I had the Athena; it was pretty good. The right mix of sweet and salty and it was surprisingly filling. And I redeemed the check in offer for the small hummus and pita which I saved for later. Yummy.
(5)JSandra R.
BEST GYRO EVER!! Okay, so I'm not Greek or anything but I know what I like in a gyro...and I LOVE the gyros here. The first day I visited this location I was starving, the poor guy behind the counter was manning the place all by himself and I was the 7th person in line. Normally that would have made me a bit cranky, but he was working fast and kept chatting everyone up while apologizing for the wait so the wait wasn't insufferable. But the wait was absolutely worth it! I ordered the gyro combo that comes with fries and a drink for less than $10. I also decided to try the jalapeno/spinach tzatziki...holy crap! It was so wonderfully spicy and delicious I almost forgot to chew. Did I mention the amount of meat that was stuffed onto that pita? If this had been Miami Subs, they would have made three gyros from it. And the fries were really good too. Just a hint...they're pretty liberal with the salt on your fries, but they'll gladly leave it off if you ask in advance. Gyroville is definitely my new favorite 'fast food' spot! Oh, I forgot to mention...order the baklava, ask them warm it up and drizzle some white chocolate and caramel over it for you.. Absolutely delicious!
(5)Kyle B.
I'm back and so darn happy right now i had to review again! LOU (not Luke :) is the man!!!! Love the service and the food. Some of the nicest people working here and always service with a smile. You will not leave without a full and an awesomely happy belly! The Zeus is where its at but stand behind all of the creations that Lou and the team have to offer. See you soon for another round later ! Sincerely, extremely satisfied customer Kyle.
(5)Ty L.
Got a promotional offer for free fries. So tried it. I ordered the Zeus pita. It was so good. Lamb was cooked perfect. Staff was friendly but unfamiliar with Foursquare and their own promotional offer. But they did honor it.
(4)J. S.
Gyroville is to Gyros as Chipotle is to Burritos -- huge portions that make you wanna' smack yo' mama. I would recommend the Zeus --- so good! Seriously, I wish there was one near my job, but all I get is a Burger King...sigh...
(4)Denise M.
i love this place !!!! super fresh and the friendly crew always helps me out !!! lou is always welcoming with a smile !!!! the food is great and healthy ,
(5)Christian F.
Ok so I'll start off by saying this is my first McGreek experience so I have nothing to compare it to. I have always had my Greek food at restaurants. I walked into an empty establishment on a Saturday evening around 7:30 and was immediately greeted and advised about the menu. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki platter which included a Greek salad, pita bread, 2 skewers of chicken and fries $9.99. Salad was tossed in bowl in front of me and was cold, fresh and crispy and even had a stuffed grape with it. The chicken skewers were not fresh off the grill but very well seasoned and tasty. Pita bread and fries a bit soggy but great with my Spicy Feta Tzatziki sauce (several flavors of sauce to choose from). For checking in they had a free humus and pita which I found the humus a bit thin and salty. Being I have a sweet tooth and for my convenience there were pre-package 3 pieces of Baklava $3.99 which I'm going to enjoy now. Overall was a good, fast, McGreek experience. I will try them again and dine in vs. takeout maybe things won't be too soggy and a bit hotter. Friendly staff and very clean establishment.
(4)Candace R.
The gyros here are sooooo delicious. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think they're expensive. I'd go more often if the cost was within my budget.
(4)Evan R.
Awesome food. I recommend the Zeus. Tons of meat at a great price. For desert, try the baklava.
(5)Matt C.
The place was delicious. I'm salivating after just walking in the door. Definitely the place to go just before hitting the beach. The manager, John, gives great recommendations. I got the Hermes with chicken. Vegetarians options available!!
(5)Danny V.
Not bad. Pretty reasonable prices. Chicken souvlaki on wheat wrap was good with nice flavor and fresh ingredients. Little heavy on the cucumber sauce and lite on the protein (chicken), but I'll definitely give it another shot.
(3)Andrea P.
I was thrilled to find this location hidden away on 17th Street. Luke and Anthony are fantastic! Super friendly and let me sample all the sauces without any problem. If you are looking for something fast and fresh, you have to check them out. The food is delicious and big portions. I highly recommend this Gyroville.
(5)Tiger Y.
Counter person was very courteous in helping me out to decide what I wanted. He even gave me a coupon for my next visit!
(4)Alycia W.
I really really like this place and I'm super critical. The gyros, hummus, and pita are yummmmyyy I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick meal and delicious gyro. Nom nom.
(4)Joel K.
This place is great! The food is fresh, made fast and the taste is great!. One of the best things is that the gyro's don't fall apart. This is key to gyro enjoyment!

I have just found out about this place recently,(((((((((it isa hidden gem and a lunch hotspot).I went there today and it wasnot exactly what I expected and I was about to leave,I normally dont eat at places where you wait in line like a cafeteria..but and a big BUT I was instantly greeted by the manager Jamie who was well spoken and quick with his words he explained me the menu and personally walked me through every step of the sandwich. I was impressed with the detail he went into on the sauces and more impressed on how good they tasted.I ended up with a traditional gyro but not as traditional as you would think he told me I could put anything and everything on it ,ive never been offered this in a gyro and I went crazy with the toppings along with the creamy tzatiki sauce he offered me a spicy tzatiki on the side which is now my favorite. My sandwich along with my fries took about 2 minutes and was delicious..I surprised Ive never heard of this place..I will be back for the sandwich and the personal service..Fast and courteous cant find the two anywhere else..if you havent eaten there make it a stop.

On Sunday I happened to be across the street so I thought I'd give it a try. I was very disappointed. At 5:00 PM the start of dinner I ordered 2 platers with rice but was told they only had 1 serving of rice. I asked how they could be out of rice at the start of dinner and was told they actually ran out at lunch and they did not make any more. I was really hoping they where as good as there reviews but I left without eating. I actually needed 3 orders as I needed a rice bowl but never got far enough to order it. Totally unacceptable to be out of one of the staple items. Had it been close to closing I could understand but not at 5 o'clock.

First time here and it was really good! The girl who helped us was awesome. Thank you! It would be even better if we had this in Cali

Gyroville is a quick and yummy alternative to typical fast food. Similar to subway and chipotle, you pick your starch and protein and then add your veggies and extras. I ordered the rice bowl with chicken and honey tzatziki sauce and lots of veggies. The chicken and sauce were full of flavor. Portion size was big. The service was great! Make sure you check in to receive a free pita and hummus.

This is a yummy little delight in a very busy mall off of 17th Street in a very touristy zone due to the proximity of the cruise ships nearby. There are a host of restaurants here from Burger Fi to Carrabba's (across the street) but what stuck out in my eye was the neat and clean Greek oriented restaurant; Gyroville, where apparently you can build your own gyro (i.e., prefer to have your sandwich sit on a bed of lettuce, rice or traditional pita and go from there); not unlike a Subway where there over a dozen toppings, sauces and veggies to strew across the top. Inside and out it was very neat and tidy; the bathroom extremely so (a rarity I lamentably fine in Broward Co.) and best of all - I got to use my Yelp app to obtain a free plate of pita and hummus; both very fresh and yummy. I don't get to go that far south very often but if I return to the area I'll undoubtedly return here as well. The food was very filling and quite yummy.

Solid overall place for gyros and pitas or Mediterranean type foods. I had a falafel salad and it was Solid. Service was quick, attentive, and friendly. This is more of a fast food joint, although there are places to sit. If you're craving falafel, this place will leave you satisfied.

Think chipotle but with gyros. I wish we had this place in Orlando, I would go all the time. Food was awesome, could see the meat cooking in front of us, everything tasted fresh, and food is quick and cheap. Only downside is the hummus was way too tart for me, I don't think there was anything wrong with that, I just don't think it's my style of hummus. The chimicurri sauce is totally the way to go though!
