When we walked in no one said hello and then all of a sudden An employee named Shondra, came up to the front area and greeted us with a Big Smile! We received our meal on a timely fashion and she even helped bring our large order to our table, excellent service :). She's in my opinion one of your best employes, oh I almost forgot the food was Good too :)

It turns out I drive thru this BM on average once a year. Each experience has been positive, with friendly service and accurate orders. My first impression of their chicken pot pie was "WOW, this is delicious!" A crisp, warm crust filled with veggies in creamy goodness and chicken. Their turkey sandwich comes with cheese and a bit of lettuce, good- but a bit plain and a bit dry at times. The sides are tasty ... you can make a meal of them. The sweet potato casserole, and creamed spinach rank high on the list, as does the little cornbread they serve with their meals. The squash casserole was good but a bit too sweet and salty). I always get excited over the option to get a side of cinnamon apples too. Look for coupon$. Side note: this location was featured in an episode of Undercover Boss (Season 4 Episode 9).

This store USED to be exceptional. Great friendly service and always quality consistent food. one of the reasons I would go there 3 or more times a week. Something has changed in the past several months and They are constantly out of basic menu items at peak dinner times (7 pm). Drive trough screwing up orders big time...... do yourself a favor until they get their act together at this location and go elsewhere

I was just in this location , my chicken was dry didn't have a thigh , I ordered 1/2 chicken , I proceed to the front to get a pot pie instead , Paulette the manager told me no , I was unhappy with the chicken , I asked for a pot pie instead , she was very rude !!!!! So much for customer service !!!! I've been in the hospitality industry for 26 years , wow

The staff is very friendly snd make customers feel wanted. Food was really good however I got the bottom of the barrel of rice. Veghies were dry and everything was cold. They apologized all over the place especially the trainee at the cash register even though it was not her fault. Did everything possible to remedy the situation. Besides all that I would return... It's all about people and friendly people create business

Every time i go here i tell myself i am NOT coming back. Customer service is terrible and basically non-existent. 20 minutes in the drive thru when 1 car is in front of you at 7:30 PM at night when the dinner rush is over is unacceptable. So I figured that by ordering inside, I would have a better experience. Nope. The employees look bothered and annoyed every single time I visit this location and order food from them. Owners need to get more involved here and they will have more repeat clientele. I started visiting a different Boston Market even it is further away from my house. Owners take notice, you are losing business!

Something I had missed, I guess that was their promotion. The place was nice and clean and the amount of food was allot. When I'm around this area will def stop again.
