Went here for the $1 promotional deal which included a 3 piece dark chicken, mashed potato, gravy, and cornbread. They honored the deal and after paying my $1.06 later (damn taxes), I was out the door enjoying a whole meal for half the price that I spent on my coffee that morning. BM has been on a promotional kick lately, and in addition to this deal, kids also eat free per each parent meal. With outrageous rates on credit cards, banks being tighter with loans and insurance rates on the rise it is nice to know at least there is one corporation who is helping, and not $crewing its customers.

I never go to Boston Markets. Don't know why, I just don't. Got a surprise phone call from a friend who was driving up from Miami after a meeting and I just happened to be leaving an appointment on Commercial Blvd(we both live in boynton beach). It also happened to be his birthday, so I told him it was my treat and to pick anyplace. He picked Boston Market. He informed me ,as well as the manager, who have us great attention, a bit of unknown trivia. That particular Boston Market was the very first one in south Florida. Don't know is he was accurate or not but it sounded good. The food all looked very good and fresh, and I picked a Mediterranean chicken sandwich with corn and mashed potatoes. It wasn't the best I ever had and my mouth didn't dance in a carnival of flavor but it was good. It definitely exceeded my expectations. What made me want to write this review was the manager on duty. First off, she was tall and beautiful (unimportant but I'm trying to paint a picture here) and had a genuine smile and engaged us like she owned the place. She made recommendations, answered questions and made us feel real comfortable. She brought our food to the table for us and checked on us twice and while at the register, my friend and I got into a "no, it's on me today" fight. When I informed hey it was his birthday, she took my money and wished him a happy birthday. Half way through our meal she brought over 2 slices of chocolate cake at no charge and again wished my friend a happy birthday. The cake wasn't that good, but the attention we got from all the staff, and the cleanliness of the location made it a great experience. As far as fast food goes, I've never had this good of an experience. The pretty manager treated everyone in the same manner. She made it five stars, without her it would have been 3 and a half maybe 4.

I haven't been to a Boston Market in years. My half chicken was OK... Not great but it was tasty and much better than the dried out Pollo across the street. The sweet potatoes were delicious. I should have gotten two. Garlic spinach was even yummy.

Vacationing from Cali & very familiar with Boston Market. We decided to dine in for dinner. We were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly conversation. Our plates we kindly placed at a table of our desire. Great attitudes from the employees make me want to come back & try a Bowl before I leave back home. I am very impressed with the customer service this evening & cleansiness of the restaurant which made my visit a great one.

I never like Boston Market, but I went with a friend on lunch break. I got the BBQ pork sandwich, which was not good and tiny. The bread was hard and the BBQ just didn't have too much flavor. There also was very little BBQ on the already small bun. I ordered a small soda, but she said they had one size that was large enough for two adults. I should've just gotten water. This just reminded me that I don't like Boston Market.

Have been to lunch here a couple times, but recently my partner and I stopped for a lil late food on the way home from class. Feb 22, 2012 to be exact. It was 30 minutes before closing time. As we walked in we could see a man who looked like a manger behind the prep table by the oven and a young girl moving plate from a dishwasher type rack. As we approached the counter, the "manager" took one look at us and ran for the back room. The young girl looked up to see us and went back to her task. we stood at the counter for a solid 2 minutes. We were not greeted, no order was taken. Just the sound of dishes being shuffled around. I do not believe it is my responsibility to call out to the employees, or ask for service. My partner and I simply left and went elsewhere. Now I've worked retail and understand the desire to get your tasks done and close up after a long day, but if you label your door that you are OPEN to a certain time, a customer should be able to expect to get the same treatment all the way to that closing time. It is reasonable to expect that they may not have the full menu available. You would not want to throw away merchandise that went un-sold, Tell me what you have left and let me decide... don't just ignore people that walk in the door and hope they go away...you might get your wish! As expensive as products and services are in these times and as hard as it is personally to spend that money... there is too much competition out there to put up with bad service. I for one will go out of my to never allow this location access to my money again. We went from there to the Subway right behind them. They too were closing up, but they stopped their cleaning and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. That is how it is done!

Horrible Service. People in front of me in line actually left as they were so frustrated. Avoid this location.

A nice change from burger places, but similar fast-food quality. Decent turkey and brisket (but a bit dry, get extra gravy) and good juicy (if simple) roasted chicken and several tasty sides (sweet potatoes which are very sweet, dressing, green beans, etc.) Well air-conditioned and clean, free refills on drinks as far as I can tell, and usually efficient service at the counter. $5 meal deals offer a small price break for a slightly smaller meal, which I guess is a good option to offer. The first time you visit, you'll think "what a nice change from other fast food," but with each subsequent visit you'll become more aware that it's just another kind of fast food.
