Tuna sandwich is a million times better than subway. Only complaint is not understanding why the guys never pack my food when I say it's to go. They either hand me the bag, if I'm lucky or they point to the bag on the counter and I have to reach over and get it. What's up with that policy?

The sandwich was dry. Did taste at all like an Italian hoagie. It's very expensive at $10 for the combo. But what's worse is the fact that they allow dogs in the restaurant.

this place is awesome. Super fast and fresh fresh sandwiches! delicious! I don't understand any bad reviews on this place its amazing! If you are like me and have to count calories and watch your carbs, the unwich is amazing to me. The turkey tom unwich no may just over 200 calories and delicious!! Healthy fresh food!!

Freaky fast but forgetful. I don't think I've ever seen a jimmy johns napkin. Make sure you repeat your order 6 times so they don't forget in the rush. The delivery guys are pretty rude with the exception of 1 or 2. I order from them 2-3 times a week and at least one order comes up short and i m not a fan of tipping for sub par service. The cookies will change your life.

AMAZING PLACE!! BETTER THAN SUBWAY!!! they are super fast, chips are amazing, no delivery fee. The GARGANTUAN is the best one, also the Tuna one. You can personalize your sandwich. Love Jimmy John's!!!

Friendly staff, great music and great sandwiches! Really super fast delivery!! If you've never had an Unwich, try it here. You pick any sandwich on the menu and they wrap it in a lettuce leaf wrap. Carb-free and delicious!!

meh... didn't really live up to the hype or hilarious radio ads.. some reviews claim that its better than subway.. but better than subway isn't much of an endorsement either..

This was my fifth time their and I am so happy to go to a restaurant where it is super clean and extremely fresh. When you walk in the staff greats you same when you leave. The bread is awesome. The best option in Doral for the price and the speed they have your food ready. Keep it up and you will always have me and my family as customers. Welcome to Doral Jimmy John's

By far not the best franchise. The air conditioner was broken or leaking all over the front counter. The food was below average compared to other JJ's around the country. My order was wrong and had the wrong condiments/meats on it. Asked them to cit the sandwich in half but got it whole. The store does not know the definition "freaky fast." perhaps they are on cuban time. I might give them another chance in 6 months to see if they improve, but I would be surprised if they last that long.

Today we ordered 2 sandwiches from this location for delivery. When they arrived, my co worker unwrapped hers and immediately brought it to our attention, that there was a long strand of dark hair intertwined with the meat in the sandwich. She then called Jimmy Johns for a resolution to the problem. She was hoping for her portion of the bill to be refunded. But instead she got the rudest answer that we've ever heard. She was told to remove the hair and eat the sandwich anyway. That the money would not be refunded, and that the sandwich could be replaced, only if she brings this on her own time to Jimmy Johns. This was a delivery order, obviously we didn't have the time to go to Jimmy Johns to pick up the order directly, that's what delivery is for! We asked that the manager please send the delivery man back out to pick up the sandwich and he refused.The issue here is not even about the money, it's more about the response to the situation.Instead of seeing what he could possibly do to make us happy and return customers he decided to tell us to consume a sandwich with hair. And then hung up. What awesome customer service for a brand new restaurant!

According to Google Maps(tm) I live exactly 2.4 miles away from this Jimmy John's location. They will not deliver to my house because "their computer system does not allow them to deliver to my area." OK? They claim it's like, an algorithm that calculates... stuff. I'm guessing it's how the chain is able to deliver on their "freaky fast delivery" claim. However, I know precisely where that store is situated. It's like, in the middle of a bunch of businesses. I guess they get the corporate lunch crowd. But what about me? 2.4 miles? Might as well be 100.

I never do bad reviews because i work in the business in the cook field but my first experience was the worst ever in my life. I'm a sandwish fan but this place is the worst ever. I ask for a tuna fish sandwish the #15 because I thought do not have celery because I hate celery obvious! But says the same as the number #3 but because was my firts time i did not understood the board well. When i saw the guy preparing my sandwich i ask that have celery on it? and the lady who was in te cashier says yes but you dont fill the flavor on it and i said no I don't care I don't want it i said! and she still insists me to have it and I said girl what part you don' understand that i hate raw celery in my meal, i said guive me #13 the ilatian one. She said ok!!! Well the thing is when i got my sandwich and try it was the worst even my family said the same thing because i was with 4 more people eating and they dont even like it we all agree that they don't have any flavor the bread is hard and dense not even soft and light. They put a "vinagrette" that was only oil and oregano. Let me tell you guys i went there because to many people told me try it is really good place and really isn't. When i try the firts bite i said i rather prefer firehouse subs way better because they have flavor and the sandwich is warm in jimmy johns was extremely cold, it taste like a sandwich take out of the fridge or when you buy the ones in publix. Sorry jimmy johns but you guys need to fix your ingredients and give more choice for people and fix the bread and warm the sandwich and choose better ingredient and the tuna please give the choice to have with no celery or no mayo or only mayo and the other ingredients ask if the people want extra. I don't even like subway and the thing is I prefer subway instead of this place.

I've been eating Jimmy johns for almost 7 years now but at a different location. The one in doral is terrible! The 8in subs were lacking- barely had any lettuce in it and were a real disappointment. The worst part is that I was sent to pick up lunch for the bosses in my building for their meeting and had $100 bill. I asked the manager (Jeff) if he could make an exception, since I didn't have any change or other way to pay, and he just laughed and said "what do I look like a bank? I'm only running a small sandwich shop." Needless to say I felt like running out of there with tears. There was no reason to be rude and embarrass me in front of the entire line that was out to the door. I'm sure he could have made his change back quickly. Nonetheless that comment and the way he said it was just plain horrible. How can you provide a service/ product with horrible customer service? I really hope whoever reads this heads my warning and that of the other person who mentioned their horrible customer service experience as well.
