Nothing spectacular. It's just piles of meats and cheese on lack-luster bread. Service was good, but unless you're a meat-and-potatoes Male seeking lunch in the area (and don't go out of your way for it), I would say pass. Nothing personal, but this is nothing I haven't experienced before and not a food I ever crave.

The best sandwiches I have ever had in my life (not an exaggeration). I was once a huge fan of subway but haven't gone back a single time after having tried the Beef & Cheddar Brisket here at Firehouse. Quality subs and wonderful customer service with very lively workers.

I've ordered from them twice.. First time it was a meatball sub.. It's was very good... Now for the second time.. I had the Italian hero... Dude soooo messy. If it's gonna be that messy then don't slice the bread all the way through.. All of the meat and tomatoes were falling out. I ended up taking half of the meat out and throwing it away.. Best thing, meatball and the fantasy soda machine.

Firehouse subs ignited a fire on my insides and not in a good way. I got indigestion and couldn't sleep when I had to wake up early the next day. As I'm writing this, my stomach is giving a roaring performance of "I feel like burping but it's not coming out - acoustic version". Hate to say it but it looks like I'm not coming back to this place ever again.

Very Good alternative to other common subs stores like subway and Quiznos. Firehouse has more quality They served them hot. Bread is excellent as well the sub. Very busy at lunch time ! Definitely coming back! To improve: add regular turkey in menu. They just have smoke turkey !

Last year I had my first Firehouse experience and my oh my was I in love. There was only one small problem, it was in Orlando and I live all the way in Miami. When I heard that a store opened in Doral, I went bananas. I had been craving that Chicken Carbonara sub for MONTHS. I think it was actually the best sub I'd ever had in my 24 years of life. To my disappointment this location didn't have this sub :'( the friendly staff offered to try their best to remake it. I decided to try something new instead and went for the Hero sub. It was tasty and fresh. I'll never step foot in a Subway ever again. This place does get full but the staff does move quick.

Why oh why would you put canned mushrooms in my sandwich? I was so excited to eat my mushroom and turkey sub - until I bit into the soggy mess with the cold, fake shrooms hanging out of the side. Very sad!

I used this company for catering a 10 person meeting. Subs taste good however they listed that the package was enough for 10 ppl but that would only apply if each person only wanted 1/2 a sub. Also I would have expected them to include plates and napkins. The delivery was on time..actually delivered 15 mins early.

BY FAR my favorite sandwich shop. Just so delicious. It incorporates more than just quick, well-made sandwiches. The decoration and aesthetic allow for a cute, comfortable environment. Subway and Quiznos have nothing on Firehouse. Not even Jimmy Johns...although that's my close second. Anyway, highly recommended! Enjoy!

"Welcome to Firehouse!" When you walk in. Busy for Lunch, but worth the wait. #3=Pastrami Sub and #9=SmokeHouse Favorite are my favorites. But I did take a bite off #7 steak and cheese and that was a good bite... Will try this one next. The place is a long hallway, about 12 tables and 2 long counter tops to sit in. So you might be better off with "take out." Although eating in is just so warm and melty!! MMM Beats Quiznos, beats Subway, beats my homemade sanwich. Worth spending the 9 buck combos. A lot of chips to choose from, or cookie. I'm glad this place is here in Doral. We need more subs and this is my place to go to when it comes to sandwiches. 5 out of the 6 times here, once they didn't add as much meat as the other times. I'll let it sly this time, but 90% of the time the subs look just like the photos! Kids, grab a fire-hat to the left of the entrance or put it on your friends and take fotos. They have instagram.

Poor service, tables dirty, bathrooms dirty. I ordered a Hook & Ladder. When I received it was a bit cold still. I ask the attendant if he can toast it a little more and he gave me a look as if it was an issue. I told him to never mind and simply asked for a bag to take it home rather then eating at the facility.

I've been waiting for this store to open for a while and today was my lucky day as I wasn't expecting it to be done yet, and as it turns out, they just opened. Other than the cashier being a little confused, you would have never known it. My sandwich, smoke house brisket, came out exactly as I ordered it and in a timely manner. Aside from the great sandwiches here, I must mention how much I love the Cherry Limeade which I believe is exclusive to Firehouse. When you get it, follow the directions on the screen to make it properly! It's great to have a new eating destination in Doral, especially one like Firehouse.
