Chicken is the name of the game with this "fast food" chain. The chicken is constantly being grilled and chopped on a flat-top grill as you order your food at the start of the line. Once you reach the cashier, your order is completed and you're ready to eat. It's a conveyor belt type of construction where several people have a hand in completing your order. Everything is absolutely fresh and made to order. As you walk down the line, your plate follows you from across the glass. There are salads, wraps, sandwiches, and bowls ready to be devoured. Fountain drinks (Pepsi) and bottled teas and juices complement the meal. There are also a treasure trove of sauces at the ready to augment your meal's flavor profile. There's a decent amount of seating, but if you're with a large group it could get tight during lunch hours. Parking will be your biggest challenge. Chicken Kitchen is located in a very busy shopping center and you'll probably have to circle the lot a few times before you find a spot. But once you do you'll be in for a treat. And a healthy one at that...

I've eaten here several times and nothing changes. It's a good amount of food for a good price and the service is fast. beats McDonalds, but I can cook better than that. 3 stars, because I've had better but I'll come back again when I don't want to cook.

We were in Doral on vacation and stopped here for a quick carry out dinner one night. We had the Chop - Chop salad and it was excellent. So good that we stopped in for lunch a few days later.

Where is the negative star button. Seriously..like negative 5 stars for this place. We have been ordering here for lunch from my job for a while now and it has been going downhill. Like turbo speed downhill. From taking forever for deliveries to the quality of the food being dry and tasteless. Not even with salt and there sauce does the food taste better. The straw that broke the camels hump came yesterday where we were placing an order for delivery and the person on the phone left us hanging for like ever. They said for us to call back for the total because they were busy and could not add it up right there...so we complied and when we called back no one knew anything about our order. WTF!!!! The clerk put the phone down and thought she had put it on hold but didnt and we heard the whole conversation. "oh well thislady seems pissed about her order and stuff....." When we asked for the manager he narely spoke english and offered us no solutions and no apologies. To top it off he said it was going to take 1 and a half hours. So that would be a total of 2 hours for our food from a place that is no more than 10 blocks away. We told them to cancel the order and then they got upset. I use to manage a restaurant that had deliveries as well and i know it gets busy sometimes and most places will let you know that the deliveries are taking long. Its common courtesy people. Not these people. I would rather eat 5 day old KFC than this place. Stay away.....stay away.....

I usually go in late in the evenings (I work afternoon shift) and by then the crazyness of the day is gone. The guys that work there during the time I'm there are great. Their attention is top notch and the food is great. I've tried every item on the menu but resort to my favorite cuban chop. The mustard curry sauce sure is the best.

Curry...curry everywhere! The basic chicken kitchen. In and out in a second with a bowl of lettuce, Rice and beans with chicken of your choice. But your biggest mistake would be leaving without curry.

I am cutting carbs out of my diet so this place us great. The garden salad with grilked chicken is great. However, must ask for extra chicken for more filling protein. The service is good. The biggest issue is the wait during lunch time it gets packed. Call ahead so you can just pick up. Parking lot gets full.

Healthy portions, great chicken!!! Convenient for delivery during work or rainy days... Relatively inexpensive... Parking sucks!! So if you're planning to do take out, it's Best to have someone in the car and someone go and grab the order.

Horrible service called about 4 times from our office to order for staff and they never answered. Got in the car and ordered there personally and upon informing the lady at the register she offered no apologies. Can't say the food is bad but horrible service.

Ive been going to this Chicken Kitchen location during lunch for the past year. I love the place...food is amazing. Its always fresh n quick. The staff is great. Ive never had a problem with the food or staff in the past year. Mind you, I only go during lunch since I work in Doral and go around 11am when they open so there's not a crowd. NOTE: Parking sucks at this strip mall, so be careful.

I passed by this place for a very long time now, until yesteday..when i walked in and had their deluxe chicken wrap. The wrap was huge and delicious, very tasty, but i had to take my time with it, though. The prices are ok, it's a way better alternative than burger king and subway.

Was here yesterday. Your average chicken kitchen. Good food, simple, quick. Close to work and convenient. The old man who chops the chicken is so nice!
