For the SECOND day in a row.. Wendy's has screwed up our order. We are locals and our grand kids are gluten intolerant and this is why we go there as they will leave off the bun on a burger.. If you ask them to make any changes than usual.. there will be a mistake or something will be omitted. Yesterday the value fry was left out which the manager Pamela made up for today with another fry and a child's cheeseburger but when I got home, I realized they had left off the cheese on the two gluten free burger meals and left out my Mom's chili. I was about the only car in line! They have an Asian girl in the drive through that hardly speaks ENGLISH! This is a trend I see in many fast food places, putting a foreigner at the drive thru taking orders!!. I don't understand that! I passed by Chick fi la and their were cars going out to the road! The bun on my bacon cheese burger was stale as well. I called and said, :"You need to step up your game!" I hate to be ugly,, but this WENDY's has problems.

The slowest fast food place in the world. I have been standing in line for 10 minutes and they have taken 1 person's order.

My bread was stale, fries cold, and chicken dry! Why the hell would you serve this to someone! I just went down the street to the Golden Arches to re-purchase lunch! Freaking unacceptable!

I was sitting at a table with my back to the counter, sipping my Frosty coke float and reading the previous Yelp review. But, it was if the review was being acted out live behind me. Customers were having to repeat their orders several times, a guy came in and said he had wanted small fries with his order (but hadn't gotten them?) The employees apologized and he said, "no, no, I'm sure I messed up the order," but I was thinking, "no, no, I'm sure you didn't." Although I had no trouble placing my order, my husband had to repeat his a couple of times. The girl at the register had a very heavy accent so when she would repeat the order back to confirm, he couldn't understand her. It could have been a scene out of a comedy movie if it hadn't been so irritating. Just before we left, another customer came in and somehow the conversation turned to where he was from and then everyone working came and talked to him and swapped stories about where they all were from. Several were from Malaysia, they said. I don't add that bit of information to be racist or prejudiced, just to inform that the communication issue might not be limited to just one or two employees. On the bright side: It's hard to mess up a Frosty! Enjoyed my order.

I've had some bad service at the drive-thru before but this takes the cake. I should have known it would end up badly when I heard the guy taking orders clearly talking to someone else the whole time I was giving my order. I'd say one thing and he'd say back my order...only it wasn't right. Three times I had to repeat it and it still came back wrong. I had 2 orders of the chicken nuggets and he asked what kind of sauces. Since I don't normally get nuggets there I asked what kind they had. You couldn't understand a thing he said because he mumbled it so quickly then went back to his convo with whoever it was he was talking to. I settled on bbq since every place has bbq, right? I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. When I got to the window I had expected the guy to be some smartass kid but he was one of the managers. And, of course, he's still talking to someone else while he's taking more orders. The girl that brought out my order looked at the screen & asked "Didn't you want any sauce for your nuggets?" Duh. I had already told the guy I wanted bbq sauce but he didn't enter it. And...to top it off...the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered turned out to be nothing more than the chicken, buns & a slice of American cheese. No mayo. No lettuce. No tomato. And there wasn't supposed to be any cheese on those. Of course, I didn't find this out until we were already back on 98. It was the nastiest, driest, grossest thing I ever had. But, wait! There's more! The fries looked like they were dunked in the fryer 2 or 3 times because they were the crunchiest things ever...so crunchy that that was all it was. There was nothing left inside. Gross.
