Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Very tasty stuff! Like a Mexican Subway? Salsa bar is great and fresh, Coke machine with 100's of choices. Burritos, tacos, quesadillas all delicious and fresh. Nice open feel inside. Bright with lots of windows, large dining room. Great location.

This place is filthy. The meat is dried out and the food containers are disgusting. The floors haven't been cleaned with even a broom in awhile. The staff (Alex, Alex, and Kyle) are just sitting in the back... Won't come here again. Doesn't deserve one star but it won't let me post without one.

Came here at 6pm and the place was filthy. Beans were dry, asked the young lady if those were the bean's? She replied I'm not gonna throw out a big bowl of beans. I never even asked her too. They ran out of queso so they grab a bag and pour it into the pan, then onto my nachos. Yes it was cold:(

This location has turned me off of Moe's. There was one guy in front of us. It took them 10 minutes to get him through the line. When we got our food my burrito was cold, with few beans, and nothing seemed fresh or tasted good.

I had a chicken burrito bowl and my partner a quesadilla. Ugh did they run out of seasonings in the kitchen? Even the guacamole was bland. I wish I'd known there was a Chipotle nearby!

I typically love Moe's...this location however is dirty! Clearly not all Moe's are created equal. This wasn't a fluke nor was it busy, it has been consistently dirty for years. I rarely come here I'd rather make the drive into the FWB location. The food is a-ok and the service is fine, but not as good as FWB on either aspect. Really hard to enjoy your food amongst the mess, come on Moe's people clean up this place and I could eat here and often!

Yummy yummy yummy! I love the burritos, tacos, and really just everything. The stacks are to die for! The people that work there are really nice and friendly, and I always have a pleasant time when I'm there.

Moes southwest grill is usually very good. I really enjoyed the service that I received here, everyone was so nice and they gave larger portions than I'm accustomed to at my local moes. I stopped here on my drive back home and was starving, which is why I was so excited about how nice everyone was, but then it was time to eat and j found myself getting annoyed. It wasn't that late and my burrito was cold. My friend burrito, also cold. We are because we were starving and it was on the drive home but I'm glad for my local one where no matter what time the food I always warm.

THE PLACE WAS TRASHED. When you walk into a restaurant during a totally dead time of day, no one is there and the place looks like crap it doesn't matter how good the food is, it's a big turn-off. It's off tourist season and you would think people would have time on their hands. The staff was friendly and got us our food quickly, but no one was in the joint the entire time we were there. I saw three employees and no one was working on the dining room. The trash was full, the floors were dirty, the tables were dirty and I keep thinking about that used fork I saw on the ground. The booths were trashed and broken. People, it was between 3 and 4pm. The rush was over. The place was seriously gross I didn't want to sit down. Chips were stale and my taco fell out on the bottom the minute I picked it up. Come on get with it, corporate big wigs. It can't be that hard to keep a restaurant up and running. We go to Moe's in FWB often and we go for the tofu. Both Moe's seem to always be LOW on tofu. Most vegetarians go there for the tofu, DUH....obviously. Maybe keeping a good quantity of it is a good place to start since all the other crappy restaurants have too much meats oils and cheeses in the food. The FWB location has nice employees but it is usually dirty too. I like Moe's but come on people you don't have to reinvent the wheel on food service and a good dining experience. I guess that means the management doesn't get paid very well or is out back smoking crack. I will still go back but I will get food to go.

Good concept but a complete failure at execution. The place was filthy and the food was old and stale. Avoid!
