Okay, if you make the same mistake I made, don't. Read this review, this is nothing like Cold Stone Creamery. This is regular, creamy, high quality ice cream, not the style or texture of Stone Cold. The entire time I was there, they never did one "mix in" or roll around on the "slab" etc. The first thing I noticed was the prices. A large, no mix ins, no special cones, no thing-in except ice cream in cup was around $7.69. That alone was a surprise. The smallest, except maybe a kids size was around $5.79. My son and I got the Regular cups medium sized for about $6.79. That was super high in my opinion. I also got two cones, special waffle cones for around a small size ice cream. I think it was gonna be about $5.00 plus waffle cost. For two cups and two cones, I expected around $18.00 cost, and if over $20, maybe tax. The final price was just over $30. I questioned it. The young kid rang off the prices, in his head, and I'm confident, no mistake was made, except my own. For walking in the door! My son ate his vanilla, and was not able to finish it. I think he may have been expecting a special treat, and different than basic old, plain vanilla. It was nothing special. It reminded me of the ice cream you get in the grocer, and pay $5.00 for a 1/2 gallon. It was very basic, and not special at all. We actually threw it out. My wife was also expecting ice-cream, and instead got mango sorbet. It was not finished by her. My son actually switched to her treat. I ordered cheesecake ice-cream, and it did taste good, but was not the texture of Cold Stone Creamery. I was not completely satisfied. I saw some other review comments about rude service. I did notice the servers were all young boys, but didn't think they were rude at all. In fact, I noticed that multiple boys helped us, which I'm not used to in an ice cream scoop shoppe. usually only one person helps you the whole order. It was a nice surprise, and got us done sooner. Right when we finished ordering I turned around and saw about 30 people in line...I'm not kidding! I love when you get in line just before a rush. That was pretty cool! All in all, the experience was good, but the ice cream sucked, and the prices sucked, not a repeat visit experience a shop keeper wants. I noticed this place was in the same lot with a "second hand" clothing shop, and a Chili's, which we ate at, so no, we hadn't hit the tourist trap area, this was a place for locals too. I would not recommend this place, based on quality of product, and price. The value was not there, and we were disappointed. If the prices had been lower, we would have enjoyed it. Also, I'm on vacation, here, and this was my first dessert all week, just by coincidence. Also, we had finished up at Chili's and I had bypassed the dessert, because I had seen this "slab'" place and since they tend to "overcharge" in those types of restaurants, since they profit on the extras and beverages. That's just how they profit, and I can accept that. But being overcharged, on the "bread and butter" of an ice cream shoppe, was unacceptable. The store needs to bring their prices more in line with other establishments. Not recommended!

The Ice cream there is amazing!!! I highly suggest getting birthday cake with gram crust in it. But there's a bit of a price to pay for such amazing ice cream... For 2 adults who got two smalls, and a kids size ice cream it was 20$ I thought that was pretty expensive. Also, the employees there are the typical high school kids that wish they wernt there and wanna get back to looking on their phones and are pretty rude.

The service here sucks ass. There were no one in line, and we were debating on what to get.. the cashier was being impatient.. asked us about five times to see if we were ready, and he was also rude. I love Marble Slab's ice cream, but its not worth it if I have to deal with these rude kids.

Thankfully the ice cream was tasty else the reviews would be 2 stars. Couple suggestions for owners/managers...clean the tables off occasionally, the tables inside and out looked like they have not been wiped down in two weeks and train the staff how to patiently take and explain the process. Everyone did like the ice cream

Paid $6.25 for a small cup of ice cream & cup isn't even full. I asked the unhappy staff why the cup isn't filled & they said that's how they were told to fill it. Avoid this place, big rip off & snotty employees every time.

We originally planned to go to Coldstone Creamery, but they had a line going out the door. We didn't want to wait that long, so we drove across the street to Marble Slab Creamery. They were empty except for one guy completing his order. We looked over the choices to decide what to get. It was just one man working there with what looked to be his young son. The boy was behind the counter with him arranging cups/bowls. Kind of odd that a small child would be hanging out behind the counter with the food. We made our selections and the man prepared them. When he totaled our bill to near $16.00 for 2 cones for us, we were shocked. He never gave us a receipt either. We didn't order anything outrageous. For that price we expected a much better quality dessert. It was very disappointing. We will not be going back to this place again.

Conveniently located next to Outback if their dessert menu doesn't entice you. The service (the guy) was okay but not really welcoming while it was slow. The kids were happy so that's what counted. Note for the management, please practice better food handling by washing hands before taking an order and either wear gloves or use a utensil when handling the ingredients. Would have been 4 stars.
