I don't see the big deal about Kripy Kreme. This location serve the drive-thru order quickly and donuts were actually crispy.

Seriously? Is there anything better than a hot, fresh glazed Krispy Kreme donut? I think not.

Ahhh the Krispy Kreme donut. Before I lived close to the Destin shop I would buy a dozen and fly them home with me. The glazed donuts are best when warm and if you follow the "Hot sign" you will always know. A word of caution...sugary, fatty and downright scary if consumed in large quantities. My favorite combo is a small coffee, 1 hot and ready glazed and 1 traditional cake. Great for kids and don't forget to grab a hat!

Ate here for breakfast everyday we were here. The donuts are amazing. Esp the plain glaze that comes off the conveyor belt nice hot and fresh! There's other good options here from different glaze ( chocolate) to different fillings (creme, custard, lemon, raspberry). Assorted dozen is the way to go, make sure there's plenty of room for the winning plain glaze

Me and the Mrs. are on vacation and we wanted the sweet taste of Krispy Kreme doughnuts after a long day of relaxing on the beach and eating fine seafood. So we were told by the cashier at the local Target, after picking up a few necessities, that there was a local Krispy Kreme a block away. Excited and hungry for some sweetness, we pulled in the drive through. The inside of the store was alive and buzzing with patrons. We quickly made it to the drive through speaker. I knew I wanted to a half dozen for us and another half dozen for my in-laws (gotta keep momma #2 happy!). So I ordered just so-I need a half dozen of glazed, and another half dozen assorted. I know it's more expensive that way, but I had a method to my madness. When we pull around to pay, i notice that the worker (Lexy, according to her nametag) was packing both of my half dozens into one box. This is why I ordered the way I did. So I stopped her and reminded her that I wanted two half dozen. She looked at me like I had 3 heads and said in a very sarcastic manner, "A half dozen and a half dozen IS a dozen." I told her that I was very aware of the required arithmetic but the doughnuts had two separate destinations (no pun intended). She glared at me and then let out a large huff as she turned to re-box my doughnuts as I had asked. She made such a racket inside letting the store know what she thought about the difficult customer at the window that the manager came over to check on her. After she had my power rings divied up, she took the left over box that she originally used, walked over to the drive through window, and glared at me and crushed the box with her hands making a big show of it. I couldn't believe what she was doing, and nudged my wife. I had enough time to say, "Check this out!" and turn back and she was still glaring.... and crushing.... Awkward! And a little creepy. When she opened the window and handed out my two half dozen, she acted like I didn't see anything that just happened and said, Sorry about that. My wife and I had a good laugh about Lexy, but for real, those doughnuts are dynamite! I'm not hating on Krispy Kreme-always been a big fan, but that was just psycho behavior!

1 dozen glazed to kick off my vacation in Destin, please! Best donuts ever. If someone gives Krispy Kreme a bad review, it's because they live in a region where locations are plentiful and they never have to go without so they take the Krispy Kreme magic for granted. I do not. Added bonus: there is a geocache hidden behind this location!

krispy kreme is always a classic, love seeing it with the 'hot now' sign lit up (which is why i gave this one only 4 stars, it's rarely EVER lit) i drive by this location all the time & this is the first time in DAYS i've seen it lit...bummer but the drivethru is super convenient, and the staff is always super nice & courteous! never had a bad doughnut from here, ever!

We love Krispy Kreme any way, but this one was especially friendly, efficient and clean. The kids got a kick out of watching doughnuts being made along side the back hall. Nice layout and fresh interior.

They didn't give me a free sample of their freshly made donuts. Besides that the light fluffy donuts were awesome.

Krispy Kreme was a staple of my childhood. I remember taking a field trip to one to see how they were made. I wrote a feature story about KK for my college newspaper. To go through life without experiencing the deliciousness that is an original "hot now" Krispy Kreme would be a true shame. They overhauled their coffee a few years ago to better compete with Dunkin Donuts and did a great job with it. I still prefer Dunkin's coffee, but KK's is great when there isn't a DD's around. But I prefer a Krispy Kreme doughnut over anything else. If you have never experienced a Krispy Kreme, this is a "destination point". My only complaint is with the "hot now" neon sign. Don't get me wrong, I love the sign, think its a great idea, BUT it causes wrecks. I nearly rear ended a guy last week because he saw that the hot now sign was on and slammed on his brakes so he wouldn't miss the turn :)

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but had such a bad experience with the Russian girl working the counter named Veronica I think. Came with my young kids and family from out of town and we bought a lot of donuts. Asked a simple question which she didn't understand until one of the other coworkers standing next to her was able to answer. Then asked another unrelated question and she got all into a huff screaming that she already answered it. Then spent the rest of the time ringing up the purchase rolling her eyes and making really rude sounds and faces. Wow. Everyone else there has always been polite and friendly and the donuts are good, but just from that experience, would recommend going somewhere else for your donuts unless you like getting customer service from someone who really doesn't like customers.

This location does not give a free glazed doughnut when the sign is on. Most locations push a doughnut at you before you have a chance to speak. I've eaten in over 25 Krispy Kreme stores and this is the first one that refused to give a doughnut. Shame on you. And the girl was rude about it. Let me explain, when I see the sign on I rush in. It's a silly thing my family and I do just for the free doughnut. The stupid thing about this store is they missed a sale. Of course, we eat a free doughnut and buy another dozen, sometimes two dozen if we're going to hand them out to friends or family. I bought no doughnuts at this store. Was it worth pinching a penny so this location could save 10 cents on that glazed doughnut? Not in my case.

Went two days in a row different times. Very limited selection of doughnuts and a bunch of kids running the place that don't care. All I wanted was a raspberry doughnut! The glazed were good that's the only reason they get a two star.
