Jersey mikes subs blew my mind. I had a nice sandwich for lunch. Who knew that anything could b better then subway! I hope the jersey mikes subs becomes a chain restaurant. Thanks Jersey Mike!

I like the Jersey Mike's in Tampa, but this one was a mess. I ordered a meatball sub to go and it was awful. The 2 girls there did nothing but complain about personal things and coworkers.

I'm from Dallas, Texas and there are a lot 3 or 4 jersey mikes in Dallas. They are all very good and the people working there are always on the ball and very friendly. So I was kind of expecting the same thing here. When I opened the door it was fairly clean and he restaurant was empty, but I didn't think anything if it because it was 2 o'clock. Everybody working there looks under 25 and unprofessional. When we ordered, the man writing down our orders messed up and thought we only wanted 3 subs when we clearly had 4 people. He had a blank stare on his face and I had a feeling he might mess up something later. I know you're thinking that's nothing, but it gets worse. 1st sub - It was a cold sub and he put it on white instead of wheat. 2nd sub - It was a cold sub and he messed up the bread on it, too. 3rd sub - This one was a hot sub ordered with no cheese or peppers (so just steak and onions) and we saw them cut up the steak, put it on the grill, and put cheese on it. I stopped them and said "that sub wasn't supposed to have cheese on it," so they went back to the grill and started to pick the cheese off before it melted, instead of making a new one. When we got back to our condo (we ordered to go) we realized they forgot the onions. 4th sub - It was a hot meatball sub and it came out last. The incompetent man that took our order and messed up the bread came up to me and said "the chicken parm will be out soon." I said "It's supposed to be a meatball sub" he said "Oh!" with his typical blank stare. He went back and tried to discretely tell the guy at the grill something but I heard him. He said "That was supposed to be a meatball sub, not a chicken parm." So they threw away the chicken parm and started making the meatball sub. It took forever to get 4 subs and the place was empty when we walked in. We were there for at least 20 minutes. Don't let this discourage you from eating at other jersey mikes. The food was amazing as always. Is it worth having to deal with the bad service at this location? No way. But I recommend going to other jersey mikes, they are usually great.

I've ate here for a few years now and absolutely love the cheese steaks. But today I went in and I guess the cook was having a bad day cause he couldn't have been a bigger ****. He was rude to us and even got our order wrong. We ordered two cheese steaks one with peppers one without not like it was mission impossible. Anyway I will not be going back til they get rid of that asshole.

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. The place is run by four incompetent teens with no one managing the process. They looked like they hated their jobs, kept blaming one another for errors, and the girl even rolled her eyes impatiently and went "pffft" as we were trying to place an order for our large party. These kids had no idea what they were doing and were very poorly trained. The more frustrated the line grew the worse they performed. They could not get any orders right to save their lives. After 20 minutes of waiting for sandwiches that hadn't yet been started and watching the frustration of the customers in line, we asked for our money back and stormed out. The tables were not being cleaned and when one customer asked to have his table cleaned he was handed out a wet rag to do it himself (I am not kidding). What a disaster of a place!! Never going back.

A friend of mine worked at one in Stuart, Fl. I was excited to see there was one near my new home in Ft. Walton Beach! These are the best subs in town! Even a little bit better than Lenny's (sorry Lenny's yours are great too) I like that it's never too super busy and is close to Norriago point if you're going to or from the beach there. It deserves four stars because there are so few good places to eat in Destin and Ft. Walton

Food was decent but oh my lord it was so disorganized. They forgot about my sandwich and everyone was running around the back. Was not efficient or quick. Also an employee was giving some sass to a customer as well as all of them (who seemed new to the job) were blaming each other for every error that was made

A favorite lunch stop for me when traveling from Panama City to Ft Walton. They are always fast, friendly and make a good sandwich. I always get the #7 on wheat, Mike's way no 'maters with spicy mustard and pepper relish. Yum!

The two working there acted like they were from Jersey. Oh! They were very blunt with us, very unfriendly and acted like they hated their jobs. It was painful as we walked through each sub and what we wanted on them, I just wanted to get our food and get out. After spending $50 on subs I just hoped it would be good......uh, they were ok but waay too much oil on them them. The service over rides the food in this case, hence the 1 star. Why? Because the service was so bad, I won't be back.

Very clean restaurant with huge sub sandwiches! My daughter and I ordered halfs and my SO ordered a whole sandwich but couldn't finish it. Fresh ingredients used in the subs and piled high on fresh baked bread. As good as it gets! Recommend!

I went back there this past Sunday and was pleasantly surprised, they had enough people working and the wait was reasonable. I think this place has some of the best subs around for the money. I always get the #13 Original, Mikes way, it has so much meat on it that it is a meal in itself.

This was my 1st visit to 1 of these franchises. Ordered a special on their board that mentioned roast beef, provolone & I think "cappacuolo" (I say salami). It was a regular sub & I ordered it to go. What I found disappointing was that the sub was very light on roast beef. Then, half way through I kept thinking, huh - I feel like it's missing something more. After rethinking what I ordered, I realized it was missing the salami. I was going to go back to complain but took a peek at the 2nd half & found a few thin slices of salami. I can't finish a regular sub at another franchise because their subs are quite substantial. In this case, I had plenty of room left over & I wasn't bursting at the seams. As far as the taste goes, it was okay. I've had far better roast beef. Can't really comment on the salami simply because with what few slices there were, it didn't stand out in any way. So, meh - 2 stars it is.
