We came here for lunch one day while on vacation. They have at least 10 varieties of different chicken salads to choose from. You can have it as a scoop or on a bread. I don't recall some of the salad names, but I recommend choosing some of the more exciting ones. The Classic Carol which is the plain chicken salad was a little too plain and underwhelming. I got the broccoli salad as my side and it was excellent. The meal also came with a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. It was ok.

If you're looking for some fast, easy lunch, this is the place to go. Conceptually, genius. I don't think it's the most perfect chicken salad that I've ever had, but it's pretty darn good. My one complaint was that they only had ONE soup - even though all 4 are on their menu. If your menu is limited, it might be a good idea to have more than one soup/day.

This spot is AMAZING!! If you love chicken salad, like I do, you will not be disappointed by The Chicken Salad Chicks! My family and I were on vacation when we saw this place down the street from our hotel. My husband and I decided to stop by and we were so glad we did! They let you sample the salads. I got the Trio where you can choose 3 chicken salads of your liking. I chose the BBQ, Dixie and the one with bacon in it (can't remember the name...sorry) and it was DELICIOUS! My husband got a pound of the Fancy Nancy. His was good too! Try it and you won't be disappointed!

We love to come to chicken salad chick, food is great but not the service from one specific clerk. This is the second time being serviced by this clerk. She has never greeted us and she does not have a good attitude. The chicken salad chick in Panama City sets an amazing example for both great service and superb of food.

We drive by all the time and have never stopped...until today! So glad we did. Quick, yummy food. Had the buffalo chicken salad sandwich with the broccoli salad!! That salad is absolutely amazing!!! It's a great place to pick up some yummy beach food.

Disgusting and a ripoff. Go here if you like to pay 8 dollars for a small scoop of what is essentially a white paste of chicken meal mixed with a boatload of mayonnaise. Sorry, this is not chicken salad. This is chicken-flavored mayo paste. And the portions are really tiny (lots of bread, very little salad). And they don't even know how to make sweet tea right. Pass.

Chicken Salad Chick is one of our favorites back home, so happy to see a location at the beach! The building is open and airy and the food tastes just like home. The service was fast and quick (we got it to go). Our favorites are sassy Scotty (ranch, bacon and cheese) and Buffalo Barclay (buffalo sauce). 3-4 minutes past the outlet mall, much better option than what is there :)

Cute place very relaxing. Serve yourself to order. Had soup salad. Tasty however chicken is ground up. I like chunks of chicken. I ask about soup she did not say they had a variety. So I ordered the special loaded baked potato. Good but had I known they had other types I would not have ordered a richer creamy soup. Recommend lots if variety in sandwiches.

Delicious and great value lunch in center of San Destin. I ordered the Kickin Kay Lynne style salad with the Gourmet Chick combo sandwich. I selected brocooli salad and grape salad side orders. The Kay Lynne style was delicious but light on buffalo sauce and jalapenos and could have used some more sauce. I give this place a solid five stars. Gourmet combo was affordably priced. Both sandwich and sides were large and delicious, and service very friendly with food delivered quickly. I really enjoyed the new twist on lunch and will be a repeat customer.

They make the best chicken salads you will ever experience, and they serve it with a smile! My favorites are the Old South and Jazzy Julie. Don't forget their amazing pimento cheese too.

Holy crap the jalepeno chicken salad is DELICIOUS! I got it on a sourdough sandwich with broccoli salad, a warm cookie, and yummy dill pickle spear. All for only $7.49! Great deal. The ingredients were fresh, staff was incredibly helpful and nice (they gave me free samples since I couldn't decide what I wanted), and the price is right. I could eat another one right now. I'm so glad they opened and can't wait to come back again!

Nice decor and charming staff. The selection seems to have several that are very similar. Buffalo chicken salad is not nearly as flavorful as I expected. The chicken salad is consistently good (been there 5 times), and some of them are a bit spicy (Kickin' Kaylin). Croissants are nice & fresh. Well maintained & clean. Reliable choice if you're looking for a good chicken salad sandwich.

Chicken Salad Chick is an awesome find! We visit Destin each October from Colorado and read about the upcoming opening of CSC last year. So, we had many months to wait to give this new place a try. We arrived in Destin this afternoon and had dinner at CSC this evening. First, the restaurant is clean, bright and inviting. As we began reviewing the nice variety of chicken salad "flavors", we were offered samples to try. Every one we sampled was excellent but, of course, my wife and I found our favorites. We both had ours made on a croissant and the guy at the counter suggested the broccoli salad as my side dish. It too, was fantastic. There are varieties we didn't try but will before we head home. We truly enjoyed our experience here and are already planning our next visit. Give this place a try - you won't be sorry.

This is one of those places that does exactly what they set out to do. They provide great chicken salad in a very clean and friendly environment. We have tried a couple varieties now and both were fresh and tasted great! The bread is good and fresh too, and the grape salad is nice.

Love this place!! The good is excellent always. The staff are very nice and if a mistake is made they fix it with no problems. Our office orders from them frequently and I am never disappointed. All the chicken salads are amazing and the grape salad is the best!!

from the names to the decor, oh, and of course, the chicken salad, this is a welcome addition to City Market shopping center and the heart of the Destin shopping corridor. As if the names of the chicken salads weren't enough, the flavor of each different salad is truly amazing. With a family of 6, we had to try a host of options and none disappointed. The Buffalo Barclay appeased the tastebuds of my picky 13 year old and Jalepeno Holly appealed to my 7 year old. My wife loved Olivia's Old South and I sampled each of the above while taking home Pimento Cheese for lunch the next day. We'll definitely go back soon.

We tried the place last year, because we were staying at Destin East. Quite frankly neither my wife or I liked it very much. The salad was over-processed. I was expecting tasty chunks of chicken - and there weren't any. There were lots of flavors but they all looked alike.

Delicious lunch! Great Nutty Nana chicken salad, loved the broccoli salad( not full of onions - yum) and grape salad. Enjoyed all of them. My husband had the classic on a sandwich and rated it very well and he loves chicken salad. Cute place.

This is a unique concept for the Destin area. They specialize in chicken salad and offer 15 (or so) different types. You can order by the scoop or make it a sandwich, complete with soups and sides. They offer other types of sandwiches as well such as turkey, ham, etc. The restaurant itself is nice, very clean. I sampled 3 different types of chicken salad and all were very good. I'll definitely return to try some other types. It's a very simple concept but something that will catch on here.

Looking for a place to grab a quick lunch and I stumbled upon Chicken Salad Chick. I usually don't like chicken salad too much....but their salad changed my mind! Great flavors to chose from! My favorite was the luau....macadamia nut and pineapple :) the "spicy" selections are very mild. My only hope was to have the spicy salads to have more heat. Be sure to check out the Small Cakes cupcake store that is next store too!

I love Chicken Salad Chick normally and the food is wonderful! But the service I experienced was sub par, and I did not feel any "southern hospitality" that the company claims to have. Some unfriendly staff was present. Being an Auburn alum, I was super excited to have a Chicken Salad Chick in Destin now, but I am not sure I will come back to this location. I would rather drive further for another CSC in order to experience better service and nicer people.

I was super excited for the opening of this establishment but after trying it I'm a little disappointed. As the first reviewer stated, yes, it is a great concept. What chicken salad lover wouldn't marvel at 15 different chicken salad choices? The restaurant is decorated very nicely, the employees are very friendly. I decided to order their trio entrée, which includes your choice of three different chicken salads. I got the "offensive chick," which is the salad billed as the one for onion lovers,"fruity Fran," which contains Fuji apples and seedless grapes, and the "Kickin' Kay Lynne," which contains buffalo sauce, bacon, ranch, shredded cheddar cheese, and jalapenos. The offensive chick and fruity Fran were super salty to my tastebuds! Now I should qualify that statement by saying that I am not a person who typically adds salt to food and I typically do not like a lot of salt. So this is a turnoff for me. Also, in my fruity Fran I spied a total of two seedless grapes and a small Fuji apple piece. Before trying this, I pictured a chicken salad with lots of grape and apple pieces contained throughout, the way I would make it at home. With that said, I like the texture of the salads and the amount of mayonnaise used was just right. All of the salads had a great balance in that regard. I will more than likely go back and try other items on the menu. I'm just really hoping that they are all not as salty as two of the varieties I had.

We went by for the first time and bought some Fancy Nancy chicken salad. It was definitely the best chicken salad I have ever eaten. It had the perfect amount of mayonnaise and the chicken was shredded fine. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. They had many combinations of chicken salad to choose from. You must try this place, it's great!

Don't waste your time. Last 4 times I have gone, they are consistently out of the more popular flavors including jalapeño holly. It didn't matter if I went morning, noon, or early evening...they are always OUT. Not worth wasting the effort or time to go. But if you're driving by and looking to waste a few minutes, try.
