We went in last night about an hour before they closed as I saw earlier in the week when I peeked in that they had sugar-free soft serve. The young man working seemed annoyed when I asked for the sugar-free vanilla & strawberry twist in a sugar cone. He said the machine was slow and could I pick something else? With the diet restriction of "No Sugar Added" in regards to ice cream, I asked him to give it a shot. It came out super soft, so he chucked it. Then I said I'd try the low sugar strawberry & pineapple twist in a sugar cone. He said he could only do it in a wafer cone. It too came out soft and he plopped it upside-down in a cup and rang me up for $3.17. That was that. I left with a sad inverted cone in a pool of ice cream soup that went into the trash. I'll stretch at giving them 2 stars as they do offer sugar-free, low sugar, non-dairy flavors so those with restrictions can partake in one of America's most loved treats. Let's work on better attitudes and keeping those machines in working order until your posted closing times.

My Kids love this place. Small, unpretentious, friendly staff, excellent selection of ice cream, frozen yogurt and gelato. You can never go wrong with a creamery that serves Blue Bell. Impeccably clean store and restroom. Conveniently located near Old School Square Park and the parking garage.

I like this place. Good frozen stuff & nestled in between two restaurants on a narrow street. An excellent place to sit outside to enjoy your sweets and do some fun people watching!! They also have a huge tv outside for those in need.

We went on Christmas Day and had a cup of cookies and cream and a small cup of the Krazy Kolors (for my four year old son). The ice cream was good and the prices were fair. The line was out the door and there was only one person working which made me feed bad for the kid. Hopefully his tips were good. This is a new ice cream/yogurt/gelato place on the ave which, in my opinion, doesn't need another yogurt/ice cream/gelato place. With Sloans, Orange Leaf, Docs, Kilwin's and now FYI, there is really too much ice cream going on Downtown.

I came in with my fiancé after having lunch at house of Siam. I asked to taste the lemon and the raspberry, and my fiancé wanted to try the vanilla. When we asked to try the vanilla, the man behind the counter started yelling aggressively "ONLY TWO!" I was so startled by his reaction I actually jumped back and my fiancé asked if he was serious. When I told him gelato and ice cream places have always let me sample the flavors I was curious about, he became more agitated and told me I was wrong and that that's not true. That the owner owns 18 gelato shops and I don't know what I'm talking about. I told him that even if that's that specific stores policy, which is fine, there's still a nicer way to interact with customers. The man was absolutely dreadful and my raspberry gelato mediocre. Will definitely not be returning here ever again. Le macaron is nearby and better quality and much more polite service.

I wanted to write an update since I've been back several times since and the staff is always very welcoming helpful and friendly, keep up the great job guys! Of course the ice cream is consistently delicious!

Great small FroYo and IC shop on 2nd (Pineapple) two doors down from the Office. Inside, you will find about 20 flavors of ice cream (including gelato) and about 10 FroYos. I had the cinnamon cake and also the chocolate FroYo that was 9 calories. I had to try it to see if I felt less guilty after eating two scoops! Honestly, the flavors were amazing and I could not tell that they were 'diet' in any way. I was also surprised I liked the cinnamon so much! FYI (haha) there is no seating indoors (I didnt see any - just a line of people getting their selections), but there is cute red seating outside on the patio. You should stop after dinner and check it out.

How on earth did I not know about this place before?! Great little spot to grab some frozen yogurt on the way to or from the Arts Garage! A friend took me by here after show one day, and it was positively delicious! It reminds me a lot of D'Lites Emporium or Tasti d'Lite. I had the sea salt caramel frozen yogurt, and it was positively terrific! I keep thinking about it and want to go back! And with nutritional information as low on the caloric scale as this, I see no reason why I shouldn't stop by anytime I'm passing through! Way to go FY&I Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream Shop! I'll definitely be back!

Kind of a low key spot on the side street of The Office. I can't resist coming here since its both delicious, and the froyo is apparently only 9 cals. Not sure if that's possible but either way, it's worth the taste and creaminess
