Clean facility, clean restrooms, fast service and indoor + outdoor customer seating.... What more could you want from subway???? Oh yea, and the sandwiches are pretty good, if you like subway style. Lol

Came here a few times, its in the plaza of the UPS i use. This is a very central location, and could have been so much nicer. The employees are not very friendly, and often give you a feeling you bother them, while working on your sub. This place gets very busy and they never seem to care, maybe its the owners problem, not bringing more employees at pick hours (Like most Subways do). Today was my last time visiting this location, when an employee was so rude and unprofessional, and while there is a long line, asking for my phone number, in a very nasty, and disgusting way. I hope the owner reads this and get a hold of his broken business.

I really wanted this Subway to be different. So often Subways nowadays are subpar; smiles are few and far between and the food is just OK. Subway on Federal in Deerfield was exactly what I've come to expect. The man making my food sneezed into the air right next to all the toppings. Not that he actually used his hands to shield the germs, but even so, washing hands after that would have been a nice sight. No such luck. the woman taking orders neglected to greet me, simply told me my order. A woman appearing to be a manager came out to stock the chips, also no greeting or even a smile from her. To top it off, my flatizza was so stale that I nearly chipped a tooth biting the crust. Why I even keep going to Subways is a mystery to me. The corporation obviously takes no notice to their franchised stores customer service ratings. If they did, I chance to say the vast majority of locations in southern Florida would be shut down.

Clean, friendly staff, well made sandwich. WAY better than the Brickell location I normally go to... I don't understand why the ratings are so low. No complaints on my end...

This subway is not my favorite. I used to love Subway as a child it has changed allot and become more run down. The guys who work there are all very nice and young girls are very friendly and helpful. Mary the manager?? is AWFUL!!!!!!!! Very Rude Unfriendly and stands in the doorway smoking cigarettes Disgusting!!! She is the reason I will Never go there again!!

I love subway, however, this is not their best location. Whole wheat bread was slightly stale, and they were stingy with the tuna! I'll skip this location in the future and stop at other subways- Luckily, there are plenty of great subways on federal highway, so def pass this one by!

Another Subway, added to my repertoire. This one was fine - not the best, not the worst. My sandwich was good, and they were pretty quick about it. Girls behind the counter were young - and flirting with some male patrons (which was actually kind of adorable). I'll be back for sure, it's right around the corner from my office.

I got food poisoning at this Subway on Labor Day. It was really terrible - violent sickness for 12 hours and then pain for 2 days. I had been eating there for 2 years and never had a problem. I had a veggie max. I reported it to the state and called the location to report. The manager on duty was not helpful and basically told me he could do nothing for me. Pretty sad.
