Been here twice. The dinners, appetizers and beers on tap are excellent. Recommend it. One of my favorite places being in florida. Owners are very nice and the whole crew. Chef Charlie is a excellent chef. Thanks for a good time .

We have visited the Twisted Tap on several occasions and the trends are consistent. Good price is slightly above expectations, but quality has been very good and consistent. Jersey Fries are top notch along with the teriyaki wings. The service and speed are far below average. The wait from the kitchen is sadly disappointing, with an average of 20-25 minutes on each visit. The staff seems very disorganized and untrained. This could become a potential train wreck if the management fix quickly. Drink selections are awesome! They have a ton on taps and they continue to adjust the selection. Menus are okay, a little unsure of why printed menus on computer paper they are too lazy to reprint but simply cross out???

Love this great new restaurant in DeBary! The food has a little twist ;) on your classic bar and grill fare. We had the Jersey chips (potato wedges covered in pulled pork champagne brown gravy and cheese, lots of cheese!!!) and the fried banana peppers, both were delicious. The interior is really nicely decorated, lots of whisky barrels and wood and the service was outstanding!!! Check this place out!

Had a great dinner here. Friendly service, JP was our server and did a great job with telling us about some favorites. Pig out Chips were great & the Mac and Cheese with blackened chicken was yummy. Prices were reasonable.

From the outside this place looks really big and sort of upscale. After walking in, it just wasn't what we expected. Extremely small. With the name I thought it was going to be a bar with pool tables and lots of televisions. But the place is packed full of booths and then one little bar, and a few tables. But I didn't feel like I was in a restaurant since there weren't any wait staff or hostesses. In my opinion if they cleared out all of the empty booths, get some pool tables, and put on the jukebox, we would go back. It's not comfortable enough to be a restaurant, and it's not set up right to be a bar either? That's what threw me on this place. Almost like they couldn't decide which way to go and didn't follow through with being either? Didn't try the food. The man sitting next to us sent his wings back saying that he didn't like them. I doubt we will go back.

So I have heard some friends rave about this place. Tried it out and was happy overall. The craft beer selection is great and the food was good. The interior is really cool. The owner actually crafted the inside himself. Very cool. I only had the wings but they were great. Service a little slow but very friendly. Had to bump it down to 3 stars. Slllloooowwww service. They really need to pick it up

Went to try this place out with my boyfriend since we heard it was new in the neighborhood and had a great selection of beers and food items to choose from only to find that the food was bland and got us both sick for 2 days. We started off with the sweet potato tots, world famous chili, and ahi tuna tacos. The chili was ok, nothing out of this world. The fish tacos were too messy and not enough flavor, & may I suggest that the fish should be a little smaller cut then thick and on top of all the stuffing. For our main course we had the jerk chicken tacos and the prime rib sandwich and fries. Both were not as powerful in flavor as we expected or as the menu had advertised it to be. Our server was outstanding but I wouldn't recommend for anyone to eat there especially after getting sick and finding our bill to be almost $80! The beers on craft were good and the sangria was delicious but in my opinion, the food is too expensive for its poor quality. Would return for happy hour on the drinks but Will not eating there again.

New bar and grill on DeBary's main drag. We liked the craft beer selection; beer prices were great but food prices were higher than expected. Service was good - once the server finally arrived at our table. Loved the interior. We ordered the huge pretzel with 'beer cheese.' It turned out the cheese dip was their Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup, which didn't really taste of cheese so much as pureed vegetables - cauliflower being the overwhelming flavor. The pretzel was great and we asked for brown mustard on the side. More pretzel salt would have improved it as well but I'd order it again especially with a large group. On the plus side, during the day I would feel comfortable dining here with my kids since it isn't strictly a bar.

Was a good spot. But watch the staff and your check. Had two problems with my check and over charges. Won't be going back

Located close to the library, in the location that an Italian restaurant failed to capture the town's love, comes the Twisted Tap. Met a couple friends there on a Tuesday night to give it a try. Tasteful interior decor, from the tables to the restrooms. Excellent service! Even though the food was s-l-o-w to come out, the waiter (Eric) was pleasant and attentive and not overbearing at all. Overall the food quality was good, but a bit overpriced, in my opinion. ($85 for 3 adults) Seemed to be a good crowd and very "lighthearted" atmosphere. I'd love to see this place succeed, and to do that I think they need to knock 10-15% off of their prices..quickly. Being a bit hidden by the, unfortunate, building orientation, this place will only succeed via word of mouth in this town, and with prices like $13 for the "big pretzel" appetizer and $6-$7 for the couple beers we tried, word will spread that this is a "nice place, but not worth the money." It's definitely worth checking out and we will be going back again soon to see if other items on the menu hold a bit more "bang for the buck".

Just had a great meal at the Twisted Tap. We were a large group and had great service and delicious, well prepared dinners. Great variety available and nicely decorated. We plan to return often as it's in our neighborhood. They have a new chef with a lot of experience. The prices are in line with quality restaurants in the area. Happy Hour until 7 with house wine at three $.

Finally got to try the Twisted Tap last night. My husband, who is not a drinker, thought it would be more of a bar atmosphere. He was pleasantly surprised to find that it was more of a restaurant than a bar. Service was great, owners are welcoming, decor is tasteful and clean, and the band on Friday night was great too! We only had wings last night which were cooked fresh not precooked as some places do. The menu has everything from steak to sandwiches though. It will take me many trips to try all the variety of interesting beers on draft :-)
