Everything you would expect from this type if chain restaurant. Salad bar is barely edible as is most of the food on the copious menu. Decent option when with hungry kids. Could use a nice cleaning as everything is covered in grease and dust.

I am not a fan nor frequent chain restaurants however, my sunday group decided to come here one afternoon and i had the salad bar.....I have since become obsessed....fresh and generous options and those cheese garlic rolls are obsessively delicious..... Excellent service provided by the delightful Ashley..... Unlimited salad bar for lunch 7.99!!!! I literally lose 1 pound when I eat here.

The salad bar is STOCKED and could almost be a meal by itself (and I'm not a vegetarian)! I've gotten the sirloin and chicken fresco - both are delicious. The chicken fresco is especially good with spaghetti squash and broccoli. For dessert, you have to try the white chocolate cherry cheesecake...mmmmm! The prices are fair and the atmosphere is nice yet laid back. Billy, the manager, makes sure everything is to your satisfaction - he obviously has trained the wait staff well. Consistently friendly and helpful waiters / waitresses.

After a trip to IKEA, we came by here for a quick bite (and drink)! We walked in right before noon and the place was empty. As usual we went straight to the bar and was greeted immediately by the bartender. Saw Goose Island IPA was on tap and no question about that. My wife was under the weather so she can't have any alcoholic beverage on this visit (sorry honey!). The menu looked no differ than places like Chilis or TGI Fridays. We decided to try out some of their appetizers. I ordered one of their chicken tenders. The chicken was cooked nicely: lightly breaded while the meat stayed juicy. And the side of fries that came with were hot and crispy. My wife went with their Four Way Appetizer. It came with Fried Mozzarella sticks, friend wings, and Thai Spring Rolls. It supposed to come with chicken tenders as the fourth item. But since I've ordered the chicken tenders already, they were okay for us to have double the portions on spring rolls. All the items in the appetizers were very good. The skins on the wings were crispy and the mozzarella sticks were pretty good. But we particularly loved their Thai Spring Rolls. It was lightly fried with good stuffing inside. Not bad for bar finger foods. Overall, we enjoyed our food very much. The service was excellent. Maybe we were the only customers sitting at the bar, but our bartender took very good care of us. He kept asking us how were our food and if we need our drinks refilled. If we ever go to IKEA again, we are coming back for more.

I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday since I was a child so coming here at first was kinda hesitant. To my surprise everything was so good. The drinks were well made just like I like them and the food was great! Plus they have great drink specials! I will def be back!

Gross, gross, gross. I mean, it is Ruby Tuesday after all. Was forced to eat here for lunch with some people from work. Watered down dressing, sloppily plated frozen food, and greasy meat were what greeted us here. The restaurant is dirty, and nobody looked happy with what they were eating. All of their dishes are just a miss, trying to make cheap ingredients seem like they are something else. Save yourself and skip this one!

We came here mainly because of the salad bar.... I don't ever remember the salad bar only being $11 that's pretty steep since they do not have expensive items like shrimp or chicken to put on the salad, only ham or boiled eggs. I can get a much better salad elsewhere for about the same price. the server was nice however I feel inexperienced and they had given her so many tables she was pretty unavailable to us most of the evening. We had waited over 20 minutes to order another beverage before happy hour was over and when she finally came by she said oh happy hour just ended.... Really, I know that but we have been waiting for you for 20 minutes. She went to order and came back saying happy hour was over and I sent her to the manager to get approval ... something I would think she would know to do on her own. Especially since she and I both knew that she had not checked on us for quite some time. Overall with the slow service we were there over 2 hours... Not because we were enjoying the ambiance.... This place needs a good cleaning! Our bill was not cheap, the food was OK but for that price I will take my business elsewhere where they aren't understaffed and can provide better service.

I avoid Ruby Tuesdays and its chain counterparts at all costs, but, my cousin who has a severe gluten allergy was staying with us for the week and when going out to eat, we could only go to places with special gluten-free menus. We hit the less offensive chains, like Pei Wei and the like, which I was cool with, but when Ruby Tuesdays came up as a suggestion, I was less than thrilled. I hadn't actually been to a Ruby Tuesday in years prior to my visit last Sunday, and I wish I had kept on that trend going...unfortunatly not though. I knew it was going to be bad from the minute we walked, just judging by the number of obese people in the restaurant. If I were to guess, I would have said that a chubby chasers meet-up group was dining here, there were soooo many large people. I don't know about you, but the thought of sharing a salad bar with a 400 lb person is just not appetizing. I realize this sounds evil, but it's the truth. Anyhow, after making our way past the obease ocean and being seated, we waited close to 15 minutes before being acknowledge by a waiter. Much too long. After that, a string of hiccups proceeeded to occur: Our water was disgusting. I am not a water priss who only drinks Perier or filtered watered blah blah, but this water had a very strong odor/flavor. We were at the restaurant much over a full hour before receiving our food. When the food did come, my cousin's gluten- free talapia and baked potato came out as talapia and a huge pile of french fries. French fries are not gluten-free and it is commonly known that because they are cooked in the same oil as chicken tendars, onion rings, etc. that do have gluten, then there is cross contaminaiton. My cousin made it very clear when ordering that she was gluten free because of an allergy, not just a kitchy diet trend and emphasized the fact that all her food needed to be prepared carefully. It is understandable that mistakes happen, but when someone is so stronly advising you of something, it is much less forgivable to mess up that order. And of course, as expected, the food was pretty gross. My mom's broccoli was so salty it was inedible. My green beans were limp and tasted mircrowaved. The food is way overpriced for the quality. Seriously, who woud pay between $15 and $25 for a dish here when you can go to so many better places for that price. Our waiter, albeit slow, was very sweet and tried his best to make up for all that was going wrong, but at the end of the day, we were at Ruby Tuesday, so really, it's as to be expected.

Came here after receiving a coupon in the mail. Staff was nice however food was horrible. Asked for spaghetti got pene pasta. When I asked about the reasoning behind the penne pasta, the server didn't know the difference between one and the other. The sauce was old and burnt. For obvious reasons didn't eat it. My husbands steak was dry and burnt as well. Needless to say we will not be returning. Dissapointed specially when the bill was over $30 for 2 gross uneaten meals.

2 trips ago to this place....I was having lunch with my mom. We each ordered a salad bar and a soda. When we were finished, the waiter presented us with a printed bill from over a month ago that appeared pretty well worn. I asked why we had this receipt & was told they had a computer problem so we had an old receipt. I realized later that (many restaurants have this problem) dishonest staff will keep receipts like this because nothing has to come from the kitchen...so they can pocket your cash or just deduct the credit card charge from someone else's bill. So I called and informed a manager what happened, left my number...no call back. So.........last night I went with 3 kids. Two 12 year old girls & a 10 year old boy. Each kid took 1 trip to the salad bar and we ordered the "Big Dipper" appetizer. I had a top shelf margarita. Each kid had AT MOST a half a plate of salad. The hot part of the appetizer arrived and the waiter said "I'll be right back with your sauce". Why drop off the hot part 1st and make us wait for the sauces? Wouldn't it be better to drop the cold 1st so we can immediately begin eating the hot part upon arrival? The waiter had dropped off ours en route to another table to drop off something else...and apparently that table hadn't ordered their meals yet....so we had to wait. I get the bill......$62.00! REALLY?!? Granted, my margarita was $12.00.....so $50.00 for 3 half plates of salad, 3 sodas & an appetizer? at a Ruby Tuesday's in Davie? Timpano?.....Blue Moon Fish Company?....sure........but here? No drinks were refilled and nobody made a 2nd trip to the salad bar. I asked our waiter and was told that's how much it is. I didn't argue because I knew it was our last time going here. IMHO....I cant consider this a family friendly place that charges $12.50 for a 10 year old to drink half a soda & eat half a plate of salad. There are MUCH better places that charge the same or less money....and that's where we'll be spending ours. I tipped the guy $11.00...thought that was more than fair.

I've been here a couple of times since being in town visiting family. I love to eat here because of the combos. I don't like to just eat a salad bar, so it is nice to be able to get the chicken sliders as well as a trip to the salad bar. They service has been great. The restaurant is always clean. The salad bar is clean and stays stocked.

I don't normally like the big-box type restaurant chains, but I have to admit, this place is growing on me. We decided to stop in for lunch b/c we were getting tired of our regular haunts, and were pleasantly surprised at the football specials they had going at the bar - if there was a game on, then you could get $1 sliders, $2 tacos, and something else I forget b/c we kept ordering the sliders and tacos... The rest of the menu is pretty good, although the prices are a little high to make this a quick and cheap stop for lunch while running errands. My only complaint is that they discontinued the football special - that special is what had us coming back and even though there are still games on (they only ran it for regular season, so no luck with playoffs) they don't run it anymore. That means we probably won't be going as often... they should seriously consider keeping that special going all year!

Service great - food sucked. The mini burgers took over a half hour to arrive, were burnt, over well done, little cheese and no sauce. Not sure if my dog would have eaten then if I brought them home. The waitress offered to get us more burgers but it was almost 10 PM. She took five dollars off our bill instead. Now I know why I have not returned to Ruby Tuesday's for several years this is my last time. Eaters beware. Nice and quiet and clean though.

My friend had received a coupon for a free burger for his birthday by joining their email club, so we decided to have an early lunch at Ruby Tuesday. Since we arrived so early (shortly after opening), the place was basically empty and we were seated right away. The restaurant was very clean and so was the salad bar. I think ever diner besides us went the salad bar route, so if you are into salads, it appears that theirs is pretty good. In not much of a fan of salad so I decided to get the Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I typically would get a burger, but since I am trying to cut back on my meat consumption I got the chicken sandwich but I was disappointed. The chicken was a thick cut that lacked any flavor or seasoning, so it just did not taste good. The chicken was cooked well but the thickness of the chicken made it hard to taste the flavors of the cheese, avocado and even the bacon. The fries were alright but the fact that I had to eat them with ketchup meant I didn't really enjoy them but they were crisp and I know that someone else would really enjoy them; I am just picky with my fries. The other side I got was the Sliced Tomatoes but I did not like that either. It was doused in balsamic vinaigrette and it was too sweet for my taste. My friend had the Boston Blue Burger which I have had before and have enjoyed. It is topped with blue cheese crumbles, crisp onion rings, and their house-made Boston barbecue sauce. It may not be the best burger you have ever had but it is still a good option at a restaurant of this kind. On this visit, I had water but their Sangria is pretty good for only $5. The also offer a few other cocktail options for $5 all day long; no need for happy hour.

This is by far the best Ruby Tuesday I have ever eaten at. The salad bar is always fresh and the entire restaurant is clean. The bathrooms are in perfect condition and they have an enormous private parking lot. There is outside seating and a nice bar as well. I usually get the salad bar because it is seriously one of a kind if you like all-you-can-eat salad. I have tried some of their normal menu food and it was always great. They have also been giving complimentary rolls that taste really good too. The place looks VERY good, better than a lot of really upscale places I've been and their food and service is as good as it gets. I would go here much more often if it wasn't as expensive.

Meh. It's close to the house, they offer curb side pick up, and they have a decent salad bar. For that I'll give it three stars. Other than that, this particular time I went was one of those days where you kind of flip through the menu "reading", but not really reading the descriptions of the menu items ... maybe nothing seemed appealing at the time, I don't know. So, after feeling rushed by the waitress who obviously did not want to wait for me to decide what to order, I opted for the 'Jamaican Jerk Shrimp' plate .. which is not something I would have normally ordered but thought I'd try anyways. Not a good decision! I'll blame the poor decision on haste, however I thought I was going to get a plate of seasonings and shrimp galore, instead a bowl of very bland rice, over cooked shrimp and some kind of red sauce which tasted like ketchup was placed in front of me. Needless to say I ate the shrimp and that was about it. Next time I'll go with something more familiar.

I will never again dine at a Ruby Tuesday. My friend and I each ordered the soup/salad bar combo and were extremely dissatisfied with the pricing and portion size. Disclaimer: I'm not a complainer by nature, and this is probably one of maybe three times in my life that I have complained at a restaurant. Definitely not "one of those people." The menu description promised a "bowl of soup" and cheddar biscuits. What we got was a rectangle-shaped soap dish, about an inch deep and two biscuitsthe size of a dollar coin. This was for $9.99. We asked our server about the soup, and she told us there was nothing she could do. We noticed the manager stopping at several other tables, and it looked like he was possibly dealing with other complaints. We saw him carrying food items to those tables as well. When he got to our table, he said that corporate enforces a strict policy and dictates the specific bowl and ladle to be used. (LOLOLOL). He said if we wanted "a little more soup" he'd be happy to take care of it. We felt satisfied with this. Several moments later, he strides out of the kitchen and drops off....ONE ADDITIONAL SOAP DISH OF SOUP at our table before walking away. My friend and I looked at each other, went into hysterical laughter, and proceeded to share it, passing the spoon back and forth. I don't know how this chain stays in business. Never again.

I'm not usually one to write a review on a "chain" restaurant since everyone usually knows what to expect from these places. However, I thought it was only right to let my fellow yelpers in on a delectable meal that I recently had at Ruby Tuesdays. I ordered the Avocado Turkey burger which was off-the-hizzy! I mean, it was seriously noteworthy. The turkey burger was juicy, well-seasoned and grilled perfectly! It is topped with swiss cheese, onions, bacon and avocado and is sandwiched between a pretzel bun. Is your mouth watering yet?! If you never considered a turkey burger - you need to try THIS one. I promise you it will not disappoint!! We also tried the lobster mac and cheese which was really good. They use a sharp cheddar which gives it a nice bite. And, there are real chunks of lobster in it! In the words of Rachel Ray - YUM-O.

Once I say down it took about 10 min for the waitress to attend our table and about 30 minutes just to get our drinks. Got up and left. Worst service ever. Never going back there.
