I just had breakfast here for the first time and it was better than muy bueno! Carolina, the owner, knows who's new to the restaurant and takes great pride in her food. I especially liked the hand made Honduran flour tortillas to wrap my selection in. I truly felt welcome here. Great job Carolina and thank you. No tengo hambre!

I'm huge on hispanic food, but had yet to try Honduran so when I stayed at a hotel nearby, I decided to check it out. It did not disappoint. First of all, the pricing is very cheap and very good for the quality of the food. It's definitely a hole-in-the-wall, as the decor isn't anything crazy but it's no frills, definitely more about the food than the atmosphere. Customer service was A-ok and they have daily specials on lunch. I had the churrasco special (went on a Tuesday) for $6.99 and it comes with rice, beans and plantains or a salad. They also have a few favorites like ceviche and chicken and rice. The first thing that came out were what looked like chips covered in a certain cheese and sauce (I've never had it before, so excuse my vague description), which was so good, I almost ate the whole thing before my meal came out. The steak itself was very good quality and came out fairly quickly. The only thing I'd say is that the edges were a little burnt, but it wasn't chewy. It was a little bit smaller of portions than I expected as well, but was enough to fill me. The location was a little hard to find and wasn't in the greatest of neighborhoods but it's still worth checking out.

I ordered fried chicken, tostones, salad and veggies. Waiting time for the food arrival was 40min. Complimentary nachos not so good. The fried chicken was over fried. The price was good, the fact that the plates have 3 sides is a plus. Server was friendly.

Excellent home cooked meals and great service! Love mom and pop places like these. The seafood is amazing and so fresh. It's a tiny place on 441 and north of 595. But a treasure indeed.

Just found this little place and I'm in heaven. Nothing fancy but the service was friendly, my order was on my table before I knew it. And the food! I've been on a Lechon Asado binge for a few weeks and this was the juiciest, most tender pork so far. The portion size was more than generous - enough for 2 meals. The red beans were scrumptious too. And of course, I topped it off with a tasty cafe con leche. I took a takeout menu back to the office to spread the word. This is definitely a go-to place!

This was my first time here. I happened to be in the area and wanted some real food. It is a very casual restaurant. I order the Sopa de Res and Queso Frito or Fried Cheese. To start, the server brought out some tortilla chips with a light tomato sauce complimentary, which was a nice touch. The soup had a rich and beautiful broth and was quite nice. It also came with rice or tortilla. The fried cheese was of course delicious! Glad I popped in, they have a large menu with plenty of variety including breakfast. The check total was just under $12 and I took most of my soup home since it was a decent portion. I hear that the Mango Smoothies are amazing as well as the Quesadillas if you are looking for a more "gringo" meal. If you are in the area give it a go.

Bacon wrapped shrimp plate was excellent. The shrimp was huge, and the bacon was tasty. I had sides of Cuban bread, steamed vegetables and fried cheese. Everything was great.

Excellent food and excellent service. Very nice people too! They recommended some items and we loved everything. We will make sure we come through again just to stop in for another meal!

Saturday lunch with some great friends and my love does not get any better than this. Our friends Nate and Nicole had told us about this place and we decided to make the trip out of Miami.Yes there is life outside Miami : ) A quick drive on the turnpike and on to 441 you come across this lil place. Friendly faces and great service will have me coming back here in a jiffy! There was a mixture of soups and hot dishes on the menu. I share the conch soup and had some pupusas. I will say i have better pupusas but the soup made up for it! ten times over again. I look forward to our biweekly adventures outside of Miami and finding places like this. So if you want to give some local Honduran food a try make the trip up here.

Greatest hangover cure ever is a conch soup and traditional Honduranian beer. Here, the soup is hot and the beer is cold, exactly as it should be. This would be a 4-star review but the a/c was seemingly set on the "feels like Honduras" level. Also, where was the fondue? I figured they would have some there since it was invented in the jungles of Honduras. Either way, I love this place. There aren't many reasons to venture into Broward County, but this is one of them.

Mediocre? Yes it says it best. Chicken that came from a deprived family (little meat on the bones) and minute steak cooked maybe a minute too long. Great prices but after our experience, we decided to go out to dinner.
