I've eaten in and ordered take out from the Weston location multiple times, since they're close to work and always a good lunch option when I'm craving Venezuelan food. My favorite things to order are their cachapas and their reina peipada salad. Very yummy! The salad tastes very fresh, with plenty of tomato and avocado. Both their cachapas and salads are large and filling. They have plenty of filling and cheese options, which is great. They also have a good chicken soup. I see how some can say they're a bit pricey, but the portion sizes are big and filling enough to justify it, in my opinion. It does take some time to get your food (unless you order beforehand), but everything comes out freshly made to order.

Found this place on Yelp and arrived at around 8 pm. They were already getting ready to close so there was a limited selection. Went with a tequeño and Pelua arepa (shredded beef and gouda). The meat inside of the arepa was good but the cheese inside of the tequeño was cold. A man walked in with his family around 8:20 ish and was told that they were now closed (even though they close at 9), so I wouldn't suggest arriving past 8 pm if you want food. I'm debating on whether or not I would return here.

Good food! Cachapas, arepas and cachitos were very good, the service was ok, just a little pricy'

This place always disappoints me, quality vs prices and Customer service is just not there.

Traditional Venezuelan food with a nice environment and friendly staff. I ordered the reina pepiada and it was delicious and filling

Excellent food!!! I went last weekend to try their "cachitos" and I have to say they are sooo good!!! I compared them with Panna's and now El Arepazo 2 is the king of "cachitos" in Weston.... And with a really cold "frescolita" or "Malta" it's a perfect fast breakfast or anytime food..... I like their food and will come back for more!!! 100% recommended

Food choice might be traditional but the flavor is not the same. Arepa reina pepiada was nothing close to the real thing. Staff was not the friendliest and they where out of AC. This is coming from a Venezuelan. The worst is the price.

5th chance today for this location. Always understaffed , 15 minute wait for a hot dog my kid ordered. Always running out of items on menu. Nothing like the Doral location. In our wait 3 costumers walked out.

Went this morning for a breakfast, it says they opened at 7:30. They did opened the door at 7:30, however, whoever opened the door said that we could come in but there was no food ready since they where going to start cooking at that time. As a breakfast place customers expect them to cook early in the morning, it's called a JOB, I worked in retail and even though we opened the store at 10, we where there at least 1.5 hours prior opening to get everything ready.... And that's on a clothing store. Ridiculous.....

This place is good. They always make mine the way I like. The arepas are always made right then. They are just slow sometimes. I have been here a few times and have always had good food.

It is sad that the first review for this place is so poor. I will in the future have to observe the employees better. I didn't notice anything unhygienic on my visit. I can however comment on the food. The one time I ate at this establishment it was packed, I believe it was on a Saturday for lunch. The venezuelan style arepas are enormous, quite tasty and a great variety.

The meat that was in the arepa was delicious, but the arepa was hard and the dough was dry.

Is kinda embarrassing that this place represents Venezuela cuisine, when i am from Venezuela and I know what our food is supposed to taste like. Their pernil is almost inedible and their asado negro lacks seasoning and taste sweet, I really do not understand how any decent Venezuelan chef can mess up two classic dishes that bad! The only thing worth eating is their carne mechada or shredded beef, if they didn't have that I would never come back back, that's about the only thing I eat there....

Delicious fresh juices. Fried corn bread with cheese filling was absolutely amazing. Arrepo was ok.

I wish I didn't have to do this...but as a Venezuelan, I must. This place either needs new management ASAP or it should be shut down. This place - whose first location opened in Doral, Fl and became an instant success- is located in Weston and is supposed to be a reflection of the Venezuelan specialty (arepas), among other things. Instead, what you get is dry arepas, cold fillings (if they even have what is advertised), and fruit flies hovering over the counters. I paid over $45 for a meal for 4 - which is outrageous considering the arepas in venezuela arent even $2 so I cant quite explain the cost. I had to wait over 15 minutes because they dont prep beforehand and have nothing ready for their customers, which was annoying considering the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired and it just gave me more time to pick up on it. I opted to visit the restroom. Bad idea. Went back outside to hang with the fruit flies. Long story short...not proud to be represented by Arepazo2. Will make my own arepas and call it a day.

Simply the best Venezuelan food. I've been going there for years and recently they have expanded the menu and its awesome. The arepas, cachapas and empanadas are the signature dishes and you can't go wrong ordering those also if you like hot sauce ask for their in house hot sauce its strong but one of the best I've ever had. They have Venezuelan beverages like dress kolita, Malta and polar beer. I personally love the natural juices i think they have more than 10 different types of fresh fruits If you haven't had venezuelan food before this is by dar the best place to go Also the staff is friendly and Service has improved over the years

First time, ordered the vegetarian arepa with the traditional Venezuelan cheese. The cashier was very nice, informed me it would take 15-20 min. for it to be done. I find it a bit obnoxious but I appreciate him telling me. The arepa itself was super greasy, and very pricey, especially when I had no meat in it, pretty small in size, did not fill me up. I would only recommend this place to those with a knowledge of Venezuelan cuisine to determine its worthiness.

Pricey but good Vnzlnd food. It's a casual place, good for empanadas, arepas, chapas, coffee, that type of food... I took a star because of cleanliness I'm picky on this, and there were some trays/napkins left on the tables and the floor could've use a swept, it was on a Sunday though, but stil... okay place overall, will return again for another cachapa.

I know nothing about arepas, tostones or empanadas. But I know what good food tastes like. I've eaten all the above at different restaurants serving different regions of cuisine. But I didn't care for Arepaz2 whatsoever. The food was inedible and overly complicated. So was everything about the ordering process and computer system. You can't get just a regular arepa or tostones. Everything was covered with loads of toppings and just did not taste good. It took a long time to get our food. And the restaurant was not clean.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star but "0" stars is not an option in the app. We ordered a "creole breakfast" for $9,99. To our surprise it did not include an arepa ... Unbelievable, no Venezuelan Desayuno criollo comes without an arepa! To make matters worst they had ran out of black beans and the shredded beef was horrible. The cachapa was good but came straight out of a Serpa's Antojos pack, so all in all I am never ever coming back!
