Probably my favorite pizza joint that I have found so far! I've also had their chicken parm which is quite good. There is nothing I hate more than veggie pizza that arrives looking like a sad droopy Van Gogh painting, soggy and dripping all over the place! Here the veggie is divine and The veggies taste fresh. No droopy droop at ciros! The pepperoni is also really good. What really MAKES this pizza so good is the crust.. It is the same bread as the garlic knots so it actually tastes like bread which I love! I also love the cheese they use, cheese is the one exception to the droop rule I'll make.....if there's not droopy strings connecting your mouth to the slice of pizza after taking a bite, it's not good pizza! The service is decent, but most of the time when I have called in the evening closer to closing time they claim they're no longer serving pizza, even though it was 20 minutes before their listed closing time, another time they claimed the pizza maker went home, another time I asked them to deliver to nova college (which is not very far) but they refused saying they didn't deliver east of David blvd... This disconnect with customer service is a little annoying for me....And is why they didn't get 5 stars.

When you just want to tuck into a neighborhood restaurant for a quick meal (instead of having a beautiful meal in a well-appointed dining room where the food is stellar and the service is flawless) Ciro's is for you. The food and the service is a solid 3 1/2 stars so I rounded it up to 4 because they are good for who they are and what they do - and they've been in business for about three decades. Tonight three of us sat in a booth that, while it seated us, wasn't roomy. The place is small and the tables are laid out oddly so the seating is a bit crammed. The menu has traditional "American" style Italian food - pizza, pasta dishes, sandwiches, and packaged desserts from a distribution company. We ordered a 12" regular pizza as an appetizer. The 4 slice pie was made with a great dough and creamy cheese. We also ordered 10 chicken wings that were 'medium' spiced and served with celery and blue cheese dressing. After having dental surgery more than a month ago and eating every mushy food known to man, it was a thrill to eat big, crispy, and well-seasoned wings! The chicken was moist and softly pulled away from the bone. Ok, so I could only eat 1/3 of the slice of pizza and 3 chicken wings, but each bite was really good. My dinner mates enjoyed veal parmigiana and shrimp parmigiana sandwiches made on fresh, soft ciabatta rolls that were served with a pickle spear and a side of potato and macaroni salad (one ordered potato and the other ordered macaroni). I don't know why they serve these sides with parmigiana sandwiches but I guess someone in the kitchen thinks it works. I tasted the veal and it was soft even though it was breaded and covered with cheese. I even had a piece of the soft bread that only served to hold the protein without masking it's flavor. The only thing we finished was the pizza - I have the leftovers in the fridge because the thinking was I would likely be able to eat it over the weekend...let's hope! The servers are friendly and stop by frequently to bring napkins and beverage refills. One of the kitchen guys brought us containers, paper bags and plastic bags for our leftovers. Everyone was kind and friendly. Several people were 'regulars' and were greeted warmly by the servers. There are meal specials between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. every day. The portions are generous - particularly for the price. While we aren't regulars, whenever we have eaten here we've enjoyed the food and service - we've never had a bad meal or bad experience here. Ultimately, this is an unpretentious neighborhood restaurant where you are sure to eat well and feel welcome.

Decided to dine somewhere new on a Friday night.. Whenever I'm taking Italian, I head to Carrabbas, but this maybe the new place. I ordered the chicken parmesan dinner which included two garlic rolls, soup or salad and your choice of side. My boyfriend ordered the baked ziti dinner which included two garlic rolls, soup or salad and your choice of side. Everything was delicious! The waitstaff made sure to have our drinks full and the empty plates gone. We really enjoyed our dinner. The portions were huge and reasonably priced.

As new yelper in plantation I'm excited to have found a yummy pizza place near my job and Lunch specials are inexpensive. I ordered the pizza slice with side salad and tried the garlic rolls. Delish :) I'm a fan!

Thank you, Ciros, for making delicious food & pizza (even when I ask for special instructions that I know you don't like)! We will be long time customers!

Ive been going here for years & I'm never disappointed. It may not be a 5 star restaurant but who needs it when you get great food, large portions and fair prizes! Its the kind of place you take your friends or your kids or your parents & have a good laugh. The bruschetta is very good, the pizza, the subs, and if you like your marsala with EXTRA EXTRA mushrooms, this is the place to get it. I was surprised to see they even serve veal!

This was actually perfect for my expectations. They were pretty low, but this was actually pretty good. The pizza was really good for the price and local yocal spot. The staff was friendly, the prices were amazing and I will go back. The restuarant is a bit run down and the TV's are distracting. There was not a game and the news was blaring, but all in all, this is a great place to order simple food for eat in with kids or take out. Had the place been a bit more updated and the TV's been on mute with some soft music, I'd def go 4 stars for the prices and quality of my pizza.

I called and tried to order a pizza for delivery. I live literally 1 mile away and I was told not only will they not deliver to me but "we are really busy and very particular as to where they deliver." I find it insulting they will deliver to the neighborhood across the street with million dollar homes, but they won't cross the street to my neighborhood. I LIVE WITHIN ONE MILE!!! Congrats, you just lost a potential customer!

Visited location over the weekend. Absolutely fabulous food and very genuine service. Did not expect this from the casual look of the restaurant; however one of the best Italian meals I've had in quite a while. Had the sausage peppers and onions over ziti. Great flavor. Loved the oversized garlic rolls as well. Will be back

You should always know of a good spot where only the locals go. This is that spot. Came here because it's right by Publix and I live two minutes away. I now literally come here once a week to get garlic rolls (garlic knots of deliciousness). They are chewy and tender, the perfect amount of oil to make it luscious with amazing minced garlic/cheese on top. Probably the best garlic roll I've ever had. I have also had the pizza here. A great value, IMO. A small is really a medium at a Papa Johns, a medium is a large, etc. good flavor, crisp crust. Although, don't make my first mistake of getting the veggie pizza, with water laden veggies (made crust soggy by the time I went for a second slice). Their ingredients are definitely too fresh for that one. I've also had their pasta, but just ok really. A good standard minestrone soup, though. This place feels like the mom and pop place you would grow up in and reminisce about later in life. Yes, the decor is less than perfect (drab). But the staff is extremely kind and attentive. It feels like a family owned place.

We've been to Ciro's a couple of times now and have become fans due to their close proximity to our home and they deliver for free! They have a large menu, and I would give them 4 stars but they have been a little inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza is fantastic and other times just okay because it's burnt or not enough cheese etc. we like this place and will continue to patron it.

This place is stupid. They wouldn't deliver to my address and I live 2 miles away. Stupid. I drove by this place the other day and I couldn't believe how close they actually are..and they wouldn't deliver to me. I don't get it. Then I get a comment about how they can't make everyone happy...well, ok...at least you could make sense? What's the delivery radius? 1 mile?

We order take-out from here a lot and it's always good. Our favorite is Spaghetti a la Cira's. It comes with a nice salad and garlic knots. One order is enough for my husband and I to share and still have leftovers. We also like their stromboli. I really like their pizza but my husband thinks it's just okay. After reading the other reviews, guess we will have to dine in sometime.

I'm a local and I come here all the time for takeout. I don't bother with the pizza because its nothing to write home about, but there are several other dishes which I absolutely love: For lunch, get the cirillo sandwhich, period. For dinner I get the spaghetti and meatballs or linguini with clam sauce. The meals come with soup or salad and two insanely good garlic rolls. I recommend the pasta fagioli.

My wife and I went to Ciro's for dinner and were thoroughly impressed. The portions were huge, great food, and good pricing. We both enjoyed our entrees. The staff was very friendly. It's a small and very homey place. The dessert menu is very unique. We ordered the mega mud pie and it was excellent. We liked Ciro's so much we went back the next night for dinner and ordered pizza. Excellent! Probably the best we've had in south Florida so far. Highly recommend Ciro's.

We've been eating here for many years and have eaten Chicken Marsala at fine restaurants all over this country. No where does any place, anywhere, do it better than at this local hole-in-the-wall!! Located in a strip mall, the straight-on classic Italian cuisine does excellent pizza as well. I will go back many times.

I love Ciro's. I've never ordered something from here I didn't like. My favorite thing on the menu is the Caprese Salad. I get it with a side of grilled chicken. Delicious. The pizzas are big and very tasty and the Chicken Parmigiana Sub is really, really good. The Calamari is excellent and the cheese sticks are nothing special but still good. What I also like about Ciro's is that their delivery has always been fast and usually right on time and they stay open until 10 pm for those nights you get home late from work.

Been eating at Ciro's for 20 years. Go for the Italian subs. They are the absolute best in town. Really.

The garlic-cheese bread was nothing more than a glorified hoagie bun with some fancy criss cross pattern etched into the cheese. They sent everything home wrapped in clear wrap. Even the garlic knots...as a bread baker this made me shiver. The bread was soggy because of the condensation. The tuna salad was a disappointment. I'm adding the 2nd star because they threw in the knots....but they were still soggy...though nothing a little trip in the oven wouldn't fix.

Stromboli is excellent - any place to last 30+ yrs in this town you know is doing it right. New York style pizza and great subs.

Ciros pizza is good, not their Italian dishes though. Be careful when ordering delivery. I have had at least 4 experiences where something is not delivered but I am charged or the order is wrong. Their solution is to give you a credit for your next order but the next order is wrong too. Is that their way to get a return customer? Repeat your order to them at least 3 times. Its not the same person each time too. I will give 5 stars to their delivery guy - he's very sweet. I believe his name is George.

There pizza never disappoints. The service is very friendly, and the food is always great. The pizza is New York style, thin and greasy. They sell wine and beer too - drafts start at $2.50 :) the garlic rolls are great but make sure you get them extra wet or they seem a by dry.

I am always in the mood for good Italian Food and coupledt with great service. Ciro's hits the mark with friendly service be it take-out or eat in. The food is fantastic with good sized portions. Highly recommend the Chicken Parm dinner with pasta! I have had their pizza and subs on several occasions and have never been disappointed. A big Thank You to the owner and staff at Ciro's for some great food!

We've been going here for almost 2 years. I like their pizza, my bf likes their spaghetti but overall I have always just felt kind of "meh" about this place. The service today was unacceptable. We always get carry out and have only had 2-3 incidents ever, but today was the icing on the cake. My bf got the lunch spaghetti & meatballs & I got the lunch pizza special- 2 slices & a drink... I realized on the car ride home that they must have charged me for a dinner spaghetti bc it was a couple dollars more than it should have been. Got home and guess what? There was only one slice of pizza!! So not only did I overpay, but I didn't even get the full order! I called to tell them & asked if their delivery person could bring my other slice on his next drive (we live a mile away... I can see my building from the restaurant!) & I was told, "no... He's already out and that would take forever anyway." She said she would give me a credit on my account for the next order but I told her I would rather just have my pizza... silence... No apology... No offer to refund it if I don't want the credit.... Just silence. I guess offering a credit was better than nothing, but it's nice when you MAKE AN EFFORT to fix your mistake. Maybe she just figured since we're regulars we'll just be back... No big deal. Well sorry, but I patronize places that value my business and today the lack of care was beyond obvious, so looks like I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

We got the regular cheese pizza with meatballs on top. They clearly used a ton of garlic in the making which we appreciated, and the cheese was yummy. The meatballs weren't phenomenal but not bad. The pasta fagioli was a letdown. I felt like I could've made a far better version at home without trying very hard. Once again, it wasn't bad.... It just wasn't special. They're delivery service is quick and easy and I liked the garlic-bread-like taste of the pizza so I'd order one from them again if I didn't feel like cooking or leaving the house.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Always decent, never great. Super nice staff. Place needs a make over (pretty run down). Had a garlic roll and very bland. I'll go if I'm in the area.

Whether you want to have pizza, subs or a good pasta dish Ciro's has it covered. I stopped by today for a quick lunch. Order two slices of pizza. They have daily lunch specials but I couldnt pass up a chance to grab a slice. I have been coming here for years and hopefully that will noy change

Best pizza I've found in over 5 years here in south Florida. Closest thing I've found to the pizzas I'm accustomed to up north. The environment is also reminiscent of a northern pizza joint.

Nice staff. Great hot subs. Huge pizza slices. Modest prices. Local strip mall. We liked it! :)

Our new favorite place- GIGANTIC portions at a reasonable price. Cheap wine and garlic knots- one entree can easily feed two ppl.
