Giving it three stars only because they have a blonde boy sitting on his phone behind the counter and doesnt even properly greet guests or check if you need any assistance. The cook and chinese lady are very nice. The food is good, I'm always satisfied with my order. Only once have they messed up and they've given me free sodas for each meal.

I ordered a Yang chow fried rice and an order of shrimp in lobster sauce. It honestly was not bad. For a hole in the wall take out place my expectations are low and my only hope is that the food isn't super oily or taste like old oil. Thankfully it was fine and my only critique is that maybe they could add more carrots and peas in the sauce.

Well, can't really review the food. Couldn't eat it. Hubby and I ordered delivery, it arrived very quickly. I open one of the boxed and boom: a dead fly on top of my Lo Mein. No thanks! Grossed out now and not even hungry anymore!

Ordered takeout. Love eggrolls but I must use the house hot mustard sauce. I hate the taste of that packaged junk. Anyway...Made it very clear over the phone that we wanted the house hot mustard sauce, stating it several times. So, guess what, No hot mustard sauce, not even the packaged cr*p. Also, I had the Kung Pau Chicken. Not very tasty at all. Called to complain about not getting sauce and given bs excuse of new employee not writing it down. Wanted to give consideration for next order. Now, call me unreasonable, but when you make a special request and they mess it up, especially when they are about 1.5 miles away. I expect them to put it on the next delivery vehicle and get it out to me. I don't want special consideration on next order, I want to eat my eggrolls that ended up going to waste. And as I said, food was not up to par for another order.

The Chinese food here is horrible. I order Chinese food at least twice a month. I don't mind spending a little extra for good food. This place was cheaper so I said to myself "how bad can it be?"... I was not prepared for this. I ordered the bourbon chicken, of course it's not going to be like the one in the mall, very stale. The rice, I couldn't even take a second bite. Now, the krab Rangoon is my FAVORITE! If I could eat it everyday, I would but NOT from this place. Tasted like month old crab. It tasted like microwave crab. Take my advice, steer clear of this restaurant!!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
