It's Chili's. The food is good but not exceptional. The wait on a Saturday night at the height of the dinner rush was only 30 minutes. Our server was quick and attentive, not exceptional but good enough. Food took a while, but again, height of the dinner rush. I'd rather they take their time and cook it right, and they did. Paying the bill at your table on a wireless device was pretty cool. Secure? We'll find out, I suppose. My parmesan crusted tilapia was fine - loved the spicy sauce they put on it. Rice and broccoli were cooked well and fit the dish well. Overall a good experience.

I'm not sure why I'm writing a review of Chili's since probably everyone has been there, but this particular location near the entrance to Champion's Gate seemed very well managed. Even though it was packed for lunch on Sunday, service was prompt and the food was exactly as expected, which is to say fresh fried and loaded with several thousand calories. The table top ordering devices didn't seem to get much use for ordering, but were handy for paying. Service was friendly and efficient.

Past experiences with dine in have been very pleasant. Normally it gets crowded so a little waiting time is to be expected. The staff is really friendly overall and the food is really good. I'm a frequent "To-Go" customer and I've been very pleased with the convenience of ordering online, the waiting time (waited only once; less then 5 minutes), and the taste of the food along with the presentation of it. Recommendation: STRAWBERRY LEMONADES!

I don't expect any more than what is already expected of Chili's. This place has one thing that I have not experience at any other Chili's I've been to, that is our server for that evening. Richard is very warming and lively knowing he's been working for a while that day. His lively attitude made it worth while, as I myself had a long day with my family as we spend the day at the parks. His positive attitude is the type that greatly contribute to such facility. As always, prices are average for a chain restaurant. It's the service and attitude of the members that separates these chain from an average place to go, versus a great place to hang around. Even my family enjoyed this particular Chili's.

We ate here tonight after a day at Universal since it was close to our resort at Reunion and it was just barely passable. We waited over 20 min after call ahead and although our waitress was friendly, we did not receive our food for at least 20 min. The food was edible but very salty although that was to be expected, I suppose.

Like I said on my Delta review, our plane was 3 hours delayed and their was nothing sustainable to eat on the plane. By the time we arrive in Orlando and got the rental car, it was already past 9 pm (EST) and the only other meal we had was at home around 8am (PST) and even with the time difference we went 10 hours without food! Then we saw Chili's on our hotel exit and went in. Although it was almost 10pm, there were still lots of people there. We've order 2 appetizers & 3 entrees. Maybe we were too hungry, but it was delicious and we finished all of it!

When a friend suggested that we meet here for a late lunch before heading in separate directions to finish our respective days, I'll admit--I was hesitant. Chili's is one of those restaurants that I equate with "Well, nothing else is open, so..." I'm so glad to report on my very pleasant gastronomic surprise over this visit! I admit to almost always being a sucker for pretzel roll, so I ordered the Southwestern BLT Toasted Sandwich (applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, fresh sliced tomato & seasoned mayo on a toasted pretzel roll) with the Southwest Chicken Soup (oven-roasted chicken, hominy & tomato in a flavorful ancho-chile chicken broth, topped with crispy tortilla strips & chopped cilantro). At the time, I only ate the soup, and took the sandwich with me. The soup was excellent! Flavorful, hearty, with a little kick that didn't overwhelm me! I'm a soup person, (I love soup!) and I'd get this one again in a heartbeat! I ended up eating the sandwich later, cold from the fridge...and it was delicious. I'd joyfuly order this again as well! The service was fine, a bit lackluster by the end, but you now can pay at your table (HANDY!), and all I needed to get was the to-go box, which took longer than it should have, but wasn't interminable. Thank you, Chili's, for upping the chain restaurant ante!

Had the most amazing experience here! Unfortunately we are can't be regulars here but the service we received here was above and beyond what you could ever expect from any establishment! Coming as a bar manager both my Girlfriend and myself have been in the service industry for 10+ years and cannot say enough about our time here. We broke down on our way to Orlando and were stuck at the 7/11 across the street. We decided we needed a drink and food before taking the tow back to Tampa. We were greeted by Kristen who could possibly be my favorite bartender ever. Not only did she greet us as soon as we sat down but took stock into our car problems. So much so she brought the nicest guy I've meet Rob, the manager on duty, who not only told us what might be wrong with our car but also offered to take a look at the car when they slowed down. Can not say enough that it was a breath of fresh air to have this type of service and we are already talking about staying at one of the hotels up the road just to come back and have another amazing experience with these wonderful people. Also the Jameson and beer was cheap and the food was perfect! Get here and enjoy this great place!

So Chili's is one of the only sit down chain restaurants that we have in Davenport. There is no Friday's, Applebee's, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, etc, so this place is frequently hopping. I like to come and sit in the bar because margaritas are always 2 for 1 in the bar and you always get free chips and salsa in the bar and chips and salsa are one of my greatest vices in life. I never know when to stop. I'm very into soup. I love a good soup and Chili's Chicken Enchilada Soup is one of my favorite soups anywhere. I order it every time I go to Chili's. If you've never had it, you should try it. It is creamy, and cheesey with just a little bit of spice. They sprinkle tortilla strips and cheese on top. If you are still hungry for dessert might I recommend the skillet cookie.

Exactly what you would expect from a Florida location. Good service, standard fare for food, good happy hour. The wait time can be crazy on busy weekends. But all that being said, when you need some sustenance and somewhere to entertain the kids for an hour.... It works

Friendly and attentive service. Food is ehat you can expect from a big chain. Love the fact that you can order your deserts from your table with an iPad like device. In fact you can also settle your bill at your table with this same device without having to ket go your credit card. Receipt can be emailed to you or printed right from the device. This is a game changer if you ask me as I have not experienced this at any other restaurant in any city I have visited across the globe. Not bad for a chain for good quality food and service at a decent price.

Had dinner on a Thursday evening, 5:15 p.m. Pleased to get a table, despite full lot, but went downhill from there. Ordered right away and got our over-priced bottled beers right away. Then waited 35 minutes for our TexMex tasteless dinners. Table next to us, which was seated 10 minutes after we arrived, got all their dinners 10 minutes before us. Mexican takes longer than full steak dinners? Don't ask about the guacamole being so small (one piece) each for a whole fajita dinner or a combo plate. Anyhow, not going back to this slow, tasteless place, rather will go to a much more authentic Mexican restaurant in Kissimmee.

We went to dinner at Chili's. Half of the ribs had a nice amt. of meat on them, the other half had half the amt. of meat. Otherwise, the food was good. Two changes I'd like to see is when they bring you your "2 4 1" drinks, all at once, they also bring you a sponge or coasters, to set the cold drinks on, so water isn't running down the cold glass, making puddles on the table, and dripping on your lap when you pick it up. I'd also like the person who clears/cleans the tables not to use the same rag over and over again, on every table, with no soap or spray cleaner. One thing worked out well. We did not receive a hand wipe after eating the ribs, so we used the water from the drinks, which was all over the table, for our hands, and used one of the extra napkins we asked for to dry them.

Let me begin by saying that Chili's has to be one of my favorite to go spots. I've been to 5+ different locations including locations in New York but this specific location? It is unbelievably horrible, the service is terrible, the food was a waste. My sister order was mistakenly mixed up and when we went ahead and told our server her response was "Well that was what I understood" I kindly asked if she can correct it and her response was "It'll take a while before the food comes out sooo..?" Our chips tasted old and the guacamole was not fresh. We asked to change it and she practically brought out the same batter with the remark of "This was freshly made today and it's all that we have" I should've spoken to the manager, but once our meal was done we all just wanted to get out of there. I would not recommend this place not even to my worse enemy.

Service is hit or miss here. I live close, so my girlfriend and I go once in a while. As a party of 2, we've always been seated quickly even when there are a number of people waiting. Large parties usually have to wait. If you're lucky, you'll have Richard as a server. We have a great dinner when we're seated in his section. He works hard and makes it entertaining. I would give this restaurant a higher rating based on him. But sadly, not all stack up to him. The last time we were there, our server just truly looked unhappy. Half of our order came out cold. My girlfriend told him when he finally asked how everything was. He did offer to bring us another order. But by then most of our dinner was finished. I wasn't going to ask for a whole new order when we were almost finished. And forget about drink refills. I don't think it was refilled until we were ready to pay. I'm sure ill be back again soon, but I'll make sure to request to sit in Richard's section.

We keep giving this one a try because it is so close but every time we're disappointed. The food is always dry and tasteless. We'd be better off eating at McDonald's. We usually order carry out but the few times we have been in for a sit down meal the wait and service has been atrocious.

Great, fabulous, wonderful service. I arrived here at about 11pm in a group of 6 people on a Friday after a long day of traveling and airport difficulties. We arrived feeling very hungry and despite the busy atmosphere, we were seated quickly. At this point, we were so hungry we could have eaten the napkins and been satisfied, but our waitress, Christine, took care of us quickly and made us feel like friends. She was not only a friendly face, but a great representative for the restaurant. She was very attentive and made great recommendations. Every drink was refilled before we even had to ask and she was able to recommend great dishes when I couldn't decide what I wanted -- I had the most fabulous burger and wish I could remember the name. She showed us genuine manners and care for her customers in addition to her very quick service. We felt as if we were her only table with the great service, but I watched her do the exact same thing with her other tables, spending time with everyone without rushing, nor ignoring her other customers. I cannot say enough good things about her. If you are her manager and you are reading this, give that woman a raise. You cannot afford to lose her.

The reviews of this Chili's are not very accurate. Ive eaten here on many occasions and found it to be friendly, fast and pretty good. It's a Chili's so you know what to expect on the food but the place is clean the employees are pleasant and this restaurant delivers as promised.

I mean....it's Chillis....you get what you bargain for. The foods not gourmet but this was pretty bad. My boyfriend and I did carside to-go and there was no wait to put our food in, the girl was really nice. She said she'd bring our food out to our car in 20 min. We sat in the car for 30 min....my boyfriend went inside and the food was sitting right there and the workers were just sitting there talking. He grabbed the food and drinks....(the drinks were wrong)...I went inside and got the right ones...(they were wrong again)....(whatever I thought). We got home and all the food was cold, the fries were burned, the sides we asked for were wrong, the sirloin tastes like plastic. It was just bad. My bf went back (we live like 2 min away)....and they remade it for us (apparently couldn't give us a refund due to company policy) and gave us vouchers. I'm sorry...I don't want to eat there ever again....anyone want some vouchers?

Walking in I was warned of bad service and long wait. I got both. First the appetizer was delivered burnt (dark black pretzels!) after a 25 minute wait. You would think they would try and make up for it but not at all. Version two has yet to arrive. All other food was average

I am not a chili's fan but am a team player. Everytime I go in for whoever else wants to go I try something different and I have yet to find anything I like.Today I had the sweet n spicy chicken and it was blah....It had ginger in it which is highly unusual and was not too spicy. It cost $10.99 and I went in around 4. Service was good or I would have given it 1 star.

Analia F.
I hate this place. The server took 15 minutes to get to our table. When we wanted to ask her something she just kept walking. After eating the chicken wings, my lips burned and every time we wanted to ask her for a drink she just walked past.(Like always). When I got my steak, size 10, it was as small as a chicken wing. Cooked badly. Did that grouch expect a tip? I don't think so. I BET YOU TEN BUCKS THAT FAT ALBERT CAN COOK BETTER THAN THE SO CALLED "CHEF" It costed a lot and I was sick of that horse meat. If I were you go somewhere else.

It's your typical chain-o-matic Chili's. Be prepared for a wait due to it's location to the parks/hotels. What's cool about this place is the wait staff is superb (hence the 4 star rating from me). If you are lucky you will get Richard (if I remember his name correctly). The dude has a wicked radio voice and works hard to take care of the table. Shout out to the impressive Chili's crew here!

Not great. Not horrible. Stopped here on a Tuesday evening and got an appetizer off the Happy Hour menu. The waitress was attentive for how busy the restaurant was at the time. Food was delivered promptly and check was processed quickly. My biggest complaint is that there is no Wi-Fi at this location as there is at most. I may go here again but the lack of Wi-Fi is a major negative for business travelers on the busy I-4 corridor.

I ordered from this restaurant for curbside and knowing how busy they get went inside. The food was promptly brought to me and was correct. The appetizer of southwest egg rolls was delicious and so was my burger. The only thing off was the side Caesar salad but it may have been an odd day that that. I will return to this again and it is conveniently located right off the exit near champion's gate. Granted it is the only chain store nearby except for an fast food restaurant.

Not the best experience, Weds afternoon 2:00pm waited 10 mins at hostess station to be seated no one even looked at us. Finally hostess arrived, no smile no hello.. I said wow was just about to seat myself.. she pointed to a table in the bar and threw the menus on the table... NICE!.. we sat down.. they were busy.. but.. come on.. the waiter came.. took our order.. waited 25 mins for food only ordered 4 apps.. missing one item.. was able to get our waiters attention brought out our item 10 minutes later.. all other food was already eaten... didn't refill drinks at all.. had to flag him down to get check... when handed me check finally asked if we wanted a refill. Won't be back there. !! Hostess needs a refreshers course in customer service.. I don't care what kind of day she was having.. you always smile and at least say hello! AND NEVER throw menus on the table!... Tacky!

Stayed at a nearby and there were not many places to choose from. We had a little wait (normal for a Saturday night-about 20 minutes). In the meantime, there was a man making balloon characters for the kids, so the time flew by. I love their thin tortilla chips and salsa, and the jalapeño mashed potatoes were tasty but not particularly spicy. Our waiter was friendly and food was timely. Dinners were fairly typical for Chili's and it was a good place to take the kids.

Their curb side is nothing special. They took forever to have my food ready and they wouldn't take a credit card over the phone. On top of all of that they ran after me in the parking lot because they put someone elses food in my bag with my order. They had to pull the bag out of my back seat and go through all of my food to find the wrong order. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHILI'S!!!

I do have to disagree with some of the positive reviews people have been giving this place. This is the only large chain sit down restaurant on exit 58. I live down the street and have order curbside many times. There have been times where I've sat in my car for 10 min and waited for my food to come out. I have also gone inside and waited for my food as well. If I order food and it says it should be ready at a certain time, I don't even leave my house till 5 min after and still wait for my food when I get here. The straw that broke the camels back was when I ended up waiting an HOUR for my food on a tuesday around lunch time. I wasn't the only one waiting that long sadly. The manager brought my food out and didn't even know who it belonged to. I ended up writing a letter to the company in which I never received a response back. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other places to eat 1 exit down at US27 and I4 and do not waste your time here.

I saw the poor reviews, but we were hungry, it was right next to the hotel, and it was a known quantity since we have a Chili's near our house, so we tried it out. Frankly, the service was fast and excellent and the food was exactly what we expect at a Chili's. Well, not quite- the Chipotle chicken was spicier than what they serve at the St. Louis location. But hey, that's a good thing. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

Ignored the bad reviews; we assumed that location would be like any other Chili's. Wrong. The entire dinner was disaster. Two waitress were taking care of us (a party of 5) and it was awful... they forgot to put our order in after we'd been there for 30 mins waiting for our drink order to be taken. It was awful.

The hostess gave me an attitude because I mentioned that one person in our party was in a wheelchair, apparently it was too much extra work to pull out a chair from a table to accommodate a wheelchair. Then the waitress got our drink orders wrong and even forgot our appetizers although after eating the stale main courses I'm starting to think she did us a favor. Horrible!

Had a horrible experience tonight. Our waiter charged us for four chicken fajitas and chips when we ordered the double take. Then he proceeded to tell us that we didn't order correctly. Crazy!!

Very good service. Presidente margarita was excellent. Ribs came right off the bone.

Horrible!
