I don't live in parkland, but go to this area on Sundays around 8pm for work. The only time I have for a break and eat something it's at 8pm and love the panini sandwiches and green tea. The place is small but nice. However, it's been very disappointing and frustrating that they turn off the ovens at 8pm, one hour before they close, so I can't eat my favorite sandwich because it can't be heated up in the ovens. If it closes at 9pm, then turn the ovens off at 9pm! I have to BEG they turn the oven on again for me and they make me feel they are doing a big extraordinary favor to me! wtf?

Love this Starbucks! I'm here everyday for my iced coffee. I especially love the new online ordering. My drink is always waiting for me on the counter... No waiting in line to order or waiting to have a drink made!

I came here for a morning beverage this morning and hoped things would go well (always a question I have when deciding which Starbucks would be best for me to give my business to) for me. After I presented my loyalty card, reusable cup, and ordered I was standing near the straw and napkin bar when I noticed something on the ground moving about that could be a dog out of the corner of my eye. I turned to the order/ cashier area and confirmed that a woman in workout clothes had brought a Non service dog into the store contrary to Florida Law and against the health code. I exclaimed to the woman "that's not a service dog." In agreement with me she answered "no, it's not." I complained to the kids working there and one of them had the nerve (speculating, obviously) to tell me "that's a service dog" right after the wrongdoer had admitted it wasn't a service animal. Anyway, see for yourself in the photos I took of it. Dirty. I chose to come to the wrong Starbucks.

3.5 The employees at this location of Starbucks cater to the same Parkland/ Coral Springs residents, and they know how to build good coffee relationships with their customers for sure. This location is usually very busy but they work pretty fast and you are not waiting very long. They make great frappuccinos. My favorite is the double chocolate chip one. I usually love a icy cold Carmel macchiato. But this location hardly puts Carmel in it. I kinda always have to beg for more because it's bitter without some Carmel syrup. They have yummy desserts as well. My mom can not get over their buttery moist banana bread.... This location is fairly small with one long group table and a few small tables. However, they have many small tables outside. ~

Love Starbucks coffee! I have been going to this location everyday for two years. The drinks and snacks are great, but it's the staff that makes this the best Starbucks in town. They are friendly, personable and make you feel right at home whether it's your 1st time or 500th like me. I always get an "Iced Venti Carmel Red Eye Coffee with Milk" which is a large coffee with carmel flavor, milk and a shot of espresso. I definitely recommend their breakfast sandwiches, especially the spinach wrap and bacon artisan. Also, the oatmeal with the works is great and the classic coffee cake is a sinful treat. If your in the area, stop by and tell them Rich sent you. Note: this is a small store, so if coming for business, they don't have a lot of space (large communal table and 3 high top tables...check pics).

Like this place, clean and good location, clientele are high as well. The only reason I give them 3 stars even though I'm keep coming back... There are certain people who have to change their attitude towards each guest. Most of them are great team members but a few that I cannot stand every time I visit this place. I'm really looking forward to give them more than 4 stars in near future, hope company notice this message and move to the right direction.
