Your typical red lobster great food, always get great service . The biscuits ughhhh hate being on a diet and having to go here. Lol I always get the trio never took a pic of it because I obviously was being greedy an couldn't wait lol. Sometimes on a Friday or sat it can get busy so try to call and reserve a seat. Other than that, love red lobster. Oh btw my favorite drink from here is the Bahama mama yum

I'm not the biggest fan of chain type restaurants but I must say this is probably the nicest Red Lobster I have been to... The hostess greeted us and she was over the top friendly... Our waitress was equally as friendly and very helpful and informative. They also must have stepped the food up because we all cleared our plates the manager I think Peter was his name stopped by our table to check on everything and he was also very nice. I think they have had some type of management/employee sifting around because it just seemed like everybody had gone above and beyond our expectations it seems like they cleaned out the old staff and really improved with the customer service.. We will most likely come back again when we are in the area..

Lunch at red lobster has changed over the years. No longer is red lobster a dingy old place for boring people. They are changing and changing for good. Lunch options have improved tremendously. The have all sorts of tacos-fish,shrimp, lobster on the menu. There is a sailors platter and the famous red lobster biscuit starters are always available as usual. The decor of red lobster has also improved. No longer is the restaurant dark and muggy like the inside of a ship. Now it is more sunny and bright like the deck of the ship. The desserts are still amazing and guess what once stuffed you can be ready for a great afternoon nap!!!!!!!

Went today with family to celebrate a birthday. The manager "Loo" (Oliver) took excellent care of us and paid extra attention to our special requests. I am highly gluten intolerant, and he carefully explained which sauces and items to stay away from, and which ones can be prepared safely. Another member of our group also has a garlic allergy, and again he took the same care to help make sure we all had a great experience. He explained all of the special preparation of the dishes to our server and then to the kitchen, and came back several times to check that everything came out as we expected. Yummy seafood and really great service today!!

I am very disappointed at the experience I had at this location. It took 15 minutes for our server to greet us, there was a puddle of water under my table, I asked for it to be cleaned and our server never followed through. Our server was not attentive at all. Appetizers came and he didn't give us silverware or small plates. I had to get up and get it my self after he assured he was going to bring them which he never did. Entrees came and our server didn't remove the dirty plates and app plates from our table. Overall the experience was not good. I do not recommend this location or any red lobster to anyone.

The bar area smells like urine. The bar tender/ waitress moves rather slow. She did tolerate my uncle's.foolishness though so she gets points for that. Regular red lobster food. The hostess yells hello from the podium before you even get into the restaraunt. A 20 minute wait for take out isn't so bad. The lunch prices are decent. The food taste like red lobster. Can't really mess it up. But when the 20 minute wait becomes an hour it becomes a whole different situation . Horrible! I was almost late for my flight back to ny waiting for some friggin shrimp. 2 little orders of shrimp. My uncle made a big stink. They gave us the food and gave us our money back. Nice but still. They already pissed me off. It's take out. If I wanted to wait an hour I would have just dined there.

Meh...I only go when I crave biscuits but their service and food leaves much to be desired. I decided that the last time I went was my last trip. The food was gross, stale-tasting and it took forever for service!! No thanks!

The food was good but they forgot our appetizer and slopped sour cream all over my hubby potato after he specifically said he didn't want any sour cream at all.. I don't even eat seafood. But sometimes I'll cook it for the fam and they'll eat it out sometimes too. I had the chicken fettuccine which was good.

I visited this Red Lobster on Apr 7, 2013. I was disappointed. The red potatoes were not crisp and spicy. The crab legs were scrawny. My guests' ordered "hand breaded fried shrimp" which looked like and tasted like frozen shrimp. I've always been very pleased at other Red Lobster restaurants while traveling.

The only RL in the Coral Springs / Boca Raton area. Great place and low turnover of staff. I have been going here for 15+ years and there are many staff that I see year after year. Happy employees = happy customers. They are doing something right.

I like Red Lobster customer service and their food is good especially the lobster biscuits but they give you just a little bit of food. I want bang for my buck and this is not the place to satisfy my hunger.

Decided to go to red lobster after shopping at the mall. We got seated right away which was nice because I was starving. We usually order appetizer but didn't this time. We just went straight to the main course. I ordered the full order of crab Alfredo $19.99. It was delicious! I was surprised at how much crab they actually put in the dish. The Alfredo sauce was good as well. My husband got the crab lovers dream. $29.99 which came with crab Alfredo, split king crab and instead of stone crab he got the Bairdi crab $1.79 extra. He loved the Bairdi crab said it was very meaty and sweet. The king crab was on the small side so it wasnt as meaty or Sweet as the bairdi crab. For dessert we got the chocolate wave $6.99 came with a side of vanilla ice cream. The cake was a very moist chocolate cake, it was yummy!! Our server Samantha was outstanding!! Ask for her table, she knows her stuff. We will come back and ask for her when we are in the mood for some banging cheddar biscuits and seafood.

I hate to do this to one of my favorite restaurant franchises but seriously? The oldest workers and slowest service I have ever had at a Red Lobster. I mean it was empty at lunch and still. Food, well the lobster pizza was soggy and no lobster. It was like it was microwaved and then served cold. The biscuit was good and glazed chicken was decent but I would never go back to this location of I could help it.

The food was pretty good. The biscuits are amazing... I go there mostly for biscuits lol. I had a mudslide drink and the parmesan crusted chicken with a caesar salad (I'm not a seafood eater). Everything was yummy. Our waitress was very pushy for us to order from the crabfest menu and to get some other alcoholic beverage.

Went here a couple of days ago and was seated right away. After about 10 minutes of waiting for a server to come my wife waived down the mgr to tell him nobody came to help us. The mgr apologized for it and took our orders himself which we know is not the way things work normally in a restaurant. The waitress came about 10 minutes after the mgr and used am excuse of I didn't know you were sitting here which was obsurd since we were at a booth with our 2 y/o sitting in a high chair at the end of it. The mgr went above and beyond the call of duty to help us and make things right. While the waitress was pretty much non existent. We asked the mgr if there was a way for the tip to go to him since he was the one who waited on us but he said he can't take tips so if we were to tip it would go to the non existent waitress. Because of the mgr doing what he did we will go back.

I've been to a few Red Lobsters and would rate the chain 3 stars at absolute best overall.... but this one... this was abysmal. To say the service was terrible would be kind. Let's just say that based on the experience with the waitress, it should be called Murphy's Law. The seafood was old and undercooked, that clearly fishy-slime-sewage taste that makes you think you're eating straight from the 80's movie the Blob (and going to turn into that blob after...) It's overpriced for what it is, you'll get better quality at Long John Silvers for prob a third of the price. This nasty "wannabe Southern" biscuit-seafood-mozzarella stick combo is an exercise in cholesterol expansion without the benefits of good or even mildly homecooked taste. Bottom line, If you want your food to taste like Crisco, and eat fish that's dirtier than Amsterdam's red light district, go here.

The damn Shrimp Scampi is so addictive. What's crazy is the shrimp are usually on the small side and over cooked too but they are so F'ing good. Best time to go is when the all you can eat shrimp gig is on. Red Lobster *sigh* why do I love you? You remind of a girl that has average looks but is a beast in bed lol. This particular Red Lobster is old and in severe need of an update. It's noisy, crowded and inexplicably has a line out the door every weekend evening. I don't get it. The food is nothing special at all. The worst thing is that the last time we went there, I was completely grossed out by the bathroom, which had feces and water all over the floor. The smell will forever be associated in my brain with Red Lobster- so they've lost me forever.
