I have mad love for Einstein Bros Bagels. OK, so it's no NY bagel but I can get over that because their Veg Out Bagel sandwich is amazing. I gave Einstein a shot after I was told that their bagels are the best around. The Veg Out is a Feta pine nut spread, garden veggie shmear & assorted veggies like cucumber, tomato, and onion. You can also add hummus to it which adds to its yummy-ness. However, on the totally un-yummy flip side was the bad ass attitudes the associates had. I had asked for no cucumbers on my veg out, and there was a little mix-up. When I received the sandwich it had cucumbers on it so I simply asked her to remove them. It didn't seem like an unreasonable request to me since the mistake was on their end, but the girl helping me was less than excited and shared her discontent with my request to her co-worker in direct earshot of me they then both proceeded to have a conversation on how bad I sucked. Maybe the two girls who helped me were having a bad day but still no reason to give a customer an attitude. I'll be back for a Veg Out but not at this location.

The bagels were yummy, but small (and the same price as a larger bagel somewhere else). I had an asiago bagel with egg, applewood bacon, and cheddar cheese. The bacon and cheese were good, but the egg was not traditional scrambled eggs made in a pan. Something was definitely different. The ice coffee was yummy, and the staff were nice. I will probably be back here.

I would give this place more stars, but they but sugar in the green tea which takes away the health benefits of drinking it. Customers are capable of sweetening their own green tea to their liking. They don't listen to customer feedback.

There was a line when I got in but it went down quickly. Staff quick and friendly. They got me out of there really quickly despite a growing line. Great job! As far as menu- I love the Smoked Salmon Nova Lox on Asiago Cheese bagel. The other thing that's really good on their menu is the Classic Applewood Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich. (Also on Asiago) *Please note that all Einstein Bros locations now have soy milk as an option for coffee.

The bagels and coffee are always good. I get the Vanilla Hazel coffee with a wheat bagel toasted with swiss and ham. Sometimes I get the bagel with sundried tomato cream cheese. Both have great flavors. I always take my food to go, but at 6:15am , when I went , they had about 15 people eating inside. Not to shabby for a corporate bagel joint. Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

I'll give this place a one star. First the order person is also prepping bagels and using protective gloves on cash and sweeping floors with same. Saw the manager do the same thing!

Food is good, Einstein's is one of the best bagel places we can get down here in Florida. They are smaller than average but I think it's the right size and the dough is light and airy with a good taste. I don't have to toast these bagels to make them taste good. I do think their everything bagel has WAY too much caraway seed which stinks because I like everything but that flavor takes over.. And YES THIS LOCATIONS MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS HORRIBLE! THEY ARE STRANGE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. THE PERSON I THINK IS THE MANAGER IS THE WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAWARE. Unfortunately it's the closest location and I have to go there, but hopefully they will restaff soon and it will be a better place to be.

Extremely slow service even when the place is not busy. This poor service is consistent. Today is my last day coming to this particular Einstein's.

Since I can't give this place "no stars" I'll give it 1. This place has gotten progressively worse over the years. Yesterday I and my wife went there for a snack and a coffee. What we discovered was that there was no coffee made and they had discontinued a lot of different flavors of Bagels. Not only do they no longer carry what I like but I overheard several other customers being told "Sorry we don't serve that anymore." Consistency is what makes a restaurant worth going to. You go back to have the things you like. When they change it up then it makes for a disappointing experience and having to stand around while coffee is being made in an empty restaurant sealed the deal for me. No more bagels that I like along with waiting for coffee equals no more customer. If I were you I wouldn't go there.

I went here for the first time at this location on a Friday noon. Ordered the turkey panini. There were 3 guys working behind the desk and 4 customers in the whole place. Waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches with only one customer ahead of us(which also lost his patience waiting for his food). The guy finally brings our food only to realize that both are chicken panini and not turkey. I mean I understand making a mistake when you're busy, but when there's no one in the whole place and have to wait 30 min for a panini and then bring the wrong order, that's just ridiculous. Went and got a refund and went to the other bagel place across the street which was much busier, much faster service and better bagels! Won't be back at this place that's for sure.

The bagels are good but small. I'm giving this place 3 stars for poor management. The woman who appears to be the manager is completely disorganized. She seems to be the only one who uses the cash register and makes coffee but she's so consumed trying to figure out the register that she doesn't make the coffee! My bagel was cold by the time my coffee was done and she made me the wrong drink. She was going to wait until the line subsided to remake my coffee and I had to tell her to do it now because my bagel was already cold. Then she half made my drink and asked her staff to finish it then started yelling at him because he wasn't working fast enough... Very strange management style and as a customer it bothered me. On another occasion the manager helped someone in line behind me and said she did so because their order was easy. That particular time my order was only a plain bagel. I understand making concessions for regulars but let them wait their turn! I can't wait for a new bagel shop to open in town.

Service was very fast and as usual they were very friendly. I have been to many Einstein Brothers locations and this one has one of their easier parking lots to navigate through. At any rate I tend to steer to the Tasty Turkey sandwich or the Santa Fe (for breakfast) but I will mix it up from time to time and this time I got the bagel flat breakfast sandwich with Egg, Swiss, Mushroom and Asparagus. I must say it was pretty tasty, The desserts/sweets are great as well.

This was my first time at this location. When I walked up I noticed all the tables outside were full. This was an indicator to me that they were busy. It's a saturday about 1:30 pm. When I walked in I literally sighed. The place was jammed packed, long line and all. I guess all these other people had the same idea as me, forget about cooking breakfast today!!! So I patiently just stood there in line. Thank goodness I checked out their menu online before I came because the menu inside the store was hard to read. I was happy to find they offered egg whites and turkey sausage. These healthier options made my husband happy. I ordered two sandwiches for each of us. I got the classic egg sandwich with applewood bacon and chedder cheese on asiago bagel. It turned out to be delicious. I scarfed down both sandwiches in record time, lol. I hated the long line but the food was worth the wait.

Very friendly servant, made me feel comfortable. The food was delicious. I had a bagel with nova lox which came out with a single layer of lox. This kinda made me feel bit disappointed. Considering a guy from NYC and usually served with several layers of nova lox made me feel this way. However the servant gave my eldest son a complementary gourmet bagel. This alone made a good mark in my book.

Very disappointed today. Always a fan of this chain, bagels used to be big and soft. Its ok if they want to cut down on calories and size like everyone else, but don't serve me a bacon, egg, & cheese bagel sandwich cold, unmelted, and with attitude. Too busy and understaffed on top of it all. What a shame!

My bagel was burnt and a little stale and coffee was not good at all. I don't plan on returning. Staff was friendly though.
