Not my favorite Chipotle, they get the job done but something is always missing. The Sweet Tea jug was not filled this past visit but the boys have managed to torture the employees with making quesaritos so it's a score weighted based on those details. Other than that it's a great environment and I haven't had any serious issues. Just your standard Chipotle.

This location definitely isn't my favorite. The line drags. The staff isn't really the friendliest and I have definitely had fresher items at other locations. That being said, my suggestion would be, that if you are coming here to order ahead via the Chipotle app, that way you can bypass that forever long line and either eat there or leave. I would leave because the dining area is usually messy. I hate giving Chipotle a bad review but this location is not up to par with the rest.

Ehh..... This chipotle to me sucks, idk why I know they all use the same ingredients but for some reason this one lacks "flavor", also they don't have the best customer service. I prefer the one on university. The only bonus I would say with this chipotle is they actually give you a big scoop vs. the others who throw like 5 pieces lol.

Improved their food quality since my last review. Still the absolute slowest Chipotle I've ever been too.

Be prepared to wait a while. Be prepared for less than mediocre service. And then be prepared to wait just a little bit longer

This chipotle has the worst service out of all the chipotle's I have ever been to. The staff is young and they are just looking to leave and close early. They do not accommodate their customers by saying to them we are out of chicken or cheese, or whatever it may be... they always have their best interest at hand. Not the consumer. This place really needs to undergo some serious MANAGEMENT!!!

Place is packed to the max out the door, place is a mess, no tables are clean trash and food all over the floor. At least the service was quick to get my food but other wise the quality is not there at this location. My bill was 9.01 and I gave her a 10, she had the audacity to give me 99 cents back with 20 people waiting in line wowww ..

The worst Chipotle we've been to! The line was TO THE DOOR as soon as you walked in. Under normal circumstances I'd take that as a good sign. Bad sign here. Let's see: no steak left and had to wait. No grilled peppers & onions and had to wait. We get the food and it was B L A N D. I mean severely bland. Like salt and pepper and even lemon pepper couldn't save it. What happened to Chipotle? I think we're disappointed enough that we won't go back there again. Not unless this experience is wiped from our memory. Did I mention the steak was bland? Almost impossible to do. Oh! Something that's nearly impossible to do? Mess up tortilla chips they manage to do just that. The chips here are 98% salt and 2% corn. And I love salt. So if I can't eat the chips that's saying something.

Worst Chipotle ever. How do you make bad food at a Chipotle? I'm not sure but this location has figured it out. Besides being out of basic food items like lettuce and carnitas an hour and a half before closing, the staff left the 5 customers waiting in line while one of the 7 workers served customers. I watched my burrito bowl assembled sloppily with obviously old ingredients (aged skin atop the protein included) leaving me with a final product well beneath the quality I expect from this prominent brand. So Yelpers, if you need to get your chipotle fix on, travel a few more miles to the university location, wait in line and get a better meal and better service. I truly hope the corporate folks stop by and visit this location because they need to. This location is damaging the brand with every plate served and the carnage has to end. 1 star given and that was gracious. Avoid this location at all costs.

Skimpiest one I have been to anywhere in the country. Asked for extra rice and I got a corner of the spoon. Asked for more and I got another corner spoon and a dirty look. Its 9:50, I understand they close in ten minutes, they made it like I asked for something above and beyond. Wont be back here again. Ill stick to the one on university in Coral Springs.

I used to really love chipotle, until I started eating at this location. This chipotle sucks. I recently moved to the area and loved how convenient it was.. Especially with online ordering. The first time we ordered online the food we brought home had minor errors but nothing worth returning. The second time both orders were wrong. One meal was salvageable the other had to be returned because it was completely wrong, even though the receipt read the correct order. By the time it was placed in my hands, I decided to check inside and it had so much salsa over flowing that I couldn't see anything underneath when it clearly stated salsa on the side. Honestly I could have dealt with a normal amount of salsa, but this amount turned my salad into soup. Finally after standing at the counter for 20 min, the girl woking the register, reluctantly and with a nasty attitude handed me a free meal. I felt bad that it was there busy time but I have been to many chipotles at rush hours and I've never had such an issue. The final nail in the coffin was hammered today when my girlfriend decided to skip the preordering (in fear of another error in the order) and decided to walk. She ordered a bowl and could literally count the ten beans placed on her rice(we realize she could have asked for more beans, but she shouldn't have to). We've both noticed the significantly smaller portion sizes at this location. It seems like the people at the line are always rushing, which I understand is necessary in this atmosphere but not at the expensive of the food. This location is extremely inconsistent and seems like it's run by a bunch a high school kids.

I don't know why people complain that there's a long line! Ofcourse it is its CHIPOTLE! Don't like it? Go home and cook! I appricated that the workers were quick and did the best they can! They are very nice and did meet all the 13 characteristics;) they know what they are lol. Keep it up workers! Great job

The worst chipotle I have ever been too. Tables not cleaned. Staff rude and do not listen when you order. Service ground to a halt because there was no steak and chicken ready in the middle of a rush. Did they not think more food might be needed

I absolutely love chipotle but this location is terrible. There is never any management and once it gets busy they always drop the ball. They are constantly out of ingredients, which is ridiculous and the staff always seems distracted. I wish this wasn't the closest location to me.

Absolutely horrible service ! Waited in line 20 minutes while there were about 7 people walking in and all around the store. It's obvious there is no leadership and or anyone in charge. The person who looked like the manager in a jacket and glasses just kept looking at how LONG the line was and never did anything about it. Food was good just because it's chipotle. Next time I go elsewhere !!

Always a great spot to go when your hungry! It's always busy and I have no problem waiting on line for awesome food!

I visited this Chipotle today to pick up lunch for the office and was given the skimpiest portions of food in all 3 bowls that I ordered. When I asked for the manager, I was told the person that fixed the skimpy bowls WAS the manager, whose name was Mercy. I understand portion control, but shaking the chicken out of the spoon before you put it in the bowl is ridiculous. The person after me in line was also complaining that his bowl was half empty. I will visit the Chipotle on University Drive next time. It's a little further but the food is delicious!

I love chipotle! Food is amazing. However, this location skimps your portions. I went tonight and this guy gave the smallest one scoop of my meat. No love was put into my bowl. Go to universities location... Yummier, and a better values :-)

Love the chicken burrito here. Always a healthy choice and it is pretty big. I tend to stay away from the steak because it is chewy and the pork I find dry. The service here lacks a little bit. They tend to run out of certain things quite often. My other complaint is they get very very busy during peak hours. Lines can make it out the door. Seems like they have plenty of staff but are not organized at all. A lot of them do stand around when they could be doing something to move the line. Still the chicken burrito is well worth it.

Chipotle is a great place to get pretty decent fast food. We love it but unfortunately this one is pretty unorganized and they have a weird tomatoes sauce. The flavor make everything else change. I hope they step up because in a chain you want consistency

Okay Chipotle listen up...I love the concept, I even like the food a great deal, but, you have got to fix "the stupid" people serving the food. The people I'm referring to have no concept of the calories at all. They can take a perfectly healthy bowl of chicken rice and beans and completely ruin it by pouring a half gallon of sour cream on the dish! These are condiments people! Not a side dish! Not to mention because the sour cream is cold it makes everything else cold too! A couple other things while I'm here...Undercooked rice...c'mon that's an easy fix. Is there a glove shortage? I frequently witness people handling things in the kitchen and jumping in line to prepare food...at least change your gloves, you're handling food! Also, I've come in later in the evening a couple of times only to find out that you have no cheese or dressing for the salad etc...I understand this is fast food, but it doesn't have to be bad fast food. With a little management this place could be so much better. I'm sorry for the less than stellar review but I'm hoping my voice will be heard and you'll make some changes as I could literally eat here 3 times a day. The only reason I don't is because I can do it better at home without the disappointment.

It's one of the best fast food places ever. The food has great flavor and is huge. Very reasonably priced.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
