First time here and noticed the subs I ordered had a whole lot of lettuce and bread. I was disappointed to say the least.

This Place is outstanding !!!! The food is amazing , fast service and the store manager was very friendly and helpful. I can't think of a better place to grab a sub around gables.

I was running a few errands in the Gables during lunchtime, was trying to decide where to grab a quick bite and then I happened to remember that a few months ago I had a really tasty Italian sub from Jimmy John's when I was in West Palm Beach. It really hit the spot, and since then I'd located a Jimmy John's here on Miracle Mile and wanted to stop by and try this place. This Jimmy John's takes up a small storefront on Miracle Mile. It isn't very wide at all, but they've maximized the space by putting the ordering and sandwich creation area to the left side and placing the dining tables near the entrance and more tables up the right side wall from the front of the restaurant all the way back to the rear exit. I arrived here, ordered the #9 that I'd found so tasty the last time I tried Jimmy John's (Italian Night Club - Genoa salami, Italian capicola, smoked ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and homemade Italian vinaigrette). I also had a bag of their "skinny" potato chips and a regular drink. The total came to $9.10 with tax. By the time I'd paid and walked to the end of the counter, my sandwich was ready. It's surprising how quickly it was prepared, but then again, this place is like an assembly line that never stopped the entire time I was here. They probably had 6 or 7 employees in the sandwich creation area, all cranking out orders for customers who were in the store and for customers who'd placed phone or internet orders. While I was here eating, I think an additional 4 employees kept running in and out as they were delivering orders, one after the other either on foot, by bike or by car. Seriously, the sandwich assembly never stopped, they always had a line of customers at the register and the delivery staff never seemed to stop, either - and everyone at Jimmy John's did a fine job of handling the pace! The Italian Club was just as I'd remembered it - Heaven on a bun! (or in this case, homemade French bread). I'm not sure about the rest of their sandwiches, but I've not had an Italian sub this good, other than the ones at Jimmy John's, in a long time. The chips were also good and very flavorful, especially considering they were the "skinny" version with 40% less fat than their regular chips.

Great sub!!! I'm coming back. And they were fast! My sub was delicious. Get the #7 you'll like it!

This location has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a sandwhich and modified the order, added bacon. When I received the sandwich, there was none. I cvery kindly asked if they could please give me a side of bacon so I can put it into my sandwich. The employee told me that I didn't see it but it was in there. So of course, I double checked and NO BACON. Went back to the counter, this employee was extremely nasty and unwilling to help. Finally when the manager came, he resolved the issue. This was the 3rd issue I have had with this location's Jimmy John's. Today I called to order delivery the employee asked me to repeat the information over 7 times!!!! This employees are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Which is a dissapointmemt because I love their food. I am finding a new sandwich shop to go to where they actually value their clients.
(1)Sergio C.
There's something about these subs... I think the mayo they use has addictive properties. The Miracle Mile shop is always clean and a nice place to sit down, relax and enjoy a great tasting sub.
(5)Paul S.
I really can't say much about Jimmy John's ! These subs are so plain and nothing out of the ordinary ! Maybe the cookies are good but how can you sell subs that have like no taste ! I give them props for their fast delivery but no wonder if they don't take time in making good subs thats why they are fast !
(2)Y. A.
When you are really hungry and you think you are about to pass out, call Jimmy John's. They will arrive in maybe a 5-10 minute period every time (of course, I am speaking from personal experience). The sandwiches are OK. They just put a whole lot of lettuces and not enough of everything else.
(4)Gustavo A. L.
This place has gotten me stomped, I've saved this review in my notes for a while now, so finally, after my last experience, I have compiled enough data to feel comfortable with the review. Part of the problem is that a subway or sandwich shop to me is only a fast solution to a very immediate problem - hunger .... So, these places are usually not my first choice or destination but rather a place where I "end up" while looking for a suitable option for a weekday lunch. Unlike many other reviewers, I did not experience Jimmy John's in my college days, so I don't foster those fond memories of cheap food on a student budget, or the solution to a middle of the night cravings. As I mentioned before, this place works for me because it provides me with a quick lunch option, and try as I may, I cannot avoid the comparison with the "other" national subway chain. So far, I have enjoyed decent customer service - depending on my mood, my choice is usually between the #1 Pepe or the #2 Big John - usually preferring the Big John because I like the roast beef - They almost get the fourth star solely because the sell Soda Pop, pronounced (Sodi Pap) instead of regular soft drinks ;) In the end, it is a sandwich shop folks, nothing more, nothing less ...
(3)Rick D.
The subs are nothing special but they are good and reasonably priced. If you are taking food to go everything should be great. If you are eating there you take your chances. I've experienced blasting loud rap/hip hop music as well as classic rock at a normal level of volume and everything inbetween. I also get very cold every time I go so if the cold AC bothers you be warned. All that beind said, the employees are neutral to friendly and they always follow whatever instructions you give them.
(3)Nydia M.
Jimmy John's is Ok. I visited once a few weeks ago, and despite it being really close to home, I just can't bring myself to go back. The bread is Ok, the meats and cheeses are Ok, but nothing about it really stands out. The service was good, and the prices are fair, but I'd rather a sub from Publix.
(2)Martha S.
With all the bad press this Jimmy Johns seems to have gotten on Yelp, I must step in an bring some love. I'll be the first to admit that I am relatively new to the Jimmy John's world. In fact, the first time I ever had Jimmy Johns was about a year and a half ago in Minneapolis, during the lunch hour for a professional conference I attended. I couldn't believe how quick they were getting through the line, and when I got my food, I couldn't believe how delicious a sub could be. True, the "quick" seems lost in this particular Jimmy Johns, but, then, I am usually the only one there when I go, and the cashier is also the only one making the sub. She can't stop time and have it in a blink of an eye. I am reasonable enough to understand that. The subs are always absolutely delicious, though, and the fresh baked bread is always soft and perfect. I like either the roast beef or tuna salad---always with all the veggies and a scoop of avocado sauce. This particular Jimmy Johns always satisfies me. And, even if they aren't blink of an eye quick, they are quick enough that I can grab a sub and make it in time for a movie. If you ask nicely, they will wrap the sub extra carefully so you can take it TO the movie =)
(4)Katy S.
I looooooooooooove you Jimmy!!! Will you marry me?? Screw Subway. Eat fresh at Jimmy John's! I was introduced to Jimmy back in 2006 when I moved to Tallahassee. Fell in love with their sandwiches!! When I moved back to Miami in January 2011, I was pissed that there was no JJ in my vicinity. Well, I turned to Yelp and found out there was in the Gables! I WAS SO FLIPPING HAPPY! YUM! What to get? #12 ADD Bacon. You can't go wrong. Their BBQ chips are excellent. Though this location is not as good as the one in Tally....it still satisfies my belly when I'm craving you Jimmy ;o) Your devoted customer, -Katy
(4)Pam M.
They only deliver 1 mile away. I live 1.05 miles away and they won't deliver. That's pretty annoying.
(3)Melissa T.
Food is great but their delivery service is advertised to be extremely quick and is definitely not. I can walk to their restaurant from my store in 10 minutes... As I have before. But when I am not able to leave the store because of customers, etc, I order with delivery and they have taken 40minutes - 1 hour for just 2 sandwiches. With my store being so close to them I don't find this to be right. It's getting a little ridiculous and bothersome. Do not advertise what is not true.
(1)Jazmine O.
The Slogan "subs so fast, you'll flip" is 100% true!!! I placed my order online and within 12 minutes my sub was delivered to my office. JJs staff is amazing!! Of course the sandwiches are delicious!!!
(5)Gaby S.
I dont know what it is, but the sandwiches are getting better. Sooo good!
(4)jen r.
definitely better than the nearby subway or quiznos... but still not the best quality ever.. i usually ask for the mayo on the side, bc they really load it in there.. the best part about j.j.'s is their delivery!!! its amazing.. never more than 15 minutes, which is shocking during gables lunch rush..
(4)Meghan P.
Do not show up to my place of business delivering food (which is part of the service) with headphones in your ears and the music blasting so loud that I can hear it. That is the most rude and ignorant thing you could ever do. Next time your delivery people show up to a place of business please inform them that this is disrespectful. Plus my "unwich" is falling apart and you brought me the wrong drink.
(1)Andy K.
Went inside, couldn't even tell the place was open with the chairs up and no AC in the store. I ordered a sandwich to go and when I got home, I noticed the sandwich was not made properly. I called the store and they admitted fault and apologized for it. So far so good. They asked me if I was still nearby (presumably to fix the situation) and I said that I was unfortunately not. I asked if they would be willing to comp me a sandwich for next time, and they flat out refused. Well OK then. Bonus: If you're driving, good luck finding parking to get here, it's located on Miracle Mile.
(1)Michael D.
So I have actually never had JJ before, but their "freaky fast" delivery slogan made me want to make an order. The first call where I attempted to make an order I was told to hold (for about 5 minutes) and then I was hung up on before giving anything other than my name. The second call was slightly more successful but when I tried to make an order and give them the location I was at I was told that it was too far away for them to make a delivery. I am located about 1.3 miles away from this store. Apparently they "couldn't deliver to locations more than 1 mile away". Now the "freaky fast" slogan makes more sense. I should start my own sandwich delivery company with the same slogan and only deliver to locations "no more than 1 mile away".
(1)Kathleen B.
I've been eating at Jimmy Johns' since 2007 & it has remained one of my favorite sub spots until I went to the location on Miracle Mile. Twice now the tuna tasted old; the first time I thought I might have been getting sick and my tastebuds were off, but the second time confirmed my disbelief, it was indeed turned. I haven't been able to eat tuna since...
(1)Rene D.
This place it's really good cause when really want to eat something on the run you come to jimmy johns subs. & I forgot to mention again coral gables Parkin meters are so freakin hard to find a Parkin spot.
(4)Jeff D.
Really not bad for chain store food--love the veggie sub! The young crew is always friendly and fast. Sometimes the music's a little loud for this old fart.
(3)Anthony I.
I'm fairly sure I could train a monkey to make a sandwich better than the children that work here. Too bad, because they use nice ingredients. Just don't ever expect to get what you ask for. Children need supervision, and they clearly get none here. The one that just made my order was too busy dancing to the blaring music and chewing gum (yeah - with his mouth open) to notice he missed half the ingredients. Way too many options on the mile to put up with that.
(2)Keith P.
Jimmy Johns should win a customer service award for their speedy sandwich processing orders and user-friendly website. I ordered from the Jimmy Johns located off Miracle Mile, after sampling one of their sandwich samples a month ago which they usually drop off offices on Miracle Mile, and was impressed by the freshness of their food. To find out what exactly they serve, I looked on their website and saw that you could customize your orders to each minute detail. "Do you want more lettuce?"..... "Do you want no mayo?".... "Delivery or pickup?".... Each specific feature was listed here, and I was just impressed. Today, I ordered the Ultimate Porker on wheat bread, no mayo, extra tomatoes and lettuce, with avocado added, and the sandwich was just perfect. I ordered it to go, and after a five minute walk there, my sandwich was prepared to my liking. The cashier was also very friendly. When choosing a speedy sandwich place for lunch on Miracle Mile, you can either choose between Subway or Jimmy Johns. Subway is a bit cheaper, but Jimmy Johns sandwiches are fresher. Overall, my sandwich costs $7.49. I will definitely continue venturing off to Jimmy Johns on a quest to sample all of their signature subs. Definitely worth it!
(5)Emilie G.
I am a devout fan of JJ's but this location is terrible. My husband and I just had awful subs on what was clearly stale bread (hard as a rock). Ick!
(1)Frank E.
I like Jimmy John's I read some of the reviews stating that there is not enough customization to the menu to make it worth while.I don't agree with that. However the Jimmy John's sub chain is not That Type. There motto is fast food fast. And it is so fast you hardly have a chance to find a seat before you have to get back to collect your sub. They don't toast and roast and all that other stuff. They made a sub on bread with some condiments faster than anyone else. If you need something good in a hurry you can't beat them. mine? It's always the number 13 Gourmet Veggie Club. I sub out the mayo for mustard and add onions and hot peppers. Lunch in under 3 mins... That's what Jimmy John's does oh so well.
(4)Amanda T.
THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Starting with LEO THE "MANAGER" learn some customer service who hangs up on a customer when you are the ones that messed up the order and had the customer waiting over 2 hours! If I have called several times regarding the same order don't give me the run around and try to figure out a solution. Sadly I can't say this is the first time I have had a problem with this Jimmy Johns. The first time the delivery driver came back to our office with s corrected order for one of the secretaries. He proceeded to call her a b*tch walked out and started slamming the elevator doors with his fist while screaming out other profanities. This is stuff I seriously can't make up. I will make it a point to boycotte JJs from here on out. If you want to be treated like sh*t go eat at this place.
(1)Matt W.
Eating from jimmy johns for two years. Today we ordered subs delivered to our apt. After an hour passed we called and asked where our order was, they said it was their policy not to deliver when they heard thunder. Then said we could wait until thunder stops for 15 mins at which point they would deliver. So we asked why they didn't call us to tell us the order was delayed the man said that they did but our phone number was disconnected...while we were talking on the same phone he claims was disconnected. We asked to speak with the manager, the manager got on and then told us that our order was now cancelled even if the rain stops.
(1)Patrick L.
There's nothing at all gourmet about these sandwiches. In fact, they are painfully pedestrian. Also, most of them come standard with mayo...an intense no-no for me. I didn't want to chance the super-quick sandwich assembly line and ask them to make a particular sammy without mayo, so I went with the #5 - Vito, the lone option I could see that used vinaigrette for the moistening agent. It might have been marginally better than Subway's "Spicy Italian." Maybe. Maybe not. The plain old white bread was so generic, and so were the toppings. I wasn't crazy about the bread-to-meat ratio either, accruing more to the bready numerator. Didn't taste much cheese at all, either. I do have to give a mild compliment and say that while the bread is truly boring, it might be a tad better than Subway's bread, even though Subway tries to make its bread more interesting with a few different varieties. When I wonder why this place is so popular, I have to come to the following conclusions.....either most people have no taste, or they like the prices. The 8-inch subs can be had for $6, and believe me, most lunches in Coral Gables will run well north of that.....so JJ's popularity may stem from the fact that there is a true paucity of bargain lunch options in the Gables' high-rent central business district. Even though I'm giving a deserved 2 stars, I could see myself coming back for a quick, cheap sandwich.

More guys on bikes trying to die or get someone else killed. Please tell your drivers to abide by the law
(1)Elyse W.
When I walked into this place it smelled of fresh baked bread and they were playing The Pixies, so, naturally I liked it. Sandwiches aren't exactly "gourmet" but if you're comparing them to Quizno's (which I'm convinced only hires people with IQs in the double digits -- those creepy puppet commercials really say it all...in a short bus kind of way) or Subway (if you have a nose WHY would you eat at Subway on the regular? Things just don't smell quite *natural* in any Subway location. It's like they all have this uniformed preservative smell...) then, I think JJ is pretty damn good. Now, as sandwiches in general, no, they're nothing amazing. But for a quick, thoughtless lunch or light meal, it's not a bad option.
(3)Frank E.
Jimmy John's seems to be kind of hit or miss... their sandwiches tend to be very good, but their service tends to vary quite a bit... some days its good, some days I feel like I made an error in walking through the door! Regardless its hard to argue with a good sub, everything tastes fresh, and as long as you don't vary too much from their specified subs you usually wont get the evil eye...
(3)Marcela V.
When your starving and have only 20 mins eat, this is the place. The sandwhiches are alway fresh and delicious!!!!!
(5)AshleyMarie O.
I went after they opened because a friend of mine RAVED about this place so much (they had one where he used to live). So we finally went & I had a tuna salad sub and it was quite delicious. I feel like it was missing something though.... and the prices could be better. I don't care for their chip selection... I would go again but I don't get cravings if I go too long without visiting, so that's always a bad sign for me.
(3)Ethan T.
It had been years since I went to a jimmy johns but a fellow yelper and I went on a hunt for one it the area because of her craving carried over from western Michigan and Chicago where these places grow on trees. This was the first one we found open and I am glad we did. The sandwiches here are really made scary fast so the wait is almost nothing. The bread tastes great, the sandwich is good, not the best in the area, but the best fast one around this area. The place is clean, friendly, and there is normally street parking if you are willing to walk a couple blocks.
(4)Jeff G.
This place was great when it first opened, the employees cared and you can usually order your sandwich however you wanted it. Now it's another example of what I like to call "The Miami Effect"; a new chain opens and is great for a little while and then slowly turns to fecal matter. While still not quite in the fecal matter stage, it's already starting to exhibit the signs. Want some extra tomato? Sorry, that's not an option on THAT sub. Did you order a club and got a sub? You should have told us that before we made it! This is mostly a service issue, the food itself is still good. The quality of the meat is higher than Subway, they are not quite as stingy and it's usually a lot fresher.
(3)Renee D.
Remember Blimpies? I still see some on occasion - and I have to bookmark them in my head. Bueno - Jimmy John's is like a Blimpie's. Superbly fresh bread - excellent combinations in their subs - good quality meats, and just an overall yum-ness that puts your local subway to shame - as subway should be put to shame - SUBWAY - you know what i'm talking about! There are a few select places I will eat a sub from, and it goes as such: Russo's in WPB Blimpies (whereever you can find one) a place on PGA Blvd. near the intercoastal bridge in a Winn-Dixie shopping mall that's own by the Ragou family (can't remember the name) and ..... Jimmy John's... That says alot coming from me - since I have a PhD in subs and sandwiches.
(4)Michelle W.
Sadly, I have to downgrade you JJs... The quality of your toppings has plummeted, to the point today I took all the veggies off and just ate the bread and cheese. The lettuce was brown, the tomatoes did not taste right and the cucumbers were discolored and tasted odd. I'm going to put you on ice for a while, then go back to see if you're toppings are better. If not, I will have to lower you to a 1 and never go back. Please don't do this to me, you remind me of the debauchery of my undergrad days in Michigan and I like having my nostalgic moments from time to time.
(2)Jessica C.
Here's the deal happy meal: Jimmy John's sandwiches are OK. Nothing fancy or gourmet about them. I personally think Publix makes better subs than them. So why Jimmy John's? because like they say, "subs so fast, you'll freak". Working in the Gables with an hour lunch can sometimes become quite the mission, so I find myself ordering JJ's more than I'd like. Within minutes of ordering, I have my sandwich at my desk. I only eat 2 subs here, The Vito and The Country Club. Both sandwiches are good but again, nothing out of this world. JJ's delivery guys are normally really nice, so shout out to them!
(3)Morgan C.
Well this is a great sandwich place. Good fresh bread and good ingredients if you like rock well their music is awesome a treat in the middle of a busy day, kids are pretty cool they run the place like a machine . Only thing I can say is they need to improve their Vito sub. It's an Italian cold cut trio, I order it and it was lame in toppings. I mean all this bread and salad I didn't even taste the ingredients . And where's the Italians sauce dressing? I mean such a good sub place with a bad cold cut sub . Other than that the other subs are great .
(3)Amber E.
This was my first time at a Jimmy John's in Miami...they're a lot more common elsewhere. The two locations in Miami aren't ideal (metered parking for this location off Miracle Mile of all places...) I ran in there on my way home from work (literally - i had 15 min on the meter), anticipating Miami style waiting. Fortunately I was wrong and was in and out, back to my car in 7 minutes! Now THAT'S freaky fast. The sub's aren't 'gourmet' per se, but they are really delicious. They're 8 inches, pretty narrow, and a tad on the expensive side (compared to $5 footlongs from subway). If there were one closer to my house, I'd probably eat there more. They do deliver, have pick up, and have a menu online.
(4)Sherise A.
Love the online ordering and the fact that they do delivery even for just one sandwich. Plus, they were pretty good about following the delivery instructions. I just wish they didn't forget my peppers on the side that I asked for. The #6 vegetarian was pretty good. The delivery took about half an hour.
(3)El T.
I thought it was pretty good for what it is. It's a nicer subway with less choices but the sandwiches at least taste like a sandwich and it doesn't have that gross weird subway smell and taste. It wasn't expensive either and it was really fast. The hot peppers we really good.
(4)Lourdes W.
Forget subway down the street or Quiznos a block over. If you want to get a sandwich made to your liking, go to Jimmy Johns. You can dine in or they will deliver. I usually order the food to my office. For lunch they give the best presentation. They send you a little lunch box that contains your sandwich, chips, and and amazing soft & chewy chocolate chip cookie. I always thought they would be a great place to order from if you have people over your office and you have to work through lunch or you can't leave the office. The menu is online too, which means everyone can access it from their blackberry. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and they make it to your liking with whatever toppings you want, etc. It's reasonable, it's all fresh-including the bread, and their salads and soups aren't bad either. If you're in the mood for a sandwich, give it a try.
(4)Carlos R.
I loved you in Gainesville, but you aren't the same here. Your roast beef plain slim used to be my meal from professor tapley's class to the library. It was less than $3 if I remember. Just because you are in coral gables doesn't mean the tuna tastes better.
(3)Arly J.
Great sandwich place. When you walk thru the door the entire staff greets you and are happy to offer suggestions. Visited on a Sunday early and my sandwiches were delicious love the Italian sub and the barbecue chips.
(4)Tania L.
There is nothing gourmet about these sandwiches. Very plain, and ordinary sandwiches that are only, maybe a little better than Subway. A real disappointment. There are only cold subs and the meats are very mediocre. Make your own subs I am sure they will be much better!
(2)Joseluis A.
its true. it beats both, subways and quiznos. better sandwiches, better ingredients and way faster. i always get the vegetarian. provolone cheese, avocado spread, alfafa sprouts, sliced cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. good food at a great price.
(4)Adolfo L. F.
I eat here all the time, since they aren't too far away from work. I find that their variety is lacking but what they don't have in variety they make in quality. The sandwiches are always made with fresh ingredients, and are relatively simple but satisfying. Try the Vito. They have delivery in the downtown Coral Gables area and are usually pretty speedy. I'll keep coming back as long as they keep making good quality subs.
(3)Sabrina Anna C.
Ummm, this place is AWFUL. I give it a 1.5... Do they really think these are subs?!?! LET ALONE GOURMET?!?! This place is a total JOKE. Ok, for starters, they only offer COLD subs. Nothing can be toasted or warmed. They don't have the capability (as I was told by their employees, who were jamming to bad rap music, in the GABLES on a Thursday night). So, I said, OK, I can do a cold sub I guess... So I start asking what I can order and what I can have on it, which apparently there's no option to make your own sub how you want it. You have to choose one of their listed subs... NOT cool with me. SO I conform to a the #14, which is Roast Beef and Turkey. I ask for cheese and they looked at me funny, explaining that cheese does not come with the sandwich and that is extra. FINE, i'll pay $1.00 extra so I can have cheese. Then I ask about mayo and mustard. Again, another funny look. AM I ON CRACK HERE PEOPLE?!?! The sub comes with tomatoes, which I don't like (too mushy), so I ask if they can replace the tomatoes for onions... OMG, more funny looks (is that part of their training program?!?!), and the final answer was NO. So I dealt with my lettuce, roast beef, turkey, provolone cheese (THE ONLY kind they have - I dont even really like it), mayo and PACKET mustard... Is this really a place for subs? Can they even be considered edible? The bread was plain, like any other sub bread... Nothing gourmet... So, stay away. If you truly like subs, this is NOT the place for you. Publix subs are 1,000,000 times BETTER. SUBWAY (which I don't really like) is even better than this place. Oh well. 10/30/08 - Oh, and this is an afterthought... I think the reason I dislike it so much is because its so simple, I could make the same thing at home AND better. I want a sub that I can't make myself! That's why I go out for a sub... Ya know?!
(1)Jennifer B.
LOVE the bread here! They should have the logo: eat fresh...Much better that Subway! service is OK and fast a tiny bit expensive but I think its worth it.
(4)Cynthia M.
A fan of Jimmy John's during my college days (a long time ago) I was happy to recently discover that there at least two locations in Miami. The sandwiches can be on the small side if you're used to the over-stuffed kind that one can get most places in Miami, including Publix. If you're hungrier then order the Club sandwiches from the right side of the menu that promise more veggies and more meat. What makes these sandwiches tasty -- even after all these years -- is the fresh ingredients. The french bread is crunchy yet soft. The combination of the bread and fresh tasting ingredients is a party in my mouth. And the "Gourmet" part of the name -- along with most of its other claims -- is more tongue-in-cheek as admitted by the owner on the menu. Jimmy John's has certainly aged better than I have since college!
(3)Leigh M.
You can't go wrong with this place. Great sandwiches and SUPER fast delivery. Keep it up guys!
(5)Helen T.
Great place to grab a quick sandwich. The service is so fast, I've stopped feeding the meter when I pop in to pick up. Nothing out of the ordinary, but their subs taste fresh and I like their bread. It's my go-to place when I'm in a hurry at lunchtime.
(3)Deb R.
Very Very fast place to eat. The service is very good and friendly. I've only had the turkey sub and I like it. Nothing super special about the sub, but I like the bread and it's great for a lunch break.

if you live/work in coral gables there is absolutely no reason for you to eat a cold sub in any other place than Jimmy Johns. you must get the idea of subway out of your head immediately and check this place out. all their ingredients are incredibly fresh. fresh produce, fresh meats, fresh poultry, fresh cheese, fresh fresh fresh. their chicken club is probably the best cold sub i have ever had in the long time.i know the owner of the coral gables franchise and his fiance somewhat well, i can tell you that he really puts his all into this place. owned a few in Chicago and decided to bring one down to Miami, quickly opened up another one in downtown.(its nice to have a change from subway!!!) Legit guy, legit service, and legit food.
