Stopped into this Starbucks today and used there drive thru. I frequent Starbucks but usually use the parkland location. Today I was very disappointed with my service. It took me 31 minutes to get my order as it wS a busy day and the service was slow. The reason for 1 star is because the lady taking orders couldn't handle the heat. I asked for a pecan tart and she responded with "oh I'm not sure" paused a second and then said "what was it you wanted again?" So after being told they are in fact out I changed my order to a WARMED cheese Danish. After my 30 minute wait the cheese Danish was ice cold. Obviously this associate was not actively listening and couldn't handle the pressure. Typically I commend how well the Starbucks employees handle traffic but not this time. Next time I'll stick with my local Starbucks. Update 2/1/15: Not sure why I even thought of coming back to this Starbucks. I hate that it is right next door to my gym. The employees have no sense of urgency, don't greet anyone and the place is a mess. They had a shipment come in this morning and it's all over the store. Terrible

I am a huge fan of Starbucks! This location has a drive thru and is about 2 minutes off the Sawgrass Expressway, making the location very convenient. I have only used the drive thru here and their service is fast and their coffee is great.

Went in this morning to pick up some late for mom and after giving her the coffee she reply that was the worse coffee ever too much milk so I treys it on my own and she was right stated like milk only . They might have forgotten the coffee part.

The best Starbucks around. Great location, very good seating area both inside and out. Very friendly staff and will make a drink even if it's not on the menu. I like some of the holiday drinks that are only on the menu around Christmas, but if I ask for one of them at other times of the year they smile and say no problem.

First off, I am not really a coffee drinker like most people that stop at Starbucks are. My experience at this Starbucks is mostly drive thru. I've only been inside once, and it was only because I got the wrong drink. Once inside I did notice how clean and well kept it was it had that Barnes&Nobles vibe to it. The drive thru staff is always friendly and they do a great job on suggesting coffee alternatives. To be honest if my son didn't have an obsession with their croissants I don't think I would visit it as much as I visit.

My first one star. This is why: inconsistent, SLOW AS HELL, gotten ice cold breakfast sandwiches, made me late to work WAY TOO MANY TIMES, did I mention SLOW AS HELL? I sat in line for 14 minutes (3 cars were ahead of me when I ordered) and I finally just drove off, with no drink and people waiting. I mean, whyyyyyy. Hire some people or something. Sheesh. #nocoffeerant

A little about this store, a very good friend of mine was a manager at this location for a long time. Now, she manages another store a bit further southeast of here. I actually met her here before we became friends through a mutual friend. It is such a small world! Some people just have that bright smile that instantaneously changes your grumpy mood into one of sunshine and rainbows. My friend has one of those smiles that I definitely miss when I head to this Starbucks for my coffee. Don't get me wrong, the staff at this store have always been extremely friendly and provided excellent service. I always use the drive-through(drive-thru) because I'm not dragging my children inside. That's a hassle I prefer to avoid! Even with my littles ones saying, "hello" or "ask which flavors they have" - my order promptly comes out without any imperfections. It's difficult for me to understand what I am saying with little voices chiming in behind me, I don't even know how they understand what I tell them. They do though and that's awesome. I have been coming to this location for a few years now and will continue to drive down from Boca just to get my caffeine fix. It is only about 15 minutes from my place anyway. Great place, check it out if you are in the area.

Huge, wide, bright Starbucks with probably the largest seating area I've ever seen. If you are meeting someone here, remind them that there is another Starbucks. On Lyons. In Coconut Creek. Because Starbucks likes doing that. :-)

The past three times that I've patronized this store, my orders have taken forever and then been wrong! I'm not sure what's happened to this location but service is pitiful and the knowledge of drink making leaves much to be desired. Sad that this is the only nearby drive-thru but I'll go to another location.
