On Crush Eleven's website this is how they describe the restaurant: Crush Eleven is a casually hip gathering place serving up rustic-urban food, unique specialty wines, craft beers, and quality hand-crafted cocktails. The menu at Crush Eleven was designed to foster a social dining atmosphere by encouraging guests to sample a variety of dishes and share among friends. And that is exactly what you get. It is fantastic and I would call it the best dining experience in Brevard County. We were greeted by Whitney who was our server for the night who explained everything in great detail. She was knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. The other staff members were also very pleasant and friendly when removing plates or filling water glasses. We did not have to ask for a refill, new silverware, or anything. They were on it with a smile and a friendly comment. The restaurant is beautiful inside. A polished/rustic look that I adore. We started off with the wine special of the night. A Pinot Noir from Oregon. I wish I could remember the name of it because it was perfect. The menu is broken up in the sections and we decided to try something from each section. Snacks: ( small quick snacks to munch on while you review the menu). Medjool dates with goat cheese wrapped with crispy, slightly spicy bacon and a malbec reduction. It was delicious. My mother said it was her favorite thing of the night. Grape and Rosemary Focaccia Brea. The bread was very good with a nice blue cheese spread. Unfortunately the dates were so good the bread didn't stand a chance. But that being said, it was really, really good. Bites: (appetizer). We decided on the wild blue crab feature which was a perfectly cooked crab cake with a basil aioli. This is not your standard crab cake with filler. It was fresh, cooked perfectly, so you could taste the delicate crab and the basil aioli and fruit was perfect. Not overpowering. It really showcased the crab. Greens: Frisee Ceasar. A perfect salad with sundried tomatoes, radiccio, guanciale and a perfect cooked fried egg. So good! Plates: I had Root Beer Braised Short Rib with parsnip and gruyere grits. The short rib was cooked perfectly and the grits were amazing. I am a southern grit snob and I ate every single bite of them. My mother had the catch of the day which was triple tail. I was so busy with my meal that I can't remember what exactly her dish was composed of but she said it was perfectly cooked and delicious. Cookery: (This are the side dishes which are meant for sharing). Charred brussesl sprouts with a maple sherry vinaigrette. I am not a fan of brussel sprouts but if someone would make them like this for me I would eat them every single day. If you like brussel sprouts you will love these. Fresh Georgia Corn with bacon and parmesan cheese. Sounds boring on the menu but it is really good. The corn is fresh and sweet with just enough bacon and cheese to make it tasty without being heavy. We were surprised at the end of the night with a martini glass that had a perfectly placed ice shelf holding a ball of vanilla ice cream. It was floating above a pool of root beer schnapps. Break ice and you have the perfect root beer float. My mother was so excited and I was impressed she actually enjoyed her schnapps shot. I guess if you add a little ice cream it doesn't count! This is a great restaurant and I encourage everyone to go try it. You will not be disappointed. There is nothing that can compete in this area except maybe it's sister restaurant, The Fat Snook. The owners of these establishments know what great food is and how dining out should really be an experience.

Another amazing dinner at Crush! Food is always great and service is continually stellar. Our severe tonight was Ken, we've had him before and he knows his food! He's attentive but not overbearing and just all around awesome! The avocado mash was the icing on the cake.

The food was outstanding. We have not had a meal where they hit on EVERY dish so well, in some time. The server, Joshua (?), was extremely knowledgable and passionate about the food and restaurant. The atmosphere was great; the decor is accustomed to what we have experienced in DC and New York, but more relaxed. If they were ON the water this may have gone to 5 stars. The view of the river is nice, but it's over the parking lot. What a great place. I can't wait to try their sister restaurant, the Fat Snook.

I've eaten here several times and the food and presentation are always high quality and the service is great too. But what keeps me coming back is the small almost private lounge/bar area in the back. The bartender stew makes excellent drinks from the menu or even better tell him what sort of liquor you like and what your palate is in the mood for and he will come up with something awesome. It's one of the best nighttime things to do in the area. don't miss this place

Dined here last night and LOVED it! I was so impressed by everything - the service was impeccable, atmosphere beautiful, and the food was outstanding. We started with the blue crab feature, which last night was a southwest style blue crab tamale. Delicious! For entrees, I had the triple tail fish special and my boyfriend had the flat iron steak. Both dishes were excellent and had a stunning presentation, might I add. But what stole the show was the side of corn with bacon and parm. Seriously this stuff to die for. We shared the carrot cake ice cream for dessert. Just perfect! Shawn was our server and he never steered us wrong. He had such a wonderful knowledge of the menu in every facet. This place is awesome. I'll definitely be back!

Great friendly service. Pretty good atmosphere. Food was also pretty good, but too pricey give the smaller portions. What is always disappointing is when a restaurant claims to be serving local products like fish, but then charges as if it was gold. If it's local I expect to pay less, not more. That was the case here. Local fish, highest price. Something wrong with that.

LOVE this restaurant!! My boyfriend and I were in town for our anniversary and went there one night for dinner. The cocktails were strong and both really good but the food was out of this world. I got the special which was grilled fish on a cornbread waffle with a succotash and it was soooooo good! The bf got the flank steak which was really good and cooked perfectly and came with these really good avocado mashed potatoes. We also got the Brussels sprouts which my bed couldn't stop talking about for the first 10 min of the meal and then finished it off with the banana bread ice cream sandwich thing which he also liked even though he's not a dessert guy. We loved it so much we cancelled our reservations for our anniversary 2 nights later and came back. The second night I got the rabbit and he got the ribeye which we both enjoyed just not quite and much as our meals the first night. They also left a card on our table telling us happy anniversary and brought us complementary cocktails that had frozen ice with sherbet on top and were amazing. Our server the second night was also amazing he was very knowledgeable about the food at cocktails and really fun.

Awesome restaurant! What a nice surprise to find this great date night spot or romantic restaurant. Started with the delicious Marcona almonds and finished with excellent Entrees of fresh catch, steak and delicious blue crab cakes. No room for dessert because the entrees were so filling! Server was very knowledgeable about the Menu. Definitely want to return! Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic restaurant. Food was delicious, tasty, fresh, and unique but not weird. Nate was our server and went above and beyond making our visit pleasant. Manager checked on us and was very nice. Sunday brunch is the time to come, not extremely busy! Great place for locals and tourists alike. Will be coming back for sure.

Wonderful farm to table restaurant with an upscale vibe. Everything we ordered was excellent. Haven't seen professionalism in a waitstaff like this in a long time. The wait staff was not only accommodating but very knowledgeable not only with pairing suggestions on the wine list but also as to where the different menu ingredients were sourced from. The flavors and textures were very well balanced and highlighted each other. Grape & Rosemary focaccia was heavenly and still warm from the oven when it came to our table. The grilled duck breast was excellent bur out favorite part was the added crunchiness of the cracklins. Unfortunately we were too full to enjoy dessert. We definitely will be heading back here the next time we are in town.

Food was delicious. Had the fried almonds for an appetizer and I couldn't put them down. I would have to say the best part had to be the brussels sprouts. The bacon and glaze was amazing! Everything in the restaurant was beautiful and well lit, clean and creatively put together. Our server handled everything perfectly and was knowledgeable about the entire menu.

Maybe I missed something.... I'm not sure how I can spend as much as I did and get so little. I don't mind paying for good food, atmosphere, service, etc. but I missed something at this place. I don't have any complaints about the service, our server was actually quite good. We got 4 appetizer and four drinks and our bill was over $100. It was a birthday celebration so I was prepared to be a bit extravagant, but this was a bit over the top for me. We won't be returning. If money is NOT a consideration - you may not be as disappointed as we were. I'm sorry, but this place wasn't for us.

Great surprise in little Cocoa villiage. Fled there for a few days from WI and tried this place. Great "bites". I had the chef's whim Blue Crab cake and it was delicious. Root Beer short ribs and a great flourless chocolate cake. Had to ask the waitress to explain the menu items a lot because they are so complicated and the names didn't explain the choices in enough detail but the waitress knew it all by heart and we had a great time

We had heard great things about sister restaurant The Fat Snook, so we decided to try this place out while in Cocoa. Server was super attentive and walked us through all their menu options in detail, down to where and how they locally source their ingredients. We settle on the crab cake special appetizer, which we demolished in about 2 minutes because it was so delicious! I then had the Niçoise salad, which I was worried would be a little boring , but the delicious fennel and lavender sear on the tuna meant it was anything but. My husband had the Mahdi special with a lovely crunchy corn coating, served with a frogs leg and fingerling potatoe hash - yum! We were both really impressed with our meals and will be back again...

I had the pleasure of dining at Crush Eleven last night and everything that our table ordered was perfection. We started with the lake chips and the fried almonds. Those were the best damn nuts since peanut m&ms.. We also had the onion soup, which has fish in it. It was super tasty. I had the steak entree. It was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. I ate it all which doesn't always happen so that's just another testament to how good it was. Other dishes ordered were the short rib - fall off the bone amazing! The shrimp - huge shrimp and totally delish. And the chicken entree - didn't taste that one but it was also a hit. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant like this in cocoa. We had just driven over for the day to do a little exploring and this was the perfect end to our night.

This place was awesome, though not a surprise from the owners of The Fat Snook in Cocoa Beach. I was impressed. The food was AMAZING... Of course. Service was wonderful too. I'm glad I had a chance to try this place out. I am a HUGE fan of The Fat Snook, that place is the best...

Our family celebrated my dad's birthday here last night and it was amazing! My parents had been a couple of times before and told me how good it was, so I was really looking forward to it. Our server Nate was awesome and super knowledgeable about the entire menu. I mean, literally every ingredient and method of preparation this guy had down. But he wasn't obnoxious about it. Laid back and did a great job with our table. We didn't have any wine due to a family member sobering up, so I can't comment on their wine list. But I hear that it's excellent. On to the food... My dad really wanted to order the entire menu I think, but he exercised some restraint and only ordered about half of it. To start, we tried their Grape & Rosemary Focaccia with triple cream bleu cheese. The saltiness of the focaccia and slight sweetness from small pieces of red grape went REALLY well with the amazing bleu cheese spread they serve it with. If you are a bleu cheese/gorgonzola fan, you have to try this. We ended up getting a 2nd order of it! Next we tried their fried spanish cheese with Amish mustard dipping sauce. It was tasty, but not a standout IMO. Perfectly fried and the dipping sauce was great, but it was overshadowed by the next thing we tried: a full order of roasted butternut squash cappellacci pasta. I really think this was the best thing I tried all night. I will order this as my entree next time. Sooooo so good. House made delicate pasta dumplings filled with the pureed butternut squash, crushed amaretti cookies, prosciutto, and then a sauce that was creamy with hazelnuts and all sitting on some additional thin slices of prosciutto. Take me now, Lord! Other snacks/bites we tried from the menu were the pierogies with browned butter and toasted walnuts and their blue crab feature. The pierogies were probably my least favorite item. They weren't bad by any means, but weren't terribly interesting either. The blue crab feature was a LARGE jumbo lump crab cake with several sauces/reductions on the plate that I don't remember. Very creative stuff, though. My wife got that as her entree and she said it was delicious. They have a "cookery" section on their menu which denotes vegetable sides. These are no ordinary vegetable sides, though! We ordered their roasted carrots with honey, lavender & fleur de sel, their Georgia corn with Nueske's bacon & parmesan, and their duck fat fries (!!!). I'm not much of a cooked carrot person, but other family members said they were delicious. However, EVERYONE was in agreement that the skillet of corn was one of the highlights. Sweet, slightly creamy, with the perfect amount of smoky bacon flavor...oh yes. GET THIS. And, of course, duck fat fries... need I say more? Just get them and don't think about it. Even with all of this delicious sampling, several of us still ordered something from their Plates menu section (entrees). Mom and I tried their local fish special which was cornmeal coated mahi over a "hash" of okra, bell peppers, fingerling potatoes, frog leg meat, and various spices/sauces that I don't remember. Lots of flavors and they all worked really, really well together. The mahi was a BIG hunk of a filet and perfectly cooked. The ONLY small nit pick with that dish was that the potatoes were definitely undercooked. Not raw, but certainly undercooked. Easy to overlook that, though, when everything else was so perfect. My dad tried their "chicken under a brick", which was a de-boned, skin-on chicken thigh (or 2, not sure... didn't look) cooked under the weight of a brick so the skin was super crisp and the meat was perfectly cooked without being overdone. It came on a serving of mascarpone polenta with lemon confit. He liked it and said that, while the flavors weren't as bold/inventive as other things he's tried there, it was very well executed and tasty. Another thing I thought was really cool about this place is that they locally source a LOT of their ingredients. They work with a farm in Rockledge to source much of their produce. I think it's great when restaurants emphasize the whole "farm-to-table" concept. To conclude, my wife and I already plan to go back here. Crush Eleven has all of the inventive & skilled cooking of their sister restaurant, The Fat Snook, but with a more varied (and slightly lower priced) menu. Excellent service (thanks again, Nate!), delicious & inspired food, and a pretty cool setting too. This is a "foodie" destination in Brevard, certainly.

Wow truely impressed. It is nice to find a higherend restaurant in Cocoa Village. The decor was on point, very comfortable. The menu features a small selection but the food was delisious and unique. The drinks were a little over priced for what you get but I loved the mimosa but it was too small. The Short ribs are probably the best I have ever had! Check this place out...

Okay, I get it! What everyone else said is right relative to food and service. I had the Frisee Caesar (radicchio, endive in a shallot vinaigrette, topped with shaved parmesan, guanciale and a fried egg) which exceeded my expectations. Followed that up with a Blue Crab Cake (panko-crusted) with a watermelon and radish relish, roasted red pepper puree and mild jalapeño straws flash-fried in a light batter. It really was as good as everyone has stated! Great wine list with a nice selection from California, but I opted for the Tito's martini...
I have visited this location a number of times over the past few months and, unlike most restaurants whose ratings drop a star or two as they display a lack of consistency in either food or service, Crush Eleven is still five stars in my opinion. Unfortunately, I don't remember any of my servers names, but it appears as if all of the waitstaff are VERY well trained and versed in the entrees currently on the menu - enticingly depicting the food with knowledgeable descriptions of what exactly each of the ingredients is and how it is prepared. I highly recommend making reservations as they fill up quick on weekend nights. Even with the packed houses, the service still always seems to be quick and attentive. In line with the fantastic service and attractive environment, the food is amazing. The menu options and creations are a unique take on "New American" cuisine and all the dishes contain locally sources ingredients. Everything I have ever ordered (from the steak served over avocado fingerlings to the bacon wrapped, goat cheese stuffed dates) has been *perfectly* cooked and immensely flavorful. The flavor combinations and fantastic dish preparation will make any foodie delighted and the environment is perfect both for a romantic dinner between partners and for group get-togethers. Quite possibly one of the best restaurants in all of Brevard County.

Amazing food. The duck was prepared perfectly. The homemade bread was very tasty. Duck fat fries were excellent. But the homemade individual blueberry pie with homemade ice cream absolutely stole the show.

The Bar has been raised! I'd consider this the best restaurant in the area, maybe even in Florida. Crush Eleven knocks it out of the park! Great food, amazing service, even with a big party. We had timely fabulous service. Chart House may have a better view, but Crush Eleven wins for food and service. Thanks for a wonderful evening. We will be back!

I went a couple of times and had a good experience but called to make reservations for myself and my friends but had to leave a voice mail because it wasn't open yet. I didn't even receive the courtesy of a return phone call to either accept or decline my reservation. I hope that poor management and arrogance doesn't doom another good restaurant in Brevard since there's so few.

Fabulous food. Make a reservation, though. May be a long wait or possibly not able to get in without one. You can opt to have dinner at the bar, but it's very small, only seats I believe 6. A little pricey but great food and drinks all made with a lot of care.

Maybe one the best all around meal experiences I've had in a very long time. Usually it's one or the other (good food or good service) but never both. This time it was both and perfect....Great food with impeccable service. Nicole our server was awesome. #crushedit

We tried Crush 11 because it was a sister restaurant to the fabulous Fat Snooks and it was amazing. The craft cocktails are superb. Every bite was perfectly crafted and well balanced. The staff was knowledgable, the service swift without rushing you. We couldn't believe there wasn't a line out the door! Go, before everyone else discovers this place! We had the rabbit and the flatiron steak. Oh, and the foccacia and the dates - so delicious. The side of corn, brussels sprouts and grits were amazing! Definitely will be going again.

When we planned a weekend away with good friends it included plans for another memorable meal at The Fat Snook. All 6 of us had already been there. But it also included two trips to their sister restaurant Crush Eleven in Cocoa Village. My wife had already been there three times but the other 5 of us were virgins. We arrived on Friday and our dining itinerary (watch for another blog or two if I ever find the time) had us for dinner Friday night at Crush Eleven, dinner Saturday at The Fat Snook and brunch on Sunday at Crush Eleven. As we were living for the weekend on the water at the Cocoa Beach marina just across the street we couldn't help ourselves and Sunday evening snuck back to visit Stu at the bar at Crush Eleven. Three stops in 48 hours; it's that good. In reality I could have gone again. It's that good. I could go on and on and on about the culinary skills of what both kitchens are capable of. But as we were walking back to the marina Sunday evening my good friend Chris says you know I actually think I like Crush Eleven better. I looked at him and said it's Stu isn't it? We nodded in agreement. We had just spent quite a while on stools at the small bar in Crush Eleven with Stu who is like a mad scientist when it comes to craft beverages. Sunday's special was a bacon infused Old Fashioned. And let me tell you Stu is a master of the bar and worth a trip just to pull up a stool and watch him work. We all sipped a little Serrano infused Patron Tequila that is so, so good. Our friend Hal, who had such a very strong aversion to tequila as a young lad stayed away all these years. But he was tempted and guess what: a decades old hate immediately turned to love with a small sip of Stu's magic nectar. In fact, he ordered a special fresh peach margarita with Serrano infused tequila moments later. Magic happens here: it is that good. Our waitress Sara, who took such great care of us on Friday evening, stopped by our table to say hello on Sunday and also by the bar Sunday to chat with us. She is days away from having her first baby and it was clear that "Pearl" was not only her baby but the newest member of the Crush Eleven family. You see every member of the team at both restaurants has a passion for what they do and I commend management on their biggest talent of attracting passionate people to carry out their vision. Just talking with the people who work there and love what they do is worth the trip. With one of Stu's cocktails in your hand it is even more memorable. I have to touch on the food and the love I taste in every bite at each restaurant. At Crush Eleven you can't go without at least trying the Green Bean Fries with smoked paprika aioli. You better not go home without trying Duck Fat Fries with garlic aioli or the Fresh Georgia Corn off the-cobb with Nueske's bacon & Parmesan. At brunch the Gruyere Grits are too good to be true. These are all "just" starters or side dishes and are so utterly amazing and memorable you do not have to go further at Crush Eleven. But do dig further. My entree selection on Friday was the Local Shrimp with cajun butter, corn spoon bread and crispy leeks. At brunch on Sunday I opted for the Cilantro Lime Crab Cake Benedict with bacon onion marmalade, perfectly poached eggs with fresh cilantro all topped with a roasted Serrano hollandaise. I am not making this up and am happy that they were able to snag a few of those roasted Serrano's from Stu over at the bar. Amazing and just thinking about these meals has a huge smile on my face and I am already planning my next visit. If for no other reason to pull up a stool and chat with Stu while I enjoy another Serrano and Blackberry Margarita or two, or three. But remember the trip was planned around The Fat Snook and even though we only were lucky enough to make one trip there over the weekend it was no less memorable. There size keeps them as a beer and wine establishment and even without Stu their passion for wine makes any visit memorable. We are always treated like gold with "extra attention" to make us feel special and it is so very, very much appreciated. At either restaurant you can tell that the staff's passion makes sure each glass is special and sparkles. Each plate is prepared as if it was being placed in front of a celebrity. The She Crab Soup, the Grilled Duck Breast with "crackling" oh my don't get me started again! These are special establishments that we can't wait to visit again and again and again.

Best place to enjoy great, fresh innovative food in the Village. My husband and I chose to celebrate our 27th anniversary here. He had the fresh catch (chef's whim), I had the local shrimp, both perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Our wine was also outstanding...it was a Mer Soleil unoaked chardonnay.

Food was delicious and the staff was very friendly! Crush Eleven's menu and atmosphere is a refreshing new concept for the area. I would highly recommend getting a couple different dishes and sharing with your party. My husband and I got the sriracha steak, the local shrimp, and two sides; the macaroni and cheese and the duck fat fries. For dessert we split the blueberry pie. Everything was great.

Amazing food! Awesome service! Great date night spot. Always changing up the menu. There's a twist on every dish without giving up the taste. Can't wait to go back. Don't skimp on the appetizers or desserts! Always pleasant on the palate.

What a surreal and horrible dining experience. Came in for dinner with two friends, they had a couple tables, a little more than zero customers in the restaurant. I am okay with this. My party sampled 3 craft cocktails with kale and focaccia snacks. We all ordered the chef's specials: poached egg on a slab of bacon on a crabcake (I wish the egg had been seasoned but it was tasty) and entree special: grouper over lobster mash with asparagus and prosecco buerre blanc (this was pedestrian at best, the steamed asparagus was tied together un-necessarily with an old chive and could have used salt of any kind. the other fish was cooked nicely, mine was dry but not inedible.) We shared a bottle of wine and two desserts. The food is good, the chef obviously has some finesse. It wasn't mind-blowing, some things were hit/miss but it was creative enough and tasty. Service seemed good, our server was knowledgable about the menu and wine. We happily pay and tip 30% in cash (industry standard in NYC, and it sucks when it's slow) As we're getting ready to leave, this horsebox of a manager/owner approaches our table, saying we made her server uncomfortable and starts a scene (only there were zero people in her restaurant) and says she has to ask us to leave. EXCUSE ME?! Is this how restauranteurs conduct business in Bravard? You happily spend $300 and when you get up to leave, they tell you to gtfo? Maybe it's just because I'm from NYC and we take care of industry people in the neighborhood and frequent each other's establishments in support of the culinary community. But this woman's behavior was UNCONSCIONABLE. I watch entitled restauranteurs crumble all the time. People who choose to conduct business like this will fail.

Wonderful dinner for our first visit. Great service from Elissa along with some superb insights into the menu. John, the manager, stopped by twice to check on us and make us feel welcome. Food was superb. We both had the grouper special. Tasty, thick grouper filet over a potato pancake covered with peaches and fresh sprouts topped off with a home made single barrel bourbon sauce. Great blend of flavors complementing the superbly cooked grouper. We sampled the bread pudding terramoisu. Sweet and gooey-we liked it. This is definitely a step up from Cara Mia, the previous operation in this location. We will go back and bring some friends too.

The service was awesome only to be surpassed by the food. Started with kale chips which were surprisingly delicious. A table of four tried the cheese appetizer, four entrees, two salads and two sides. Everything was perfectly seasoned, balanced generously portioned and artfully presented. We've found our new favorite destination!

Really pretty place, decor is a draw. Where do I start, really up to date cooking. Everyone is using sriracha and so are they (what is that you ask!) it's that red pepper bottle that you've seen in asian restaurants. Go there to try it. They have bites to share. The foccacia is out of this world and comes with this melt in your mouth butter. The brussels sprouts make you want to eat your veggies all day. We had the macncheese for a side too and wow not supposed to be so good, yum. Getting to the larger plates- melt in your mouth steaks for my table mates and a whole local shrimp dish for me HEAVEN. Dessert was signature and delish too. Good wine list and awesome servers. We liked the place so much we went to their sister location on cocoa beach called The Fat Snook, equally amazing.

Valentines Day................... Called about 3 days before Valentines day and they had an opening for 9:30 so I snagged it. We arrived about 30 minutes early and decided to sit at the bar for a drink. Stu was our bartender and went over the house cocktails with us, I opted for the bacon old fashion and my girlfriend opted for the blackberry serrano margarita. While making the drinks Stu engaged in talk and we talked about their bourbon selection. He poured me a taste of the bourbon used which I've never had before, very impressed with the Old Scout and also the hospitality of being offered a neat sample. Accompanying my cocktail was an amazing candied bacon piece that I cannot stop thinking about. My girlfriends marg was pretty good, I'm not a tequila fan so I really cant judge it. About 20 minutes later we were sat at our table and blessed with the menus. After looking over and taking some suggestions from our waiter into consideration we decided to start out the pierogies. They came out looking great and tasted amazing, especially the prune. My only gripe was that the center was a little cold, which was also a trend with another dish later. After the light bite we ordered our entrees. I decided to get the root beer braised short ribs with gruyere grits and my girl got the avocado and sriracha flat iron steak we also ordered the mac n cheese. My short ribs were amazing, great taste, perfect grits and almost the perfect amount. But again, my short ribs were not quite right on the heat side of things, the outside parts were warm-hot and the inside was a tad too cool in parts. Taste was all there though and wow those grits! My girls steak was great, had a nice sweet flavor that really set it apart and wowed me, cooked perfectly at medium rare. Now to the mac n cheese. Not too much to rave about here, pretty much your run of the mill upscale mac n cheese, nothing really wowed me. The tater tots that are served with it are more like a papa rellena which is not a bad thing, I actually enjoyed them more than the mac n cheese. Would definitely skip the this next time and go with the duck fat fries or brussel sprouts. For dessert we ordered the sticky bun bread pudding/creme brulee. Was definitely good, but I'm not sure if I would order it again. I could also complain about the heat level on this too. could definitely be a little more hot and creamier. All in all I definitely want to come back. After living in NYC/Brooklyn for years and being spoiled with The Farm on Adderley, Butter and the likes I can definitely say I am happy that there is a place in Brevard county that can give me my forward culinary fix. With an incredibly full belly and a bill a little over 100 I can say that I was very satisfied, my only gripe being that the food was a little cold, but probably due to them being slammed for Vday. Great addition to Brevard.

One of the most amazing food my husband and I have eaten in a long time. First we had the fried marcona almonds which where the best and I personally don't like almonds. I highly recommend the Local Shrimp in the plates section of the menu. Very large shrimp topping a delicious corn cake bread which is so flavorful that I couldn't get enough. Another really really good item would be the Sriracha Marinated Flat Iron Steak...A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!! The only bad thing is the price. This restaurant is very expensive but worth it.

We went here for a Sunday brunch to try something new. This was a fantastic choice. We started with the grapefruit mimosa and the patron latte, both were delicious (and I don't like grapefruit!) the grapefruit mimosa definitely stood out, it was so good. We ordered the saracha bacon which was addicting like crack! Omg!!! And also the grits!!! These grits are like none other! We ordered the carrot cake pancakes and the sausage frittata. Both were ExTrEmLy good. I cannot wait to go back for dinner. Our waitress was a delight as well. She was well knowledged about the menu and a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely be going back very soon.

Honestly, I think this place is a bit over-hyped. I applaud Crush for trying to be a bit more upscale/hip, because this area could use a few more "nice" restaurants, but it misses the mark for me. Perhaps it's my fault for wanting more seafood entrees because I know this place is affiliated with the Fat Snook, but nothing on the menu especially appealed to me. We started off with a great bottle of wine, and proceeded to try and make sense of the menu categories of snacks, bites and plates. My wife and I tried the rosemary focaccia and the pierogies. The blue cheese served with the focaccia was good, but the bread was unimpressive and could have been warmer. The pierogies were tasty, but there was way too much brown butter sauce on top. A little richness can be good, but these things were drowning in butter. I thought about ordering the grouper cheek chowder, but didn't want to be too full for my main plate. For main plates, we ordered the nicoise salad and the shrimp and tomato dish. The deconstructed salad was tasty, but there could have been a bit more tuna on the plate and the fennel and lavender flavors were non-existent. My wife's shrimp dish was rather bland, and super annoying to eat because the shrimp still had their heads on. The last thing you want to do is disassemble your food in a dark restaurant while dressed in nice attire. I'm not a big portion kind of guy, but I was still hungry after our "plates". We splurged on a good sounding cheesecake dessert and called it an evening. In summary, the wine was good and the dessert was good, but everything in between was a bit "meh". Nothing on its own is expensive, but you have to assemble quite a few components to have a real meal, which ends up costing quite a bit. Maybe my expectations were too high, but my Crush experience was not fantastic.

Have been to Crush several times and have had great meals with excellent service. The atmosphere is similar to a New York bistro, casual and rustic. The "chicken under a brick" is wonderful, and the fried string beans are a great starter. Our server, Jantzen was quite impressive with her knowledge of wines, and very personable. This place is definitely a repeat performance!

Breath of fresh air in brevard county! We are new to the area and have not found a decent restaurant since we've lived here for six months until we found this place. From the moment we walked in and saw the menu we knew we were in the right spot. It feels very out of place for the area, which is a very good thing! On a cold rainy Friday night in January the place was only about half-full around 8 PM. Don't really know how this could be because it seems like such a great spot. Decent wine list but maybe a little overpriced but I wasn't surprised by that. Plan on $40-$60 for a decent bottle, Which makes sense because cocktails or glass wine is 10 and up per. They have some tasty snacks I'd recommend the kale chips to start, certainly better than the ones I've tried to make at home. The crabcake was phenomenal topped with pork belly, but pork was a little dry for my taste. Needed more fat! We shard the flank steak and the beet salad both were absolute stars. Unique Nutella cheesecake for dessert finished off the great evening. Service and ambulance was excellent. Jansen was server, she was pleasant, knowledgeable, and present at the right time. Looking around the dining room it appeared to be pretty well staffed with each server handling only two or three tables. We will definitely be back

Was staying by the cocoa beach and didn't want to drive back to orlando for dinner. Found Crush Eleven on yelp and wanted to try it and was glad to find this restaurant. Restaurant was well staffed and the waiter was very fluent with the menu and she was very capable in explaining the ingredients of each dish. Kelp chip was light, crispy, and the cheese on the chip added additional goodness, perfect for two. Focaccia and mussel were also spectacular. Had duck and the local catch for entrees with a side of Brussels sprout. The entrees were simple but fresh and the Brussels sprout was full of flavor. Enjoyed every bit of the dinner.
Rule #1: Do not dine here and expect a traditional plate served with protein, starch and vegetable. Rather, treat yourself to a culinary tasting adventure! Savor the joy of sharing a few small "snacks" and "bites". (The goat cheese-stuffed dates with Malbec reduction were heavenly!) Our party of 5 also shared nibbles of our amazing entrees (a special high five to the sweet potato gnocchi) and delectable sides. If you do not order the brussel sprouts you will be missing the best candy disguised as vegetable! If possible, dine with friends to order several items and share multiple bites.

They've really listened to their customers. They now have a "fresh catch" which was, tonight, a delicious triple tail cooked to perfection and served with hand made ravioli stuffed with fresh corn and smoked fish served with a side of barbecue reduction and arugula salad. We ordered several appetizers and a salad first and the waiter made sure to ask us what order we wanted it delivered. I am very happy that I now have a great dining AND great wine selection place to enjoy. They will definitely see more of us :-) My one recommendation is that she stay open a little later for those of us who'd enjoy a lovely glass of wine after 9 pm ;-)
I really enjoy this place. Everyone who visits us here we take to Crush Eleven, it is a nice atmosphere and tasty food! I love the fact that it's a farm to table type atmosphere, however I must say I lean towards The Fat Snook more than Crush Eleven, because of the better diversity of foods. Crush Eleven's food is good, no doubt, but going here a few times I start to get bored with the menu choices and want a few fresh, new options. I've only been there a handful of times and have tried pretty much everything I've wanted to try. I've even had some meals twice already. I want a few new, rotating options! I'm the type of person that likes to change things up, not just order the same thing every time I go somewhere. I know some people do that though- but there's only so many times that I want the same macaroni appetizer or chicken under a brick.

So if you want to have a romantic evening or just enjoy the most amazing food around then this is the spot! I have dined here multiple times and each is better than the last (if that is possible). The Owner, Chef and staff go above and beyond to make sure you are excited to come back again. they even made a special vegan dinner and amazing dessert for me! From the extensive and impressive wine list to the unique culinary offerings you will definitely be wowed like I was. You have to try the cabbage rolls.. Incredible! Go get crushed!

OMG..OMG..OMG. This place is fantastic. Owners of the Fat Snook in CC Beach have taken fine dining to a casual level without sacrificing quality or service. Located in Cocoa Village. This place has some amazing tapas style starters and entrees to kick start a mouth orgasm. I was pleasantly surprised at the intense amount of work put into into the dishes at a price point of a chain restaurant. SIMPLY SUPERB. It has a hipster feel yet the ambiance and quality of a fine dining experience. A NEW LOCAL MOUTH ORGASM. I'll be back to try more......

We went 2 nights in a row... What a find. This place was delicious. We made our way through the whole menu, with a stop at each course (minus the salads). Spicy bacon caramel popcorn, mussels and pierogies were fantastic. Duck fat fries were good too. Home made butterscotch pudding and orangecello (awesome) for dessert. Nick was a very personable and thorough server. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed a great dinner on a Monday evening. Surprisingly only 2 tables filled that evening, so we had supreme service. Delicious triple tail fish entree, grouper cheek chowder and chopped salad.

Great food and great service through the whole meal! I went with some friends on a rainy weeknight and Crush Eleven definitely delivered. The grape and rosemary foccaccia was crisp on top and melded with the creamiest blue cheese for a solid start. Our server recommended some tasty California wines that paired well with our entrees. The duck breast with blackberries was expertly prepared and the braised short rib was rich, tender, and wonderful. The highlight was the Sriracha-marinated steak, which had an unexpected depth and subtlety. We all ended up sharing to get a taste of all the flavors. The mac and cheese and brussel sprouts sides were meant for sharing and were top notch, but might not have been properly appreciated after the entrees!

We went to this restaurant based on the great reviews and were sadly disappointed. The overall decor was very nice so we thought that we had finally found a decent place in Melbourne. We are from the West Coast and have dined in some of the best restaurants so we are definitely foodies. The waitress we was ok, she went over the menu which sounded so good and we were expecting something spectacular. We had the duck fat fries they were over cooked and not seasoned well the aioli that came with it was more mayo that garlic, not impressed. The brunch items we had were mediocre, small portions with big prices. Also, tried the saracha maple bacon because it sounded awesome...so disappointing, the bacon was paper thin (not thick and juicy for a high quality restaurant) and was covered with sauce which made it chewy. We finished off with the caramel pecan bun, which sounded delicious and looked pretty but was super dry, tasted like a fruit cake and the caramel was hard we couldn't use it to dip. The best part of our meal was the bloody mary's, although for $10 a drink, you can have one of those in West Melbourne at Cassbah's or Meg O Malley's at a brunch price. At over $100 for 3 people for brunch, we will not be back:(

My bf and I came here for the first time last night for date night and it was amazing! Right when we walked in to when we left. The food was great and so flavorful, I didn't want to stop eating! I had the Chicken under a brick with the polenta and I swear I have never had chicken this good ever. The ambiance was perfect and i loved the dim candlelit mood and the music was perfect too. If you are in the mood to really impress your date.... COME HERE! you will not regret it, i promise you.

First time we go into a restaurant that have nothing negative to say! Husband and I went it was recommended by a client! From the ice tea, to the appetizer, main dish, dessert and coffee tasted clean, fresh, unique, very unique ditos to the chef !! Athosmephere was classy, rustic, music was urban modern, decor was very beautiful, the chairs the tables. But anywho back to the food! It was excellent, i had the blue crab special and it was excellent! Will definitive come back and recommended to friends and family..
This place is so great! The atmosphere was beautiful. Our waiter, Shawn, was poetic in his descriptions of the food. It was such a special birthday! Everything we ordered was to die for!
The place instantly reminded me of being in Napa. Casual, rustic, beautiful decor in soft lighting. Good wine list with a nice bottle selection. I ordered the Tuna Niçoise salad and enjoyed the seared tuna, lightly dressed arugula, purple potatoes, tomatoes, perfectly crisp haricot verts, radish and eggs. It was a good portion for $18. I sampled the Tater Tots Mac & Cheese and it was quite rich and creamy and the pickled vegetables topping was a unique flavor combination that worked quite well. I would definitely return to try more of the menu and the Cocoa Village area.

This was seriously one of the very best restaurant experiences I have ever enjoyed. From minute one when our waiter greeted us by opening the door to the manager escorting us to the door at the end of our meal, this was nothing short of awesome. Our server KNEW the menu and guided us toward great drinks (blackberry margarita) and spectacular dishes. We loved the corn, hominy and shrimp chowder. The crab tamale was full of flavor. The fresh catch was moist and bold. And the duck was out of this world. Our toddler was treated with kindness and our banana bread ice cream sandwich was unique and plentiful. We were absolutely charmed by this place and even sent a six pack of beer to the kitchen as the menu suggested because they really delivered. Come here if you want copious flavor, exceptional service and great ambiance.
It had been a while since we last dined here for sunday brunch ever since they got rid of the legendary carrot cake pancakes. We decided to try them again because they added banana pancakes... well, looks like it will be another long wait before we spend $80 on a brunch at crush eleven. All I was dreaming about was the pancakes. We arrived early and were greeted and seated immediately. We started with a mimosa and a latte. We ordered the poptart and that was definitely a gem!! Flaky crust with just enough fig jam inside with the creamiest goat cheese to drizzle or slather on top. As for the main dishes my husband got the chiliques and I got the duck egg quiche with the banana pancakes on the side (of course). My husband said his meal was nothing to write home about while I definitely enjoyed my quiche. As for the pancakes.... the main reason I decided we should spend that much on a brunch... we both took a big chunk out of them and gave each other a funny look. We took another few bites and then realized the issue.... THEY WERE BURNED!!!! All you could taste was burned pancake in your mouth!! It was horrible. They only gave you a tablespoon sized dollop of ice cream which didn't help any and the pancakes were pure awful!!. We told the waitress and showed her the bottom of all the pancakes. She offered more but at that point we were ready to leave. It says a lot if my husband and I don't annihilate a plate of pancakes and that was nothing but nasty in our mouths!! And to top it off.... we were still charged $12 for something we could not stomach eating!!! Not cool!!! Will be a long time before I save up that much money to throw away....

Great location, nice eclectic interior, AMAZING dinner. Macaroni and cheese w tater tots was great. The Nicoise Salad was divine... so many different tastes. The Mussels were delicious and the local shrimp too My family and I now love this place, and we will be back.

Another amazing dinner at Crush! Food is always great and service is continually stellar. Our severe tonight was Ken, we've had him before and he knows his food! He's attentive but not overbearing and just all around awesome! The avocado mash was the icing on the cake.

This place is so great! The atmosphere was beautiful. Our waiter, Shawn, was poetic in his descriptions of the food. It was such a special birthday! Everything we ordered was to die for!

(5)Cory S.
(4)Jeff A.
(5)Jennifer B.
(5)Michael ..

Perfection !!! From the minute we arrived the service stellar , the atmosphere chic and romantic. My husband suggested this place for date night and it was a total hit with me the food was scrumptious I had shrimp and he had the rabbit which was done superbly the taste was amazing . We will definitely return for another dinner date soon:)

This place is amazing. We were in town & looking for a great lunch place & found this in yelp. I will definitely be returning soon with my family.
(5)Linda L.
(5)Amy S.
(5)Michelle K.
(5)Louisa W.
(5)Ray N.

Love it, love it, love it. Great short ribs. Want to go back to try everything else!
(5)Mark D.
Great surprise in little Cocoa villiage. Fled there for a few days from WI and tried this place. Great "bites". I had the chef's whim Blue Crab cake and it was delicious. Root Beer short ribs and a great flourless chocolate cake. Had to ask the waitress to explain the menu items a lot because they are so complicated and the names didn't explain the choices in enough detail but the waitress knew it all by heart and we had a great time
(5)Dub T.
(5)Karen K.
Stopped here for lunch and couldn't decided as everything on the menus was so unique and different. Would definitely return

(5)Chris B.

(4)Greg S.
(5)Rebekah C.
Brunch menu and dinner menu alike are one of the finest in Brevard. If you are going for brunch be sure to add a brûlée grapefruit half. It was quite possibly the best $2 I've spent ever. The atmosphere at night is lovely. Will be going again soon.

(5)Mark C.
Amazing food. The duck was prepared perfectly. The homemade bread was very tasty. Duck fat fries were excellent. But the homemade individual blueberry pie with homemade ice cream absolutely stole the show.
(5)Chris M.
(5)Keelan P.
Great location, nice eclectic interior, AMAZING dinner. Macaroni and cheese w tater tots was great. The Nicoise Salad was divine... so many different tastes. The Mussels were delicious and the local shrimp too My family and I now love this place, and we will be back.
(5)Christopher K.
(1)Misty M.
Fabulous food. Make a reservation, though. May be a long wait or possibly not able to get in without one. You can opt to have dinner at the bar, but it's very small, only seats I believe 6. A little pricey but great food and drinks all made with a lot of care.
(5)Kevin D.
Maybe one the best all around meal experiences I've had in a very long time. Usually it's one or the other (good food or good service) but never both. This time it was both and perfect....Great food with impeccable service. Nicole our server was awesome. #crushedit
(5)Wendy M.

(5)Mark R.
(5)Amanda P.
(5)Christine C.
Amazing food! Awesome service! Great date night spot. Always changing up the menu. There's a twist on every dish without giving up the taste. Can't wait to go back. Don't skimp on the appetizers or desserts! Always pleasant on the palate.
(5)Tek M.

What a terrific find--and I'm from San Francisco. Chef Specials, Fried green tomatoes, rabbit, boar. Don't skip dessert. I rolled out of there.
(5)Dan S.
(5)Gail M.
(5)Nadine R.

(4)Jennifer O.
(5)Shannon S.
(5)Robert B.

Amazing restaurant! This is one of the best dining experiences that I have had in brevard county. I loved the decor, the staff was great and the food was phenomenal. We had the kale chips, bagna cuada, Brussels sprouts, creole butter and abita basted cape canaveral shrimp and bread pudding creme brûlée. I recommend everything!!! Can't wait to go back

This is one of our favorite "finer" dining restaurants in town. I don't review it every time because it's mostly five stars. We had dinner reservations at 7 o'clock for a party of three. We were offered the table directly by the front door. We asked if we could move to the larger dining room area as there appeared to be about seven empty tables. They did accommodate our request but did not seem to be thrilled about it. Our new waitresses first comment was " so I see I now have you " with a slight sarcastic undertone. After we told her we had already heard the wine menu and we weren't interested in ordering wine she left the table. My husband said now they're probably going to spit in our food. Don't kid yourself if you don't think it doesn't happens in finer restaurants, that's just being obtuse. When the waitress came back we proceeded to order our dinner. My husband ordered the steak which came with the avocado smashed potatoes. He doesn't like avocado so he asked if we could substitute something else from another entree. We were informed that the chef prepared them specifically to go together and that they don't do substitutions. In all the times we have been here every single time my husband has substituted the side with no problems. She assured him you could not taste the avocado in the smashed potatoes. She told him that he could order an add on side if he didn't think he was going to like the potatoes. So now for the actual food reviews. I had the daily crab cake appetizer which was very good. As my entrée I had the butternut squash filled pasta. It was very good however the pasta itself was slightly under salted. I know that the proscuitto it was served with was supposed to offset the sweetness of the squash but there wasn't enough so that It actually needed salt. There are no salt shakers on the table and I didn't ask so just be aware. I would still rate it as good. The steak my husband ordered was cooked properly. However he hated the smashed potatoes. The third person in our party ordered the salad which she said was very good and it looked wonderful. The side of the corn was fantastic. We all had a taste of it and it was very good. My husband who is a chocolate fiend had the cracked chocolate cake. It was only average at best. We were disappointed in the overall experience but several of the dishes were very good so I did give it a 3 star instead of my usual 5.

(5)Chris S.
Enjoyed a great dinner on a Monday evening. Surprisingly only 2 tables filled that evening, so we had supreme service. Delicious triple tail fish entree, grouper cheek chowder and chopped salad.

Be inspired and eat here! Great service, amazing food and inspiring atmosphere. Be sure to get the corn!
(5)Tina H.

Being a huge fan of the Fat Snook, I was thrilled to hear that ownership was planning a sister restaurant on the other side of the river and had eagerly been awaiting its opening. I happened to be there the night after opening, and I was really impressed. Ambiance is casual and warm, and being a New Yorker I always appreciate a spacious dining room. The wood trim really underscores the rustic theme they are going for. Service is friendly and polished, with good knowledge of wines and ingredient sourcing. Food was a real hit, and I applaud the inventiveness of the menu. Everything is a la carte, which allows one to sample more offerings, and ranges from snacks (eg, kale chips) and appetizer-sized fare to salads, entrees and sides. I have to say there can't be too many places you'd see tater tots, pâté, pierogies and gnocchi on the same menu but it's all waiting here. After sampling some snacks, we opted for the cabbage rolls (good take on this simple, yet hard to master Eastern European staple. Filling had a positively surprising sweet kick) and the grilled whole local shrimp with tomatoes and feta rounded it out (a touch over-sauced but right texture and nice salty kick). Wine list is varied, with good variety in geography and price points. I salute the embedded symbolism of attaching the list to the back of the food menu, effectively rendering the two inseparable (as well they should be). There is a lot to try here, so I will definitely be back. I withhold fifth star only pending sampling more dishes and consistency over a longer period of time.

This place is so great! The atmosphere was beautiful. Our waiter, Shawn, was poetic in his descriptions of the food. It was such a special birthday! Everything we ordered was to die for!
(5)Marcy S.
Loved the modern rustic vibe and excellent service! We started with the kale chips and the fried Spanish cheese. Kale chips were good, cheese was legendary. I could bathe in the mustard that came with it. I had the duck, which was well prepared, but I got spoiled on duck at a place in Virginia. Husband had the catch of the day which was delicious! We shared some Brussels sprouts, which were to die for. Pro tip: dip them in the mustard from the cheese (that you should have ordered!) Our server knew I was having a rough day, so she sent us a pre-dessert of a tiny scoop of house made vanilla ice cream with some kahluha and Bailey's. awesome. We had the sticky bun bread pudding brûlée, which husband declared one of the best things he's ever eaten. Do yourself a favor and go!
(5)Christina T.

No, I'm not just giving this 5 stars for nothing. Here's what happened... My friend just got married and we made reservations for the dinner party at a nearby restaurant (Sublime) that "ran out of food." We then walked the streets to this place and they immediately set up the whole patio just for us. They had 2-3 servers on us and helped immensely with the menu and bottle service (whiskey's and wines). The food was fantastic. They have a spin on every dish but not too crazy. Everyone I heard loved it all. The duck, the Mac'n'cheese and the blue crab were a few of the items we ordered. I got the catch of the day and I thought it was a tad dry but my friend who split it with me thought it was perfect. The desserts were good, crême brûlée was a hit for most of us. Outstanding service and the manager was making sure everything was always okay and the bartender greeted us on his way out b/c we shut the place down - and they never rushed us out! All in all, go here. Perfect for dates, a good meal, and small dinner parties.

(5)Michael ..

(5)Jennifer O.

(5)Cory S.
(4)Linda L.
(5)Amy S.
(5)Michelle K.

(3)Louisa W.
(5)Lucy J.
Love it, love it, love it. Great short ribs. Want to go back to try everything else!
(5)Greg S.

Brunch menu and dinner menu alike are one of the finest in Brevard. If you are going for brunch be sure to add a brûlée grapefruit half. It was quite possibly the best $2 I've spent ever. The atmosphere at night is lovely. Will be going again soon.

(5)Mark C.
Amazing food. The duck was prepared perfectly. The homemade bread was very tasty. Duck fat fries were excellent. But the homemade individual blueberry pie with homemade ice cream absolutely stole the show.
(5)Chris M.

(4)Misty M.

(5)Karen K.
Stopped here for lunch and couldn't decided as everything on the menus was so unique and different. Would definitely return
(4)Mark R.
(5)Amanda P.
(5)Christine C.
Amazing food! Awesome service! Great date night spot. Always changing up the menu. There's a twist on every dish without giving up the taste. Can't wait to go back. Don't skimp on the appetizers or desserts! Always pleasant on the palate.
(5)Shannon S.

(4)Christa M.
Can't wait to go back
(5)Tek M.

What a terrific find--and I'm from San Francisco. Chef Specials, Fried green tomatoes, rabbit, boar. Don't skip dessert. I rolled out of there.

(5)Lyn C.
Another amazing dinner at Crush! Food is always great and service is continually stellar. Our severe tonight was Ken, we've had him before and he knows his food! He's attentive but not overbearing and just all around awesome! The avocado mash was the icing on the cake.
(5)C S.

(4)Casey C.
(5)Bridget G.

Enjoyed a great dinner on a Monday evening. Surprisingly only 2 tables filled that evening, so we had supreme service. Delicious triple tail fish entree, grouper cheek chowder and chopped salad.
