Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

We had 10 there for dinner tonight and people raved about the lasagna and the chicken riggies. The pizza is excellent too! We have dined at almost every Italian in Cocoa Beach over the last two winters and Mozzarella's is our favorite. You will not be disappointed! Its is small and a little quiet but at least you can get a seat in the height of the tourist season!

Came by after walking around Friday Fest. Son got 2 slices and a soda for 5 bucks, not bad for dinner. Wife and I shared two salads, both very fresh. Easy to walk to from just about anywhere on the beach. Friendly service.

You should avoid this place like the plague! The people who work there are rude. The pizza was cold and old and they didn't want to honor their coupons. I will never go back. They will be out of business soon.

Yehhh Finally GREAT Pizza in Cocoa Beach....we had the Greek Pizza - crust was thin to medium, toppings tastey, real cheese, Olives on the Greek Pizza (to die for), and this pizza is made with love. We had previously ordered Pizza from Papa Vito's (which I gave a 3).... Mozzarella's Italian Eatery is th real deal when it comes to Pizza Crispy crust (not soggy)......not thick dough - just right - dough complements the toppings. Thanks to the other yelpers - as I wouldn't have known about this place. Its a small family run operation and the pizza does have excellent quality ingredients and perfect dough/crust (consistency) Definitely a must for pizza

We stopped in for their two - slice special and found that the pizza was amazing, and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for dinner!

I have tried every pizza place in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral and this is by far the best. People are very friendly also.

My boyfriend and I have been here twice now. The service is good and the food is great!! The first time we ordered a pizza which was really good. We're both from New Jersey and are picky about pizza. The second time we tried something different. I had a meatball sub and my boyfriend had a pasta dish that is one of their New York specialties. He absolutely loved it. I thought the meatballs were great. We have definitely added this to our list of favorites and best of all its a short distance from his house.

Ordered the Mediterranean salad, super super good. Restaurant is clean and staff is very nice. Nothing like the negative reviews I read.

So thrilled to find New York style pizza right here in Cocoa Beach! I'm from NYC and the pizza at Mozzarella's is as good, if not better, than any pizza I have had in the city. The crust is exceptional. Bravo!!!

We ordered pizza to be delivered to us while we were staying at Anthony's on the Beach Motel and our group agreed the pizza was great! Wish we were closer to have it again rather than just tonight.

Very good pizza. They only have a couple tables so seating is limited. Not cheap, but not expensive. Worth the $35 for a couple large pizzas. I would recommend to a friend.

Poor restaurant. We should have known when we walked in at noon and it was empty that it was a bad choice. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs. Meatballs were good but noodles were tired and sauce was mostly water with no flavor- but a red color. Other members of my party got sandwiches with pasta or chips as a side. The portion of sides was pathetic. About a teaspoon of side pasta and I don't know how the chips were measured, but it was about the same as a teaspoon. I will definitely not return to this spot.

Terrific, down home kind of pizzeria with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Beer was cold and the pizza was hot. Great for kids, but the place is rather small so you may encounter a small wait...but don't worry it's worth it.

Rude, Rude, Rude people !! So, my friend stopped by today and asked me to join her for a lunch at Mozzarella's, she knows I will never refuse an invitation to eat even though I already had a little something to eat ...we love trying new places and never heard about this one, so here we go !! It was a Saturday and we are having a very hard time finding parking, driving around several times looking for a spot...yay, we found a spot, but it is not really a parking spot , we notice...what the heck...hopefully we will not get a ticket higher than the tab and here we go ! We walk in kind of lost with a pizza display as we are looking forward a full menu, we are not really greeted but a lady (which is the owner, I guess) point us to the dinner. We sit down and our waiter comes with the menu, we make small talks and order drinks. We look at the menu and do not immediately see anything that catch our STOMACH and end up deciding to share mozzarella sticks as an appetizer , shrimp scampi pasta and garlic knots. The waiter says they have a side of 3 knots but they are not garlic knots...we order 2 sides, 6 knots ...as long as we have butter we are fine (she is a butter lover) ! Mozzarella Stick comes first it is home made and delicious ! Knots came next, and a little side dish with 4 thin slices of butter cut from a stick, she immediately says she will need more. Then THE OWNER comes with another dish with 3 extra thin slices asking whether or not we got our butter BUT clearly annoyed that we asked for more. We do not like her tone and is still not enough butter...my friend is not shy to ask again when the waiter re-appear and he says = I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU FOR A SIDE...THAT'S A LOT , YOU ATE ALMOST A STICK OF BUTTER !!!! My friend gets beet red...I can not believe this and tell him we absolutely do not mind the charge. Did you think it was bad ?? Well, he then return with the butter we are paying for and says, THIS IS THE VERY LAST BUTTER YOU ARE GETTING...WE NEED BUTTER TO COOK !!!! Are you kidding me ?? This is all beyond rude...and my stomach is turning by now. I am glad we are sharing because it was hard to enjoy the last dish (the shrimp scampi). He returns and ask how was everything and she answers it was OK, although she is never coming back and he asks WHY. (what ??) She says in all these years I have been eating out I was never called down because of the butter I use, nor had anyone controlling the amounts. And it was never a stick of butter, more like a quarter. I then finished saying that he could charge us whatever and would not be a problem, but hear what he said was disgraceful and unprofessional. You are running out of butter, you can go to the store and get more, matter of a fact, I doubt that a Italian Restaurant would have only 1 stick ...I have more than that in my fridge ! Bottom line, the meal was ok, but this whole experience could not be more unpleasant ! If there was NO STARS, that would be my choice for this one !
