Extremely disappointing and phenomenally overpriced. My husband got a watered-down cocktail to start. We both started with the lobster bisque that was a smear of salty goo with a tiny pre chewed chunk of lobster in the middle of an enormous bowl meant to trick us into thinking we were served something of substance I suppose. My daughter had the kids meal that the waitress decided to put in with our appetizer order ---not due to our request. The chicken nuggets were the only thing edible from all our meals. The accompanying ravioli were crusted in salt. My husband had the extraordinarily greasy risotto with itty bitty scallops and I had the shrimp and lobster scampi. The pasta was good but the sauce was weird. The shrimp was indistinguishable from the lobster since they both appeared to be smashed or something. Our waitress disappeared for long periods of time for no explicable reason since we were her only guests. No wonder the place was empty given the worst meal we've had in a decade. Oh, and it cost over $100.

I would not recommend this restaurant on any level except if you are really tired and staying at the Hotel. The garlic hummus was good. The pizza tasted like it had been frozen. The Shrimp and avocado cocktail was overcooked, served on a platter with liquid avocado drizzle. More like green Godess Dressing No avocado. Prices are very high. Server must have wanted to go home. Very anxious to get our order in

The service here was excellent. The burger was cooked to perfection. I couldn't understand why all the information and the menu weren't on Yelp though. The steak was very flavorful as well. I shall definitely return the next time I visit Cocoa Beach.

The chopped salad wasn't chopped. The cheese on the salad was big cubes. Gross. The salad dressing was horrible. I ordered it with chicken for an additional $4. The chicken was good but they only put 2oz on at most. The pizza was a total letdown. Frozen crust, bad cheese, canned sauce. I've had better pizza out of the home freezer. Oh, and the food is incredibly expensive. The only good thing was the staff, who were courteous, prompt, and polite. DO NOT eat here.

Extremely good food and perfectly attentive service. Chose to eat here several times during a stay at the Hilton. Our party of 5 sampled several different menu items, including Roasted Chicken, Steakhouse burger, catch of the day (a deliciously prepared tilefish), Prime Rib and more. Had several different appetizers as well, the chicken wings rate among the best we've ever had. Breakfast also very good with a large, varied buffet. The blueberry citrus muffins are amazing. Great atmosphere as well.

Had the fried fish, it wasn't too impressive. The batter was under cooked and soggy. Otherwise the view was great!

Attempted to have dinner here... WOW. We didn't make reservations, as initially we were only coming for happy hour. Which sadly is now only Monday - Thursday 5-7. We were not so welcomed by the hostess for not having a reservation when I saw a total of three tables occupied on a Saturday night. Okay, whatever you say lady! When we asked for a table by the window, a large sigh / grunt was given. Let me check with the manager she stated. Okay...perhaps a grand event was taking place at 6pm on a Saturday..wedding reception perhaps! ... she came back and showed us to a table in the middle of the restaurant with window viewing. Apparently that was her compromise. Upon receiving the menu, we were a little taken back at the prices. I felt like we should be at Ruth Chris. A couple that was departing the restaurant stopped by our table and stated in a very pleasant but assertive manner, "Leave while you still can!" We thought they were joking. We sat there for another 10 minutes..no server in sight. Looking around at the only two tables occupied, as well as the looks upon their faces of agitation and unhappiness... we decided to bail! I still leave the three stars for the M-Th happy hour at the Bar!

Awesome ! Great service . great food , and location location location .Tried the fancy restaurants in cocoa beach and this is the best food! New chef and management makes a big difference. We loved the comfortable tiki bar outside and dinner in the renovated restaurant. Now called "Salt". The baked chicken with gnocchi's was great and my guest enjoyed lobster and shrimp scampi. Delicious. Then we enjoyed an after dinner drink outside sitting near the fire pit. World class!!!

We came here for lunch. There's not much traffic during lunch. Most of the lunch service are for folks sitting outside. We chose to sit inside. Because we were the only guest sitting inside lunch took longer than normal. I almost thought they forgot about us at times. The food was okay. We ordered burgers for the kids and seafood salad. It was very hard to tell what was in the seafood salad because it was in very small pieces. It's a place to eat if you're staying in the hotel, not a place worth driving in traffic for.

We had our (destination) wedding reception at the restaurant - 10 people in a private dining room. The food was EXCELLENT! Yes, a little pricey, but it was all so wonderful. We had the hummus, seafood fritters, crab cakes, and calamari for appetizers - they all were excellent. For the main plates, the group covered the Bistecca steak, roasted chicken, prime rib, and Peruvian sea bass. Everyone said their dishes were perfect. It took a while for everyone to get their food, but when it did arrive, everything was perfect, so the timing can be disregarded :-) The waiter, George, was super friendly, too. The whole meal and experience was as excellent as they come. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fancy meal for a group of people.

Your restaurant staff was incredibly rude my entire stay. I stayed for four nights and not once was I greeted with anything other than condescending tones and rude responses. The worst were the female bar tenders who had absolutely no couth. We sat with a bottle of wine in the bar one night, and instead of walking to our table to ask us to leave (because it was outside alcohol) she announced over the bar that we needed to leave and embarrassed us in front of everyone. I also saw the same woman with the same tactic talking to a customer who had brought in Subway. Everyone in the bar was alerted to her "misbehavior" and she was asked to leave. The worst part was that there was no where else to sit other than the lobby because of the crazy storm outside. So you are forcing paying customers who do not order from your "reasonable" priced items to sit in the rain or in the lobby to eat. Furthermore when I was checking in my credit card was charged $25 dollars a night, when I was told that it would not be charged anything. I am a student on vacation and I did not have the extra $100 budgeted in my trip, which I feel is a important piece of information you should have posted on your website or alert people of this before they book your hotel, considering this is not other hotels policy and they could possibly stay for cheaper. Displeased to say the least.
