Arrived at 7pm. Seated at 7:10. Ordered right away. 8:04 pm food still not brought. Manager says it'll be 2 more minutes because they said they overcooked last steak. Waitress story contradicts this. 8:20 pm food still not at table, so we walk out and will never return. Management doesn't care.

Went there with a bunch of family the day after a wonderful wedding.... Great service, great server... very accommodating.... My steak was so big and so smothered in mushrooms that it took me two sittings to finish my leftovers....

My husband and I just got back from Texas Roadhouse. My husband had the Wednesday night special, the 8 oz sirloin. I had the 10 oz ribeye. They were both wonderful. I had a margarita and the bill only came to $40 which included a generous tip. The potatoes were very large and loved the salted skin. The service was great. All the servers were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place. Will probably come back next Wednesday.

We love it here! Rolls are so good. Husband says the ribs are the best. I enjoy yhe grilled chicken salad. Often we do take out here but when we do dine in its been good service.

The food itself was good although nothing to brag about but the service was just plain terrible. Never received some items that were to come with the main entree but until the end, no refills, noone asking how the meal was except for the manager when I was paying. My kids wife and I would try to raise our hands call and noone would come to assist. I gave a full tip and denied taking the voucher they offered as I dont need free meal but simply a place were you felt good and this was definitely not the place!!! Sad!!!

Stopped in for dinner last night. Typical texas Roadhouse with all the old style decor thru out the restaurant, looks good. Had a 20 min wait, gave us a beeper, actually wasn't a 20 min wait it was a shorter wait. Sat us down in nice booth. Restaurant is clean except for the peanut shells on the floor, but that's their staple. Waitress was very attentive & friendly. She suggested the special. ... 11oz steak for $11 so we both went with that. It was delicious as usual. Was not a long wait for the food to come. Would come back again.

First off... Texas is not just cow boy hats and horse shoes :) the decor.. Lol The thing I like about this place the is the consistency from state to state. The service is always knowledgeable about the tenderness and flavor for each cut. The location for this one is easy and great after a afternoon of shopping. The bread is awesome! My husband said the butter is a little "sweet" but it just taste like butter to me. He typically ordered the ribeye with a loaded back potato and I try to get something different each time. We like to sit at the bar but the seating is lush and plentiful. Overall I would give it 5 stars but it takes a while to receive orders:)

Service was good today and we were immediately seated. We ordered BBQ chicken breast and fried chicken with gravy. Salads were good but the rest of the food was just average. The rolls were plain and even cinnamon butter didn't help. Chicken breast was just plain, smothered with sauce that's just OK, nothing special to it. Fried chicken tasted like it was coated in a relatively plain non spiced coating and covered in an Elmers glue like gravy. Not a bad place but really just plain and nothing memorable. For $35 bucks I don't plan on coming back.

Good/okay service. Bad food quality. Ordered 5 steak plates cooked medium well, 4/5 came out hot pink and the other one came out beyond well done! It was like swallowing rubber with no flavor! The baked potatoes were dry like sand on a desert. Not only that, they messed up our order and gave us the wrong streaks to start with! however, the bread, shrimp, and salad were excellent! Disappointing overall and not likely to return.

My first time at any Roadhouse Restaurant and it was fine. Very Basic but good food. The Rolls are excellent and the food about a 3 but overall a good experience. Large Parties and late nighters are a no-no as they need to get you in and get you out. Don't gum up the works. These large chains treat you like cattle so moo along and get out of the way for there next herd....

Visited on a Tuesday night & arrived at 9:15pm. The hostess gave me a nasty look when I told her we were a party of 9. I guess they must not like to have 9 paying people walk in all at once? Then, they would not accommodate us to sit together, saying that the server of the 8 person table had already gone home. I'm sorry but, can they not get another sever to work that table?!? When ee were finally sat we tried to join the tables. The manager came out and said we couldn't do that. He said any party of more than 8 has to sit separately. Are you kidding me?!? I go to Gator's here in Clermont all the time and have never heard such nonsense from them about not being allowed to put two tables together. Basically, it was a terrible customer service experience. Food-wise, it was good. The cooks forgot to send us a few of our sides but that's not a huge deal. But, it's way overpriced. Outback Steakhouse prices, Buffalo wild wings atmosphere. I took care of the server since none of this was her fault but unfortunately, after the way our party was treated, Won't be going back.

I have had what they call Road Kill and this time had Cat Fish it was very good. Be careful when you bite into Cat Fish its scolding hot let it cool off first . Service so far has been great.

Went back with a group of four only at 4:05 PM and were seated in 8 minutes although told the wait would be 25. Bread brought to the table by the waitress that seated us and immediately took drink order. Took food order on returning with drinks. My prime rib was served without the meals of the other three in our party. Waitress went to check. Approximately 10 min. later all four meals arrived...yes, I had already half eaten my medium rare prime rib. (The extra went home with me without charge). The food was excellent, cooked to the right degree and served hot. The service of our waitress was top notch. Still some bugs to fix evidently but great for small group with some wait.

The atmosphere is great, the music is great but the meat quality is horrible. I had asked for my steak to be cooked medium they gave me a extremely fatty steak that rare or raw. I sent it back and just recooked or microwaved it. It came still raw or rare and this time it was burnt. I told them I needed it to be cooked medium. Instead of giving me a new steak they recooked it a third time and this time it was completely burnt to a crisp and the steak shrunk so small is was ridiculous. The manager was the one that took the steak back the second time and you would think they would grill up a new steak but to recook the same one is very professional. I just this needed to be shared. When there are so many choices out there for a good steak. I very disappointed.

A Welcome addition to Clermont! I've always been a fan of Texas Roadhouse for their basic approach to American family steakhouse. Just to be clear this is not the place to get a gourmet choice cut like Capital Grille or Ruth's Chris. This is the ying to Outback's yang, which in Clermont was always packed until now. So Texas Roadhouse has accomplished in providing good quality steaks, salads and chicken. All while delivering service and food experience a cut above the chain dominated Clermont restaurant scene. My wife and I enjoy the no nonsense menu. Pick the cut, pick your sides and wait a little bit for a good square meal. Every trip starts with the standard peanuts and yeast rolls. Gotta eat the rolls, while their hot to get maximum enjoyment. The Caesar salad is better than your typical chain, properly served in a chilled dish. Steaks are cut to proper temperature every time. Just be careful on trying to get into this Mecca for straight up American cuisine. Recommend calling ahead and stay away on Wednesday Nights the $8.99 sirloin steak special. Check it out for a quick lunch, to grab a beer or dinner with family and friends.
