Understaffed front of the house. No busser and lots of dirty tables, had to wait for the hostess to clean our table. She was solo and running around like crazy to keep wait times low and it wasn't even busy. Not an efficiently run store.

First and last time at THIS Chilis, Long story short...tried the enchiladas, server ordered wrong ones, then brought out cold green chili sauce to pour on warm food... manger replaced the plate, no big deal.... I asked my bf why he ordered ginger ale for the first time in the 5 years that I have known him. He said it was tea. TEA??!?! I've been in the business for 15+ years.... I mention to the manager that the tea is a little light, she says, "Well, ma'am, there's only one way to make tea"(sarcastic smile) .... Story ends like this... She gets him blackberry tea and flames come out my ears.

We have gone back a couple of times and if we sit in the bar area the service is way better. Are there other places I'd rather go to? Yes. But this is a decent option if we've exhausted the others.

First impressions are that it feels quite cramped in the restaurant, especially in the booths, though we were met, greeted and seated very quickly when we arrived at 6.30pm Starters of batter covered onion rings and chillies were quite tasty, not too greasy and enough for 4 of us as a starter. Kids meal of chicken tenders arrived in a basket containing 3 large chicken strips with fries.... A good size portion for our young ones. Steaks arrived; a well done sirloin cooked as requested and the rib eye requested as medium was edging on the side of medium/well. Nevertheless, both steaks were tasty. 2 of the accompanying breads were "burnt" and the side of broccoli was watery. A large portion of the molten chocolate dessert was soon demolished by our group. Overall the food was passable (we've eaten worse....and better) Service was a bit haphazard as we were served by 3 different members of staff during the meal and my daughter had to share a steak knife despite 2 requests for a replacement knife. On the plus side the bill came to 74 dollars for 1 appetiser, 3 adult entrees, 2 children meals, 1 dessert, 1 premium cocktail, 2 beers and 6 soft drinks.

Have tried this place several times since my initial review. Service has generally been passable, though sometimes lackluster and uncaring. It's the mediocre food that brings this place down. Over time, it seems the kitchen staff has turned their focus from producing a decent product to getting plates out quickly instead. Why can't it be both? At this point, we're thinking it's not worth bothering to go here again.

This Chili's is so close to where we live but I'm pretty sure, we're never, ever going to come here again. I could write a novel regarding this visit, but for the sake of efficiency I posted some photos of this tragic experience, and invite you, fellow Yelpers to see for yourself. I will note, that this was not our first, but fourth visit, all previous visits were disappointing in one way or another, but we kept coming back for more until we finally learned our lesson.

Not sure where these bad reviews came from, we nearly didn't visit because of them. My parents recommended this place as it was down the road from where we were staying. We have been twice on our vacatoon and got there 2 for 20 dollars deal both times. I got the ribs, my wife the burger and we both shared the massive chips and guacamole. The second time she got the salad, I the fajitas and we shared the toffee browny desert last time, which was free with a coupon. - what a steal!! I enjoyed the food both times and it was of good quality. My wife loved the desert and said the food was about 7/10 for her. But we both agreed it was amazing value, the place was clean, designed well, wasn't loud and we got very good service. We had a server in under a minute and were eating the starter several minutes later. The main came out as we finished. I've eaten at better places but for well over triple the cost. I don't write reviews much at all but this place looked misrepresented on here so don't be put off by the bad reviews.

Place was empty except for 2tables Dirty floor and dirty tables Friend told them about the mess and our server said it was someone else's table, who was out on cig break, but that he would clean it. We all laughed it off though it was not funny. The woman came and squirted the table once and left. Our waiter went and finished cleaning off the table. Not a good look, floor still a mess. Putting a beware wet sign on the mess does not help! I would have left at this point, but we had been driving so long and the kids were hungry. Part of lunch order was charged as dinner. Had to speak to manager about that. Saw one manager at register but he never came back. When we did not leave the other manager asked if we needed something. Hmmmm..... My corrected bill and receipt and food that was not given ? .... Food was tasty but really bad service. Will still to my Hunters Creek location!

We walked in and the restaurant was practically empty. The host (Jaime) sat us down and was friendly. After waiting 10 plus minutes and no one coming to our table, I asked for the manager and was ready to walk out. Others who walked in after us had been helped, no one had even come to say Hi to us. The manager Julie came apologized and asked us to stay. I am glad we stayed, we recieved great service after she came. The food was great. I had the new pork carita tacos they were delicious (forgot to take a picture). The bar tender (James) came over to bring us our drink and was extremely attentive and nice to my children. He made their visit better.

Just ordered a carry out order this evening and my experience was awful. My boyfriend and I each ordered the Margarita Fresh Mex Bowl and an order of chips with queso. The food was HORRIBLE! The rice was ice cold, the chicken was meh, and I could barely choke down the chicken with-out smothering it in queso. The chips were even meh and seemed to be on the greasy side. Plus, my boyfriend found a hair in his food! SO GROSS! We had to throw basically the whole meal away after spending $30. I typically don't eat at chain restaurants and this is a prime example of why I don't. So nasty, stay away!

Food took too long to get to table and excuse was because asparagus was not available due to some freeze in country. You would think the waitress or manager would have known before we came in at 7:30 PM. Bad excuse. Then they did not take error off of check so they were going to up-charge us anyways. We had to call waitress again and wait forever

It's Chili's - what do you expect? Get what you pay for. Went on a Thursday night around 7 - chips and salsa (especially the salsa) was super salty. We got the app platter that was around $12 - SW eggrolls, chicken fingers, onion rings. Seems like the food had sat in the kitchen awhile before we got it - the rings were soggy as were the fingers - which when done right, are SO good. We have put this back on our "list" of never to return restaurants. So long, Chili's.

I tried to give this one a second chance, third chance, whatever it may be. Be it that it is Spring Break, it was understandably busy, but it was my Hubby's B-day and we wanted to celebrate! However, if after waiting two hours for our food (a salad, kids macaroni, kids pizza, and fajitas) and over-filling ourselves with free chips and salsa wasn't enough, having the family next to us getting their entrees before us when they arrived after us, was unacceptable. The waitress may have apologized and pleaded it wasn't her fault, but a sure sign that it was in fact partly so when she her first mistake was not getting our drink orders until she was ready to finally get our meal orders a half hour after we first sat down. Needless to say, we walked out. I think this time was the straw that broke the camel's back. I will never go back again.

My husband and I went to our tried and true favorite Chili's. We decided to try the Mexican fare and had the beef enchilada and chicken enchilada dinners. Our server, Brennan, was a very personable young man and his service was excellent. The dinner was terrific! We definitely recommend this Chili's.

Food was typical for chilis. It's decent eating for a reasonable price. My only issue with this location was the To Go ordering. I called ahead and ordered three dinner entrees. Apparently it was an issue for my child to get a plain chicken and cheese quesadilla. They don't have those and had to change one of their specialty quesadillas to what I wanted. Upon arrival the customers in front of me we're going through the same issues and it was taking a long time to straighten out their order. Once I finally got up to pay I was so ready to go I didn't insure everything was in the bag as I ordered. They forgot to include my wife's salad and I didn't notice until I got home. The lady was nice and apologized several times while I was there. I would not recommend that service from chilis at this time. Maybe the dine-in experience would be better. It didn't appear that management was concerned about how things ran.

Food was edible but nothing to rave about! We ordered the fajita trio and it arrived sizzling but very undercooked! The shrimp was cold and still opague. The steak was still red and bloody. The serving size was very small for the price they charge. The rice had a strange green tint to it. The kids got boneless buffalo chicken and fries. They liked it but said it was also a little cold. The server was brand new and doing her best to figure out the Chilis system. The place was empty but we still had about a ten minute wait to get seated. Two of the waiters got into a pretty loud fight which was a little strange. We live close by but don't find the need to return any time soon! Much better options in the area for the money!

I ate here last night after a long day at Disney. This place was awesome! Make sure to ask for Justin, he was a friendly, extremely funny and very good server. He and Jenn worked as a team on our table. They never missed a beat. We tried the 2for $20 deal. One appetizer and 2 dinner entrees for $20-a steal. I had the 6 ounce steak which came w mash potatoes, broccoli and a slice of garlic bread-so delicious. The manager brought my meal out and asked me to cut into my steak, asked if it was how I liked it. I did and it was a lil too pink so she sent it back. Brought it back again and it was perfect. Service great, food great. Make sure to dine here. You're in for a treat.

Seated right away.....waited almost ten minutes for a server. No utensils on the table or napkins when drinks arrived. Food took forever to come out. Needless to say this place sucks. Never again. It wasn't crowded either. Pathetic management for sure. We live in the area and will not return.

The food is like any other one you can go to. And that pretty much is where the praise or good points of this place ends. You will see your next birthday past by you while waiting just to be seated. Once or if your get seated you will be shocked when you get a server to even notice that you seated. It's just not the server but the managers. It seems that severing food is the last thing one their minds. Guest service is just out the window. The cleanness of the place would tell you all you need to know. Spend the extra 15 minutes and go to the one off I-4.

Stopped in on a Thursday evening to grab a quick bite to eat. The parking lot wasn't full so I was very surprised when we walked in the door and found people waiting to be seated. Looked around and saw a number of empty tables that needed to be bussed which is what was holding up the seating process. The hostess was a little older and very sweet but wan't very quick, what she lacked in speed was made up for in her personality. She really was the nicest person. At one point we were speaking with the manager and told him how nice she was but just a little slow. His response was that she is a great employee and gives great customer service so he tries to schedule her shifts when her lack of speed is not a problem. Our waitress was great, very attentive. I haven't been to Chili's in a while and didn't know they had changed their menu. There were 5 if us in our party and 3 out of 5 ordered burgers, they were all cooked as ordered and were really good. Another had soup and salad and then my daughter ordered off the kids menu. Food was a little slow to come out but it was hot when it did. So our quick dinner took a little longer than planned but the quality of the food and service was good.

Been to this chilis about 5 times and each time it gets worse. Between one server constantly eyeballing, drooling and commenting on my margarita and how bad she needs one, to coming back a second time and she sits across my table only to put her foot on the booth so she could conveniently wipe off the food she spilled on her sneaker. 3rd visit was no better. This final visit tonight was the cherry. How do you talk to your table and take our food order with your back turned to the table and little to no acknowledgment of a simple request for silverware??? If you don't like your job find a different job. Having a bad day? Then stay home. In the service industry that is exactly what it is "service" and good service is how you make your money.

Average Chili's. When we arrived this location was pretty dead which made us happy because most Chili's are always packed. Service was average and the staff seemed to all hang out at the hostess stand due to the lack of business to have social hour. Each part of our meal had something wrong, but our waitress was quick to fix it always acknowledging that it was their fault. Food came out quick, hot and fresh so no complaints.
