Husband and I just had the $9 lunch special, burger, side and drink. We had our burgers cooked med rare. They were perfectly cooked to our order. I had mine topped with lettuce, pickle, tomato, goat cheese. Husband had lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeno and their special sauce. These burgers were juicy. The toppings were fresh and crisp. I had the sweet potato tater tots, husband had the onion rings. Both sides were freshly made, hot and crispy. I highly recommend the tater tots!! Services was fantastic. This was our first time there. The guy working the front, helped explain the menu and gave his recommendations. He brought our food to our table. Checked back with a couple times, to see if we needed anything. When we were finished, he offered us a free sample of any flavor ice cream. We tried the pumpkin ice cream. If I were not so full, I would have ordered some. Going to go back just for the pumpkin ice cream, it is a amazing!!! Everyone needs to have the pumpkin ice cream!!

- Great burger selection - Refried onion rings - Friendly staff - Horrible aftermath! I'm always in for a good burger place. My wife found this on here while on our way to our way to the Crooked Can Brewing Company - Sunday adventure. I think they overdo

First time visit but will make it a regular stop. Burger was delicious and the vegetables were very fresh and crisp. Fries were also tasty. You have to try this place, great kept secret.

Love it. From the cool interior, to the always present, always welcoming owner, to the great burgers, this is my favorite burger spot whenever I'm in Clermont. ( I am from nearby Orlando, but find myself up in Clermont fairly regularly.). The beef is hormone free, they have gluten free buns, and they buy everything from local vendors- what's not to love? I'm not at all sure why there are so many negative Yelp reviews on this place. Maybe it's because it's Clermont? My apologies to my friends who live there, but this is the land of chain restaurants. And this isn't one. This place would thrive in Orlando, where there is more of a foodie presence. I can't wait till my next visit!

Yum! A new local place for a burger and even better... it is farmed locally as well. All of it. The eggs, turkey, chicken, beef and all! Come try it out. No hormones, grass fed, natural and clean! I had a yummy turkey burger with mushrooms and cheese. Very clean tasting. Other folks had pork belly and the grass fed burgers and everyone was happy. We will be back.

Stopped in for a late lunch around 3pm on a Saturday; only 3 other tables were occupied. It took almost 20 minutes to get a burger with cheese and onion rings with two cooks at the grill. The burger was good but the bottom of the bun was a bit soggy - would have made a big difference if the bun had been toasted. I was really disappointed in the onion rings - they were tasteless; the batter could have used some seasoning. A bit pricey for so-so food. This is my second time at this restaurant and I'm not sure I'll go back. Great concept but the atmosphere is bland, the staff hangs around the cooks counter - could the distraction be causing the food to come out slow?
(2)Seth R.
They lost us at "out of gluten-free buns". Skip it. Unremarkable, slow, and expensive. Lunch for 2 - $25. Burgers and French fries were under seasoned and unimaginative. Presentation was lame. Local farmers...just sell you beef to Publix. It's wasted at Burger Craft.
(1)Nelson D.
It's like bareburger in New York. All that organic milkweed shit. You get the picture. You order at the counter take a number and wait at your table. It sounds all fine and dandy but for the fact that we never got to taste the food. As we look at the menu a nice girl told us that it would be 1/2 hour wait for burgers ( for burgers!!!!). Apparently they only had one cook, but I saw 2. Where I come from I can find 10 places where 1 guy makes hundreds of burgers a day. So we turned around and walked out!!!!!! Went next door to kekes

I went there with my son and friend tonight. We all got a burger of some sort, and have to say the burger's meat was FANTASTIC! That being said the toppings were meh, I ordered blue cheese expecting some blue cheese crumbles instead I got some crumbles but also blue cheese dressing (weird). The real reason this isn't more stars is because of the sides my sweet potato fries were good, however the regular fries were terrible, like freezer isle fries would be an improvement, there was just no seasoning and some were even under cooked. The worst was the hush puppies, it was like a fried lump of dirt. I love the idea of having a plethora of side items but I would rather have just a few and have them well done than a lot that are mediocre at best. I will go there again, but probably skip the sides.
(3)Soleil E.
The burgers here are great I love it, the fact that it's the only organic gluten free place in town def won me over !! I had a turkey burger and my hubby had a regular both were delicious. My only complaint which I hate to even complain (bc this place is awesome) but I ordered the onion rings instead of fries and the onion rings were horrible soooo much batter and pretty much burned. Next time I will stick to fries or try the sweet potatoes tots!

So, let me start by saying that I know quality food costs more money AND I don't mind paying extra for something well made. Seeing the prices at this place and the fact that their beef is locally sourced made me believe that the food was going to be special. I was disappointed to find out that my assumptions were incorrect. My boyfriend and I stopped in before seeing a movie in the adjacent plaza. We each ordered a burger, a bucket of fries, and a couple of beers. First of all, mad props to Burger Craft for having a decent beer selection. Definitely gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling. The fries were decent, especially with the BC sauce. I did, however, feel that the sauce was missing something. It was good, but not great. The burgers were less than impressive. The bun was 5X the size of the beef patty and the taste was just ok. Again, I was disappointed. With all of that in mind, I was definitely upset that I paid over $30 for basically average food. The prices should match the quality of the food....Burger Craft just doesn't have it. I may have given Burger Craft an extra star had I paid $20 for everything. Price should match quality....you should get what you pay for. Another reason why I was a little less than impressed was the aesthetic. It almost seemed like Burger Craft couldn't quite decide what they're going for. They have a mix of trendy, country, "down on the farm", and modern and it just looks and feels confusing. Plus they only play really loud country music.....doesn't really appeal to everyone. In short, Burger Craft is just ok. If you're in the area stop by and make your own opinion....not worth traveling for though.

I have heard people rave about this place. I will admit that I am not a food snob, so I wasn't as impressed as I was intrigued about the difference between grass fed beef vs whatever kind of beef I normally eat. The menu is simple. The decor is simple. The burgers try to be gourmet but other than the obvious taste difference that I can neither describe as better or worse than conventional beef, they were not noteworthy. Simple. I like to try new things, and I will probably be back to eat here at some point. However, I think I was disappointed by the hype vs reality. I'm sure it's fine for the foodies, but it was underwhelming to a schmo like myself.
(2)Michelle W.
The food here is delicious!!! It's all locally sourced and you can taste the freshness! They have a separate fryer for the French fries to keep them gluten free, offer gluten free buns and other alternatives for those with food allergies. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! The portion size is just more than you can eat if you get a combo with the fries. We are taking some home. I had the burger bowl and it was amazing. My husband had the burger and loved it. The bacon we added was also delicious. Excellent ingredients make for excellent meals!
(5)Timothy L.
It is overpriced for what it is. My burger was not cooked to spec and the food came out randomly. Not really a good bang for your buck. Won't be going back. Save your money.
(2)Jerry E.
The only reason I am giving this review 1 star is because I can't give it negative stars. I don't know how long this place has been in business but my guess is that it will not be in business this time next year, not if my experience is at all typical of the food and service I experienced tonight. The burgers here are fairly expensive, $7 for your basic burger and then $1 or $2 per premium topping. If the quality and taste justified the high cost, I wouldn't utter a word about it, but this burger was truly one of the worst I've ever had. The meat was dry, over cooked and completely flavorless. I don't think there was even any salt put on it while it was cooking. If you like your burger medium rare or medium, forget it! They don't even ask you how you would like it cooked, you just get it the way you get it. I could have gone anywhere in the area and had a very good meal for the nearly $30.00 bucks I plunked down at this place for me and my daughter - what a mistake, one I will not make again. The food came to our table in unintentional stages, first my daughters burger arrived, a few minutes later my burger was brought to the table; mine was completely wrong. I had ordered lettuce, tomato, onion and "BC Sauce" (which is just ketchup & mayo mixed together) What I got was a burger with nothing on it but lettuce. Since the young lady who brought our food to the table didn't bother to come back and check on us to see if everything came out alright, I walked the basket of food back up to the counter where a woman, who I presume was the manager, tried to make it better, but only succeeded in making it worse. Rather than politely just taking my basket and making my burger correctly, wrapping it back up and have it brought back to the table with some hot fries, she looked at me and said she could give me some tomato and onion on the side and I could put it on myself "if that was okay," I said "No, it wasn't okay. I ordered my burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and sauce on it and if I wanted to make it myself I would have stayed home" (I guess I was just a little taken aback by what I perceived to be a typical fast food type of response and so I got snippy) I just left my basket on the counter and walked back to my table. A few seconds later the same burger was set down in front of me and then I was handed a paper boat with my tomato and onion in it (way to keep it classy) Anyway, I could have forgiven all that I suppose, it wasn't THAT big of a deal really, but then I finally bit into my burger and I was done... forget it. I took one more bite just to be sure I wasn't imagining things - nope, I was right, it was awful. I just set my basket aside and sat there fuming at the 27 bucks I had basically just thrown away. After we were DONE "eating" our Appetizer of fried pickles finally arrived to our table, which were actually pretty good I must admit, the one silver lining in an otherwise dismal culinary experience....if only they had arrived as an Appetizer rather than dessert.

I am such a big fan of this place!! It's so nice to not have another "chain" restaurant open up in Clermont and even better than that...they buy everything from local vendors! Their meats are all local & taste phenomenal! They had a lot of great local/organic and even gluten free beers as well! I can't wait to go back and try their ice cream! Such a fun little place and I would deff recommend it!!
(5)Brittany P.
Couldn't decide what we wanted for lunch but knew a burger sounded good. Noticed the burger sign as we were turning in for yet another not-that-great burger over at Bdubs. We are huge burger connoisseurs and come from Tampa & Orlando where foodie life ranks supreme and food needs to stand out in order for it to be repeated....Burger Craft meets the requirement. First of all, the beef is on point! 100% grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free...worth every penny! I got a burger "bowl" which is the burger patty sans the bun... but not just wrapped in lettuce like Burger Fi & others of the like. No, this is served in an actual salad of organic greens--complete with your choice of dressing. I added sauteed mushrooms, carmelized onions, pimento cheese (um, yes, every restaurant south of the mason dixon line needs some pimento cheese on the menu!) and BC sauce (ketchup/mayo based). Bf got a double patty create your own burger topped with a fried egg, bacon, american cheese and BC sauce. Judging by the amount of gooey goodness stuck in his beard & his exclamation that "we never have to drive to winter park for a burger again"-- his burger was amazing! The bacon was delicious. We shared the 2/$3 basket of sweet potato tater tots and fries..... the fries were delicious! But the sweet potato tater tots were out of this world yumminess! So so so good. I could live off those tater tots. Just make sure you blow on them first, they are made fresh to order & served hot! To drink we had a Jai Lai from Cigar City Brewing Co....anyone that sells Cigar City is already winning in our book. We also shared a homemade vanilla milkshake. Did I mention HOMEMADE? So creamy and tasty! The overall look of Burger Craft is so fun. Very hipster friendly which always makes me giggle. Absolutely loved the chalkboard on the wall that told you a lil bit about the different local farms they use. Another fun part were the large canvas prints of farm animals decorating the walls. We were told they were photos from the above mentioned local farms &&& I thought that was so neat! Sue, the owner, was so friendly and you can tell she really cares about her restaurant and what kind of product they put out. She made a point to just say hi and that goes along way in our books. Overall, great food... great beer... great atmosphere. Finally, Clermont is starting to bust out from the stereotypical restaurant chains! We will be back very soon!

Spontaneous road trip brought us to Claremont, Fl. We searched for eateries in the area and decided to try out this spot. We weren't 100% sure about the pricing so we scouted it out first. The prices were comparable to what we were used to spending. Anyway, did $10 I got a meal that not only satisfied but was pretty tasty too. (turkey burger with avocado, corn on the cob and a drink). Hubby for a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. If you are about free refills - the machine is accessible for the customer to refill their drinks. We went on a Wednesday so there wasn't many people but there were a few folks that came through. The restaurant is clean and seating is spacious. I can't speak on the other items on the menu. But all-in-all it was a nice place for lunch.
(5)Rachel V.
This is my second visit. Figured I'd give it another try. The way they serve is to bring out each dish when it's ready. The problem with that is after waiting 15 minutes, it's hard to tell your hungry 2-year old that her food is coming when everyone else has been served already. The macaroni and cheese is decent. The fries are very good. The black bean patty sucked. It was mushy like applesauce. Just fell apart. Again. Tasted terrible. And the service was horrible.
(2)Railya I.
Not impressed, burger was very dry, soup came out after the burger and we were the only two people in the restaurant, I don't mind paying 40 something dollars for 2 burgers, 2 beers and a cup of soup as long as it's made well, will not be back.
(2)Mary M.
I expected more...especially for the price. I expected to pay a little more because of the type of food served- organic, no hormones, etc. what I got was disappointment. Burger was average. For the price I was hoping to see a large burger and bun. It was standard size. Mine was cooked as ordered, my sons was not. Our food was not served at the same time. It comes out as it is cooked and ready. We are adults, so we understood; the children beside us did not understand why their father got his food, but they had to wait. The sides were awful. Onion rings were greasy and over cooked, almost burnt. The dipping sauce was bland, tasted like only mayo and catsup mixed together. The sweet potato tots were flavorless. The pickles and sliced red onion were fresh, crisp and delicious. We won't be back.

I'm not kidding when I say I eat here at least 3 x's a week with my boyfriend I have yet to find another burger joint with the friendliest staff and one that also offers local ingredients and grass fed meat on their burgers. This joint has all three of those qualities! I usually go in and order a double patty burger cooked medium rare with a gluten free bun. (Be sure to specify how you want your burger. They cook all to medium well if you don't specify). They also have a wide range of ingredients and toppings for you to add on your burger for an extra cost but they are so damn worth it! I know my burger ends up being $20 but it's so big I usually have leftovers for my next meal. Try adding tomatoes, arugula, roasted garlic aoli, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, and their wonderful goat cheese spread this burger is what makes me keep coming back! Not to mention Suzanne the owner of Burger Craft, is the kindest woman with the most beautiful soul. She took notice to how often my boyfriend and I visit and brought out a huge bucket of fries for the kids and then surprised us with ice cream! â€â€â€I am unbelievably shocked with how great this place has turned out and how guilt-free I feel promoting this business with my business.
(5)Brandon M.
So my family and I decided to try craft ( despite some of the reviews ) There were 4 of us and we all ordered cheese burgers with various items added ( receipt attached ). We ordered at 5:59pm and had our good within 10 min. It was really good and in my opinion the best burger place in clermont. A+. Def will come back a lot. They must have made some improvements so I'm very happy!!
(4)Steven T.
I do like the fact that it's 100% all natural with zero hormones and antibiotics. After that fact the burger is just ok. If 5 Guys opens up next to this place they (Burger Craft) would probably go out of business. However, the staff is super friendly and the Sweet Potato tots are amazing. I had a burger medium well with lettuce, yellow America cheese, bacon and truffle mayo. The burger was over cooked and the truffle mayo tasted like regular mayo. The bacon was perfect. We also ordered Boiled Peanuts. They were pretty good but I've had better from the roadside. Overall the place has a great vibe and the owner is a very sweet lady. She was kind enough to visit our table to check on us at the end of our meal and tell us about the seasoned fries. Wish we'd known about the seasoned fries early on. If anything, add some seasoning to the burger.
(3)Jeff H.
just another over priced burger joint. Want a great burger? Go to Culver's. their like 4 bucks compared to 10 here
(2)Judy B.
I had high hopes for this grass fed beef place . I expected to pay higher which is fine for quality food. I was very disappointed to say the least. Paper thin small Burger arrived on a huge (white flour (processed ) bun . Could barely find the over cooked dry tasteless burger. Fries were stone cold. Tea was ok but watery. I am sorry to say but this place I will never return to. My husbands BBQ burger had no BBQ. His potato soup was so so , nothing special . Very little flavor .
(1)Lisa J.
Starting this review by saying I don't mind paying a little more for tasty, quality product. Grass fed beef and hormone free foods are worth the extra buck in my book. My husband and I stopped in for lunch today. I got their version of a chicken club ($9) and my hubby got a burger with egg and bacon on it ($10). The food was ok. My sandwich was more bun than anything. (By the time I pulled away the parts of the bun that weren't covering food, I had about half a burger bun in my basket.) My husband ordered a side of sweet potato tots and they came jammed into the small basket his burger was served in. Made it a little hard to spread out and enjoy. Anyway, the food was ok....nothing special, but the part that made me feel dissatisfied, was I left unsatisfied. I was still hungry. Here I am about 2 hours later and I'm starving. My husband is too. I'm not looking to leave gorged full of food but a sandwich and a couple of tots should hold someone over for a few hours at least. In short, food is ok, portions are small and don't justify the price. The extra buck you spend here will be better spent in gas for the drive to Burger-Fi in Winter Park or Dr. Phillips.

Try the bc sauce its awesome. Staff was friendly and informative on the menu options. Burger is not as big as the bun but they are fresh prices are a little high but flavor is excellent!! They also have a nice cheese selection!

Not impressed at all. Burgers were 50 cent size well done on 3 pieces of bun. Was their special. Even person serving said I know they are so small I believe owner came and tried to rectify and also gave $5.00 off coupons to all and cards for free ice cream. Unfortunately FIRST impressions are a big deal and we were not impressed. Do t think it will last here in Clermont

As much as I love the idea of using local farms to make delicious grass-fed burgers, I was less than impressed with Burger Craft. When we first walked in, their signature burger menu left much to be desired. I did, however, love that they did burger bowls where you could skip the bun and get a salad instead. My husband built his own burger and I got the burger bowl. We ended up waiting a while for our food to come out and when it did I was disappointed in how small my salad was. The price tag on our lunch for one burger with fries and a drink, and one burger bowl was $25 which wasn't too too shocking when you know the meat is coming from our local farms. Overall my salad was OK. The burger was a little overcooked for my liking but the goat cheese spread and the special sauce that I used for dressing was delicious. My husband enjoyed his burger and I did try one his fries, which was super fresh and not too fried at all. Our experience was OK but it didn't give me enough reason to want to go back. I would highly recommend that they set up a delivery service to the local World of Beer though as I think it would increase business!

Three people #1 burger w/fries med well #1 burger rare #2 burger w/ fries med Mac & cheese w/ bacon Fried pickles All food was cooked as ordered Fries needed salt. Appetizers had good flavor. Mac and cheese uses real cheese, but the bacon is a topping. It is not cooked in, like a carbonara style pasta. The burger toppings were very flavorful. The only negative- these are extremely expensive burgers. The burgers are smaller than the typical American 1/4 pounder in size. The 10-15 dollar per burger is a la carte. Fries are extra. Order was packaged and ready to go in under 10 minutes. None of the wait time issues some reviewers had. I do not understand why the standard is medium well, if they are using high quality fresh beef. The rare burger was a perfect rare. Summary: High quality, good flavor. Small portion size. High price.

Food is good service is friendly. Didn't take long for me to get the food. Not sure if it's bc I came during the slow time but other than that I would recommend others to come try it. It's organic so it'll be pricer common sense duh.

We stopped in here last night, as it's close to the movie theatre. It's casual dining, featuring burgers that can be customized with many specialty toppings. They use grass-fed beef and locally-sourced produce. Side dishes such as hush puppies were also excellent. They also have home made ice cream.

The food was good but the atmosphere is not the best. All natural products grass fed beef. I had the loaded fries very good. My wife had pulled pork it was good.

Clermont has a fair number of places to grab a decent burger for a town of its size. Burger Craft has already successfully wedged itself in there as a contender in the burger world. The burger tastes like you would expect, natural, delicious and the size was appropriate. As a French fry connoisseur, Burger Craft fries are a variation from the expectation. Think of a steak fry with a bigger crunch. Not bad at all but I was hoping for the fresh cut, Five Guy style of fries. Just a preference. Fries served in a tin bucket, while eating at a picnic table makes you feel as though someone invited you to their backyard barn for a dinner prepared only steps from your seat. I've seen people post that prices are high but in comparison to prices for this type of food, I thought they were very fair. If you are looking for a deal, order the daily special. I have a burger with Vermont Cheddar Cheese, house made chips and a drink for $10. You can save $4 by purchasing a value meal at McDonalds if that is what you are after. We went in the first couple of weeks they were opened and they seemed to have service down well. A Meal for 5 came out in 10 minutes. The cashier didn't ring in our request for fries but they quickly made the correction and didn't charge for them. We very much appreciated that. Burger Craft does their part in the all to slow progress of the farm to table movement here in Florida. I am hoping that more like it pop up. In fact, my suggestion to them is to open up a small shack near the Clermont Waterfront. It would fill a gap this community is missing, a farm to table experience in a natural setting.

Might be the best burger of my entire life....The Burgernator. And the Peak Organic beer was delicious too. The burger was a little slow coming out, but so very worth the wait!!

Horrible...paid additional 2 dollars for pork belly to top my son's burger and it was cold...what an awful experience. Buns were stale...They got my order wrong, owner was apologetic to the point of annoying.

My friend has been wanting to bring me here since they opened so the anticipation built up over a couple weeks. I was not disappointed! I built my own burger that was absolutely delicious and had the sweet tots which were also good. The jalapeños are fresh so beware, they are hot. We tried the special peach milkshake which hit the spot perfectly. The staff was friendly ans service was efficient. We sat in the back to avoid some of the noise in the front. I will be back! Thanks Burger Craft!

Service was super SLOW and the place was not packed, prices were too much for a burger.

This place is awesome! The burgers and food is all locally sourced, grain fed, and organic. The Mac and cheese is amazing, and the short rib sliders are as well! They have an extremely friendly staff, and the founder Suzanne is there to ensure everything is perfect. The variety of toppings is plentiful and includes things like charred pineapple, gruyere cheese, even PB&J. If your in the area and hungry, check out Burger Craft!

Went for lunch today. Wait was about 30 minutes for a dry burger and bland ore-Ida fries I could have made better at home. They go out of their way to tell you about this awesome meat and then put it on an untoasted Arnold store bought bun. For $24 for 2 burgers it was ridiculous. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

Love the concept of this restaurant, but not sure we'd go back. My hubby termed it a higher end Five Guys with ordering at the counter and sitting at tables to have the food brought to you when done. We went with a friend who ordered a burger bowl, garlic chips to share and the #2 special burgenator. Was a bit of a wait to get the food, but not horrible. Because the food came out with our different orders there is a bit of a delay between our order and our friend's. The garlic chips only ok. Not sure that was worth it. Our friends burgenator burger bowl had no real sauce to it, although it says it comes with an aioli. She ended up loading it with ketchup and mustard. When the full burgenator came out, we noticed how small the burger is - now to be fair, it is not a 'flat' burger, so it was built up more. But the portion did seem really small. Egg was way over cooked (should have been runny) and the burger, even though we specifically asked for medium (as they note on the sign at the register you must tell them if you want anything other than well done), we got a very well done burger. With the egg cooked over hard, well done burger and no real taste of the aioli, it was just 'meh' - we could have done better at home and we buy grass fed local beef as much as possible. The value just does not seem to be here, only so-so food and the price is high (yes, I know this is grass fed, local). At Burger Craft the sides are all extra and not cheep unless you get their special. It was great to try a new place in town, but need to know that the food would have been better especially if we are going to pay this much.

My wife and me tried burger craft for the first time the food was decent the service was pretty good the prices were a bit on the high side but over all we would probably stop in again but not on a regular basis

Everything was great! One of the better burgers you can find around town and good menu options if you have kids. Nice to have a place like this in Clermont.

Visited this place for a second time. This time round, the owner made her way to my table. Really demonstrated customer service at its best. My meal wasn't perfect, she saw it, and fixed it. Honestly was one of the best burgers I've had in the past year. Will be back as a regular. Because of this experience the second time round, I've upgraded to 5 stars.

Ive already eaten here three times and its only been open for three weeks. The first time I ordered the short rib special but asked for it on top of their Mac n Cheese with jalapeños of course, and they kindly obliged my off the menu request. Its was insanely good. The next time I ordered the Burger Bowl, which came of a bed of mixed greens and that burger was sooo good I had to come back 2 days later and order it again. The french fries are pretty much the best ones Ive had almost anywhere. Its like they are double fried or something, they stay crispy forever. I have not tried the milk shakes but my friend looked really happy drinking his. I did however try a few of their craft beers which I had never tried any of and they were very good.

I wish I would have taken a picture of our food. It was pretty good stuff. Slow when we went in, but the young girls were helpful in helping us decide that it was a good place to eat. First the way they "fry" the burgers up is nothing special (which I wish people would flame broil more, but that's another argument). The Burger I got had teh aioli on it, bacon, monterrey jack cheese, and was a decent size and cooked to order. I additionally got the fries and sweet tots basket. The reason they did not get a 5 star from me was the fries sucked....how to you screw the french fries up? Well those tots made up for it, they were so tasty, they're going to have me looking for them at other restaurants now. Overall, clean atmosphere, nice staff. They use fresh, farm raised beef, GRASS FED TOO. This is a place people should support. I wish they charged less, but that is the trend with these "craft" places, fresh food, expensive taste. Continued success to the place.

Nothing special really. Yes, the turkey burger was amazing but other than the fact that the meat is local and grass fed there was nothing (other than salad) that was healthy on the menu. Everything was deep fried or loaded with sugar. I ordered a turkey bowl (they do NOT have wheat buns, only white or gluten free) the girl that took the order didn't specify turkey and they made a beef so I had to wait again for a turkey burger to be made.. The burger itself was great but it was a just turkey burger on top of a salad, and the salad was warm. My husband got beef and said it was good as well, the fries were greasy and nothing special. My girls both got milkshakes and both were runny (not thick like a milkshake should be) and had no flavor. Spent $28 on one combo meal, one turkey burger bowl and two milkshakes. Not really worth the money. I'd rather eat at a place that has healthy options and sides not just "natural" meat. So all in all.. I wasn't impressed.

This was our second time here after a not so great first impression. I love the premise of the restaurant: locally farmed and organic materials. The burgers were much better the second time around, but the frier was broken and so we couldn't get fries. Hostess told us it would be a short wait and so we decided to order and they'd bring our fries when they were ready. After about 30 minutes and well done with our burgers we were told the fries would probably be an hour or more. Yikes. Probably would have gone somewhere else if we had been told up front. Although they did reimburse us for the fries, I would have thought they should have comped the whole meal or at least offer us different sides for no charge. So we were disappointed. We really enjoyed our burgers but two bad experiences in a row means we probably won't be back. I also think the price point is a bit too high. $50 for a family of four is too much for what you get in addition to more or less serving yourself.

Great little restaurant. All food is locally sourced and cooked fresh to order. I have eaten here several times. The "Craft" is that in addition to the standard toppings, you can craft your own burger with dozens of optional toppings. One great feature is you can order you burger in a bowl, with no bun but with almost any topping you can imagine and eat it like a salad. The prices are comparable to most casual dining restaurants, $6.99 for a standard burger. It is partially self-service; you order at the counter, get your drink and a server brings your meal to the table. There is a tip jar on the counter. The owner came out and greeted us tonight and let us sample the excellent homemade ice cream. Most of the food is organic and is all locally sourced. In addition to burgers they have pulled pork, chicken and turkey. I had the pulled pork. I it was as good as you'd get at any BBQ place. I shared a basket of onion rings with my wife and son. They were the bast I have had anywhere. My wife is a burger snob and she really loves their burgers. They feature daily specials and homemade soups in addition to the great sandwiches. I hope folks in Clermont this great little restaurant.

Better than your chain burgers, Mcdonalds, Wendy's, etc. but very expensive for a burger and fries. $15 and if you want toppings...expect to pay for each one. Organic homegrown is nice and you support local farmers but seriously, how about support local families on the cost. We had 3 in our party and paid $60 for burgers and fries. Expect to wait forever for your food, service is very slow and there is no reason for it. The place is not crowded with customers.

A group (14-16) from our church decided to stop and give Burger Craft a try after our Bible Study a few weeks ago. Although most went for the burger and fries, several others tried different menu items. We all shared some of the food we ordered, and all were quite satisfied. Both the fries and onion rings received two thumbs up. Since we 'walked in' with our group, they were unprepared and we expected a little longer for our orders. The young lady at the register kept her cool, patiently took our orders and got the job done! Since we were all visiting while waiting for our food, and not watching our watches, we were served in a timely manner, were fine with the presentation and service. We will be back!

My family and I have given this place 3 tries. The first experience was just so-so but they had only been open less than 2 weeks so we decided to give them another chance. The second time they were short a cook and it took us 45 minutes to receive our burnt hamburgers but the manager was apologetic and offered us a free burger the next time we came in. So finally today we gave them their last chance and it was horrible! I ordered a black bean burger that was just mush, my husbands burger was dry, burnt and his fries were just nasty.... half way cooked and soaked with grease. I attempted to speak with a manager but she was too busy chit chatting with friends the entire time we were there. Not worth the money or time. So sad because we really could use a great burger place in Clermont. :(

While waiting for our order, we read some of the recent reviews. Holy Cow people, they just opened! Opening a business, especially a restaurant, is very difficult. The vision and passion that these people have for providing fresh, healthy and creative burgers is nothing short of amazing. All that said, reviews are important and I am sure they are reading every one and are making the necessary adjustments. Now for our review: The place was packed, ordering was friendly and efficient, the wait was reasonable, and the burgers were delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly, as ordered. No, it's not cheap... and if that is what you are looking for, this may not be your place. You are going to pay a little bit more for 100% all natural grass fed beef with no hormones or antibiotics. We loved it and will be back.

If you're going to take 35 min to get people their food, you should at the minimum apologise for the ridiculously long wait. Came in Sunday afternoon, receipt shows 1:10 for placing my order. It arrived at 1:45. Most of the restaurant had people waiting for foor. 35 min for a burger? Really?

The food in this restaurant is very good - but the service is so bad I cannot give it more than two stars. It is super slow to get your food, and placing a to go order is almost impossible. They never answer the phone, items are routinely left out of to-go packages, and they will frequently failed to tell you that they are out of items until you arrive. On top of that the primary employer who seems to work the cash register does not seem to know how to operate it. She undoubtably slows down the service because she takes so long to ring in orders. I really hope they work out their service issues because I would hate to see this restaurant fail.

Eh for effort?? Being the hippie granola head type I really wanted to give this place a shot, but I left more than disappointed. After nearly a 40 minute wait our orders were wrong (they weren't even busy). The food was expensive and not really anything I couldn't have prepared for myself at home. I appreciate what they are trying to do, but it isn't working.

Went with the family expecting something different than what we experienced. Food was OK but overpriced for this area. Service was horrible, we all ordered milkshakes and I had to ask 3 times if we were going to get out milkshakes. We ate our food and the shakes never came. Finally as my wife and son were in the car the shakes were ready. We won't be back.

Best burgers in the area, grassfed beef from Lake Meadows Naturals up the road in Ocoee make for a tasty meal. Check out this new burger place when your ready for something great.
(5)John A.
Overall a very open and inviting atmosphere. The counter staff was friendly and guided me through the menu. All organic and committed to eco-friendliness is apparent in the prices. A little steep for what you get. Burgers cooked fresh to order with lotsn of standard free toppings. Add a buck to two for any premium toppings. So building the way you want could set you back up to $10 just for the burger. Taste: here's where my creation was lacking. The special BC Sauce didn't add much of anything. All in all a nice neighborhood place for a quick bite but not the best burger in Clermont. Well be back though to try again.

Awesome!!!...love the food, the people, and location!!!....Grass fed!!! I got the burger bowl with pork belly and I highly recommend it!!
(5)Peter S.
Suzanne has really outdone herself. I always get a burger with fires and onion rings and damn they have the best onion rings anywhere I've been. Taste is king and this place has good, tasty food.
(5)Jenn Y.
The food here is delicious! I have tried many items on the menu and all of them have exceeded the one before it. Their burgers are grass fed with no hormones so they are the healthiest place around. My kids and I eat here frequently and the atmosphere is friendly and clean. I love burger craft, and I recommend it to everyone I know. The only downside is that I wind up ordering so many delicious items, that I can't eat them all in one sitting! Good thing they have to go boxes!
(5)Daniel K.
Went here during soft opening, and wow! Food was excellent and the service was fast. The food quality is awesome and the prices are good as well! I will absolutely come back! This place should be a big hit in Clermont.

Gluten free buns add to the healthy ness of this burger joint. All organic and grass fed beef. How could you go wrong!!
