Good place to go out and watch the game and have a few beers. Prime Rib nachos are very good. The wings were ok.

After probably ten or more visits here over 2 years and visits at other stores, I have final concluded this chain is not worth eating at. Our LAST visit here did it. Our 3 year olds food came out last, wife's meal was wrong and the food was warm, not hot. Service was typically slow as it mostly is. The manager declined to visit with us when requested. Contacted corporate and got a phone call from a regional person. She provided the standard corporate response to my concerns. Although she did seem genuine enough. There's too many options in Clermont but not for wings. We now drive between 40 and 60 minutes to go to East Coast Wings (BTW, the BEST!!), Hooters, or Hurricanes.

The service is terrible. For not the first time, I have noticed that many servers behave as if they have been forced to interrupt something terribly important to wait on customers. That attitude is common here. Apparently the relationship between service and income is not well understood. The food is OK. I'm fond of the veggie plate with hummus. This is a loud restaurant (which is ok for a sports-related venue), but it makes communicating with distracted servers even more challenging. If noise and marginal service don't matter, the food and games on TV could be worth a shot.

Good food, great beer selection and fun servers. I love an outside patio - and even though this is on 127, it's still nice to sit outside, have a beer and some wings. Christina on the bar is very personable and quick on the refills. I'm here for the lunch special and you can get lunch and a good beer for $12! The food comes quick and the beer is cold... Can it get any better??

I'd give a zero if I could. Watching a ball game on he big screen and they change the channel. I ask to get it changed back. Meanwhile I watch it on a small TV. They put it on the big screen. 5 minutes later they change the tv again. So, I start watching on the small TV. Then they change it back. I mention what is happening and I get "I'm sorry." Terrible. Won't be back. I was a regular but not anymore. I'm done.

Went to this restaurant for the second time. First time sat at the bar couldn't get service. The second time only went there because I got a $25 gift certificate for Christmas. I ordered the blue burger. With potato wedge. It was adequate. 10.99 My friend ordered the shrimp and tenders combo, it was $12.99. He received 2 1/2 chicken tenders, and about 19 fried shrimp the size of a marble. What a joke. Friday night 6 o'clock barely half the restaurant was full. Won't go back, don't waste your time.

I personally don't like this establishment but because it's my daughters birthday I went to pick her up some wings. We ordered medium flavored wings and we wanted the medium sized order. First of all the ladies that worked there didn't know what we were talking about. They acted stupid and childish. Then we had to wait 40 minutes for the wings.. We finally got our order and took it to our daughter and we noticed that they only gave us 8 pieces of wings no dipping sauce nothing. The medium size order comes with 15 pieces. We called the store to see what they could do, maybe a refund or something. We had to go through 3 different people just to talk to a manager. He said oh you can drive here and we'll give you the rest. You're joking right? What makes them think we're going to drive 20 miles there and back just for the rest of the order. This establishment is a joke. I am never coming back here.

Apparently we got sat in a section where the server hadn't even arrived for work (we were told this by the girls in togo who didn't offer to get a server for us). The table who walked in right before us had their drinks and appetizers before we even got GREETED. Took 10 minutes for a manager to even show up and he offered us chips and salsa. I'm still here. We have been here for AN HOUR and still no food. Won't come again even if the entire meal was comped. If the food isn't here in 5 minutes, we're leaving like we should have 40 minutes ago.

Okay this place is extremely loud. the sound of music is drowned out out by the sound of babies crying their asses off. I feel like I was in a delivery room.. Food took FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We ordered fries and pretzels to start off took as long as the entree did. Service isn't good at all. Wouldn't come here again.

My daughter called me to buy Buffalo Wings and take her for her lunch. We ordered 12 pieces of wings. They said it was going to be 20 minutes. We waited 40 minutes for our order. There was no sauce and no celeries. I asked them if the meal shall be accompanied with celery and ranch sauce, the cashier told me " If you did not mention them when you order, we won't give you. If you say it after you get you order, we will charge on it." Well. this might be their store culture, but it is not American way. Finally she gave me "free of charge' the celery and ranch sauce. When I handed my daughter her meal, she told me it was only 8 pieces of wings. I called the store. They told me they made a mistake . They asked me to go back and have the rest of 4 pieces to pick up... funny.. driving 20 minutes to pick up 4 wings... I will not go back,

Service today BLOWED! Could have been slower if they tried I guess- perhaps they did? Who knows, but I'm siting here, 20 minutes after my empty glass was cleared still waiting for my check! Bar drinks were once again made up. I'll concede that it IS possible I received someone else's drink by mistake from the service bar, but it's doubtful that a black cherry mojito that arrives bright PINK with lime and mint leaves should have a hint of a taste of Sambuca (and the BC Mojito *should be a clear drink there's NO grenadine in it). Food was the same as usual. Tables and floor, their usual mess when it's not even THAT busy! What the hell is wrong with the management in this location??? I suppose like so many other places in the area, no one cares?

Freddy at the bar outside provided the best service that I've probably ever received at a sports bar. I came here for some wings and football on a Thursday night with a friend who really enjoys frozen drinks. They don't have any frozen drinks on the menu but when we told Freddy he asked what she normally likes, and when she said "something orangey", he went to work. Within minutes he had went to the back to grab some vanilla ice cream, added Bacardi 'O', and not sure what else but created a perfect orange creamsicle. Can't beat the prices, food is good, atmosphere is on point, and service was definitely a welcomed bonus

I finally decided to try one of this Buffalo Wild Wings after many years passing them by, I had some wings of course with the hot sauce on the side, the wings where just stale, dry old reheated not what I was expecting for a place called Wings, the 2 stars are ONLY only for the good service, beers and the sports feel with lots of TV's, taking the food out of the scenario I'll give it 5 stars, kind of like Hooters.

We showed up with a very large party - a college softball team, coaches and parents included. Remarkably, the service was fast and friendly. This was the nicest Buffalo Wild Wings location I've been to. My local location is more touristy therefore the service is slower. Here, the service was great! The hostess and waitress were so friendly. We were never lacking in drinks and she stopped by several times to make sure we had everything we wanted! We got our usual. Corn dog nuggets, wings, and the wedge basket (Extra-crispy). The food was prompt and hot. I think we'll be going out of way to hit this location more often!

Great food but I recently learned that they fry (yes fry) their veggie burger in beef tallow. I realize this is a corporate decision but I hope in the future the chain will consider changing this policy.

Some of the worst food i've ever had. The slammers were a pre-cooked frozen patty probably re-heated in the microwave. Terrible flavor with soy filler. The fries might have been ok if they had been hot. The chix quesadilla was dry and crumbly and lacking any flavor. The garlic flatbread was soggy and WAY too garlicky. The chix wings were chewy and lacked seasoning. A couple of double strength cocktails at a decent price slightly numbed the pain of being screwed by the quality of the food. I may come here to watch another football game and drink, but NEVER, EVER to eat. Oh........wait........never mind, the acoustics SUCK and you can't hear the TV sound.

3 stars because our server was very nice & wanted to make sure our order was perfect. wings were tasty. drinks were not consistent & there really should be a some type of rule for having 3 tables allowed to let babies scream for 2 hours straight -- but we're pretty sure the manager was too occupied playing the trivia game to notice (allegedly). it really is unfair to let guests endure that insanity. Mgt should step in & ask if they can walk them outside to the patio area until they calm down. other restaurants have incorporated this.

I have visited several Buffalo Wild Wings in several cities. I have visited this location several times and have to say that the service level is very inconsistent. Sometimes they give acceptable service even on a busy night. But there have been times that my family waited to be seated and was ignored by the staff (on a very light day) so I walked out. In there defense the manager caught us as we were pulling out of the parking lot and talked us into returning and really made an effort to make up for the lack of service. If they get there staffing issues under control it could be a great place.

After Leesburg bike fest, a group of riders and I stopped here at B-Dubs as it was the best option across from Stormy Hills Harley Davidson. There was ample parking, seating, and the service was good; better than many other B-Dubs I've visited. The wings are good, we were happy.

So. I went in here last night. Sunday at 11:45 pm. Yelp listed them as closing at 1am. I noticed they were closing up and cleaning up what seemed to be over an hour early. All the while I didn't realize it actually was only 15 minutes from closing. Today I went to the website and saw that they actually close at 12 am on Sunday nights. I got a some wings and a beer. Took the wings home because I wanted to let her get out of there. She never let on they were just about to close. The bartender was super nice and accommodating. She handled it perfectly. For that you get 5 stars!

I really enjoyed the wings here. The mango habanero and the Asian zing i think they were called were really good. The place is extremely slow though and on my last visit there appeared to be an employee with his pants hanging off of his rear and his underwear completely visible. I did not need to see that with my kids around. He did not seem to be working at the moment but its just a very disgusting and unprofessional sight right before dinner this place would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for that.

My favorite place to drink while watching the game!! The wait staff is always ULTRA friendly, the food is great, and the environment is both lively and exciting! The staff, again, are REALLY attentive! Always smiling, always checking up on us to see if we need refills or anything. The multitude of televisions ensures I'll get to see the game/fight I came to see, and the decor is fun inspiring! Definitely gotta come here more often!

The service is horrible here. We waited almost 40 minutes for our order. The order was wrong after we received it. Also it's playoffs weekend... They had golf on the big screens. Been to better locations.

Saturday Nov 29th was not a good day for service at this Buffalo's. 22 minutes to get bar drinks. 45 minutes for 2 small wing orders and one pork sandwich. So very glad we told our waitress when we sat down we were in a hurry. Wings were soggy, fries were like warm, beer was long gone before food arrived. She never asked if we wanted refills, she was in such a hurry to get away from us after coming to the table 3x to deliver excuses.

If I could give minus stars I would. Slow service and a nice smoky patio to get second hand smoke related illness. When it opened it was good. The wings were fresh, hot and covered in sauce. Since then the prices have gone up and value has gone down. Now the small wings.,.. (charged by weight now not # of wings..... 60% breading is what you pay for not chicken weight) are cold and so dam dry is like a sauce drought. The main ingredients are broken promises, disappointment and shame. A shell of its former self, avoid at all costs.

Amber H.
They have good happy hour. I know they are always playing the game I want to watch. If not they will get it on one of their many tv's around the different rooms. The Patio is nice. If it's raining they have a cover. Food is typical buffaloes style. Overall nice.

We have visited this place three times. All three visits have been disasters. I do not think I have ever received a correct order here. It's sad as I love other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Management here is uncaring and lack the customer service skills that are commonly associated with BWW. I do have to say that Ree, a bartender, is probably the absolute best bartender I have ever seen. She is about the only positive thing I can say about this location. Avoid it if at all possible.

Anett A.
Wings are great, although I dont like dry rub but that my personal beef. Staff is a bit like at Hooters, so for a fatty like me, it's intimidating a bit. Drinks are brought plentiful and quick but it take a long time for some wings to come out, even if the place isnt that busy. I go there only for wing cravings, not for the atmosphere. TO me it's like a chuck-e-cheese, where dad's take the kids when mom tells him to cook something when it's her night away from the kids at her book club.

I love B Dubs and the food is consistent at each location. However the service here has been AWFUL 3/4 times I've been here. The only time I've had good service was last time (11/18/13). I forgot the servers name - pretty brunette girl - super attentive and nice. I hope this means a general turnaround.

I used to eat at BW3 all the time in Chicago and was happy when we moved to the area and there was one. We were excited to go but were very disappointed. I had a chicken and shrimp combo and the shrimp were so gross. they were slimy in the middle, they were like grubs I wanted to puke, I complained to the manager and he took $4 off my meal because I ate the chicken. He was rude about it as well. Needless to say we will not be going back.

This place reminds of home (MIAMI). From the time we walked in to restaurant till we left they were very attentive to our needs. If she is there you can ask for Rhonda, couple times we been in there, even if we are not seated with her she will attend to your needs. Everyone there is willing to help you. Not like some places I've been, you ask someone else other then your waitress for something and they get your waitress rather then help you out.

Let's start with the O-Woww Factor on this one: This place is HUGE! It's a 9,600-square-foot restaurant at the Clermont Landing retail center in Clermont. The new restaurant/sports bar is comprised of a 7,000 square foot building and a 2,400 square foot outdoor patio/bar. It includes approximately 50 video monitors, including some 3-D 65 inch, 13 large video screens (100 inch) and three movie theatre size main video screens (225 inch), which are among the largest video screens at any restaurant/sports bar in the USA...screens on every surface possible. The outside patio area is smoker friendly and has heaters or fans running as needed, and again is FULL of TVs. Whether you're looking for a place to watch the boxing, UFC, NFL, College or just eat this is it! I watch none of the above but as soon as we walked in I'm like "wow, this is where we're spending our Sundays from now on"...if you have to suffer you might as well do it in style. They offer booth, tables and a full bar. PLUS their hours are super convenient: Daily: 11AM to 2AM. Peace out Gators! As for the food...it's bar food....tenders, sandwiches, burgers, ribs, flat bread, wraps and of course wings. You cant go to a place called Buffalo Wild Wings and eat a sandwich on your first visit so my guy and I ordered 24 wings and split up the sauces (they offer 14 types) 3 ways, hot, mild and garlic Parmesan along with a basket of wings and one of onion rings. They better than your average wings can be in that they were NOT runny, garlic parm being my fave....and they also offer dry rubs. On another note: As of now, Tuesdays are 50-cent wing days; Wednesdays are 99-cent "kid's meals" with an adult purchase; and Thursdays are 60-cent boneless wing days as well as Bike Night from 6-10pm. Buffalo Wild Wings is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day. Most major credit cards are accepted and gift cards are available for purchase. Definately a family environment, there were tons of kids there this past. Sunday and no matter how loud they were the game was louder...not obnoxious, but just enough so if your kids are loud you wont be embarassed. I recommend!

Let's start off this way, I love buffalo wings. This is my 3rd time at a Buffalo Wild Wings and it wasn't as good as the others. I ordered 24 wings with 3 different flavors. The first flavor was Hot BBQ, and there was barely any sauce on these wings. The next flavor I got was Honey BBQ they were very good. The last flavor I got was just mild and they were good. My main problem with Buffalo Wild Wings is that the amount of meat on each wing ins't consistent. I'm a big fan of Hooters and each time I go there I can expect that each wing I get will have about the same amount of meat on each wing. Even though the sauce was a little skimpy on my favorite flavor and the wing size wasn't consistent I will definitely visit this place again only because Buffalo Wings are my favorite food. Our server was very helpful, the place wasn't very busy at all when we went. Usually this place gets packed if there is a game or UFC event. We were in and out within 40 mins.

Loved this place when it opened up and now it is hit or miss. They have staff issues. I've actually had a waiter throw a basket of bread on our table as he was walking by. I pitched a fit with the manager and the manager did the right thing but it seems they don't always have great people working for them. On the other hand, they also have great people. So hit or miss. :(

Okay food here with very good service. Reliable formulas on the wing sauces, though nothing really special or unique. Omaira described the place very well. Probably best for watching sports events via one of the many TV's, definitely not for a romantic date. A bit chilly inside, so wear long sleeves. Your food will cool down FAST. Seems popular for take-out orders.

Slow service, but good food. Waited for 45 minutes to get our food.
(3)Courtney C.
My family and I have been here five times over the last year and the service has been bad every time. The food is always wrong in some way, or cold. Other BWW are fine, it sucks that this is our local restaurant.
(1)Andrea L.
(2)Chris D.
(4)Chris S.

(2)Emily J.

Awesome! !.since corporate took over...great place!! And cleaner much better service.
(5)Andrea W.
(1)Washan S.
(2)John T.
I will not go back,
(1)Jen O.
(2)Heather U.
Love the wings and the salt and vinegar dry rub is surprisingly good. Service at this location is mediocre but the wings and giant tv's are a good distraction.
(3)Rayan B.
I used to come all the time when they offered all you can eat wings. During my last visit my wings were soggy, service was slow, flies everywhere, wings had almost no sauce, and the prices keep going up. Quality is down but prices are up.
(1)Ryan K.

(2)Step H.
Regular BWW. Good service. Sat outside at large oval bar. Many beer choices. Many TV's. NTN poker and trivia if that's your thing.
(4)Tom M.
We showed up with a very large party - a college softball team, coaches and parents included. Remarkably, the service was fast and friendly. The feature of this location are two huge projection screens with multiple sports programs. The dining area is very large and can accommodate parties of any size. A nice location.
(3)Andrea H.
(4)Shellie J.
Great food but I recently learned that they fry (yes fry) their veggie burger in beef tallow. I realize this is a corporate decision but I hope in the future the chain will consider changing this policy.
(4)Jeff H.
(1)Rebecca T.

I'm done.

My family and I have been here five times over the last year and the service has been bad every time. The food is always wrong in some way, or cold. Other BWW are fine, it sucks that this is our local restaurant.
(1)Andrea L.

Awesome! !.since corporate took over...great place!! And cleaner much better service.
(5)Andrea W.

I will not go back,
(1)Rayan B.
I used to come all the time when they offered all you can eat wings. During my last visit my wings were soggy, service was slow, flies everywhere, wings had almost no sauce, and the prices keep going up. Quality is down but prices are up.
(1)Jen O.
(2)Heather U.
Love the wings and the salt and vinegar dry rub is surprisingly good. Service at this location is mediocre but the wings and giant tv's are a good distraction.
(3)Ryan K.

(4)Shellie J.
Great food but I recently learned that they fry (yes fry) their veggie burger in beef tallow. I realize this is a corporate decision but I hope in the future the chain will consider changing this policy.
(4)Jeff H.
(1)Rebecca T.

(2)Jeff P.
After Leesburg bike fest, a group of riders and I stopped here at B-Dubs as it was the best option across from Stormy Hills Harley Davidson. There was ample parking, seating, and the service was good; better than many other B-Dubs I've visited. The wings are good, we were happy.
(4)Scott A.
Slow service, but good food. Waited for 45 minutes to get our food.
(3)Chris S.

(3)Omari K.
(4)Michelle P.
The service is horrible here. We waited almost 40 minutes for our order. The order was wrong after we received it. Also it's playoffs weekend... They had golf on the big screens. Been to better locations.
(1)Nadene A.
(2)Morphine T.
(1)Amber H.

(1)Anett A.
(3)Braelin S.
I love B Dubs and the food is consistent at each location. However the service here has been AWFUL 3/4 times I've been here. The only time I've had good service was last time (11/18/13). I forgot the servers name - pretty brunette girl - super attentive and nice. I hope this means a general turnaround.
(4)Lance S.
Great service and the wings were brought out in to batches so they were hot from start to finish!

(3)Lana A.
