Normally when we are vacationing in the area, we always go to Paul's Chicago Pizza, which we absolutely love. This time around we had vouchers off of Restaurant.com for Queens Pizza so we decided to give them a try instead. We found the pizza here to be really good and filling. Plenty of cheese and cooked just right. The hot wings were large and flavorful. My wife enjoyed her Greek salad which included a huge dollop potato salad within. The lasagna was just ok,(it was lacking cheese), and I probably wouldn't order it again. I found their cannoli to be just so/so as well, but there aren't many places out there where they do those just right. My wife and daughter loved their chocolate cake. It was very rich. Overall it's not a bad option for pizza if you're in the inland part of Clearwater, especially if you have a deal or coupon. I still prefer Paul's Pizza if you're in that area though.

Service is 5 stars. Christina let us know how long the pizza would take to make. She brought out fresh cold mugs for our second pitcher of beer which I felt was an extra effort. We got a half Meatzza, half white with chicken and tomato. The Meatzza turned out to be a lot better. The chicken on the white half was a little tough and sparse, like 2-3 pieces on each of the big slices. Also, the ricotta was put on top of the pizza instead of blended into the pizza. No complaints on the Meatzza. A lot of meat. Hearty. Thick Sicilian style pizza. If I want a white, I'll try another spot. The best part about all of it was our server Christina. She made it a great experience.

Best food, best prices and above all BEST service! I try to get delivery from queens at least once a week, the pizza crust is awesome and the rest of the menu is nothing short of delicious. Whether you're just getting a salad and a slice or catering for an event Queens pizza is the way to go!

This go around made me a believer. Mozz sticks are fantastic. The pizza is amazing and the toppings are fresh and bountiful. I believe I will make this my new "go to" local pizza place. Well priced, free delivery and a great product. Well done.

We went to Queen's Pizza on Belcher for dinner tonight. I ordered two appetizers, - a salad, and chicken tenders. My husband ordered salad and baked spaghetti. Our server brought out our salads first, then after our salads were finished, she brought my chicken tenders. After about 15 minutes, she came back to the table, and asked if we needed anything else. I told her yes, we need my husband's dinner. I had already eaten as much of the chicken tenders as I wanted and there we sat. and sat. and sat, waiting for my husband's dinner. Finally, when it came, my husband told our server to just box it up and we'll take it home. The manager came over and apologized for dropping the ball, and said that the spaghetti took 28 minutes to come out to the table, and that was about average time. Really? The spaghetti is already cooked - all they need to do is throw some cheese on top and bake it! He blamed the poor service on the server, saying she should not have served my chicken tenders until my husband's dinner came out. He should have taken all the blame for what happened, after all, he is responsible for what happens in his restaurant. He offered an apology, but unfortunately an apology won't bring us back to his restaurant. We enjoy the food, but we go out to dinner for the service as well as the food. If one of those components is missing, the whole experience is a disappointment.

The number of great restaurants to eat at in and around Clearwater is mind boggling, and this place is no exception. We went to Queen's today, which by the way, is "Two Entrees for Tuesday" day where you get two entrees for the price of one. We had the chicken souvlaki, Greek Salad, pasticcio, and a couple more entrees, and everything was delicious. The service was was also top notch. Very solid restaurant.

Like any restaurant, there are good things and bad. Their pizza is very good, some of them even great. Their Greek salads are very good, and their Lemon Chicken soup is tremendous! The service is good. On the other hand, their gyro sandwiches are an embarrassment. The Gyro meat is presliced and frozen. For shame! The owners are Greek and they should just remove this item from their menu if they aren't going to make it properly.

I've only had take out and only had their pizza. A little secret the spinach is mixed with feta before they put it on, oh yummy. Great pizza. Medium thick and heavy on the cheese. Even if you get say 4 or more toppings (some places seem to go lighter on the cheese) not here. It's a full amount of cheese. Love it. If you like NY style thin or Chicago thick you are out of luck. Quite frankly this pizza is right in between in thickness. Very good, generous with the toppings and right amount of sauce.

I've eaten here many times both for take out and dine in, most recently last Friday night. I've only ever had their pizza and it is probably in my top three favorites in the area. My only complaint is that they don't use fresh mushrooms. But they don't skimp on the extra cheese so that always wins me over. They also very thinly slice their peppers and onions which I think is ideal on a pizza. It isn't New York style it has a thicker crust which is why it will take a little longer than most places to cook. We always get the Queen' special which is basically a supreme. As far as the restaurant, the staff has always been nice and the place itself clean. It isn't the cheapest pizza you'll order but I feel you get your monies worth here. PS - they only serve beer and wine. Also, I've seen coupons on their website from time to time. Worth checking out before you go!

"The Customer Is Always Wrong". At least that's what the slogan for this restaurant should be. Some restaurants bend over backwards to make certain their customers have an enjoyable experience and will return. Not this place, they make it clear in no uncertain terms that if you have a problem with you order you can leave because they do no need the business. Apparently this location must be some kind of tax write-off for someone. They have been way late with orders for no apparent reason, once they completely failed to prepare an order I have phoned in and I had to wait an extra half hour in the restaurant to get it. The cooks forget ingredients so the same dish may vary from one day to the next. When you talk to the owner, what is his solution? Deny, lie, look at you like you've sprouted a 2nd head on your shoulders, then treat you like dirt.

Pretty good food, good family atmosphere (we had a table for 6 adults and 2 children) but we had some crying babies/toddlers so many patrons kept giving us "looks". Pizza and salad were good, wings were spicy hot and the meatballs were a little soft and overcooked. Good service.

I went to lunch with some dear friends today. We all had the lunch portions which were very good sized. One friend even special ordered the stuffed shells with alfredo sauce instead of red sauce and they were very accommodating. I had the Italian Sausage, Green Pepper and Onion stuffed Pita with Fries. It was very tasty though a little greasy. The fries were very good. I have also ordered delivery to my job and everything was very good. I marked off one star for the waitress attitude. Overall it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend Queen's.

This place is more of a greek pizza restaurant than italian. Typical small mom and pop type business. There are a big variety of greek dishes offered. The dishes tended to be a bit heavy on the garlic. Stick to the pizza, it's pretty good.

I've only had the pizza, and I've only had it delivered. The pizza is great. It's not a style I'm familiar with- it looks like NY but you see it's just a slight bit thicker when you take a slice... Always loaded with cheese and toppings. Very tasty. They have an excellent delivery system. Your address is stored by phone # in their computer (this is surprisingly uncommon around here), and I've never waited more than 45 minutes for delivery, which is always hot and fresh.

Eek! We went for dinner and it was empty. My first thought was that it was not a good sign then I figured hopefully we will get good service since no one else is here. NOT! I was seated and was asked- drink? So much for greeting customers. I ordered a pizza and the server said it would take 30mins. I thought, ok, maybe they needed to heat up the oven, and make the dough. LOL Pizza finally came, I asked for a refill on my drink. She took my cup and disappeared. This is an open restaurant and although my eyes followed her, I lost her around the coke machine. I finally got up and got it myself. The man by the counter looked at me so I said my server disappeared so I'm getting it myself. She finally came reappeared when some other customer walked in. Horrible customer service and although the pizza was edible, I won't be eating there again. If I have to get up and get it myself, I'd rather go to CiCi's.

I've eaten here a couple times over the last few years with my sister. It's a typical Florida pizzeria / Italian The normal food is ok if you like this kind of food. But the pizza. Yeah they must use the term loosely. It's not bad. It's just not very good. But then again I'm originally from Chicago and I am partial to Chicago thin crust and Chicago stuffed(deep dish) pizza. It's better than dominos little Cesar or pizza slut.

I'll have to stop in when I don't have my puppy

Don't come for the pizza! I'm not sure what the heck the owner was thinking. Just call it Queen's and I may return to try the regular menu. The "pizza" is just lacking in everything. I would like to try the other menu items but quite honestly I'm scared to. Don't know if this place deserves a second chance from our family.

A Perfect Pizza is what I got when ordering for the first time - carrying out. The guy or gal making it was on the mark for evenly applied ingredients and for cooking doneness. Used a gift card - and I will order again for sure! I am now a fan. Wish they had one south county close to where I live (rather than work).

I am writing this about the pizza and greek salad. That is really all I've had at Queen's and honestly it's all I need to have. It is the BEST! I first found Queen's when they were still next to the gas station on Keene and Sunset. I have eaten their pies so many times I've lost count and recommended it to even more people. Mostly it's been by delivery/pickup but have eaten there several times - and never with a complaint. This pizza is amazing and fantastic and so cheesy! In fact, there was even a weekend when my boyfriend was out of town and I ordered a large and ate the whole thing while he was gone!! I don't live in Clearwater anymore but anytime I have a chance to eat some Queen's Pizza - I do!

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
