What a sweet server. Excellent server ..excellent food..excellent IHOP. Quick seating. You asked for well done and that's what you get..seldom have been disappointed at this IHOP. Hope they keep up the good work and great service with a smile and lots of courteousness.

Fast Seating on a weekend morning due to it not being a crowded location. Fast Service, Good Food.

We go in and there are 2 tables that were occupied and the rest of the restaurant was empty. We are an older but not retirement age couple and we were seated directly next to a table with a young child. Before our butts hit the seat we were asked what we wanted to drink and if we needed time to look at the menu. This request was repeated twice in less than 5 minutes so I just took the dart in the menu approach and got the Colorado Omelet which was dry and you would have a tough time convincing me it was made with whole fresh eggs. 2 Stars for the pancakes and coffee. My wife had the combo breakfast and we have never seen such small yolks on an egg. The blueberry pancakes she got looked great and she said they were excellent. I guess getting something other than pancakes is not a good idea. I know it's a chain but that does not excuse the get em in an get em out approach when the place is empty,

Food at ihop is always consistently good. The staff on the other hand is another matter. The hostess greets you with "What's the name?" Head down, no eye contact, no smile, no "Good morning" and might I say not dressed well either. Its obvious everyone here HATES their job. I see a few waitresses being kind to their customers. Which by the way ARE THE PEOPLE THAT PAY YOU! If you don't.like your job...FIND ANOTHER. But as I say, the food was good!

IHOP is one of the few chain restaurants that does not disappoint. They offer up a classic American breakfast in a casual setting. The menu spans a whole range of specialties and is always being amended to include new ideas. On my most recent visit, I came to learn about CINN-A-STACK (the name is trademarked and apparently only spelled with capital letters) pancakes. I have attached a photo, but it really doesn't do it justice. Between each layer of pancakes, there is a thick cinnamon sauce that deliciously joins consecutive pancakes to one another. The higher the stack, the more the cinnamon goodness. It's a concept that can't fail. On top, some fresh whipped cream. Adding some traditional syrup to the mix really makes it come together however. If you have a sweet tooth, and are looking for a different take on breakfast, this is worth a look. I had this paired with pork sausage, hash browns, and scrambled eggs. I left filled and content. The service was pretty good, and this location was definitely packed. Another great IHOP experience.

The fare served is standard IHOP food. The pancakes are good, the steaks are hit and miss, and my husband says the omelettes are excellent if they actually cook the right one. The great thing about this restaurant is it is *never busy*. Every time we go there, or even just pass by, there is never more than three or four cars parked out front. There have been many times when we go during what should be rush our, and we are the only family in the restaurant. This usually means the service is great that day (but not always, sometimes the employees seem more interested in chatting). They've had a sign up on their front windows that "Kids Eat Free from 4-10PM - Limited Time Only!" This sign, and the special, has been up since we moved to Clearwater two years ago. Not really sure what 'limited time only' means, but we do appreciate it. :) I'm not really sure why they are always so empty. The food is decent, and the prices are average. It's become our restaurant of choice if we can't think of anywhere else or don't want to deal with the wait. There are too many incidents where our food comes out subpar, either by not being cooked properly, or receiving the wrong item, so I can't give it a full five stars.

Fast service & the food was good. My only complaint is that the waitress wasn't looking in my direction when coming to the table. Even when I ordered she made no eye contact. Finally I moved my head to her line of sight I guess she realized she was being off & from that point forward looked at me when talking to me. Ill give it another try.

Great food and great service. Always love dining here. This is franchise owned versus the other locations in the area which are corporate so they're much nicer and seem to care a lot more.

I have to preface this by saying we don't have an IHOP where I live. I really enjoyed this place, four times in six days. There is outdoor seating undercover. The service was ok, the last day, Sunday, we had a breakfast waitress full of sass, and I kind of liked it. Of course, the pancakes were amazing!

As one reviewer said, "You can't go wrong at an IHOP". The prices are very good and the food is always tasty. We had breakfast at this IHOP on my way to the airport. The eggs were fixed perfect, the bacon was crisp but not burnt and the toast was golden. Our server was Amanda and she was very attentive but not overly so. My friend had french toast and was very happy with it.

I love Ihop, but at this location, the food was disappointing. I normally order the garden omelet at Ihip, but when I order this at the Ihop back home, it is bigger, better looking and tasting than the one they gave me here in Clearwater. Service was great though and our server was very attentive, actually way better than any service I get back at home, which was why I gave it 4 stars.

Whew boy. I just left and I gotta say....yikes. I walked in, craving yummy pancakes, and immediately when I opened the door....it smelled like urine. No lie. It was so intense that I felt overwhelmed by it. I thought maybe I was just crazy but it was pretty intense. I was nervous to then eat there because of the smell but then I saw a few other families and they didn't seem bothered so I thought maybe it was me. Mind you, the place was practically empty on a Sunday lunch time. Only 3 booths were filled. I ordered the waffles and pancakes. The pancakes were really good but the waffle was lukewarm. :( My waitress was nice though. All in all, I don't recommend this place and won't return cause that smell was just....scary and I am just praying I don't get sick from the food cause if they could handle that smell....I dont know what that means about the food. Side note, I did tell someone about the smell but the waitress said she had been there all day and hadn't noticed it. #yikes

Was running errands and decided to stop by for a sandwich. I usually go for a Club Sandwich but they didn't have the standard one. They had a Southwestern Club but I just wanted the 1950's style Club. So, I decided to try one of their hamburgers. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed their Mega Monster Cheeseburger. I have no complaints! It had two good sized patties, cheese, fresh, big lettuce leaves, tomatoes and red onions. It was piping hot as were the French fries. I had a very cheerful waitress(LeeAnn) and left with a smile on my face. I'd do that again!

The people at ihop are awesome!! I called to order to go food 20 minutes before they closed. And they were nice and cooked it for me. Literally the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had!! And pancakes perfect as always! :-)

Typical IHOP. We had good service and the food was good. As you would expect, the pancakes, crepes and waffles are a highlight here. IHOP won't be one of my favorite breakfast places, but I will come here when craving a fruit covered pancake of some type!

Quiet and secluded because of US 19. Usual service and food for an IHOP. Not a 24 hour place except for Friday's and Saturdays. Why waste money? Would come here more.

I haven't darkened the door of an IHOP since the '90s, but a business associate asked me to meet them here. I had some good memories of excellent omelettes back in the day, but that was in NC. Service was extremely prompt and attentive. Unfortunately, the Philly steak sandwich I ordered was very dry and barely warm. I chose a fruit cup for a side, which turned out to be the best fruit cup I've ever had in a restaurant. Not that I judge restaurants by their fruit cups, but this place just may be one of the Seven Wonders of the Fruit Cup World...a big bowl brimming with a wide variety of fresh fruits. So the place had that going for it. Sadly, the dirty table brought down the entire meal. On the whole, good service and an awesome fruit cup does not make a dining experience great. Or even good. Or even ok. Or even so so. It does make it two stars on my scale of Great Fruit Cup Restaurants That Suck at Sandwiches and Table Cleaning: Atmosphere: 3 Service: 5 Food: 2 Value: 2

One stop hop at this particular location. Quiet for an IHOP, probably because it's secluded from the main roads. I haven't eaten at an IHOP in a long time so I'd hoped I wouldn't be disappointed. And boy, I sure wasn't! Server was really nice although she wasn't very attentive to our water needs, but the food was delicious! I had the tiramisu pancakes and my girlfriend had the cinnamon ones, which came with a combo of eggs, choice of meat, and hashbrowns. This entire meal was at a good price too. This IHOP is clean and well-kept, so if you're on your way to and from busy areas, this particular location is a recommended sit-down-and-relax area. You can never go wrong with IHOP!
