I know its mainstream but i like Chili's. This chili's is located right next to Countryside Mall and had ample parking spaces. Initially we came here because we wanted the 2 for $20 deal but honestly i was craving the quesadilla explosion salad instead of the Mango-Chile Tilapia. We sat at the bar area and the lady who attended us was awesome and very helpful. What i love is that unlike the Chili's in Puerto Rico, the quesadilla explosion salad costs less here, they gave me the option of changing the chicken for their homemade black bean burger (which tasted good), and you get to add Avocado slices to this bad boy for less than a dollar. This was a win! On top of this, they had Shock Top and Samuel Adams Boston Lager on 2-for-1. My fiancee ordered the Classic bacon burger and devoured it. I would definitely return here ... probably when i crave that delicious Quesadilla explosion salad with homemade black bean burger topped with avocado slices... and of course, for the 2-for-1 beers.

This place is a disaster. I've come here three times, and they have messed my order up every single time. I only get to-go orders and the only thing I get is the triple dipper with an occasional chips and salsa every now and then. How they mess these things up is mind blowing The first time this place made a mistake: I pick my to-go order up and get home, only to find my dressings (bleu cheese and the southwest eggroll toppings) weren't in there. None of them. So I called and complained and the person said they would send me a certificate of cash value to me to make things right. 2 months later, still nothing. The second bad experience I had at this place: I order triple dipper again but this time with chips and salsa. Well they got the dressings right, but forget my salsa for my chips. My chips went untouched the night. I never called in complained because as I've learned from the first experience, nothing gets done. The third time I have a bad experience: I arrive at the chili's to get my food and I walk up to the bar. They are closing in the next half hour. I ask for my order and the bartender says that there is no order placed under my name. I said what about a triple dipper?? They told me, "Nope, no triple dipper order had been put in." I said, "You've got to be kidding me." They said, "We can place the order now and get it out to you quickly." I told them to forget it. I was so mad. But I did ask to speak with the gentleman who placed my order, and figure out what the heck was going on in this guys head to just completely forget. Shoot, they have wasted my time again and again. Well first, they said a person doesn't work here by that name, and then they proceed to tell me that he does work there and that he worked earlier in the day time, and got off at 5pm (which means he has been gone for 5 hours). I left and went to Chili's in Largo off of Eastbay just so I didn't spend money supporting that particular business. This place is an absolute joke. Management needs to step up, retrain individuals, get rid of the bad apples (probably the entire squad). These three orders are over a span of 4-5 months and it just doesn't get any better than this for me. God awful.

Poor service. It took forever just to get our water and then we witnessed two other tables that came in well after we arrived get their drinks and chips and salsa first. Almost felt deliberate. Our server, Cheryl, was inattentive at best.

I don't review chain restaurants but this place was so bad I had to say something. The waiter was a ghost, probably the worst service we have gotten in a long time, and we live in Hawaii so that's saying something. My food was so bad I should have sent it back. I would have if I ever saw our waiter. I ate my chicken taco which was bad, I had 2 bites of my tostada, and only one bite of my enchilada. It all was disgusting, some of the worst food I have been served in a long time. This will be the last time I ever go to any Chili's, I will never give any of their stores a dime again. 0 stars
The service.here is horrible!!! Waited 25 for a queso dip. I wouldn't eat here again if they were giving away free food. Which is really sad because they were dead. Don't waste your money on this place! I'd rather wait an hour and a half somewhere else than eat here.

I come here quite often and the service is always great. The waiters are always happy to help and very friendly. I usually get my food pretty quick too. Also the chips & salsa appetizer is TERRIFIC. This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to because the food is delicious and its only 2 for $20. You can't beat that!

This location seems to have the best service and lowest wait times. The food always comes out fast and my burger the last two time was cooked absolutely perfect.

Just had Chili's New Quesadilla Explosion salad and all I can say is Wow! It was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, so much so that I ate every bite and left no room for desert. I have always thought of Chili's as a burger and fajita place with a boring menu, but there were so many new items on the menu, it was actually hard to choose. I had the new Watermelon Lemonade that was unbelievably good. In speaking with my server, he informed me that it was made with fresh watermelon. I'll be back soon.

We stop by from time to time to get a salad or a burger. Today, we were intrigued by their new Mexican dishes. We have grown weary of some of our local TexMex places and wanted to see what they had to offer. As a head-up for those of you who don't know, if you eat in the bar area you get free/unlimited chips and salsa! Ole! We opted for their "Pick Three" option that comes with Mexican rice and black beans. In order to see what items we liked, we ordered different things. We tried the taco, tostada, sour cream chicken enchilada, green chili chicken enchilada and the beef enchilada. All in all, they were OK. I didn't really care for the taco and tostada served on a Doritos seasoned taco shell and fried tortilla, respectively. The chicken fillings were spicy and moist but all of the enchiladas we had (see pics) were very much lacking in sauce over them. Maybe I'm "old school' but I like my enchiladas swimming in sauce so I have something to mix into the rice. ;) The sliced fresh avocados on the dishes were quite nice and flavorful. For the cost($10), you get a lot of chow. It's not true Mexican food but it is a flavorful interpretation.

I'll be the hipster and say that I liked Chili's. Against the grain from the heard I'm sure. Went last night and had perfect service with great cheap food. Ordered the fajitas pork. App was guac. The new table top TV thingies are awesome. Check out when you want. One thing I hate is waiting for a check when u need to be somewhere this alleviates that inconvenience. Whomever came up with that idea for them is going places.

I haven't been to a Chili's in a long time and this visit was a pleasant one. Chili's occupies the 'office space' restaurant category in my mind (think TGIF, Olive Garden, Applebees, etc. - corporate restaurants close to corporate office plazas) and I never visit one unless I'm working in one of those plazas. Perhaps I will visit more frequently now :) They have a vast menu and some good inexpensive lunch combos ($6-$8 for soup or salad and a sandwich, flatbread, quesadilla, fajitas, etc.). We started out with chips, salsa, and queso (friend had a freebie coupon) - like their chips, salsa is acceptable, and queso was grose (like hormel + velveeta = blech). I ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla (which came with fries) and a side salad. Side salad wasn't impressive (not super fresh and like a bagged iceburg mix) but the ranch dressing tasted housemade, good! The quesadilla was good but greasy, like they pan fried it in stick of butter - wish restaurants woudn't do that ;( Love their pay at the table credit card machine AND that it launched into a customer experience survey right after payment = smart!!! Would not be surprised if these start showing up in all the corporate restaurants (if they already aren't?).

Getting to this location is a fun filled GPS adventure! Not very busy, probably because most people give up after they've passed it 5 times on US19. Lunch is cheap ($6-$8) Service is good. You can watch commercials or play trivia on the portable computers at the booth. Chicken Enchilada Soup, feed an army

Well, we went here for dinner the other nite. I had the petite sirloin along with what was supposed to be "steamed broccoli". I'm giving this rating MAINLY because that steak? WAS SLAP OFF THE CHAIN!!!! One would find it difficult to distinguish it from a RIBEYE . . . YES, it WAS that good ! ! ! BUT, the "steamed" broccoli? Well, this was by FAR, another story . . . First, it was practically RAW, which, OK, I can handle raw . . . but the flavor was horrible. Then when the manager brought out some more? He stated that it was "MICROWAVED" . . . WHAT ? ! ! ! The menu says "STEAMED" . . . either way, it still lacked by far in flavor. SO . . . if you do frequent Chili's? Unless you like that sort of broccoli? Order something else . . . we will for sure.

Chili's!! I'd NEVER EATEN THERE BEFORE! But it was good. I ordered -Chicken Club Tacos with Rice and Beans (tacos were flavorful but a little dry, rice & beans were spicy! what the hell, obviously not the right way to do pretend mexican haha, the main course is spicy and the rice and beans you use to cool off...anyway...) -Reggae Sunsplash...if you want a drink that tastes like a creamsicle, but has no milk...this is the one. So tasty. -Appletini...ehh...whatever. - Gran Patron Margarita. Nice, but the glass may be more impressive than the drink. - Classic 2fer Rita...awesome! Tasty, frozen, and you get two, if you get house liquor. Our waiter was AWESOME! Very nice, very mellow, cool and all that. We gave him a nice tip (I hope.) -=-=-=-=-= We went a second time, on Christmas Eve. -Appetizer sampler (southwestern egg rolls, boneless buffalo wings, texas chili fries, artichoke / spinach dip) We combined two, to make a smiley face haha. Even on Xmas Eve...our waitress was the sweetest person ever. I'm sure she was working a big tip, but you know what...damn, that's the point. I hate being obligated to tip...she worked for it.

We went kind of late on a Saturday. At least half and probably more of the tables were empty but they seated us right next to the party room so we had to scream to hear each other. Our burgers were excellent, but they really fell down on the service. We barely saw the same person twice. I ordered sweet potato fries, which were an upcharge, and they weren't ready. Ten minutes later someone dropped a basket of charred, burnt fries on the table. It took an additional ten + minutes to get someone's attention to show them the unacceptable food. At the same time they dropped the check and walked off without asking if we wanted anything else? However our experience was saved by Bill, the manager, who I believe was from another Chili's. He came over, listened, was friendly and did everything he could to make it right. He's the only reason I would even consider going back (and the jalapeno burger, which is incredibly delicious)

Like any other franchised Chili's joint, this has the all americana feel to it. They always have 3 soup selections and they usually include a chili, broc cheese soup and then one that may rotate --- let me use my psychic ability and predict that the day you go, its potato bacon?? :) Like their chicken nachos. For entree's i'd recommend the bbq ribs, chicken sandwich, and fajitas. you MUST get the mashed potatos!!!! They're red potatoes w/ chunks and topped with a white gravy. So good!

Went to this chain restaurant because my husband wanted the cheap two for $20 deal so I went extremely hesitant. I prefer locally owned and operated, independent places instead of large corporately owned restaurant chains. The hostess stand is in an awkward spot on the right side when you walk in. Since we went on the off time of the night (8pm) there was no hostess that immediately greeted us. We did however get greeted happily by someone a few minutes later. The restaurant seems old (as it should because it is) but I did not get the clean feeling like some restaurants. We were very nicely greeted by our server. We ordered in the two for 20 deal that my husband ever so wanted the onion ring appetizer. They were greasy and extremely land and tough to eat like you were eating the skin of the onions. Would not recommend these. For the main entrée I got the ever popular margarita grilled chicken with black beans and rice. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The grilled margarita chicken was moist and the Pico de gallo was the flavor on the plate. Not anything spectacular but it sufficed. The burger was not very tasty, it was just salty and fatty and it looked better than it tasted. The fries, well they were just fries. In my opinion our server was the best part of this visit....he was extremely nice and tentative to our needs. Won't return here unless I'm going out for the 2-for-1 specials and need to get drunk cheap LOL
